Timeline of Evidence Supports Case that "Dr." Candice Matthews is Using an Expired Police Badge to Bully Rivals

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews, with the assistance of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, has quickly become one of the most feared women in "TEXAS POLITICS." In her arsenal, "Dr." Candice Matthews has a treasure trove of secret recordings and other information related to sexual behavior, corrupt backroom dealings, possible bid-rigging, and alleged drug use of local politicians, according to multiple sources. When "Dr." Candice Matthews successfully infiltrated Commissioner Rodney Ellis's home and secretly recorded an illegal meeting he was having with her and Jacquelyn Aluotto, she took him by the testicles and seized control of many Black Elected Officials and "BLACK POLITICAL ELITES" in Harris County, Texas.

"EXCLUSIVE REPORT."

This exclusive report will help you understand why "Dr." Candice Matthews has local "BLACK LAWMAKERS" and public official in a position where they must turn a blind eye to the extortionary tactics she's used to conquer Harris County, Texas since secretly recording Commissioner Rodney Ellis at his home on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, and then emailing the audio tapes to her boss, Quanell X, the founder of the New Black Panther Nation, and a "CONVICTED FELON" named James Earl Dunn, Jr., who defrauded the United States Department of Education out of $300,000.00, and did a 33 month Federal Prison term.

- WATCH VIDEO -

On Thursday, August 21, 2025, the woman called "Dr." Candice Matthews, who serves as the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, published the video alluding to the fact that she knows which local politicians are screwing around on their spouses, and the ones who are promiscuous. "Dr." Candice Matthews released this video as the heat is turned up on her, with questions about her use of an expired "POLICE BADGE" belonging to the Harris County Precinct 3 Constable's Office, beginning to swirl around Harris County, Texas.

Penalties for a Terroristic Threat Conviction in Texas include a jail term of up to 180 days and/or a fine of up to $2,000.00 if it's a "CLASS B" Misdemeanor. If it's a "CLASS A" Misdemeanor, the jail term could end up being one year in jail and/or a fine of up to $4,000.00. If it's a "STATE JAIL FELONY," the jail term could end up being 180 days in jail to two years, and a potential fine of up to $10,000.00. In case you don't know, a "TERRORISTIC THREAT" is a threat to cause bodily injury to another person and place them in imminent fear that they could experience serious physical injury. On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, when "Dr." Candice Matthews stated, "...get on that doggone internet again if you want to, you BIT*H NIGGA, I will bust 'yo' A$$," she was spewing a direct threat to "Eligah" Ricky Jason to do bodily harm to him.

Keith Giblin currently serves as the Jefferson County, Texas, Criminal District Attorney. His chief responsibility is to represent the State of Texas and its victims in all criminal matters. After repeated threats and "INTIMIDATION TACTICS" against any and everyone who stood in her way, "Dr." Candice Mattews went from being a fugitive to a free woman in a matter of 24 hours.

Signed on this 7TH day of JULY, 2025.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis summoned "Dr." Candice Matthews to his home along with a woman named Jacquelyn Aluotto on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. As a refresher, Jacquelyn Aluotto is the woman who was acting as a crime-victims advocate for the female deputies who ended up being silenced and bullied into settling their federal lawsuit.

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Under the supervision of Constable Alan Rosen at the Harris County Constable’s Office, Precinct One, young female deputies were handpicked for “undercover operations” under the guise of legitimate police work and were molested and traumatized by their intoxicated male commanding officers for their own sexual gratification. What began as an idea for “bachelor party” prostitution stings soon grew into a booze-fueled playground for sexual exploitation in which young, untrained deputies were subject to disgusting abuse. Both Constable Rosen and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office have been aware of this abuse for months, but they have refused to take any action and have rebuffed anyone who has complained. Constable Alan Rosen attended at least one of these ‘parties’ personally. Three of the young deputies spoke up about their abuse by their supervisors at the Constable’s Office, including Constable Rosen’s chief of staff. Still, they were ridiculed by their commanders, retaliated against by their abusers, and quietly reassigned to less prestigious duties. ***Ultimately, Constable Allen was dropped from the Federal Lawsuit.

You can (CLICK HERE) to view a copy of the "FEDERAL LAWSUIT" that was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas Houston Division by Liz Gomez, Marissa Sanchez, Felecia McKinney, and Jacquelyn Aluotto against (HARRIS COUNTY), Alan Rosen, Chris Gore, and Shane Rigdon, in their individual capacities.

This private meeting between Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and "Dr." Candice Matthews was called by Commissioner Rodney Ellis in an attempt to have Candice intervene and keep the damaging information about Bishop James Dixon's alleged predatory behavior, and threats to commit suicide while in Florida, on the dime of taxpayers, out of the hands of Republicans and the taxpaying citizens of Harris County, Texas.

The private meeting between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and “DR” Candice Matthews occurred on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Suppose you take a moment to listen to the audio above. What you will hear is Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and "Dr." Candice Matthews plotting to keep damaging information away from 30-time Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter Wayne Dolcefino and the Harris County Republican Party. This plot was hatched to protect Bishop James Dixon, who had been threatening to kill himself while on County Business in Florida with a gun allegedly placed to his head.

After successfully recording Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, the woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews emailed a copy of the secret recording to her boss, Quanell X, who is head of the New Black Panther Nation, the next day, on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 2:19 p.m., and then waited a little over an hour and emailed a copy to James Dunn, Jr., who is a convicted felon who defrauded the Department of Education out of $300,000.00, and served three years in prison after pleading guilty.

The private meeting between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Jacquelyn Aluotto, and “DR” Candice Matthews occurred on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

The woman referred to as "Dr." Candice Matthews has demonstrated a reckless disregard for the rule of law in Jefferson County, Texas, and Harris County, Texas, over the years. However, she has become increasingly out of control with her intimidation tactics over the last few months. Even still, Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation's bullying tactics appear to be working exactly as he and his National Minister of Politics, "Dr." Candice Matthews, have public officials stricken with fear right now..

Republican leaders like Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick are very familiar with the "BALLOT HARVESTING RINGS" that have dominated Harris County politics for decades. Attorney General Ken Paxton and Governor Greg Abbott have also been briefed and given the names of every known "BALLOT HARVESTER" in Harris County, Texas.

Threats and Intimidation Tactics Used Against Judges by Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation Have No Place in Texas

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

For now, the cowboy-hat-wearing woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews is free. However, if Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare does his job, the woman named "Dr." Candice Matthews could have a serious problem. Recently, "Dr." Candice Matthews was successful in using "BULLY TACTICS" to go from being a fugitive to a "FREE WOMAN" in 24 hours. However, she still hasn't answered the question regarding when she became a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Who were some of her line sisters, and did she become a member of the AKA as an undergraduate or during her postgraduate educational studies?

The most common way to become a member of a fraternity or sorority is for a would-be member to pledge while they’re an undergraduate student. Still, it’s also possible to pledge as a graduate student, as far as I understand, but the woman referred to as "Dr." Candice Matthews didn't.

So, how did Candice Matthews become a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated? Where did Candice pledge? Did Candice Matthews become an "AKA SORORITY SISTER," when she supposedly earned her bachelor’s degree at Temple University, when she lied about being there from August 1996 through January 2000, on the “FRAUDULENT APPLICATION” she filled out to obtain a license to run Children of Diversity? Or perhaps she pledged sometime between December 2000 and 2001, when she falsely claimed to have received her Master's degree from Temple University, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania?

"A COMPLETE FRAUD."

Maybe the University of Southern California (USC) has an AKA Sorority Incorporated Chapter? Did Candice Matthews become an "AKA SORORITY SISTER," when she lied about attending USC from 2002 through 2005 when she supposedly received her Doctorate (Ph.D.), in Educational Leadership from there on “THE FRAUDULENT APPLICATION” she filed with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to obtain her license to operate her Children of Diversity Child-Care Agency?

Or, maybe “THE FAKE DOCTOR” Candice Matthews became an AKA when she received her cosmetology license from San Jacinto Community College. Maybe? Well?

All jokes aside, Candice Matthews has not obtained any degree from any of the prestigious universities she claims to have attended. Matthews has repeatedly lied to everyone who would listen.

Prospective members of the AKA Sorority Incorporated must have high ethical and moral standards. Therefore, Candice Matthews would never be accepted into this prestigious sisterhood. Besides, Candice Matthews doesn’t even hold a degree from an accredited four-year university. She’s out right there!!!

-----------------------------

When did Candice Matthews claim to be affiliated with the AKA Sorority Incorporated? I’m glad you asked that question.

 -----------------------------

According to the biography submitted by “Dr.” Candice Matthews posted on the MLK Grand Parade website, “Dr. Matthews has served on several boards, organizations and commissions, including the Family Focused Treatment Association, Acres Home Chamber of Commerce, National Honor Society, AVID Program, Order of the Eastern Star Masonic Organization, Order of the Golden Circle, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She is active in community service and has received numerous awards and honors.”

I find it reprehensible that “Dr.” Candice Matthews would have even been honored as an MLK Grande Parade Honoree, in conjunction with their 29th Annual MLK Parade. Why? The 29th MLK Grande Parade was held on January 16, 2023, to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Candice Matthews’s name shouldn’t be mentioned in the same breath as a famed civil rights icon like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., under any circumstances.

When you get right down to it, the name Candice Matthews shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath as famous members of the AKA Sorority, such as:

-Vice President Kamala Harris

- Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee

"Dr." Candice Matthews (???)

-Dr. Maya Angelou – H (1983 Boule)

-Coretta Scott King (H)

-Yolanda Adams – H (2018 Boule)

-Alicia Keys – H (2004 Boule)

Just so you know, women of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, have built national programs on the foundation of family and community, and nobody (including Candice Matthews) should be able to claim any association or membership in the AKA Sorority Incorporated without verification.

If anyone can verify which chapter Candice Matthews pledged to become a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, please call me directly at (281) 788-3033 today.

According to Stephanie A. Murguia, the Associate Registrar of Academic Records & Registrar at the University of Southern California, Candice Denise Ward Enecio never attended the USC, and therefore "THE TRANSCRIPT" that you see above Candice Denise Ward Enecio claimed that she participated at the Rossier School of Education on the campus of the University of California (USC) is a complete lie.

This is the sticky note that was attached to "THE FRAUDULENT TRANSCRIPT," which was used by Candice Denise Ward Enecio to obtain a state license from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Anyone who receives a legitimate degree from a university could easily request another copy.

VERIFICATION STEP #1: In my capacity as an "INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER," I, (Aubrey R. Taylor), reached out to the University of Southern California to verify whether "THE TRANSCRIPT" used by Candice Denise Ward Enecio was authentic.

VERIFICATION STEP #2: After a series of exchanges with the registrar's office at USC, they stated that they could only honor my request with a release from Candice Denise Ward Matthews. You can "CLICK HERE" to see "THE FRAUDULENT TRANSCRIPT" for yourself.

VERIFICATION STEP #3: After I explained to "THE ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR" for Academic Records & Registrar for the University of Southern California, she responded by saying, "We have no record of this individual attending USC." So, for the record, "THE TRANSCRIPT" provided by Candice Denise Ward Enecio is a fake.

Former CNN Anchor turned "Power Black Political Influencer" Roland Martin, the host of Roland Martin UNFILTERED, recently had State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) on his show, talking about how they were fighting for "BLACK AND BROWN" people. While State Rep. Reynolds seemed sincere, Jolanda was lying through her teeth. What Jolanda did not tell Roland and his followers was that she had been bought and purchased by two Republican "MEGA DONORS" and may have sold out many of her fellow Democrats back in 2022, by taking "HUSH MONEY" from Republicans. During the 2022 Midterm Election, as Democratic Judges and judicial candidates, like Judge DaSean Jones, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, Je'Rell Rogers, Gemayel Hanes, and Porscha Natasha Brown, were getting bombarded with negative attack TV Ads by the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC" and on the local and statewide levels by Texans for Lawsuit Reform, headed up by a powerful Republican "GOP" MEGA DONOR, named Dick Weekley.

Power Black Political Influencer Roland Martin recently had State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), State Rep. Charlene Ward Johnson (HD-139), and State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) on his "ROLAND MARTIN UNFILTERED" show. During this broadcast, Roland implored these three Democrat lawmakers to "HOLD THE LINE," and not come back to Texas. However, what Roland Martin may not have known is that many of the Texas Democratic lawmakers who fled Texas are owned and controlled by two Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS" named Richard and Dick Weekley.

"TX SUPREME COURT."

What the Democrat lawmakers are afraid of now is the fact that the Texas Supreme Court has set an expedited schedule in the case that was filed by Texas  Attorney General Ken Paxton, requesting that the court remove State Rep. Ron Reynolds and 12 of his colleagues from the House District seats.

"EXPEDITED SCHEDULE."

The expedited briefing schedule scheduled to be held before the Texas Supreme Court will allow the briefs to be filed up to midnight on the scheduled due date. The deadline for Attorney General Ken Paxton’s brief to be filed is Wednesday, August 20, 2025, in case he filed for the removal of State Rep. Ron Reynolds and his 12 colleagues from their House District seats. State Rep. Ron Reynolds and his 12 colleagues must file their responses by Friday, August 29, 2025. And Paxton's reply briefs must be in by Thursday, September 4, 2025, which is why Democrats are planning to come back to Texas.

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews, who serves at the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, may not even know that some of the "DEMOCRATIC LAWMAKERS" who fled Texas, includeing State Rep. Jolanda Jones, are owned by Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS," like Dick and David Weekley.

"DEADLINE APPROACHING."

"WED., AUGUST 20, 2025."

State Rep. Ron Reynolds claims that he will not let Attorney General Ken Paxton's threats stop him from fighting for his constituents. Well, on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, the world will be watching to see if State Rep. Ron Reynolds dares to "STAND STRONG" against Attorney General Ken Paxton's threat to have him and 12 of his Democratic Colleagues removed from office.

Back during the 2022 Midterms, State Rep. Jolanda Jones (Democrat), State Senator John Whitmire (Democrat), and State Rep. Carol Alvarado (Democrat) took money directly from Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS" while their fellow Democrats who were running countwide for judicial positions were getting bombarded day and night with "POLITICAL ATTACK ADS" on local TV and radio stations, in Harris County, Texas.

State Senator John Whitmire (center) is flanked by Congressman Al Green (left) and State Rep. Sylvester Turner (right), who also took money from the Republican "GOP MEGA DONOR," who gave State Rep. Jolanda Jones what could be a $10,000.00 "HUSH MONEY" payment back on Monday, November 7, 2022, which was the day before Election Day.

State Senator Carol Alvarado (center) is flanked by State Senator Borris L. State Rep. Jolanda Jones (center) may have taken a $10,000.00 check, in the form of a "HUSH MONEY" payment from Republican "GOP MEGA DONORS." At the same time, Jolanda received her $10,000.00 payment; meanwhile, her fellow Democrat, Judge DaSean Jones (right), faced viciously targeted negative TV advertisements day and night. Judge Erica Hughes (left) was not on the ballot during the 2022 Midterm Election.

So, just for the record, you can “CLICK HERE” to view “THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed by Leslie Johnson on 10/31/2022, in the race for Judge, Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, which shows that Leslie Johnson only received (1) one monetary donation for $1,000 from a retired guy by the name of Jerry West on 10/25/2022, she also received an in-kind donation (Food and Beverages) in the amount of $350 from Alexander Leon, and a $100 in-kind donation (Food and Beverages) from Renee Humphrey, a local homemaker.

- IRREGULARITIES -

So, just for the record, you can “CLICK HERE” to view “THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed by Jessica N. Padilla on 10/10/2022, in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 14, which Jessica N. Padilla only received $200 in political contributions, but she immediately reimbursed herself a partial payment $200 on 9/30/2022, for some signs that she had purchased for her campaign.

Jessica Padilla received a $100 donation from Linda Garcia on 9/29/2022 and a $100 donation from Claud Edward Rountree on 7/11/2022, according to her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed on 10/10/2022, under penalty of perjury. While nothing is wrong with receiving donations, the quickness of the reimbursement is worth mentioning.

The expenditure for the signs purchased by Jessica N. Padilla was for $523, which she paid by credit card on September 4, 2022, according to her “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that was filed on 10/10/2022, under penalty of perjury.

Jessica N. Padilla filed her most recent “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” on 10/28/2022, which showed that she had given her campaign a $75 non-monetary in-kind contribution, and had received a $50 donation from a retired woman by the name of Patricia Phillips, and according to her most recently filed “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” only has $50 in political contributions inside of her campaign bank account.

Any legitimate investigation into the “VOTER SUPPRESSION” and “VOTER IRREGULARITIES” that unfolded in Harris County, Texas, must begin with the race for Judge, 183rd Criminal District Court, and the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, in my unbiased opinion.

Well, where there’s smoke, there’s fire!!!

Let me make myself perfectly clear!!! It’s not human error or a clerical mistake that Gemayel L. Haynes (Democrat), who happens to be a Black male, lost to Kristin M. Guiney (Republican) by a mere (2,676) votes, and then, (39) thirty-nine races down-ballot, another "BLACK DEMOCRAT JUDICIAL CANDIDATE" by the name of Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), lost by (267) votes, to her Republican opponent.

According to Gary Wade, a career criminal and possible "CRACK HEAD," he is an enforcer for former First Assistant District Attorney Vivian King, who worked inside Kim Ogg's Administration. If you remember, Vivian King worked against "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" by using her influence from inside the DA's Office to help defeat "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES," out of jealousy, envy, and spite.

Vivian King was a low-down, dirty, slimy, sleazy prosecutor rightfully rejected by Harris County, Texas voters last year in the 486th Criminal District Court race. Take a moment to review the article that was written about this lying, conniving witch by "HOUSTON WATCH" in October 2022. You will realize that Vivian King should never be elected as a judge in Harris County, Texas, or anywhere else in America.

Attorney Vivian King (Democrat) is a lying, conniving, manipulative, corrupt witch and a poor excuse for a human being. Vivian King is a snake and should not have been allowed to slither, squirm, wriggle, crawl, and manipulate her way into nearly becoming the judge of the 486th Criminal District Court. Vivian King is considered the "H-TOWN DRUNK" who hates men. She's also, on multiple occasions, allegedly tried to paint Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (her boss) as a racist behind her back. Both of the "BLACK DEMOCRAT MEN" who were on the ballot on "SUPER TUESDAY" running against this low-down, dirty, dirty woman were more worthy and trustworthy than her. Either Gemayle Haynes or Roderick Rodgers should have been the Democratic nominee in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court, in my opinion. Based on the "OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT" certified by Harris County Commissioners on Friday, November 15, 2024, Judge Aaron Burdette received 730,432 votes for 50.42% of the vote, and his challenger, Vivian King (Democrat), received 718,252 votes for 49.58%. That said, Judge Aaron Burdette defeated Vivian King by 12,180 votes. By the way, Vivian King should never be allowed to win a Democratic Party Primary again.

Vivian King is a low-down, dirty scoundrel whom the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, which is the highest court in Texas for criminal law matters, called "NOT CREDIBLE." The high court found that Vivian King provided ineffective assistance to her client and that the quality of her work was "deficient" in a case where her client received a life sentence. (CLICK HERE) Take a moment to learn more about this "SKANK" who did not file the petition needed for her client, causing her client to get a life sentence in a Texas prison.

During the 2022 Midterm Election, when the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS" political attack ad campaign was conceptualized and used to defeat several "BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDICIAL CANDIDATES," named Ronnisha, Je'rell, Gemayel, and Porsha, the general public needs to be made aware that Vivian King used her government job and email to provide guidance and assistance to Crime Stoppers in a matter concerning the release of financial documents related to donations to the nonprofit. Published reports in the New York Times, the Houston Chronicle, and  Houston Watch alluded that Vivian King has colluded on partisan political issues and targeted specific elected judges while working as the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, since she was elected.

However, our continued reporting on Dallis Jones and his "BALLOT HARVESTING RING," State Rep. Jones and other Democrats have started distancing themselves from him.

Attorney General Ken Paxton successfully defends Texas’s Voter ID Requirement for Mail-in-Ballots and Vote-by-Mail Applications. “Voter ID is one of the most crucial tools in the battle against election fraud, and I’m pleased to see the court affirm our fundamental right to defend the integrity of our democratic process,” said Attorney General Paxton. “When voting by mail and applying to vote using that method, it’s vital that there is a requirement in place that allows us to verify the identity of the voter. We are going to enforce that requirement aggressively and continue to ensure that our state’s elections are secure," stated Attorney General Ken Paxton.

State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and other Democratic lawmakers have been taking money from "GOP-MEGA DONORS" while pretending to hate Republicans. Why would Democratic lawmakers take in thousands of thousands in donations from someone they hate?
