Know the Difference Between Dominant Alpha Males, and Beta Males; Ellis Surrounds Himself With Beta Males

Commissioner Rodney Ellis appears to be a very insecure man who seems dominant, but in reality, is a weak man with a dominant side to him. Commissioner Ellis surrounds himself with "BETA MALES" to appear more assertive than he actually is in reality. According to multiple sources, former Mayor Sylvester Turner had a feminine side, just like Commissioner Rodney Ellis has, and loved to be dominated by "ALPHA MALES," which is why Turner's alleged love affair with the late attorney Darryl B. Carter lasted for years, and has become relevant during the upcoming battle for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Commissioner Ellis chose to run County Attorney Christian Menefee for the 18th Congressional District of Texas because Christian Menefee is what's called a "BETA MALE" who will submit to Ellis, a somewhat "ALPHA MALE," and assume a passive or subserviant role to Commissioner Ellis if he becomes the U.S. Represenative for the 18th Congressional Distict of Texas. Former Professional Prizefighter Eric Carr is what's called a dominant "ALPHA MALE," who will not submit to another man in a social or professional setting. The late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee fell in love with Eric Carr and allowed Carr to penetrate her defenses because she recognized Carr as a young, strong man whom she did not want to see caught up in trouble, and took him under her wing.

IN 18 DAYS, I will make a "SPECIAL APPEARANCE" on the historic KCOH RADIO, for a spirited debate about local and national politics, and how it's impacting the Black community. Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper will represent "THE OLD GUARD" and his more than 56 years of experience covering issues from sports to social problems. Ralph Cooper got his start in the industry covering local Harris County Courtrooms and the Harris County Jails. If you're not aware, I began my investigative career in the 1990s, while still a college student, when I was hired by a locally owned private security and investigative firm. My investigative work continued after I graduated from college, when I was assigned to investigate Sylvester Turner during the 1991 City of Houston mayoral election. Over the last 34 years, I have witnessed corruption firsthand and carefully studied how men like Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Mayor Sylvester Turner, and many others have seized control of our local city and county government.

- JUNETEENTH RUMBLE -

On Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 1:00p.m., I plan to pull back the sheets on local politics and reveal some individuals who have been in bed together for decades. I will also demonstrate the reasoning behind why Commissioner Rodney Ellis only supports "BETA MALES," and why his regime rejects and tries to destroy the lives and reputations of "ALPHA MALES" they deem to be threats to their political regime. I will also help the (www.1230kcoh.com) listeners have a better understanding of who Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee was and what drove her. (CLICK HERE) Don't miss the KCOH JUNETEENTH, "Radio Rumble," between Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper and me, Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, when we face off.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis (center) chose Sylvester Turner to succeed the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee because Ellis had dominated Turner for decades and knew that he could control Sylvester Turner. Once Sylester Turner died, Commissioner Rodney Ellis chose Christian Menefee as his replacement because Ellis had dominated Christian Menefee from the first day he became the Harris County Attorney and knew that Menefee would take on a subservient and obedient role if he became the U.S. Representative for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Darryl Bernard Carter married Jade Jefferson Carter in September 2016. It is unclear if Jade Jefferson Carter knew that her husband, Darryl B. Carter, was allegedly in love with Mayor Sylvester Turner when the two stood cheek-to-cheek at Mayor Sylvester Turner's inauguration.

"DEEP DARK SECRETS."

Why is the alleged love affair between Darryl B. Carter and Mayor Sylvester Turner relevant? Darryl B. Carter was the benefactor of lucrative contracts paid to him by taxpaying citizens. He served as a lobbyist and was even permitted to present his lobbying efforts on the floor of the United States Congress.

Carter lobbied in Austin, Texas, at the State Capitol while Sylvester Turner served as a member of the Texas Legislature representing House District 139. Carter also utilized his lobbying skills to secure a portion of the $470 million 10-year concessions contract at Hobby Airport, as well as others at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Long story short, Sylvester Turner appears to have been Darryl B. Carter's "SUGAR DADDY" at the expense of hardworking City of Houston taxpayers. "I also am aware of certain unprofessional acts of Sylvester in reference to approaching people and inviting them to sexual orgies," stated his wife, Cheryl Gillum Turner, who was an Assistant District Attorney with Harris County, when she signed a "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" claiming that Sylvester Turner was bisexual.

"Also, I have heard comments made about Don Aaron, Darryl Carter, Dwight Thomas, and others relating to sexual involvement with Sylvester. In fact, there have been suggestions made to me personally by Carter that he had control of Sylvester because Carter knows Sylvester's "deepest, darkest secrets."

According to Cheryl Gillum Turner, "Those allegations can be substantiated because Sylvester secured a loan from Bank Plus and paid cash for a 1991 Explorer for Carter."

Mayor Sylvester Turner's wife stated in her "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" that a local businessman named Don Aaron had "THE GOODS" on Mayor Sylvester Turner, in the form of 'unbecoming photographs' of Sylvester.

The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences informed Aubrey R. Taylor Communications that they did not perform an autopsy on Darryl Bernard Carter. However, they did receive something called a "HOSPICE DEATH REPORT" detailing how he supposedly died.

"HOW DARRYL DIED."

The Hospice Death Report claims Darryl Bernard Carter died of hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (HASCVD) at his home at 7:51 p.m., on Friday, March 14, 2025, which was the day before his alleged lover (Sylster Turner) was scheduled to be buried on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

There were no signs of trauma on the body of Darryl Bernard Carter. According to the "HOSPICE DEATH REPORT," Darryl B. Carter and his wife, Jade Jefferson Carter, were in the process of moving from the home where Darryl was found dead, facedown in the kitchen with his feet between the doorframe, with the door ajar.

Earlier in the day, Jade Jefferson Carter had gone to a relative's home and did not speak to Darryl B. Carter throughout the day. According to the "HOSPICE DEATH REPORT" provided to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, he had a busy day with business and a doctor's appointment at 3:00 p.m.

When Jade returned home in the evening, she discovered Darryl lying facedown in the kitchen and rolled him over and performed CPR on him until EMS arrived, but he was dead.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (left) had a dominant personality and would not allow very many people to get close to her. However, former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr was able to penetrate Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's defences because he's what's called an "ALPHA MALE" with a dominant personality. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee could smell weakness in a man from a mile away with her natural-born senses. She also did not particularly care for Commissioner Rodney Ellis or Sylvester Turner, according to multiple sources. If Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee wanted former Mayor Sylvester Turner to have her seat, she would have passed it along to him while she was still alive. Still, she did not, because she knew that Sylvester Turner was a weak and feeble "BETA MALE" just like many of the male staffers she hired, whom she dominated. But Carr was different. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee fell in love with the gleam in his eye and his protective instincts.

Jerome Brooks (right), one of the Black male staffers who was berated by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (left) in her infamous audio recording, committed suicide at 36 years of age. Only eight days after the audio of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee berating him surfaced, Jerome Brooks allegedly went to a hotel room near the State Capitol to meet a man he had met online. Then he took some ecstasy pills laced with ethanol, grabbed his chest, fell over, and died.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee was loved by many of her constituents, but many Americans despised her for her treatment of her staffers. It is believed that Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee was the meanest "CONGRESS PERSON" to ever serve in the United States Congress.

"AUDIO TRANSCRIPT."

Sheila Jackson Lee • 0:01 - 0:09

"Uh, you took a piece of paper from that woman, uh, regarding, uh, something that was owned by Ducantell. Where is it? What, what date was it?"

Staffer • 0:09 - 0:16

"Oh, from Jerome took it upstairs. I'll have to call to pick it up when I switched out the papers. I'll call him."

Sheila Jackson Lee • 0:17 - 1:02

"I don't want you to do a goddamn thing. I want you to have a fucking brain. I want you to have read it. I want you to say, Congresswoman, with such and such date. That's what I want. That's the kind of staff that I want to have. So some stupid other motherfucker did it. And, and I don't have the information. Nobody sent me the information. I need to, uh, ensure my, um, schedule and, uh, you know, if, if Boo Boo did it, shit ass did it, fuck face did it. And nobody knows a goddamn thing in my office. Okay? Nothing. I gave it to you. Your job was to get it on the calendar, imprint it in your brain, or send me the information back saying, “Congresswoman, I made sure that the Ovide Ducantell event that you gave me, uh, for a so-and-so date at seven is on the fucking calendar.” Not to, oh, Jerome has it."

Sheila Jackson Lee • 1:02 - 1:33

"Okay. So when I called Jerome, he only sitting up there like a fat ass stupid idiot talking about, uh, what the fuck? He doesn't know. Okay? Both of y'all are fuck ups [inaudible]. It's the worst shit that I could have ever had put together. Two goddamn big-ass children fucking idiots serve no goddamn purpose. Ain't managing nobody. Nobody's respecting them. Nobody gives a shit about what you're doing and you ain't doing shit. And this is an example of it. I gave it to Jerome. This is not child's work."

Jerome Brooks, 36, died 8 days after the "AUDIO" of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee berating him and calling him a fat-ass stupid idiot. For the record, the funeral service for Jerome Brooks was held on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Gilfield Baptist Church, located at 7171 Hwy 10, Lisman, Alabama 36912. As many as 30 Candidates Could Run for the 18th Congressional District of Texas on Tuesday, November 4, 2025

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Part of the reason our homes, communities, and politics have gone off the rails is that we have allowed insecure men like Commissioner Rodney Ellis to rise to power and dominate the political arena.

The laws that govern us as a free nation are written by members of the United States Congress on the national level, and at the state level, our laws are written in Austin, Texas, at the state capital.

Over nearly 30 years, Rodney Ellis and Sylvester Turner, two very insecure "BLACK MALES," dominated the Texas Legislature, before taking over Houston City Hall and County Government. Since 2016, when Commissioner Rodney Ellis became the Harris County Commissioner for Precinct One, he has carefully placed what's known as "BETA MALES" in positions of authority.

In case you don't know, a "BETA MALE" is a man who has tendencies embedded within him that cause him to take on a passive or subservient role in social and professional situations, when he is faced with a male that he views as more dominant.

For instance, Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee is what's called a "BETA MALE." From the first day Christian Menefee became the Harris County Attorney, he assumed a subservient role to Commissioner Ellis, which is truly unfortunate, regardless of one's view of Menefee.

Commissioner Ellis knows that Christian Menefee is a "BETA MALE," who will submit to him, which is why Ellis chose Menefee as his choice to succeed the late Congressman Sylvester Turner, who was also a "BETA MALE" who loved to be dominated by other men.

“KCOH RUMBLE.”

If you want to get a good understanding of what makes Commisisoner Rodney Ellis tick and what’s unfolding with the 18th Congressional District of Texas, you had better not forget to tune into KCOH Radio (www.1230KCOH.com) on Thursday, June 19, 2025, which is “JUNETEENTH,” when Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper and Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor, will put their nearly 100 years of covering the “BLACK COMMUNITY” to the test in a two-hour show.

“DIRTY POLITICS.”

On Tuesday, March 3, 2020, when Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee received 6,202 absentee mail ballot votes, Sheree Harris Fisher, whom my investigative team embedded inside Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s campaign had already alerted my team that Gerald Womack, was using his office as the “BALLOT HARVESTING HEADQUARTERS” for Sheila Jackson Lee and other local candidates, joined at the hip with Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and other local Black leaders.

As you may recall, during this 2020 Democratic Party primary, 6,932 absentee mail ballots were cast in the Democratic Party Primary race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Sheila Jackson Lee received 6,202 absentee mail ballots, Marc Flores received 271, Jerry Ford Sr. received 168, Michael Allen received 118, Bimal Patel received 70, Stevens Orozco received 70, and Donovan Boson received 33.

For over three decades, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee held control of the 18th Congressional District of Texas by using “MAFIA STYLED” methods to win re-election.

Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, is the alleged culprit who ran Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s “BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATION” out of his business address located at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston’s historic Third Ward.

I am not sure if Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee ever ran a fair race to win re-election. From the time “SHE-JACK” was recruited by Ken Lay, the late disgraced CEO of Enron Corporation, to run against Congressman Craig Washington, she and Gerald Womack ran scheme after scheme to hold the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas hostage by any means necessary.

“THE PLAYBOOK.”

Yes, Governor Greg Abbott, Secretary of State Jane Nelson, and Attorney General Ken Paxton are very familiar with the “BALLOT HARVESTING SCHEME” that Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Gerald Womack ran on her Democratic and Republican challengers for years. How do I know?

My investigative team, with the help of the late Alan Vera and his wife Colleen Vera, unveiled the “BALLOT HARVESTING SCHEME” run from 4412 Almeda Road and discovered that Gerald Womack was the mastermind, who hired a notorious “BALLOT HARVESTER” named Gloria Palmer, who also harvested ballots for other local politicians.

Long story short, Gloria Palmer is a former prostitute who mastered the art of forging signatures and served as the perfect “SCAPEGOAT” for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and other local politicians who funded their illegal ballot harvesting schemes.

How did a “DEAD PERSON” who has been deceased for over 29 years request a “MAIL BALLOT” to vote for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas?

“DIRTY NEGROES.”

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Gerald Womack, her campaign chairman, utilized the shield of the 18th Congressional District of Texas to prevent the FBI and Department of Justice from intervening in Harris County, Texas.

Once Kim Ogg became the Harris County District Attorney in 2016, she appears to have used the shield of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office to protect Gloria Palmer and other “DIRTY NEGROES” from getting arrested and prosecuted for election fraud.

“ANYTHING’S POSSIBLE.”

I have no doubt that “BIG GEORGE” is smiling down on his son George Foreman, IV, and saying, “Run, son, Run,” from his final resting place.

One of the things I love most about the legacy of “BIG GEORGE” is that he was a man of courage and intestinal fortitude, from what I saw from watching him over the years. And if you ask me, his son, George Foreman IV, has the same gleam in his eyes.

“ANYBODY’S RACE.”

The newly-drawn 18th Congressional District of Texas is now 43.4% Hispanic, 32.2% Black, 16.7% White, 4.9% Asian, 2.2% Two or more races, and 0.7% Other, according to the (CPVI) Cook Partisan Voting Index. Can the 18th Congressional District of Texas get flipped from “BLUE” to “RED” on Tuesday, November 4, 2025? The answer is YES. However, it will take a candidate of the correct type who can draw support from both the right and left sides of the political aisle to win what is expected to be a low voter turnout in the December 2025 Runoff Election.

Attorney Downtown Oliver Brown (right) is an "ALPHA MALE" who does not take on a subservient or passive role to Commissioner Rodney Ellis. He, therefore, finds himself under repeated attacks by the "BETA MALES," who are aligned with Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Attorney Brown has stood side by side with Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, another "ALPHA MALE," during multiple court battles and employed successful legal strategies to protect his client's interests.

George Foreman IV threw his hat in the ring to run for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat. However, we don't know a whole lot about "BIG GEORGE" Foreman's son at this point. We knew George Foreman, the two-time heavyweight champion of the world, as a "BETA MALE." Still, we don't know whether or not his son is taking on a subservient role to someone who is pulling his strings, as he seeks to become the U.S. Representative for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones was born with a "FEARLESS DEMEANOR" unlike Harris County District Attorney Christian Menefee who was born with a "COWARDLY DEMEANOR" and former At-Large Position 4, Councilwoman Amanda Edwards who has proven herself to be a "BONIFIED QUITTER" and has devolved into a beautiful woman who is trying to use her good-looks to help her succeed. The entry of the late 2-time Heavyweight champion George Foreman's son into the race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat has turned the race on its head. County Attorney Christian Menefee's campaign has failed to gain any traction. The campaign strategy used by former Houston City Councilwoman Amanda Edwards has been unable to take hold, just as it did when she raised and spent over $1.6 million during the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary. Remember, most people are beginning to view Amanda Edwards as a perennial runner for public office.

Congresswoman Erica Lee Carter is a much better option for the people of the 18th Congressional District than a man with a weak, subservient, cowardly demeanor like County Attorney Christian Menefee, who is beholden to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. The people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas must not allow Commissioner Rodney Ellis's trick, which he and his puppet, Christian Menefee, are trying to pull off on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. If Christian Menefee is elected, he plans to hand over control of the 18th Congressional District of Texas to Commissioner Rodney Ellis, just as he has done with his current position as Harris County Attorney. Congresswoman Eric Lee Carter is pictured above with her loving father, Elwyn Lee, as she's sworn in as the U.S. Representative for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. She's also pictured above with House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.

The late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and former prizefighter Eric Carr shared a unique bond that few people would understand. However, according to several sources, their caring and compassionate admiration for one another was unmistakable. That said, Eric Carr would face a tough decision if his former brother-in-law, George Foreman IV, and the daughter of his late friend and confidant were to run against each other for the 18th Congressional District of Texas on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones (center) serves as the State Representative for House District 147. When Judge Erica Hughes (left) was called an animal by a local lawyer during the 2024 Democratic Party Primary, State Rep. Jolanda Jones stepped forward to defend Erica Hughes, who was running against Judge Mike Engelhart, a "GREAT DEMOCRATIC JUDGE" for his 151st Civil District Court bench. With the support she received from State Rep. Jolanda Jones and others, Erica Hughes unseated Judge Engelhart by garnering 93,468 votes, for 60.9% of the vote. Comparatively speaking, Judge Mike Engelhart, who was hugely popular, and well respected, only received 59,964 votes, for 39.1%, which shows that any judge running for re-election in next year's Tuesday, March 3, 2025, Democratic Party Primary can lose their bench, including the twenty-six (26) African American incumbent judges who are up for re-election in the 2026 Midterm Election. Readers of Houston Business Connections Newspaper© are strongly encouraged to vote for Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the race for the 180th Criminal District Court in the Democratic Party Primary.

Former United States Attorney General Merrick Garland chose Judge Erica Hughes to serve as an Immigration Judge, where she presided over cases. Judge Erica Hughes has been an esteemed member of the U.S. Army National Guard of Texas in Austin since 2016, serving as a Judge Advocate. On January 1, 2025, Judge Erica Hughes, after being called an animal by an "LGBTQ ATTORNEY," named Ben L. Aderholt and unqualified by fellow judges from within the Harris County Democratic Party, during the 2024 Democratic Party Primary season she overcame the odds and defeated a very popular Democratic Party Judge named Mike Engelhart, one of our favorite judges in the race for the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas.
