George Foreman IV Appears to Be an Active Democrat Based on His Voting Record; Carmen Maria Montiel is Solid GOP

According to Former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler, the "COMPREHENSIVE REPORT" he's pulled on George Foreman IV reveals that George Foreman IV registered in Harris County, Texas, to vote on March 17, 2006. Since registering to vote at 29803 Huffman Cleveland Road, in Huffman, Texas 77336, George Foreman IV has voted as a Democrat, as far as we can see. We haven't filed our open records request to obtain George Foreman IV's official Harris County, Texas "VOTING RECORD" from the Harris County Clerk. Still, our preliminary investigative records reveal that George Foreman IV voted in 2010, 2012, 2016, and 2023. In 2012, 2016, and 2023, our initial investigation shows that George Foreman IV is an active member of the Democratic Party, not the Republican Party. As of today, George Foreman IV is not an official candidate in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, according to the Federal Election Commission.

It is unclear at this time if someone recruited George Foreman IV (left) to run against Carmen Maria Montiel (right) in hopes of splitting the Republican vote on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. However, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications will continue to monitor the situation as George Foreman IV continues to refuse to file his "STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY" with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), to make his party affiliation and intentions clear to the general public.

What's the holdup? Why hasn't George Foreman IV filed his "STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY" with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) already? What is he waiting for? When George Foreman IV appeared on the Michael Berry Show on Monday, June 2, 2025, to announce his candidacy for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, he solicited donations from the conservative listening audience without disclosing whether he was running as a Republican or a Democrat. Then on Sunday, June 8, 2025, Greg Groogan, the host of "WHAT'S YOUR POINT," on FOX 26, labeled George Foreman IV as the "Conservative Option," but his voting record seems to indicate that he's an active Democrat.

Carmen Maria Montiel was in Washington, D.C., making the rounds and picking up support in her quest to consider the "GOP BASE," in her quest to flip the 18th Congressional District from "RED to BLUE" on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Early voting begins on Monday, October 20, 2025, and ends on Friday, October 31, 2025.

At this time, Carmen Maria Montiel is the "TOP GOP CANDIDATE" running for the United States Congress for the 18th Congressional District of Texas on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

George Foreman IV has not Officially Entered the Race for CD-18; Jolanda Jones is Officially Running for Congress

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

It is a "FEDERAL CAMPAIGN VIOLATION" for a candidate running for the United States Congress to incur $5,000.00 in expenditures or raise $5,000.00 in campaign donations without filing their "STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY" with the Federal Election Commission (FEC). There are several candidates, including George Foreman IV, who have announced their candidacy to the public, and are running around attending forums, but have yet to officially enter the race by filing their "STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY" with the Federal Election Commission.

George Foreman IV announced his candidacy a few days before he made an appearance on "THE MICHAEL BERRY SHOW" on KTRH740AM, on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 9:15a.m., for an exclusive interview, asking for donations and support from Michael Berry's conservative radio audience. Yet, George Foreman IV has neglected to file his "STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY" with the Federal Election Commission. He has also failed to inform the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas whether he plans to run for the vacant seat as a Republican, Democrat, or Independent, which comes across as disingenuous and misleading.

Comparatively speaking, State Rep. Jolanda Jones announced her candidacy nearly a week after George Foreman IV and has already filed her "STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY" with the Federal Election Commission, as she was required to do by law.

On Sunday, June 8, 2025, FOX 26 News Reporter Greg Groogan stated on "WHAT'S YOUR POINT," that George Foreman IV would be running for the 18th Congressional District of Texas as the "CONSERVATIVE OPTION." Still, rumors are starting to swirl around that George Foreman IV, could be planning to run as an Independent, and then possibly switch his allegiance to the Republican Party after he's elected to the highly coveted CD-18 seat, which is a dirty political tactic.

"EAR TO THE STREETS."

Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, the publisher of the Houston Business Connections Newspaper will keep our ear to the streets and our "BOOTS ON THE GROUND," as we endeavor to keep the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas informed, and empowered, Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION," for the 18th Congressional District draws nearer/

Carmen Maria Montiel is endorsed by Jonathan McCullough Sr., founder of the Urban Conservatives of America, in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Early voting will begin on Monday, October 20, 2025, and end on Friday, October 31, 2025. Election day voting will take place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Carmen Maria Montiel has just as good a chance to win the upcoming "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas as any other candidate running for the seat. Based on “OFFICIAL ETHNICITY DATA” in the Cook Partisan Voting Index, the 18th Congressional District of Texas is 43.4% Hispanic, 32.2% Black, 16.7% White, 4.9% Asian, and 2.2% Two or more races—which means that we could see something very special unfold in the upcoming “SPECIAL EDITION” for the coveted 18th Congressional District of Texas. Suppose Carmen Maria Montiel can build a similar coalition in the 18th Congressional District that President Donald J. Trump built, allying MAGA (Make America Great Again) with African American voters. In that case, she will definitely make the "RUNOFF ELECTION," and have a good shot at flipping the coveted 18th Congressional District of Texas from "BLUE" to "RED" if she receives the financial support to run her own election integrity operation to make sure that members of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's "CULT-LIKE" political regime don't try to gain an unfair advantage.

Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper is supporting Joe Danna in the race for Harris County Sheriff. Houston Business Connections Newspaper is also supporting "JOE DANNA" in the race for Harris County Sheriff, the next time it comes up on a local ballot. Joe Danna is also a supporter of (www.1230kcoh.com) and Aubrey R. Taylor Communications.
