A Few 'Black Girl Magic' Judges Are Out of Line; Is it Possible that Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Dr. Matthews Are Pulling their Strings?

Is Commissioner Rodney Ellis, "PUPPET MASTER #1" now controlling his subordinates? Has Dr. Candice Matthews' favor with Commissioner Rodney Ellis made her a "POWER-BROKER" with some of the "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" in Harris County? Why is Judge Erica Hughes so angry? Why did Judge Angela Graves-Harrington agree to make a "GUEST APPEARANCE" on the "AS THEY SEE ME" -- Speaking Truth to Power podcast, a few days after Commissioner Rodney Ellis made a "GUEST APPEARANCE" on the "AS THEY SEE ME" -- Speaking Truth to Power podcast? Why is Dr. Candice Matthews claiming to have cut a deal with METRO, the Metropolitan Transit Authority? Has Dr. Candice Matthews' new-found favor with Commissioner Rodney Ellis elevated her to "PUPPET MASTER #2" status? Has Dr. Candice Matthews already started to reap the rewards of being inducted into "THE RODNEY ELLIS CLAN" of so-called political elites?

Members of Black Girl Magic Claim Dr. Candice Matthews is Lying About the Zoom Meeting; Judge Hughes Says My Report is Fake News -- Is She Right or Wrong?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I’m sure you remember all about the 19 women judges who ran for office back in 2018 who became affectionally known as “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” in Harris County, Texas. I’m sure you’ve also heard about the fraud that I talked about yesterday in Harris County, Texas that took place in our area back in 2018. After a series of phone calls I’ve received since publishing my article on the day before yesterday, I’ve decided to take a look at a few of the women who have accused me of publishing fake news. First up I am going to take a closer look at Judge Erica Hughes, County Criminal Court at Law #3, who was the first judge to call me and accuse me of publishing inaccurate information. She claimed to not even know Dr. Candice Matthews. She claims that my report was made up. So rather than calling her cohort, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, 246th Family District Court, and ask her what was going on, her first thought was to discredit me – right? Man, those black robes have gone to the heads of some of these judges. And the funny thing about her phone call was that after she called, and accused me of publishing “FAKE NEWS” I received several other phone calls from several other “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” who are all a part of her little group of “SIX”. In case you don't know, this is a subgroup that has pretty much splintered off from the group of women who were part of the original “NINETEEN” women who made up “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” in Harris County, Texas. If you don’t know Erica Hughes, she is the judge who most people believe is the “ALPHA DOG” of the subgroup of “SIX” who believe that they’re running things in Harris County, Texas. I will identify the subgroup of “SIX” in a future report. But as for now, I will introduce you to Judge Erica Hughes who was the first one to accused me of publishing “FAKE NEWS” for exposing their 'alleged' connection to Dr. Candice Matthews, who claimed that she had a zoom meeting scheduled with the “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” in a recent phone conversation that I recorded. Why did I record the conversation? Well, the phone call was recorded, because the more and more Dr. Candice Matthews talked about the “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” the more I started to wonder whether any laws were broken. Why did I wonder about this? Well, judges in the state of Texas are governed by the TEXAS CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT. As such, these judges must respect and honor the offices they are elected as a public trust. These judges must also strive to enhance and maintain confidence in our legal system. What am I trying to say? Well, these judges have what’s called “JUDICIAL CANONS” that they’re governed by in Texas. These “JUDICIAL CANONS” are intended to serve as a set of basic standards that govern the conduct of all judges and serve as guidance, or a standard if you will, that’s intended to make sure that the highest standards of judicial and personal conduct are adhered to while they’re severing on the bench. So, since a few of these “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES,” felt the need to allude to my report as “FAKE NEWS” I decided to go and take a closer look at their relationship with Dr. Candice Matthews to see what they were so upset about. Wow! I’ve got some real “TEA” for you coming in a few days!

COUNTY COMMISSIONER RODNEY ELLIS EXPLAINS HOW COMMISSIONER'S COURT IS OVER THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

In this partial snippet of County Commissioner Rodney Ellis' appearance on "AS THEY SEE ME" -- Speaking Truth to Power, he explains how Harris County Commissioner's Court is over the entire Criminal Justice System in Harris County, Texas.  So, the big issue here is going to be trying to figure out exactly how much influence Commissioner Rodney Ellis has over these judges.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As you can see, some of the "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" who are claiming not to know anything about a "ZOOM MEETING" either think I am stupid or they are flat out lying about their connections to Dr. Candice Matthews. You can clearly see, the name of Judge Shannon B. Baldwin as one of the (70) seventy people who either liked or loved the promotion highlighting Judge Angela Graves-Harrington's appearance on "AS THEY SEE MEE" -- Speaking Truth to Power! In case you don't know her, Judge Shannon Baldwin is the presiding judge for County Criminal Court at Law #4. So, you should know, that all of these women (and several others) began calling and texting me on the same day that I published my report about Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, taking $700,000 out of his campaign account and throwing it into the stock market, and questioning whether or not it was legal for him to do so."

JUDGE LIKE ERICA HUGHES AND ANGELA GRAVES-HARRINGTON HAD BETTER FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THESE JUDICIAL CANONS

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

It didn’t take long for me to discover the tracks that Judge Hughes and a few of her cohorts were trying to cover up. I found exactly what I was looking for on www.txcourts.gov.

Canon 1: Upholding the Integrity and Independence of the Judiciary

An independent and honorable judiciary is indispensable to justice in our society. A judge should participate in establishing, maintaining, and enforcing high standards of conduct, and should personally observe those standards so that the integrity and independence of the judiciary are preserved. The provisions of this Code are to be construed and applied to further that objective.

Canon 2: Avoiding Impropriety and the Appearance of Impropriety in All of the Judge’s Activities

A. A judge shall comply with the law and should act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.

B. A judge shall not allow any relationship to influence judicial conduct or judgment. A judge shall not lend the prestige of judicial office to advance the private interests of the judge or others; nor shall a judge convey or permit others to convey the impression that they are in a special position to influence the judge. A judge shall not testify voluntarily as a character witness.

C. A judge shall not knowingly hold membership in any organization that practices discrimination prohibited by law.

You can CLICK HERE to learn more about these "JUDICIAL CANONS" all judges must abide by in the state of Texas. I am not sure if any of these were violated with that "ZOOM MEETING" arrangement, but I plan to find out.

WHY IS JUDGE HUGHES CALLING MY REPORT FAKE NEWS AND TRYING TO CAST DOUBT ON MY REPORTING SKILLS

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Well, I don’t blame Judge Erica Hughes, because she may be doing it to protect her interests. You see, as “CANON #2” states: “A judge shall not allow any relationship to influence judicial conduct or judgment. A judge shall not lend the prestige of judicial office to advance the private interests of the judge or others; nor shall a judge convey or permit others to convey the impression that they are in a special position to influence the judge. A judge shall not testify voluntarily as a character witness.” Well, if the statements put forth by Dr. Matthews in her conversation with me are correct, “I have a zoom meeting set up with the “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” very soon. And, I got in Police Chief Art Acevedo’s “A$$” and forced him to go meet with the judges,” is what was conveyed to me by Dr. Candice Matthews. Well, the question becomes, whether or not, “PUPPET MASTER #1” who I believe is Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and his little “PUPPET MASTER #2” who I believe is Dr. Candice Matthews have gained influence over this subset of “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” I will discuss this more tomorrow! But as for now, please review the information below, it will allow you to catch up with this developing story.

Judge Erica Hughes, a Democrat defeated Judge Natalie Fleming, a Republican by what appeared to be a pretty substantial margin of victory at first glance. Now don't you dare go back and tell Judge Erica Hughes that I have said that she's involved at all in any of the "ABSENTEE BALLOT" crap that was going on back in 2018 because that would be a bald-faced lie. However, since we've now learned, through a 2-year investigation by Colleen M. Vera, and published on "TEXAS TRASH TALK" some Democrats were going out to nursing homes and having "ELDERLY DEMOCRATIC ABSENTEE VOTERS' to select "ONE NAME ONLY" on their mail ballots. Once the "MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS" secured the signatures they would then move on to the next senior citizen. CLICK HERE to learn more about how the scheme worked. HOW GOOD OF A JUDGE IS THIS ERICA HUGHES, THE JUDGE FOR COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT AT LAW #3

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

First off, I don’t have anything against Judge Erica Hughes, but rather than being controlled by “THE PUPPET MASTER,” I think she should be focusing more of her attention on becoming a better judge. But don’t take my word for it. The results of the 2019 Judicial Evaluation Questionnaire that’s published every two years, by the (HBA) Houston Bar Association did not rate Judge Erica Hughes, Judge for County Criminal Court at Law #3 too well if you ask me. And since attorneys are the ones who should know the judicial temperament of these judges, I will defer to what they had to say about Judge Erica Hughes. QUESTION: Does Judge Erica Hughes follow the Law? ANSWER: 35.1% of the attorneys who responded said that she needs improvement in this area. QUESTION: Does Judge Erica Hughes rule decisively and timely? 32.4% of the respondents said that she needs improvement in this area. QUESTION: Does Judge Erica Hughes demonstrate impartiality? ANSWER: 36.5% of the attorneys who responded said that she needs improvement in this area. Click this link to see a complete breakdown of how the attorneys who practice before Judge Erica Hughes feel about her preparedness and how they rate her overall performance as a judge. Remember, Judge Erica Hughes will be on the ballot in the March 2022, Democratic primary election seeking to win the Democratic nomination.

HOW GOOD OF A JUDGE IS ANGELA GRAVES HARRINGTON, THE JUDGE FOR THE 246TH FAMILY DISTRICT COURT IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Well, from what I know about Judge Angela Graves-Harrington, she is one of the members of the group of “SIX” that I’m labeling as a subgroup of the “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” crew. Judge Angela Graves-Harrington on the surface appears to be a decent job – and in my opinion. She’s also a strong black woman who kinda does her own thing – if you know what I mean. However, rather than trying to gain notoriety by making “GUEST APPEARANCES” on internet talk shows, she would be better off focusing her attention on becoming a better judge, if you ask me. The results of the 2019 Judicial Evaluation Questionnaire that’s published every two years, by the (HBA) Houston Bar Association rated Judge Angela Graves-Harrington better than they rated her sidekick, Judge Erica Hughes, in case you’re wondering. And since attorneys are the ones who should know the judicial temperament of these judges better than us, I will defer to what they had to say about Judge Angela Graves-Harrington. QUESTION: Does Judge Angela Graves-Harrington follow the Law? ANSWER: 30.6% of the attorneys who responded said that she needs improvement in this area. QUESTION: Does Judge Angela Graves-Harrington rule decisively and timely? 26.2% of the respondents said that she needs improvement in this area. MEET DEBORAH ADAMS A DEMOCRATIC PRECINCT CHAIR/JUDGE AND STATE REP. HAROLD DUTTON, JR.

In this video #1, this “ELDERLY VOTER” who lived inside House District 142 at the time this video was recorded. In this video, she claims that her name is Ira Cruz or something to that effect – it’s hard for me to figure out exactly what she’s saying. However, what’s unmistakable is that this lady claims that Deborah Adams, the Harris County Democratic Chair for Precinct 259 helped her to fill out her “ABSENTEE BALLOT” and sent it back to the Harris County Clerk’s Office for her – which is illegal. According to this “ELDERLY VOTER”, she’s been assisted by Deborah Adams every year for a long time in doing this. Remember, this precinct is inside House District 142, which has been held by State Representative Harold Dutton, Jr., for years and years and years. Is this why people like State Rep. Harold Dutton appears to be unbeatable?

ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF TEXAS

Have you ever heard the term “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING” before? What is it? Well, ballot harvesting is an illegal practice of collecting and submitting absentee or mail-in ballots by volunteers or workers of campaigns. While we are going to focus on one of Democratic State Rep. Harold Dutton’s campaign workers in this report, Democrats aren’t the only ones who have been caught 'allegedly' cheating at the “ABSENTEE BALLOT” game. How do I know? Well, the “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING” got so bad back in 2018 in North Carolina that Mark Harris, who was a Republican Congressional candidate got his victory annulled back in early 2019, and a new election was ordered.

(2) engages in another practice that causes another person's compensation from or employment status with the person to be dependent on the number of ballots deposited as provided by Section 86.0051(b); or

(3) with knowledge that accepting compensation for such activity is illegal, accepts compensation for an activity described by Subdivision (1) or (2).

(b) Except as provided by Subsection (c), an offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:

PART 1: GLORIA PALMER DISCUSSES HOW SHE WORKS HARD GOING OUT AND GETTING THOSE ABSENTEE BALLOTS

- TEXAS TRASH TALK -

According to Colleen M. Vera, after the 2016 Democratic Primary, a candidate for Harris County Constable (Pct 3), Jasen Rabalais, filed a lawsuit claiming that a campaign worker for another candidate, Michel Pappillion, “deliberately falsified, illegally completed or unlawfully influenced the ballots and early voting applications of elderly residents in Harris County.” The lawsuit was dismissed. But the audiotape above had been made by the Rabalais campaign after he found out that an “alleged harvester” was working for an opponent’s campaign.

PART 2: GLORIA PALMER SHARES EXACTLY HOW THE ABSENTEE BALLOT GAME WORKS IN HARRIS COUNTY

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

In case you don't know, providing unlawful assistance to a voter in connection with “ABSENTEE BALLOT” is a state jail felony from what I understand. However, having “ABSENTEE VOTERS” select one name on their “ABSENTEE BALLOT" and sign their signature, and then taking the ballot with you is something else altogether. In case you don't know, it also illegal to receive compensation for depositing the carrier-envelope in the mail or with a common or contract carrier folks. Gloria Palmer is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. For the record, the audiotape above had been made by the Rabalais campaign after he found out that an “alleged harvester” was working for an opponent’s campaign.

According to Dr. Candice Matthews (right), Commissioner Rodney Ellis has a bunch of churches mad at him because of something related to contracts that he has with the prison system. I don't know anything about that, but I do know that he's taking a lot of his campaign cash and throwing it into the stock market. He took $200,000 out on Thursday, November 7, 2019, and invested (gambled) it in the stock market. And just a few days later, on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, he took out $500,000 and poured (gambled) it in the stock market. Is that legal? How can he get away with this crap? Is this investing or chasing losses? It looks a lot like chasing losses if you ask me. Also, according to Dr. Candice Matthews, she's scheduled to hold a zoom meeting with the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" judges and got in the City of Houston Police Chief's "A$$" and used her show to put some real pressure on him to make him go meet with the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" judges. I'm not sure if I believe what she's saying -- but you can never tell in this political climate.

Commissioner Ellis, Black Girl Magic, and Police Chief Art Acevedo All Thrown Under the Bus by Dr. Candice Matthews

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Can you believe that back on 11/12/2019: Commissioner Rodney Ellis spent $500,000.00 out of his campaign account to purchase (500,000) shares of NYSE – Federated Government Obligations Fund stock? And back on 11/07/2019: Rodney Ellis spent $200,000.00 out of his campaign account to purchase (200,000) shares of NYSE – Federated Government Obligations Fund stock? How did I find this information? Well, I acted on a tip I got from Dr. Candice Matthews. I haven’t found what she told me yet, but I’m still looking. Anyways, last week Commissioner Rodney Ellis appeared on a new little Facebook live podcast title, “AS THEY SEE ME” – Speaking Truth to Power. While watching the show, I wondered how in the world all three hosts of the show and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis could end up on the 7:00 PM show with the same t-shirts on. Well, I got the answer to that question yesterday, when I received a call from Elvonte Patton, known as “THE GENERAL” on the show. His call came in at 4:34 PM. According to Elvonte Patton, he is the one who gave Commissioner Rodney Ellis his t-shirt at the unveiling of the Mickey Leland statute recently. But it wasn’t Elvonte Patton’s phone call that got my juices flowing – but rather the earlier phone call I received from his co-host Dr. Candice Matthews. Man, this woman is a piece of work. Get this, first she accused Commissioner Rodney Ellis of ‘allegedly’ hiding diamonds inside that artwork. If you don’t know what artwork I’m talking about view the article at the end of this link. After doing her about-face on her show last week, she turned right around and threw Commissioner Rodney Ellis under the bus this week. How? Now, after denying that their interview with Commissioner Rodney Ellis was staged/corriagraphed, when she was on the show. She turned right around and admitted to me that she met with Commissioner Rodney Ellis in person on the same day that the show took place. Not only that, but according to Dr. Candice Matthews, she also told me in the phone conversation that she made Commissioner Ellis aware of the fact that she knew about him being associated with a “PRISON CONTRACT,” which is something I will discuss in a feature report – because I am trying to validate her claim. But I'm starting to really wonder how that new start-up Facebook show is able to get so many "POWERFUL ELECTED OFFICIALS" on after Commissioner Rodney Ellis gave, Dr. Candice Matthews, and her cohorts his blessings. I guess we're about to see who "PUPPET-MASTER #1" and "PUPPET-MASTER #2" is in Harris County, Texas. And hey, I also heard the Lillie Schechter, the embattled Harris County Democratic Party Chairwoman is going to make a guest appearance too! I think if we all keep an eye on "AS THE SEE ME" we're going to be able to identify a lot of folks who we need to take a closer look at in the coming weeks.

If you believe Dr. Candice Matthews, Police Chief Art Acevedo is going to meet with the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" judges because she got in his "A$$". I don't think that's the case, but that's the story she told me.

IS CANDICE MATTHEWS STRONG ENOUGH TO FORCE THE POLICE CHIEF TO MEET WITH THE BLACK FEMALE JUDGES?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

According to Dr. Candice Matthews, she has been able to apply enough pressure to Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo, that he’s now going to meet with the “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” judges very soon. According to Dr. Candice Matthews, she has arranged a zoom meeting with the “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” judges so that they can get set up and prepared to meet with Chief Acevedo. Is this true? How did Dr. Candice Matthews become such a power broker so quickly? Do you smell that? Doesn’t something smell fishy? Well, according to Dr. Candice Matthews, Commissioner Rodney Ellis was very surprised to find out that she knew about his ‘alleged’ prison contracts. I don’t know if she’s telling the truth, but I am certainly going to check it out. Anyways, check out the video below, to hear Dr. Matthews’ claims about Commissioner Ellis, the “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” judges and Police Chief Art Acevedo.

DR. CANDICE MATTHEWS THROWS COMMISSIONER RODNEY ELLIS, OTHERS UNDER THE BUS

If you are a candidate who is thinking about going on the “AS THEY SEE ME” – Speaking Truth to Power podcast on Facebook, you might want to think again. Commissioner Rodney Ellis was on last week and thrown under the bus this week.

DID DR. CANDICE MATTHEWS CALL ME AND FLAT OUT LIE ON GERRY MONROE?

I was caught off guard when Dr. Candice called to tell me that Gerry Wayne Monroe was trying to spread information about me to the general public. Wow!!! I didn’t believe one bit of it, so as soon I got off of the phone with Dr. Candice Matthews I picked up the phone and called the “5 STAR GENERAL” as he is affectionally known on “THE WAR ZONE,” which is his nightly podcast on Facebook.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

After receiving a tip from Dr. Candice Matthews, with the “AS THEY SEE ME” – Speaking Truth to Power podcast about Commissioner Rodney Ellis being involved in some sort of “PRISON CONTRACT” that’s messing up the churches money, I decided to go try and find out if she was telling the truth. I haven’t found what I’m looking for yet, but I’ll share a few of the things I did find interesting. What you see below is just a sample. I do I know? WE'RE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS

"I have absolutely no idea what's going to happen on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, when Democrats and Republican face-off in Harris County, Texas. However, it behooves all of us to make sure that the "2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION" is free from cheating, fraud, and corruption. So, if you are looking to cheat, don't call us. If you're looking for someone to harvest some mail-ballots for you, do not call us. However, if you're looking to implement superior branding and marketing techniques as a way of getting an advantage let Aubrey R. Taylor Communications assist you with accomplishing your goal of winning the office that you're seeking. Our ground game is second to none, that's why we had one of the largest circulated "ELECTION EDITIONS" in the state of Texas back on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, for the Gubernatorial Election. In case you don't remember, we had (26) twenty-six Republican supporters, and (33) thirty-three Democratic supporters. Click here to review this edition. And remember, our readers are "OPEN-MINDED" and are compelled to cast their ballot for the "BEST-QUALIFIED CANDIDATES" who value, respect, and ask for their vote.
