DA Sean Teare Could Launch a Criminal Probe into Kim Ogg; George Foreman IV and Eric Carr Should Meet Privately

The tension between former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (second from left) and current Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare (fat left) is spilling over into courtrooms and political alleyways in Harris County, Texas. Several attorneys have requested that DA Sean Teare open a criminal investigation into Ogg's recent actions. At the same time, Ogg continues her call for the Texas Rangers and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to look into District Attorney Sean Teare's alleged "QUID PRO QUO" agreement he entered into with Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis as a political payback. IN OTHER NEWS... George Foreman IV conducted a nice interview with conservative Talk Show Host Michael Berry, but only received "SOFTBALL QUESTIONS" and didn't even address the issue related to his political party affiliation. George Foreman IV took a swipe at his former brother-in-law, former prizefighter-turned-businessman Eric Carr, who remains undeterred, and is sticking by his plans to throw his influence behind State Rep. Jolanda Jones, when she enters the race to run for the 18th Congressional District of Texas against George Foreman IV, and a host of other candidates. (CLICK HERE) Check out George Foreman's "FULL INTERVIEW" with the Michael Berry Show.

Former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr married Freeda Foreman, the daughter of "BIG GEORGE" Foreman, the two-time Heavyweight Boxing Champion of the World, when he was a young man. However, the two divorced, but not before having a beautiful daughter. Eric Carr proclaims that he will never run for political office in this segment. However, he also declared that he can impact local elections in other ways.

Former prizefighter and businessman Eric Carr discusses the divisiveness in American politics and why some people choose to run for political office. According to Eric Carr, people should prioritize local politics first. Carr talks candidly to Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor about the power levels in politics and who the game should be played.

Former prizefighter and businessman Eric Carr discusses the need for an open door between the African American community and Republican leaders. One of the areas Eric Carr discussed in this segment with Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor is his concerns about the Criminal Justice System and how it works in Texas.

Former prizefighter and businessman Eric Carr discusses how African Americans should keep an open mind. He emplores African Americans to unite and get our local elected officials to get on the same page. According to Carr, the Black Community needs politicians who will fight, but who will do so in unique ways that do not alienate the Black Community. "It's time out for foolishness," proclaims Eric Carr in this segment.

The deadline to file for a place on the "SPECIAL ELECTION" ballot to run for the 18th Congressional District of Texas is on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor is interviewed by Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper in this segment related to the upcoming 18th Congressional District of Texas race.

Early voting for the upcoming "SPECIAL ELECTION" will begin on Monday, October 20, 2025, and end on Friday, October 31, 2025. Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor is interviewed by Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper in this segment related to the upcoming 18th Congressional District of Texas race.

Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor discusses the family issue currently existing between George Foreman IV and his former brother-in-law, Eric Carr, who plans to support State Rep. Jolanda Jones when she enters the race. The newly-drawn 18th Congressional District of Texas is now 43.4% Hispanic, 32.2% Black, 16.7% White, 4.9% Asian, 2.2% Two or more races, and 0.7% Other, according to the (CPVI) Cook Partisan Voting Index. Can the 18th Congressional District of Texas get flipped from "BLUE" to "RED" on Tuesday, November 4, 2025? The answer is YES. However, it will take the correct type of candidates who can draw support from the right and the left side of the political aisle.

On Monday, June 2, 2025, George Foreman IV took part in an "INTERVIEW" with conservative Talk Show Host Michael Berry. During the interview, Michael Berry neglected to ask George Foreman IV any serious questions about his plans, platform, or political party affiliation. (CLICK HERE) Listen to Michael Berry's full "INTERVIEW" with the man known as "BIG WHEEL" to his family and friends.

On Monday, June 2, 2025, George Foreman IV took a slug at his former brother-in-law, former prizefighter Eric Carr, in this segment of his "INTERVIEW" with conservative Talk Show Host Michael Berry on KTRH740AM, which is something he does not need to be doing. (CLICK HERE) Listen to Michael Berry's full "INTERVIEW" with the man known as "BIG WHEEL" to his family and friends.

DA Sean Teare Could Launch Criminal Probe into Kim Ogg; George Foreman IV and Eric Carr Should Meet Privately

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Some personal family matters should be kept private among the family. I will not go into detail, but any unfinished business George Foreman IV and Eric Carr, the former prizefighter-turned-businessman, have to settle should be settled privately.

I love former two-time Heavyweight Boxing Champion Foreman and pray that his legacy remains intact and cooler heads prevail in the matter that’s simmering beneath the surface.

There’s no doubt in my mind that George Foreman IV is an “ALPHA MALE” who has the DNA of a champion coded into his genetic markers. Sure, “BIG WHEEL,” as he’s affectionately known to his family and friends, has the gift of gab, but he needs to be smart.

His performance on the Michael Berry Show demonstrated that he’s a likable brother with a great personality who appears to have the potential to be a transitional figure in politics. After all, “BIG WHEEL,” according to his interview with Michael Berry, wanted to grow up and become the Governor of Texas one day when he was a child.

George Foreman IV is ambitious. He exudes confidence and is the polar opposite of County Attorney Christian Menefee, who is a “BETA MALE,” who is submissive and subservient when it comes to dealing with “ALPHA MALES,” with a dominant trait.

In reality, former City Councilwoman Amanda Edwards and County Attorney Christian Menefee don’t have the correct “GENETIC CODE” to compete against the likes of George Foreman IV, former State Rep. Jarvis Johnson, and not State Rep. Jolanda Jones, who is a fierce competitor who exudes confidence and will to win, unlike anyone who has entered the race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, thus far.

Should State Rep. Jolanda Jones enter the race and run for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas? Yes, she should. Will she fare well? Yes, she should, if she plays her cards right and draws to her strengths.

“Jolanda Jones rose from a childhood of poverty and tragedy to membership in numerous Halls of Fame, a CNN Hero, a 4-time national track and field champion, a basketball All-American, a Rhodes Scholar nominee, a successful businesswoman, author, and an unapologetic human rights activist, a Houston City Council member and school board Trustee,” explains her website.

She’s also a highly respected analyst, having been interviewed by notable figures such as Roland Martin, Tom Joyner, and Jacque Reid over the years, which demonstrates her experience in dealing with the media.

The people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas need a “TRUE LEADER,” with real courage, not a paper tiger, with a roar but no bite.

“To date, Jolanda has saved five lives. One: a gunshot victim. Two: an SUV rollover victim who was ejected on the freeway. Three: a hit-and-run victim. Four: a victim passed out on a busy street. And her fifth and most notable save, for which she won a HERO Award, was that of a teenager whose car fell approximately 100 feet off of a freeway interchange, caught fire, and exploded seconds after Jolanda and her son extricated her. Jolanda ran to safety 50 meters with the teenager in her arms,” her website states.

“If someone is in danger and Jolanda is near, she will be the person who rushes in to save whoever needs saving. Jolanda feels compelled to save people due to the many times she was a victim of circumstance and in need of help, combined with her mother’s teachings that she must have the courage to do what is right when it’s easier to do wrong and that she must help people who, but for her help, would be helpless,” stated her website.

All of this, coupled with other life experiences, has uniquely prepared State Rep. Jolanda Jones to perform well on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and possibly make the runoff, in what could be one of the most consequential congressional races of our lifetimes.

“THE GAG ORDER.”

Former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg could find herself in hot water if she doesn’t settle down and control her tongue. Why? A local Democratic judge, Judge Josh Hill, the presiding judge for the 232nd Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas, has been asked by several lawyers to hold Ogg in contempt of court, according to published reports.

It seems that Ogg is running around town, appearing on Fox 26, talking about details of the case involving the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, and depending on who you ask, some folks feel that she should not be talking publicly about the case.

Judge Josh Hill has expanded his “GAG ORDER,” which now includes former District Attorney Kim Ogg, who recently publicly accused one of the accused men in the Nungaray murder trial of assaulting an American woman in Costa Rica before illegally migrating to the United States.

Ogg claims that she’s discussing the case because she’s concerned about the current Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare’s decision-making as it relates to cases she initiated while serving as the DA for Harris County, Texas.

Several Defense Attorneys are asking for Judge Hill to expand his gag order and for Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare to open a criminal investigation into Kim Ogg’s conduct.

According to a published report, Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare’s office has confirmed its intent to file a grievance against Former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg with the State Bar of Texas.

"IN OTHER NEWS."

Popular conservative Radio Talk Show Host Michael Berry interviewed George Foreman IV on (Monday, June 2, 2025), which left a lot of questions for the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas that are still unanswered.

What party banner does George Foreman IV plan to run under in his first bid for public office? And why didn’t conservative Talk Show Host Michael Berry ask “BIG WHEEL” any questions about his political party affiliation?

And why did George Foreman IV take a slug at former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr during his interview with the Michael Berry Show?

For informational purposes, former prizefighter Eric Carr married into “THE FOREMAN FAMILY” when he was pretty much a teenager. Carr met, fell in love with, and married Freeda Foreman, and the two had a child together. Freeda Foreman, who ultimately committed suicide years after she and Carr divorced, shared a lot of “THE FOREMAN FAMILY” secrets with Carr during their marriage, which should stay private family business – if you know what I mean.

Eric Carr had a unique opportunity to witness the inner workings of “THE FOREMAN FAMILY” in ways people like Michael Berry and others never have. He will never do so, no matter how hard they may try.

While conservative Talk Show Host Michael Berry may know “THE FOREMAN FAMILY,” he doesn’t see the family like Eric Carr does, and has to be careful and stay out of the family business that may need to be settled by “BIG WHEEL” and his former brother-in-law, Eric Carr.

Listen. In politics, sometimes it’s better to mend fences rather than “GASLIGHT” situations and taunt people as influential as Eric Carr, who has come a long way since the days when he was a prizefighter and married into the Foreman family.

When announcing your plans to run for political office, which is what George Foreman IV was doing when he appeared on the Michael Berry Show, you never want to fan flames.

Listen. I’ve spoken at length with former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr, along with Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper of KCOH Radio on the line. That said, Cooper has a great relationship with Eric Carr, as well as “THE FOREMAN FAMILY,” and is calling for cooler heads to prevail in a matter that could turn really ugly, really quickly, if things ramp up.

Below is a transcript of the entire interview “BIG WHEEL” participated in with conservative Talk Show Host Michael Berry on Monday, June 2, 2025, on KTRH740AM.

MICHAEL BERRY: On March 21, the world lost a legend, a boxer, a preacher, father and businessman, a friend, a husband, an inspiration in George Foreman.

MICHAEL BERRY: And now you thought you wouldn’t hear the name George Foreman again other than talking about his legacy. Another George Foreman is running for Congress in the last I think it’s fifteen months. I have to check that number again.

Six Democrat Congressmen have died in office, six in just over a year, two of them going back to July 19 of last year when Sheila Jackson Lee died.

Two of them in the same congressional district, the eighteenth Congressional district, first served by Barbara Jordan. The district was sort of created for Barbara Jordan, and she held that seat until Mickey Leland, and then we went through the list of the few who’ve held it since then.

When Sheila Jackson Lee passed July 19 of last year, she was succeeded by Sylvester Turner, who was just finished becoming or finished being the mayor of the City of Houston and shortly thereafter he too would pass, so two of the six in that one congressional seat.

In less than one year, that seat has lost two congressmen. There will be an election for the replacement and for the congressman who will serve the eighteenth Congressional district, and George Foreman is running.

He is better known, especially by friends and family, by his nickname, which is “BIG WHEEL.”

Big Wheel welcome to the program.

GEORGE FOREMAN IV: Good morning, and I’m happy to be here with you.

MICHAEL BERRY: I love to have you. Don’t get all the formal over me now.

GEORGE FOREMAN: So it’s a great honor.

MICHAEL BERRY: I’m sorry, go ahead.

GEORGE FOREMAN IV: No, it’s a great honor. I got to sit in the background. Well, my dad got to be a part of these shows and talk a lot about his love for country, his love for Texas, and now I get to follow in that trend. So big shoes to fill, not just on the congressional side, but big shoes to fill on the family side, too.

MICHAEL BERRY: Big shoes for Big Wheel. Let’s talk about that big, beautiful family of yours. I’m sure you’ve pulled everybody together and told them, hey, I’m running for Congress. How does that go? And did that include your your your, your pop?

Big George, when he was still all out, which was not so long ago.

GEORGE FOREMAN IV: George has always been a big part of my dreams, setting big goals and big dreams. From a child, he said, you can be anything. You know what, you can be president.

And as a young kid back in high school, I made a personal goal I wanted to be the Governor of Texas. I even had a chance to meet and learn from the governor firsthand, ask advice, ask perspective.

And now here I am years later running for Congress. So, the path forward is beautiful. George has always been a part of my vision building, and sadly it was after he passed I got to make my formal announcement. But these dreams are always a part of our conversation and a big part of why. He said, you know, you got the name George foreman. If you do something, we all do something.

GEORGE FOREMAN IV: If you go up, we all go up. You go down, we all go down. So, he linked us forever. So, I had to make clear when I was running for Congress, to let all the George’s know we’re running for Congress now, so get ready.

MICHAEL BERRY: It’s a big, beautiful family and a big powerful name. And he was always very mindful of that name. That’s why when his name was behind a product or a cause, it was always very successful because people respected that. And I know you’re mindful of that. You have also followed in his path as a pastor of the church he found it. Talk a little bit about that.

GEORGE FOREMAN IV: George founded the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. He was actually in evangelist. He traveled the world telling the story about how Jesus Christ saved him in the dressing room in Puerto Rico and made a prophet out of him. Well, when he got ill, me and my family took it upon ourselves to keep that church alive. Don’t let Jesus go, he would always say.

So, we took it upon ourselves to keep it up. We even got to have the opportunity to preach at his burial, so we got never even imagined would be a part of my life. But that church is still alive today, and that mission to keep Jesus alive is still alive through us.

MICHAEL BERRY: As a congressman, Will you continue to pastor the church?

GEORGE FOREMAN IV: The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is alive and flowing. And as long as I’m alive. I told George, I said, you know what will take care of this. You just focus on getting better. If I have to do this thirty-years for you to get on your feet, I’ll do it.

Well.

We were not quite thirty years after now, but as long as I’m alive, this ministry will continue.

MICHAEL BERRY: It’s an interesting district. I’ve looked at that district over the years. I know obviously where your dad was, and you’ve got a big family out on the northeast side. As a big, sprawling district, that’s a lot of ground to cover.

GEORGE FOREMAN IV: The district is big and growing. From what I can imagine, there’s a lot of people to represent, but I think there couldn’t be. We did a project when I was just a child called the George Foreman Grill, and my dad originally thought we would just have sixteen grills, enough for his camp, enough for his program, but come to find out, the product was good and the spokesperson was pretty good, so we ended up selling one hundred and fifty million or more grills. And more is better in my opinion, and more people in.

MICHAEL BERRY: I would I would say, So, what has been the thing about campaigning for Congress that was different or it surprised you that you hadn’t You hadn’t expected.

GEORGE FOREMAN IV: You know. What I wasn’t prepared for was the infighting, have friends, family, Everyone got an opinion about what the district could and should look like. But I think it’s perfect preparation for getting the Congress and doing some of the fighting to advocate on behalf of the district and on behalf of the American people. So, I’m getting all my sparring done now in preparation for the war to come.

I’m well prepared.

You know. I didn’t expect that. You know, I thought I’d make the announcement and everyone would be bandwagon and throwing money. But people got opinions before they can give a dollar, that’s for sure. But it’s all welcome, all the dollars in all the opinions.

I’ll welcome it.

MICHAEL BERRY: Yeah. Somebody sent me an article about somebody whose name I won’t mention, who’s a former in law of yours, and was off, you know, talking about this or that, and he was not supporting. You’re a good guy, but he’s not going to support it. And I thought, you know, it is only in eighteen congressional district that that makes print.

Nobody does that in other districts, nobody has to deal with that silly drama. Don’t let that bother you run your race, do your best. Don’t let that distraction in that district. It will drag you into the mud and it’s unproductive. And especially as a pastor who is so well respected and with a name that you were fortunate to have and now carry to the next to the next rank.

Don’t let them drag you down on all that big wheel.

GEORGE FOREMAN IV: I appreciate that you know I grew up in a boxing family. The people we love most would actually show up at the gym, put on your headgear, gloves and fight you. Those are people who loved and carried you about to you the most because they wanted you well. Prepare.

Everything that I hear during this campaign for me is sparring and preparation for the battle above. If you have something of conflict to say about me, say it now, because I’m going to be representing you going forward. So, let’s say what you have to say. Say what’s needed.

Let me hear it. Go on to my website: www.4georgeforeman4.org

Go on there. Put in your information, let’s be apart from the great together. If you have something bad to say, say it now, because I’m taking it all the way to the Capitol.

MICHAEL BERRY: I love it. George Foreman the Fourth, aka Big Wheel. Thank you, brother, good luck.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones was born with a "FEARLESS DEMEANOR" unlike Harris County District Attorney Christian Menefee who was born with a "COWARDLY DEMEANOR" and former At-Large Position 4, Councilwoman Amanda Edwards who has proven herself to be a "BONIFIED QUITTER" and has devolved into a beautiful woman who is trying to use her good-looks to help her succeed. (CLICK HERE) Jolanda Jones was featured on KHOU 11 News for chasing down the criminals who stole her purse while she was at the old KCOH Radio headquarters, which was located at 5011 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004, at the time.

Jolanda Jones has proven herself to be a champion all her life. Could she be the champion the people of the 18th Congressional District are desperately seeking?

The newly-drawn 18th Congressional District of Texas is now 43.4% Hispanic, 32.2% Black, 16.7% White, 4.9% Asian, 2.2% Two or more races, and 0.7% Other, according to the (CPVI) Cook Partisan Voting Index. Can the 18th Congressional District of Texas get flipped from "BLUE" to "RED" on Tuesday, November 4, 2025? The answer is YES. However, it will take the correct type of candidates who can draw support from the right and the left side of the political aisle.

The entry of the late 2-time Heavyweight champion George Foreman's son into the race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat has turned the race on its head. County Attorney Christian Menefee's campaign has failed to gain any traction. The campaign strategy used by former Houston City Councilwoman Amanda Edwards has been unable to take hold, just as it did when she raised and spent over $1.6 million during the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary. Remember, most people are beginning to view Amanda Edwards as a perennial runner for public office.

The 2026 Midterm Election provides the people of Fort Bend County and Harris County with a unique opportunity to pluck out the "BAD APPLES" and replace them with "GOOD APPLES" in judicial races up and down the ballot.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones (center) serves as the State Representative for House District 147. When Judge Erica Hughes (left) was called an animal by a local lawyer during the 2024 Democratic Party Primary, State Rep. Jolanda Jones stepped forward to defend Erica Hughes, who was running against Judge Mike Engelhart, a "GREAT DEMOCRATIC JUDGE" for his 151st Civil District Court bench. With the support she received from State Rep. Jolanda Jones and others, Erica Hughes unseated Judge Engelhart by garnering 93,468 votes, for 60.9% of the vote. Comparatively speaking, Judge Mike Engelhart, who was hugely popular, and well respected, only received 59,964 votes, for 39.1%, which shows that any judge running for re-election in next year's Tuesday, March 3, 2025, Democratic Party Primary can lose their bench, including the twenty-six (26) African American incumbent judges who are up for re-election in the 2026 Midterm Election. Readers of Houston Business Connections Newspaper© are strongly encouraged to vote for Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the race for the 180th Criminal District Court in the Democratic Party Primary.

Former United States Attorney General Merrick Garland chose Judge Erica Hughes to serve as an Immigration Judge, where she presided over cases. Judge Erica Hughes has been an esteemed member of the U.S. Army National Guard of Texas in Austin since 2016, serving as a Judge Advocate. On January 1, 2025, Judge Erica Hughes, after being called an animal by an "LGBTQ ATTORNEY," named Ben L. Aderholt and unqualified by fellow judges from within the Harris County Democratic Party, during the 2024 Democratic Party Primary season she overcame the odds and defeated a very popular Democratic Party Judge named Mike Engelhart, one of our favorite judges in the race for the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas.
