A $1 Million Defamation Lawsuit Has Been Filed by Quanell X and Dr Candice Mattews; Mattress Mack Launches New PAC

Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale is kicking off the Harris County MAGA PAC Launch on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 6:30 PM at The Ballroom at Tanglewood, 5430 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas 77056. Supporters of "The MAGA MOVEMENT" in Harris County, Texas, are welcome to attend this free event, which supports the only organization in Harris County exclusively backing the America First movement. GET FREE TICKETS - Note: This is a PRIVATE meeting. Anti-MAGA and/or anti-America First protesters are not invited. They will be escorted from the meeting if they, in fact, infiltrate it and decide to disrupt the proceedings.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, a local elected official, summoned "Dr." Candice Matthews for a meeting. On the way up to Commissioner Rodney Ellis' home, "Dr. Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, turned on a secret recording device and captured Commissioner Ellis conducting an "ILLEGAL MEETING" during which county business was discussed at his residence. After "Dr." Candice recorded Commissioner Rodney Ellis breaking the law, she proceeded to allegedly extort Commissioner Ellis, and "BLACKMAIL," Bishop James Dixon, the president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), in an attempt to try to take over the presidency, of the NAACP, and seize control of local Criminal, Civil, and Justice of the Peace Courts, in Harris County, Texas.

"TERRORISTIC THREAT."

In the video above, Candice Matthews traveled from North Houston in Harris County, Texas, over to Port Arthur, Texas, in Jefferson County, Texas, to threaten, harass, intimidate, and bully a rival community activist named Ricky Jason, the protégé of the late comedian, actor, writer, activist and social critic Dick Gregory. According to the Port Arthur Community Activist (Ricky Jason), during the alleged incident, Candice Matthews threatened to blow up his car and do bodily harm to him if he continued to talk about her on the internet from his computer, from inside his home, which is a Federal Crime. Also, the Texas Penal Code - PENAL § 22.07 says that a person commits a "TERRORISTIC THREAT" if they place any person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury, which Candice Matthews clearly did in this video.

"DOMESTIC TERRORISM."

In the broadest sense, Terrorism is the use of violence, or the threat of violence, against non-combatants to achieve a political or ideological aim. This term is used in this regard primarily to refer to intentional violence or the threat thereof during peacetime or in the context of a war, or during a heated political battle or campaign to strike fear in the hearts of political rivals or opponents. In the video above, "Dr." Candice Matthews broke the law when she stated that she would cause serious bodily injury to her fellow rival community activist.

Quanell X, and "Dr." Candice Matthews have filed a $1 million "DEFAMATION LAWSUIT" aimed at infringing upon the First Amendment Rights of Ricky Jason, Shere Doore, Angela Johnson, Samantha Gordon, and Jerold "Critical" Evans, in the 11th Civil District Court, in Harris County, Texas, which is presided over by Judge Kristen Hawkins. In case you don't know, Judge Hawkins is a no-nonsense "DEMOCRATIC JUDGE," who is fair and above board.

Mattress Mack is Fighting Corruption by Launching a MAGA PAC; Dr Candice Matthew is Now Trying to Bully Judges

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

We cannot allow so-called community activists to roam around Texas threatening judges and other citizens of the great state of Texas. For this reason, I am in support of Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale, who is kicking off the Harris County MAGA PAC Launch on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 6:30 PM at The Ballroom at Tanglewood, 5430 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas 77056.

My only question is, what are Democrats going to do to combat what Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale is doing to fight corruption? Nobody can refute the fact that Harris County has fallen into a state where anything goes under the reign of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ells.

Under the reign of former City of Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, the City of Houston became labelled as the "DEATH CAPITAL OF AMERICA," as murders and other serious violent crimes increased exponentially.

Listen. Supporters of "The MAGA MOVEMENT" in Harris County, Texas, are welcome to attend the free MAGA PAC launch event, which supports the only organization in Harris County exclusively backing the America First movement. GET FREE TICKETS - Note: This is a PRIVATE meeting. Anti-MAGA and/or anti-America First protesters are not invited. They will be escorted from the meeting if they, in fact, infiltrate it and decide to disrupt the proceedings.

"INTIMIDATING JUDGES."

Is Threatening a Judge a Crime in Texas? The answer to this question is Yes! Threatening a judge or member of the judiciary is a severe crime in Texas. According to Texas law, this offense falls under the category of "retaliation" in the PENAL CODE. It is illegal to harm or threaten a public servant, including a judge, in retaliation for them dutifully performing their official duties.

The law I am referring to does not require proof that the person making the threat intended to carry it out — merely making the threat can lead to criminal charges. Threatening a judge is a third-degree felony, which comes with serious consequences:

Prison time: Two to 10 years in prison

Fines: Up to $10,000

Permanent criminal record: A felony conviction will follow you for the rest of your life, making it harder to get a job, rent a home, or attend certain schools.

"OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE."

Sec. 36.06. OBSTRUCTION OR RETALIATION. (a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly harms or threatens to harm another by an unlawful act:

(1) in retaliation for or on account of the service or status of another as a:

(A) public servant, witness, prospective witness, or informant; or

(B) person who has reported or who the actor knows intends to report the occurrence of a crime; or

(2) to prevent or delay the service of another as a:

(A) public servant, witness, prospective witness, or informant; or

(B) A person who has reported or whom the actor knows intends to report the occurrence of a crime.

(a-1) A person commits an offense if the person posts on a publicly accessible website the residence address or telephone number of an individual the actor knows is a public servant or a member of a public servant's family or household with the intent to cause harm or a threat of damage to the individual or a member of the individual's family or household in retaliation for or on account of the service or status of the individual as a public servant.

"THREATENING JUDGES."

Who does Candice think that she is? Is it possible that "Dr." Candice Matthews is obstructing justice by seeking to intimidate Judge Joseph L. Guillory? What will happen if she tries to retaliate against Judge Kristen Hawkins or Judge Damiene "Diane" Curvey if she's unhappy with their rulings?

The bottom line is that we cannot have community activists running around, threatening and harassing judges who issue rulings they dislike. It's one thing to campaign against a judge while they are seeking re-election. Still, it's something else altogether to try to intimidate judges to dissuade them from obeying the law out of fear of retaliation or repercussions.

In my assessment of what's playing out in the case of Judge Joseph L. Guillory, II, placing a "ONE YEAR PEACE BOND" on "Dr." Candice Matthews, she's clearly using "SMEAR TACTICS," in a feeble attempt to disparage the name of Judge Guillory, who has done an excellent job since being elected as Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, in Jefferson County, Texas.

Section 1503 of Title 18, United States Code, as amended by the Victim and Witness Protection Act of 1982, forbids tampering with or retaliating against any grand or petit juror, or any officer in or of any court of the United States by threats or force or by "endeavors to influence, intimidate, or impede." Section 1503 also contains an omnibus clause prohibiting the obstruction of "the due administration of justice." By the omnibus clause, many courts have held that it is possible to obstruct justice under section 1503 by means similar to, but different from, those enumerated explicitly in the first part of the provision.

The term "officer in or of any court of the United States" includes:

United States District Judges, United States v. Jones, 663 F.2d 567 (5th Cir. 1981) (by implication); United States v. Glickman, 604 F.2d 625 (9th Cir. 1979) (by implication), cert. Denied, 444 U.S. 1080 (1980); United States v. Fasolino, 586 F.2d 939 (2d Cir. 1978) (per curiam) (by implication); United States v. Margoles, 294 F.2d 371, 373 (7th Cir.), cert. denied, 368 U.S. 930 (1961);

United States Attorneys, Jones, supra; United States v. Polakoff, 112 F.2d 888, 890 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 311 U.S. 653 (1940);

United States Bankruptcy Judges, United States v. Fulbright, 69 F.3d 1468 (9th Cir. 1995) (by implication);

Supreme Court Justices, United States Courts of Appeals Judges, United States Magistrate Judges, clerks of Federal courts, law clerks to Federal judges, Federal court staff attorneys, Federal court reporters, Federal prosecutors, and defense counsel.

"POSSIBLE EXTORTION."

Make no mistake about it, a full-blown, "EXTORTION AND BLACKMAIL" scheme was uncovered by my investigative team in Harris County, Texas, last year. The referenced scheme was hatched in the minds of "Dr." Candice Matthews and a convicted felon named James Earl Dunn, Jr., who defrauded the United States Department of Education out of more than $300,000.00 a few years ago.

My investigation uncovered that a "SECRET AUDIO RECORDING" was in the care and custody of the "GOOD DOCTOR" after she obtained it from the home of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77005, on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis summoned "Dr. Candice Matthews to his home for a private meeting along with Jacquelyn Aluotto. The reference audio tape enabled Mathews and Dunn to allegedly "EXTORT AND BLACKMAIL" Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Bishop James Dixon, the current president of the Houston Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), in a scheme to overthrow Ellis and force the resignation of Dixon.

"BROADER SCHEME."

My investigative team and I believe that the "SECRET AUDIO TAPE" was used as leverage in connection with a broader scheme conjured up in the mind of "Dr." Candice Matthews to control Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and compromise him. This alleged scheme seemingly gave the "GOOD DOCTOR" broader control over what happens in local civil and criminal courtrooms, as her thirst and hunger for power continue to grow.

"NAACP TAKEOVER."

Bishop James Dixon, the president of the Houston Branch of the NAACP, was caught in a situation where he had been provided with evidence that he did not want the general public to be made aware of, and was compromised. However, holding the "SECRET AUDIO TAPE" along with photos and videos of Bishop James Dixon over his head is a federal offense called blackmail. In the end, Bishop James Dixon may have been blackmailed or extorted, but he held firm against "DR" Candice Matthews' evil scheme to "TAKE OVER THE NAACP" by using mafia-style tactics.

- VIEW LAWSUIT -

Judge Kristen Hawkins is the presiding judge for the 11th Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Hawkins was recently re-elected to her bench and will not be up for re-election until the 2028 Presidential Election. Judge Hawkins is an excellent judge who refrains from engaging in partisan political games within her courtroom. However, it is unclear at this time how Judge Kristen Hawkins will handle the "CIRCUS-LIKE" atmosphere and intimidation tactics she could be faced with if she rules against "Dr." Candice Matthews and Quanell X, in what appears to be a frivolous "DEFAMATION LAWSUIT," that has been filed to intimidate, harrass, and bully Ricky Jason, Angela Johnson, Shere Doore, Jerold "Critical" Evans, and Samantha Gordon.

In his order, Judge Joseph L. Guillory, II, made Dr. Candice Matthews swear in open court that she will remain peaceful through Wednesday, June 17, 2026, when the "ONE-YEAR PEACE BOND" he placed against her is set to expire. "I, CANDICE MATTHEWS, Respondent in this case, acknowledge that I have been ordered to post this Peace Bond. I swear that I will not commit the offense alleged in the attached Application, and that I will keep the peace toward Applicant, and toward any others named in this bond. I acknowledge that failure to follow these conditions may result in forfeiture of the bond, as well as punishment, including confinement in jail, for contempt of court," stated the "PEACE BOND," document that "Dr." Candice Matthews signed.

The woman, identified as "Dr." Candice Matthews, claims to have relationships with influential people. Still, she's using an attorney named Adjua Umoja-Justice to appeal Judge Joseph L. Guillory's decision to place her on a "ONE-YEAR PEACE BOND," which will not expire until Wednesday, June 17, 2025.

Dr. Candice Matthews was summoned to the home of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, along with Jacqueline Aluotto, for a private meeting. While at Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's house, "THE GOOD DOCTOR" used a recording device to secretly capture the meeting, and used the secretly secured audio as part of an alleged scheme to "EXTORT AND BLACKMAIL" Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Bishop James Dixon.

"Dr." Candice Matthews used a recording device to secretly capture the meeting, and used the secretly secured audio as part of an alleged scheme to "EXTORT AND BLACKMAIL" Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Bishop James Dixon.

"EXTORTION PLOT."

The private meeting between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and “DR” Candice Matthews took place on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Commissioner Ellis's Home, located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77005.

"COPY TO QUANELL."

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 2:19 p.m., “DR” Candice Matthews emailed a copy of her “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO TAPE” she captured at Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’ home located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas to her buddy “QUANELL X” and labeled it, “Meeting with Rodney Ellis and Jackie Aluotto about James Dixon Part 1.”

"COPY TO JAMES."

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 3:28 p.m., “DR” Candice Matthews emailed a copy of her “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO TAPE” to her buddy “JAMES DUNN JR” who is a convicted felon who pleaded guilty to defrauding the Department of Education out of $300,000.00 and served three years in prison for his crime.

HUSH MONEY — Commissioner Rodney Ellis's 72-year-old sister, Melody Genneane Ellis, facilitated the alleged $50,000.00 "HUSH MONEY" ransom payment to James Dunn, Jr., at the direction, urging, or demand of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. James Dunn, Jr., convicted of defrauding the Department of Education out of $300,000.00, pled guilty and served nearly 3 years in prison a few years ago.

EXTORTIONIST -- James Earl Dunn, Jr., is a convicted felon who pled guilty to defrauding the Department of Education out of more than $300,000.00, may have conspired with 'DR' Candice Matthews and others to extort $50,000.00 from Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis in connection to Ellis's "HUSH MONEY PLOT" that was aimed at shielding and protecting Bishop James Dixon and keeping revelations of his "PREDATORY BEHAVIOR" and abuse of women from the media, and therefore from the general public. Extortion is the act of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Under the supervision of Constable Alan Rosen at the Harris County Constable’s Office, Precinct One, young female deputies were handpicked for “undercover operations” under the guise of legitimate police work and were molested and traumatized by their intoxicated male commanding officers for their own sexual gratification. What began as an idea for “bachelor party” prostitution stings soon grew into a booze-fueled playground for sexual exploitation in which young, untrained deputies were subject to disgusting abuse. Both Constable Rosen and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office have been aware of this abuse for months, but they have refused to take any action and have rebuffed anyone who has complained. Constable Alan Rosen attended at least one of these ‘parties’ personally. Three of the young deputies spoke up about their abuse by their supervisors at the Constable’s Office, including Constable Rosen’s chief of staff. Still, they were ridiculed by their commanders, retaliated against by their abusers, and quietly reassigned to less prestigious duties. ***Ultimately, Constable Alan Rosen was dropped from the Federal Lawsuit.

You can (CLICK HERE) to view a copy of the "FEDERAL LAWSUIT" that was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas Houston Division by Liz Gomez, Marissa Sanchez, Felecia McKinney, and Jacquelyn Aluotto against (HARRIS COUNTY), Alan Rosen, Chris Gore, and Shane Rigdon, in their individual capacities.

PUBLIC CORRUPTION – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis that her lawyers are Republicans and happen to be the same lawyers that Wayne Dolcefino employs, and that’s why she separated her case – to make sure Wayne Dolcefino didn’t find out what was unfolding.

ENTERING -- The segment above will substantiate the fact that "DR" Candice Matthews, the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats and National Minister of Politics for the New Black Panther Party, entered the home of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, Houston, Texas, and bravely captured Commissioner Ellis "ABUSING HIS POWER" as the Harris County Commissioner for Precinct One.

ENTERING -- The segment above will substantiate that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis entered a room in his home located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77005, and confiscated the cell phones of "DR" Candice Matthews and Jacquelyn Aluotto, but did not realize that "DR" Candice Matthews had bravely and courageously came to the meeting armed with a secret recording device to catch Commissioner Rodney Ellis red-handed abusing his power.

LEAVING -- The segment above will substantiate the fact that "DR" Candice Matthews, the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats and National Minister of Politics for the New Black Panther Party, safely left the home of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, Houston, Texas, after she successfully captured Commissioner Ellis "ABUSING HIS POWER" as the Harris County Commissioner for Precinct One.

SEGMENT 1 – Candice Matthews walks up to the door of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s home at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas 77005, with a recording device already turned on as she approaches the front door.

SEGMENT 2 – Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis enters a room at his home at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas 77005, and greets “DR” Candice Matthews and Jacquelyn Aluotto. According to multiple sources, he confiscates their cell phones, but does not know that Matthews has a recording device attached to her keychain.

SEGMENT 3 – Candice Matthews tells Jacquelyn Aluotto why Commissioner Rodney Ellis had them meet him at his home at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas 77005. According to “DR” Candice Matthews, she and Jacquelyn Aluotto were asked to meet Commissioner Ellis at his home because he had a meeting with Bishop James Dixon scheduled and did not want Bishop Dixon to know that he was meeting with the two of them.

SEGMENT 4 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and “DR” Candice Matthews that she fears for her life. As far as we know, Commissioner Rodney Ellis did not contact any law enforcement agency to alert them about what was happening between Jacquelyn Aluotto and her co-founder of the “NO TRAFFICKING ZONE,” Bishop James Dixon.

SEGMENT 5 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains why she kept her mouth shut and did not tell her lawyers, 30-time Emmy Award-winning Reporter Wayne Dolcefino, or Republicans. She also told Harris, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and “DR” Candice Matthews that her child was off limits.

SEGMENT 6 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains how she brought “HUMAN TRAFFICKING VICTIMS” to Bishop James Dixon’s Church (Community of Faith) because she felt she was doing God’s work. Still, Bishop Dixon started sleeping with the women and then never called them again. According to Aluotto, two professional women she brought to Bishop Dixon were from the Governor’s Office and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, who fell into Bishop Dixon’s hands.

SEGMENT 7 – Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis asks to see the pictures and videos Jacquelyn Aloutto had of Bishop James Dixon with the “SEX TRAFFICKING VICTIMS” and the time he was in Florida representing NRG and threatened to kill himself. Matthews explains to Commissioner Ellis that Bishop Dixon needed to knock it off because she has Johnny Binder protecting Aluotto.

SEGMENT 8 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis why she came to him for help. Commissioner Rodney Ellis agrees to intervene and call Bishop James Dixon, the Chairman of the Board for the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation.

SEGMENT 9 – Jacquelyn Aluotto begins to cry and explains to Commissioner Ellis and Candice Matthews that she needs to pause for a moment. It is unclear if Commissioner Rodney Ellis contacted any local law enforcement agency after learning about Bishop James Dixon’s predatory behavior.

SEGMENT 10 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis that her lawyers are Republicans and happen to be the same lawyers that Wayne Dolcefino employs, and that’s why she separated her case – to make sure Wayne Dolcefino didn’t find out what was unfolding.

SEGMENT 11 – Candice Matthews tells Commissioner Rodney Ellis to remove Bishop James Dixon from several things. However, it is unclear whether Commissioner Ellis reported Jacquelyn Aluotto’s fear for her life to any law enforcement agency.

SEGMENT 12 – Candice Matthews told Commissioner Rodney Ellis that Bishop James Dixon could be a liability. However, it is unclear if Commissioner Rodney Ellis has compelled Bishop James Dixon to seek professional help.

SEGMENT 13 – Commissioner Rodney Ellis talks about sex and money as Candice Matthews compels Ellis to go and talk to Bishop James Dixon about his alleged retaliatory behavior. It is unclear if Commissioner Ellis went to local law enforcement authorities or to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office to explain to them that Jacquelyn Aluotto came to him out of fear for her life.

SEGMENT 14 – Jacquelyn Aluotto explains to Commissioner Ellis that Bishop James Dixon had gotten into trouble. Candice Matthews compels Aluotto to tell Commissioner Ellis everything. Matthews appears to be trying to protect Commissioner Ellis and Aluotto in her quest to get Aluotto to tell Ellis every detail of her ordeal with Bishop Dixon in case the information becomes public. According to Jacquelyn Aluotto, she didn’t tell her lawyer everything about her traumatizing ordeal with Bishop Dixon.

SEGMENT 15 – Commissioner Rodney Ellis acknowledges that Bishop James Dixon’s alleged “PREDATORY BEHAVIOR” could lead to people getting killed after Jacquelyn Aluotto told him that Bishop James Dixon was having sex with a few of the wives of some of his male friends. However, it is unclear whether Commissioner Ellis went to any local law enforcement agency or the District Attorney’s Office to report that Jacquelyn Aluotto was in fear for her life.

SEGMENT 16 – Jacquelyn Aluotto tells Commissioner Rodney Ellis that Bishop James Dixon’s sister and father are the only two people who have copies of the pictures of Bishop James Dixon and the “SEX TRAFFICKING” victims, to her knowledge.

SEGMENT 17 – Candice Matthews explains to Jacquelyn Aluotto that she needs to tell Commissioner Rodney Ellis what she wants. It is unclear at this time whether Commissioner Rodney Ellis compelled Bishop James Dixon to stop his “RETALIATORY BEHAVIOR” or to discontinue his alleged “PREDATORIAL BEHAVIOR” in his capacity as the Chairman of the Board for the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation.

SEGMENT 18 – Jacquelyn Aluotto and “DR” Candice Matthews were escorted out of the front door of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s home at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas 77005. If you listen closely, the rustling sound you hear is “THE RECORDING DEVICE,” continuing to record as Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Candice Matthews exchange pleasantries as she walks away from Commissioner Ellis’s house to her vehicle parked on the street.

Bishop James Dixon appears to be a deranged and out-of-control "SEXUAL PREDATOR" if you believe the "SECRETLY RECORDED" audio recording bravely and courageously captured by 'DR' Candice Matthews when she boldly entered the home of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, located at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, in Houston, Texas.

The mere mention of the name "DR" Candice Matthews strikes fear into the hearts of many women and men across Texas. However, "THE GOOD DOCTOR," whom my late friend Gerry Wayne Monroe, "THE 5-STAR GENERAL," went to his deathbed fighting to expose, for her alleged fraudulent ways, appears to have met her match in a battle playing out between her and Angela Johnson, a one-time ally and close friend of hers. To get the full scoop on these two, tune in to www.1230kcoh.com on Juneteenth at 1:00 p.m. and you'll get the whole story.

The beef between "DR" Candice Matthews and her former ally and compadre, Angela Johnson, has spilled over into the streets of Houston and has prompted Angela Johnson to seek legal action against "THE GOOD DOCTOR" in a local Harris County District courtroom. On Friday, June 27, 2025, Angela Johnson will appear in the 280th Family District Court in Harris County, Texas, which is presided over by Judge Damiene "Dianne" Curvey, an African American female Democrat. According to Angela Johnson, she is seeking a "PROTECTIVE ORDER" against Candice Matthews. She prays that Judge Curvey, who is up for re-election in next year's 2026 Democratic Party Primary race for the 280th Family District Court, in Harris County, Texas, will do the right thing and protect her from Candice Matthews, whom Angela Johnson believes is dangerous.

On Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 1:00P.M., Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr has been the talk of the town since he announced that he would not be supporting his former brother-in-law, George Foreman IV, in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION" race for the coveted 18th Congressional District of Texas seat, that was formerly held by Carr's dear friend, and mentor, the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, who was succeeded by Sylvester Turner. Carr plans to throw his support behind his close friend, State Rep. Jolanda "Jo" Jones, who entered the race last week and announced that she's running as a Democrat. It is unclear if George Foreman IV plans to run as a Republican, Democrat, or Independent because George Foreman IV still hasn't officially entered the CD-18 race by filing his "STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY" with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) as of today. Listen to www.1230kcoh.com on Thursday, June 19, 2025, for the latest information about the upcoming race for CD-18, the candidates vying for the coveted seat, and more.
