Jarvis Was Not Included in the Poll; Montiel has 62% of Republican Support; UH Poll Was Flawed, says Fitzgerald

Follow the money in the CD-18 race!!! Attorney Warren Fitzgerald Muhammad says that the UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Poll is flawed and should be rejected. However, there may be some good that came from the flawed poll. While the survey claimed that County Attorney Christian Menefee and former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards are in a statistical "DEAD HEAT," this is not factually correct, as respondents do not receive a complete list of candidates. The poll also stated that Carmen Maria Montiel was tied with State Rep. Jolanda Jones for second, which could also be untrue, given the fact that respondents did not receive a complete list of candidates. And the insertion of former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson's name in the mix makes the outcome of the Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION," even more uncertain.

- IN THE CROSSHAIRS -

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews has placed State Rep. Jolanda Jones and other "DEMOCRATIC LAWMAKERS" in her crosshairs for next year's 2026 Midterm Elections. She issued a threat to primary Democrats if they refuse to "BREAK QUORUM" before the vote on Redistricting, which is scheduled to take place any day.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones now finds herself in the crosshairs of "Dr." Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation. If Jolanda does not find a way to win the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for CD-18, she could find her pathway to re-election for her House District 147 State Representative seat a little more difficult with Candice nipping at her heels.

The map above is what the old CD-09 MAP, CD-18 MAP, and CD-29 MAP looked like. If you take a moment and review the map below, you will see how drastically different the new proposed maps look.

- FLAWED UH POLL -

Attorney Warren Fitzgerald 'Chappie' Muhammad is someone I greatly admire and respect. I recently came across a Facebook Live where he discussed the recently released UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Poll on the CD-18 race. In his comments, Attorney Muhammad claimed that only six candidates were provided as options for the respondents to choose from and that the poll should be ignored.

The Hobby School of Public Affairs at the University of Houston conducted a survey of Harris County registered voters to assess their preferences and opinions about a wide range of salient local issues and public officials. The survey was fielded between July 9 and July 18, 2025, by contacting Harris County registered voters via SMS text messages through which they were directed to an online survey platform with the option to answer the survey in English or Spanish. Representative of the Harris County population of registered voters, the analysis population of 2,300 has a margin of error of +/- 2.04%. Within this overall Harris County survey population, representative samples also were collected for Harris County’s four county commissioner precincts, with analysis populations of 550 for Precincts 2, 3, and 4 (margin of error of +/-4.18%) and of 650 for Precinct 1 (+/- 3.84%).

Carmen Maria Montiel (Republican) is ranked in the "FIRST POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey has Carmen Maria Montiel tied for second.

Amanda Edwards (Democrat) is ranked in the "SECOND POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey has Amanda Edwards tied for first.

Jarvis Johnson (Democrat) is ranked in the "THIRD POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey did not include the name of Jarvis Johnson as an option.

Isaiah Martin (Democrat) is ranked in the "FOURTH POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey has Isaiah Martin ranked behind George Foreman IV.

Christian Menefee (Democrat) is ranked in the "FIFTH POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey has Christian Menefee tied for first.

Zoe Cadore (Democrat) is ranked in the "SIXTH POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey did not rank Zoe Cadore in the top six; however, she is expected to perform significantly better than some people anticipate.

Jolanda Jones (Democrat) is ranked in the "SEVENTH POSITION" by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey has Jolanda Jones tied for second.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

It’s becoming more evident with each passing day that Democratic State Lawmakers have a whole lot of bark, but don’t possess any bite force. The “GOP” redistricting push is exposing some lawmakers, who will never get the benefit of the doubt again.

Black folks need to know that rumors swirling around that State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) advanced the redistricting maps without consulting her Democratic colleagues aren’t entirely factual. Listen. State Rep. Jolanda Jones was a member of the “REDISTRICTING COMMITTEE.” Still, she is not on the House Redistricting Committee for the Special Session, meaning that she (State Rep. Jolanda Jones) did not create the gerrymandered maps.

For the record, State Rep. Jolanda Jones is not a member of the House Redistricting Committee and did not advance “PLAN 2305,” related to the redrawing of CD-09, CD-18, and CD-29.

Below is the party affiliation and the names of the Democrats and Republicans who are on the “SPECIAL SESSION,” redistricting committee.

(REP) State Rep. Cody Vasut, Chair

(DEM) State Rep. John Rosenthal, Vice-Chair

(DEM) State Rep. Josey Garcia

(REP) State Rep. Charlie Geren

(DEM) State Rep. Barbara Gervin-Hawkins

(DEM) State Rep. R.D. “Bobby” Guerra

(REP) State Rep. Ryan Guillen

(REP) State Rep. Cole Hefner

(REP) State Rep. Hillary Hickland

(REP) State Rep. Todd Hunter

(DEM) State Rep. Christian Manuel

(REP) State Rep. Will Metcalf

(REP) State Rep. John McQueeney

(DEM) State Rep. Joe Moody

(REP) State Rep. Katrina Pierson

(REP) State Rep. David Spiller

(REP) State Rep. Carl Tepper

(DEM) State Rep. Senfronia Thompson

(DEM) State Rep. Chris Turner

(REP) State Rep. Terry Wilson

(DEM) State Rep. Gene Wu

As a community, we must make it our business to research what these politicians are doing in Austin and Washington, outside our purview, when nobody is watching.

“FLAWED UH SURVEY.”

A well-known and respected attorney named Warren Fitzgerald Muhammad, 6112 Wheatley Street, Houston, Texas, 77091, phone contact (800)397-7760, has blasted the UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Poll for CD-18 as being what he called, “fundamentally flawed.”

Attorney Warren Fitzgerald Muhammad’s practice areas include Business, Intellectual Property, Litigation: Personal Injury, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Entertainment, and Immigration.

In a recent FACEBOOK LIVE, attorney Muhammad alluded to, but did not call out, the two candidates who were supposedly in a “DEAD HEAT” for first. After conducting a brief study of the UH Poll, attorney Muhammad found that the poll respondents only received six names to select from in the so-called UH Poll, or survey, whatever you want to call it.

Poll respondents only received the names of Amanda Edwards (Democrat), Christian Menefee (Democrat), Jolanda Jones (Democrat), Isaiah Martin (Democrat), George Foreman IV (Independence Party), and Carmen Maria Montiel, a member of the Republican Party.

The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs Survey questionnaire failed to inform respondents that, at the time they were getting questioned, 23 candidates were vying for the CD-18 seat.

The poll respondents did not receive the names of:

Zoe Cadore – Democrat
Ebony Rain Eatmon – Democrat
Stephen Huey – Democrat
Renya Anderson – Solidarity
Peter Steven Filler – Democrat
Cyrus Sajna – Republican
Robert Slater – Democrat
Kristopher W. Beal – Independent
Derrell Sherrod Turner -- Independent
James Joseph – Democrat
Kivan Polimis – Democrat
Earnest Clayton – Democrat
Selena Samuel – Democrat
TJ Baker – Democrat
Allen Berry – Republican
Corisha Rogers – Democrat
Lizette Prestwich – Democrat
George Foreman IV – Independence (P)

The time has come for a “TEXAS POLITICAL REVOLUTION.” Yes, you heard me right. We’ve reached a point where people have grown sick and tired of the foolishness and lies.

“The University of Houston Congressional District 18 survey is interesting, with no mention of Jarvis Johnson,” stated Hall of Fame KCOH Broadcaster Ralph Cooper, in a message posted to his FACEBOOK PAGE. “How accurate is this highly respected voter forecaster?” Cooper asked.

Cooper stated, “In my recent travels and conversations with some in the District, Johnson’s name is mentioned often along with Jolanda Jones and Carmen Montiel.”

“I’ll end this conversation, encouraging people to REGISTER TO VOTE,” Cooper proclaimed.

How is Jarvis?

State Rep. Jarvis Johnson is a strong African American “ALPHA MALE,” who fits the mold of what the people of the 18th Congressional District should be looking for on the Democratic side of the aisle. Jarvis is a “MAN’S MAN” who will not cower before any master – not even Ellis.

I’ve known Jarvis for years, and he is from what’s called “GOOD STOCK,” meaning that he has a solid genetic code, embedded in his Deoxyribonucleic acid, which means his DNA.

“JARVIS’S GENETIC CODE.”

Former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson was born to a strong mother (Cleo Glenn Johnson McLaughlin) and his loving father, Larry “Don” Johnson, who passed away in 2021, after instilling the ‘Heart of a Champion” into his son.

Jarvis’s mother, Cleo, tended to overshadow Jarvis’s father’s successes. Notably, Cleo worked alongside the late, great Congressman Mickey Leland, developing programs to improve the lives of residents living in the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

If her name sounds familiar, that’s probably because the name Cleo Glenn Johnson McLaughlin exemplifies the true meaning of public servantry. As the founder of the Black United Fund of Texas, Cleo has worked tirelessly with communities across Texas, helping to make the lives of Texans better.

Since 1987, the Black United Fund of Texas, under Cleo’s guidance, has continuously focused its attention on disaster relief, food security, workforce development, creating entrepreneurship opportunities, and many other worthwhile endeavors.

Jarvis’s dad, Larry, attended the University of Houston and Texas Southern University. However, Larry received his BA in Communications from the prestigious TSU in 1966, but he was drafted into the United States Army.

For those of you who don’t know, Jarvis’s dad was one of the founding members of the Urban Theater, the first Black theater group, and throughout his life, he was featured in a variety of film roles and commercials.

Larry “Don” Johnson had a long history of working in news media and has held positions at KHTV, KYOK, KCOH, and KKBQ. He was also the first Black news director and weekend anchor at Channel 39, according to published reports.

Later in life, Jarvis’s father became the Director of Public Affairs for the Harris County Hospital District. He was also inducted into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame in 2011 and retired from KTSU as the Development Director.

“TWO BONA FIDE COWARDS.”

I would love to see Harris County Christian Menefee show a little backbone. Is that asking too much? Several of my close friends like Christian Menefee, but I can’t stomach cowards.

Maybe I’m wrong about Menefee; I don’t think so.

From the outside looking in, Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee appears to be what I would consider a “BETA MALE,” who was born with a propensity to yield his manhood and ambitions to stronger men.

On the other hand, State Rep. Jarvis Johnson is what I consider to be an “ALPHA MALE,” who isn’t afraid to stand firm against men like Commissioner Rodney Ellis and others, whom Menefee has grown accustomed to getting down on his knees and cowering before.

Perhaps if I knew County Attorney Christian Menefee better, I would have a different opinion of him. But from the vantage point where I am sitting, Menefee appears to be a “STONE COLD WUSSIE,” with no spine or intestinal fortitude.

How can Menefee claim that he’ll stand up against President Trump, who is a strong version of an “ALPHA MALE,” if he’s afraid of weak men like Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis?

County Attorney Christian Menefee is not fit for the United States Congress. And I do not believe that Christian Menefee and Amanda Edwards are locked in a “DEAD HEAT” in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

In fact, County Attorney Christian Menefee and former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards are “TWO QUITTERS,” who are not even well-liked by Black voters.

In reality, Christian Menefee and Amanda Edwards are nothing more than benefactors of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s influence with the local media. But don’t worry, my investigative team and I plan to unveil and expose their scheme.

The UH Hobby School of Public Affairs poll released on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, was conducted from July 9 through July 19. However, the survey only included the responses of 400 likely voters within the district and had a plus or minus margin of error that exceeded 4.9%.

“THE THREE WEAKEST.”

Registered voters in the 18th Congressional District of Texas must ignore the UH Hobby School Public Affairs poll and do their research before going to the polls to cast their vote on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Suppose registered voters in the 18th Congressional District of Texas take the time to do their research. In that case, they will discover that Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee and Amanda Edwards are both “BONA FIDE QUITTERS,” who are being controlled by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, whom they both worship, adore, and idolize, in many regards.

As it relates to State Rep. Jolanda Jones (147), she’s got a lot of fire in her belly, and she’s got a “BIG MOUTH,” but she is going to face serious problems if she remains in the CD-18 race.

I love State Rep. Jolanda Jones, but I don’t like the company that she keeps. Her continued association with political consultant Dallas Jones, notorious for employing illegal mail ballot harvesting teams to propel his clients to victory, is a deep concern.

If you recall, Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, Inc., was working as the Texas Political Director for the “BIDEN/HARRIS” Presidential Campaign when he was allegedly picked up by Federal Authorities from his home, according to private investigators who had been trailing him for several weeks.

Dallas Jones has continued to deny the allegations made against him by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles “Chuck” Marler. However, the fact that many local politicians no longer respect him or utilize his services is proof-positive that Marler was correct.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

The filing deadline for the upcoming 18th Congressional District of Texas “SPECIAL ELECTION” is Wednesday, September 3, 2025. However, once the redistricting maps get finalized, we could see a dramatic shift in the number of people pursuing the vacant CD-18 seat.

Former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson (Democrat) is the real deal. And just so you know, Carmen Maria Montiel, the "GOP FRONTRUNNER," will beat the brakes off of County Attorney Christian Menefee (Democrat) or former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards (Democrat) if either of them makes the December 2025 RUNOFF for CD-18 and gets faced off against Carmen. Menefee is the weakest man in the CD-18 race, and is what you would call a "BETA MALE." If he somehow managed to win, Menefee would yield his power to Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Comparatively speaking, the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas like Carmen Maria Montiel much more than they like Amanda Edwards. How can I make this claim? Well, when Amanda Edwards ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, she raised over $1.6 million. She received only 14,688 votes, out of a possible 417,430 registered voters who were eligible to vote for her, after spending $1.6 million. Did you hear me? By comparison, when Carmen Maria Montiel ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, she only raised a little over $126,000, but Carmen received an astonishing 40,941 votes.

Carmen Maria Montiel has only raised $5,208 since she entered the CD-18 race as the "TOP GOP CANDIDATE." Can you imagine how much better she could perform if she had about $2 million at her disposal? Listen. Carmen Maria Montiel is a "RISING STAR" in the Republican Party, and she is well able to relate to "ALL RESIDENTS," living within the boundaries of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, if she's elected, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the Special Election.

Former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson has never lost an election contest when he's been proudly endorsed by Houston Business Connections Newspapers©, publisher Aubrey R. Taylor. That said, "ALL DEMOCRATS," who care about the future of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, are strongly encouraged to vote for Jarvis Johnson on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for CD-18. It is of the utmost importance that you cast your vote during the "EARLY VOTING" period, which will begin on Monday, October 20, 2025, and end on Friday, October 31, 2025.

Traci A. Gibson is a much better choice than Mike Doyle to lead the Harris County Democratic Party forward into the future. Mike Doyle, the current chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, appears to be using Kay Shepard as his "ATTACK DAWG" to go after African American women. Doyle has also begun to pay Kay Shepard to serve as a fundraiser for the Harris County Democratic Party. It is unclear at this time if Kay Shepard has experience raising funds. IN OTHER NEWS, Democratic Political Consultant Deidre Rasheed and the woman referred to as "Dr." Candice Matthews have both begun to openly express their growing frustration with African American Democrat lawmakers. According to longtime Democratic Committeeman and Precinct Chair Ray "R.C." Charles Jones Sr., attorney Traci A. Gibson is a much better choice for Democratic Party Primary voters than Mike Doyle.

Mike Doyle took $110,000.00 out of the money that was donated to him for his "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," and sent it to his friend at the Utah Democratic Party. How does that make sense? And now the Harris County Democratic Party is taking out loans just to survive.

Judge Fredericka Phillips donated over $55,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. However, what Mike Doyle, who serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman and treasurer, did was take the money donated to him by Democratic Judges and other candidates and remove it from the "CEC ACCOUNT" and transferred it into the Democratic Party FED ACCOUNT, which did not benefit Judge Phillips in any way, shape, or form once she started getting bombarded with attacks on TV, Radio, and Social Media. As you can see above, Judge Fredericka Phillips lost her bid for re-election by 15,921 votes.

Judge Jeralynn Manor donated over $44,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. As you can see above, Judge Jeralynn Manor lost her bid for re-election by 647 votes.

Judge Elaine Palmer donated over $11,000.00 to Mike Doyle's "COORDINATED CAMPAIGN," out of her campaign account. As you can see above, Judge Elaine Palmer lost her bid for re-election by 304 votes.

At nearly 80 years of age, Cleo Glenn Johnson McLaughlin, the longtime community activist, leader, and loving mother of former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson, has lived, worked, and played inside the boundaries of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. And for the record, "MOTHER CLEO" is a true activist and community leader. She founded the Black United Fund of Texas (BUFTX) and has served the community since 1987. Before starting BUFTX, she served in the office of the late Congressman Mickey Leland, developing programs to aid the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. For her son, former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson, to achieve his dream of becoming a congressman, he must overcome the challenge posed by Carmen Maria Montiel, the former Miss Venezuela, who is the frontrunner in the CD-18 race, given that nearly 20 Democrats have entered the race. Carmen Maria Montiel is the perfect candidate for Republican and Independent voters to cast their votes for on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. And former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson (HD-139) is the ideal candidate for Democratic voters to support in the CD-18 race.

Democrats Cannot Stop Redistricting; Energy Should Be Channeled Toward Voter Mobilization -- Not Protesting and Clowning

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The people who are claiming that African Americans and Hispanics are doomed if the CD-09 and CD-18 Congressional District boundaries are not redrawn have no clue what they're talking about. If anything, Hispanics are likely to gain strength when the CD-09 and CD-18 districts are redrawn. And as far as African Americans go, the once predominantly African American "CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT" has been trending Hispanic for the last decade.

Listen. The notion that African Americans can only win office running as Democrats is false. Congressman Wesley Hunt is a member of the GOP "Greater Opportunity Party" and represents the 38th Congressional District of Texas, which is 50.1% White, 25.9% Hispanic, 10.1% Asian, 9.6% Black, 3.6% Two or more races, and 0.7% other. That said, redrawing the lines to the 9th Congressional District and the 18th Congressional District could also put CD-02 and CD-38 in play. If Republican lawmakers take away too many Republican voters and add them to other congressional districts, they could potentially cost themselves dearly in the 2026 Midterm Elections.

"THE WARPATH."

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews claims that she's going to primary "BLACK LAWMAKERS" in the 2026 Democratic Party Primary, in a recent INSTAGRAM POST, she published. That said, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications does not condone "THE VULGAR LANGUAGE" espoused in the video below. However, in the spirit of public concern, this message is being shared as confirmation that African Americans are getting sick and tired of ineffective leadership and cowardly African American elected officials.

"HARSH WORDS."

As a refresher, on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the Texas Black Democratic Caucus allowed "Dr." Candice Matthews to listen in on their "PHONE CONFERENCE," which may have been a colossal mistake. After the meeting was over, the cowboy-hat-wearing National Minister of Politics, for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, took to INSTAGRAM, and blasted the Democratic Lawmakers calling them, "WEAK A$$ $ NIGGAZ," and proclaiming that she would primary them in next year's Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary Elections.

- REDISTRICTING -

State Rep. Jarvis Johnson is right for trying to instill some fight in "DEMOCRATIC LAWMAKERS." Still, he should focus his attention on voter mobilization and engagement rather than on stall tactics. Carmen Maria Montiel has placed CD-18 in play and will be even stronger after the lines are redrawn in the Texas Legislature at the direction of President Donald J. Trump and the Department of Justice. However, former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson believes that Democrats in the Texas House of Representatives should "BREAK QUORUM," as a way of derailing President Donald Trump's plan to seize control of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. That said, simply not showing up for work to do the people's business is nothing more than a stall tactic, which won't stop CD-18 boundaries from being redrawn.

- VULGAR LANGUAGE -

Aubrey R. Taylor Communications does not condone "THE VULGAR LANGUAGE" espoused by the woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews in this video. However, in the spirit of public concern, this message is being shared as confirmation that African Americans are getting "SICK AND TIRED" of taxation without representation and weak leaders. From what I understand, on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the Texas Black Democratic Caucus allowed "Dr." Candice Matthews to listen in on their "PHONE CONFERENCE," which may have been a colossal mistake. After the meeting was over, the cowboy-hat-wearing National Minister of Politics, for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, took to INSTAGRAM, and blasted the Black Democratic Lawmakers calling them, "WEAK A$$ $ NIGGAZ," and proclaiming that she would primary them in next year's Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary Elections.

The Harris County GOP is welcoming of people of all ethnicities who believe in family, freedom, and fair elections. On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Carmen Maria Montiel (Republican) and former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson (Democrat) are the two candidates "CD-18 VOTERS" should choose from in the Special Election, to fill out the remainder of the late Congressman Sylvester Turner's term.

Congressman Wesley Hunt is a member of the GOP "Greater Opportunity Party," and represents the 38th Congressional District seat, which is 50.1% White, 25.9% Hispanic, 10.1% Asian, 9.6% Black, 3.6% Two or more races, and 0.7% other. That said, redrawing the lines to the 9th Congressional District and the 18th Congressional District could also put CD-02 and CD-38 in play. Republican lawmakers could take away too many Republican voters and add them to other congressional districts.

Jonahan McCullough Sr. has endorsed Carmen Maria Montiel in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Carment Maria Montiel is the best choice for Republican and Independent voters to cast their votes for on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

When Carmen Maria Montiel ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee during the 2022 Midterm Election, she received 40,941 votes and spent only a little over $ 126,000.00 on her campaign. Comparatively speaking, when former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards challenged Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, she raised over $1.6 million and received only 14,668 votes. That said, there are well over 417,430 registered voters living in CD-18, which means, if Carmen Maria Montiel can garner the lion's share of the Republican vote, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, she will make the December runoff, and give "THE GOP" a really good shot to flip CD-18 from blue to red.

Gerry Wayne Monroe, the Five Star General, loved Yates High School and cared deeply about education and local politics. He will always be remembered as the "5-STAR GENERAL," a true community activist who cared about children and the future of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. There's no doubt about it, there will never be another Gerry Wayne Monroe. That said, Gerry would roll over in his grave if I allowed Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Christian Menefee to trick the people of the 18th Congressional District into electing Christian Menefee on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the "SPECIAL ELECTION," to succeed former Congressman Sylvester Turner.

Former Houston Lawyers Association (HLA) President Traci A. Gibson (second from left) recently closed out her term for the 2024-2025 cycle on a high note, according to her "IMPACT REPORT," which my investigative team and I recently reviewed. Attorney Traci A. Gibson increased revenue by bringing in more than $300,000.00, which represented a 22 percent increase. On Monday, July 7, 2025, attorney Traci A. Gibson signed up to run against Mike Doyle in next year's Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County Democratic Party Chairman.

Mike Doyle (left), who serves as the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party, claimed under penalty of perjury that he received a $61,700.00 donation from Gilberto Hinojosa, who was serving as the chairman and treasurer for the Texas Democratic Party on the first day of "EARLY VOTING," which was 10/21/2024, in Texas. Upon inspecting the "CAMPAIGN REPORTS" for the Harris County Democratic Party and the Texas Democratic Party filed on 10/28/2024, Gilberto Hinojosa did not report ever donating $61,700.00 to Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party or receiving a $61,700.00 donation from the Harris County Democratic Party.

Why did Mike Doyle give the Annette Ramirez Campaign $49,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account to promote her campaign out of money that was given to him by "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" and other Democratic candidates?

CONCERNING DONATIONS...

On October 31, 2024, Mike Doyle withdrew $10,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and transferred it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

On October 31, 2024, Mike Doyle withdrew $17,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and transferred it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

On November 8, 2024, Mike Doyle withdrew $22,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and transferred it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

TROUBLING TRANSACTIONS...

Mike Doyle took $175,682.11 that was transferred from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee bank account to the Harris County (FEC) PAC. He let the money sit in the FED PAC Bank account until the election ended. After the coast was clear, Mike Doyle then made 12 twelve transfers from the FED PAC Bank Account to the FED Account as "ALLOCABLE AMOUNT" transfers and "LEVIN FUNDS" transfers.

THE SHELL GAME...

On December 9, 2024, Mike Doyle transferred $13,590.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC to the (FED) as an allocable amount.

On 12/09/2024, Mike Doyle took $8,000.00 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as an allocable amount.

On 12/09/2024, Mike Doyle took $128.00 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as a Levin funds transfer.

On 11/25/2024, Mike Doyle took $6,750.00 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as a Levin funds transfer.
