The Weakest Democrat Judge Running Countywide in on November 8, 2022 Could Very Well Be Judge Genesis Draper

Weak Democratic incumbents like Judge Genesis Draper are in trouble of being unseated and they don't even realize it right now. She and many of her fellow "DEMOCRATIC INCUMBENT JUDGES" don't even understand how not having straight-ticket voting is going to affect their upcoming Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election races. Now, if you look back at the race for Harris County Criminal Court at Law No.12, from the 2020 Presidential Election, between Judge Genesis Draper (an African American female), and former Judge Linda Garcia (a Latino Republican female), you will get a glimpse into how some of the 2022 Midterm Election matchups are going to be a lot more competitive. And you will also see how "ELECTION INTEGRITY" should be a top priority. All of that being said, Judge Genesis Draper will have to face off against a Republican by the name of Matthew Dexter, who has more than 30 years of law enforcement experience.

The graphic above shows the "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" received by Judge Genesis Draper (97,014), and the number received by former Judge Linda Garcia (67,654), back during the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No.12, in Harris County, Texas. Do you see how Judge Genesis Draper jumped out to a (29,360) vote lead over former Judge Linda Garcia during the "ABSENTEE BALLOT" phase of the election?

The graphic above shows the "EARLY VOTES" received by Judge Genesis Draper (627,707), and the number of "EARLY VOTES" received by former Judge Linda Garcia (572,254), back during the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, race for Judge, Criminal Court at Law No.12, in Harris County, Texas. Do you see how Judge Genesis Draper jumped received (55,453) more "EARLY VOTES" than former Judge Linda Garcia during the early voting phase?

In the graphic you see above, former Judge Linda Garcia, the Republican received more votes than Judge Genesis Draper, the Democrat, on Election Day which raises a bunch of questions. As you can see, Judge Linda Garcia beat Judge Genesis Draper by (5,538) votes in the "ELECTION DAY TURNOUT" phase. If you look closely you will see that Judge Genesis Draper only received (90,090) votes on Election Day. And comparatively speaking, former Judge Linda Garcia received (95,628) votes on Election Day.

Everybody knows that the easiest way to steal an election is to send out "UNSOLICITED ABSENTEE MAIL-BALLOTS" and then get those ballots into the hands of harvesters. Even still, if the "ABSENTEE BALLOT" vote differential was (29,360) votes. Now if you look at the final "VOTE TOTAL" in the race between Judge Genesis Draper (Democrat), and former Judge Linda Garcia (Republican),, you will see that Judge Genesis Draper beat her Republican opponent by an astonishing (79,275) votes. Now, if you look at the "UNDER VOTE" total of (102,111) votes, you will clearly see that the number of registered voters who skipped over this particular race is greater than the margin of victory, which was only (79,275) votes.

Judge Genesis Draper, the presiding judge for Harris County Criminal Court at Law No.12, was appointed to the bench by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, back in 2019, shortly after the untimely death of Judge Cassandra Hollemon.

Judge Genesis E. Draper, the presiding judge, for Harris County Criminal Court-At-Law No. 12. was initially appointed to the County Criminal Court at Law No.12 bench by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his friends on Commissioner’s Court. She was appointed to the bench shortly after the untimely death of Judge Cassandra Hollemon, in early 2019.

A terrible "ELECTION DAY" showing by Judge Genesis Draper back on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Presidential Election, could make Judge Draper the most vulnerable "DEMOCRATIC JUDGE" who will be running for re-election countywide on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas. However, she's got a much better matchup this time around, having to face off against some Republican by the name of Matthew Dexter, instead of having to face off against the likes of former Judge Linda Garcia, who gave her all she could handle back during the 2020 Presidential Election.

WEAKEST DEMOCRAT JUDGE

Based on Judge Draper's 2020 Presidential Election performance,  she looked very vulnerable coming into the 2022 Midterm Election cycle. How can I say this? Well, back on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, in the presidential election, while her fellow Democratic judges were putting beat-downs on their Republican rivals Judge Genesis Draper allowed her Republican challenger, former Judge Linda Garcia (a Latina female) to garner more votes than her in the "ELECTION DAY TURNOUT" category.

REPUBLICAN CAN WIN

In my opinion, the right Latina (Democratic) female could have possibly unseated Judge Genesis Draper back on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Democratic Party Primary. However, Judge Genesis Draper went unchallenged and will now face a different kind of opponent in Matthew Dexter, a Republican who received 131,974 votes running unopposed back on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Republican Party Primary race for County Criminal Court at Law No.12, in Harris County, Texas. Comparatively speaking, Judge Genesis Draper received 135,688 votes running unopposed in the Democratic Party Primary race for County Criminal Court No.12, in Harris County, Texas. That being said, with the right strategy, it's highly conceivable that Matthew Dexter and his Republican comrades could actually defeat some (or all) of the sitting "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" by convincing the registered voters who will be casting ballots to not skip over their race.

Matthew Dexter is challenging Judge Genesis Draper, in the race for County Criminal Court at Law No.12, on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.

CLOSING THOUGHTS

"Over the course of the last few years, I've caught flack from both sides of the political aisle and have consistently been disrespected, shunned, and ignored by a lot of folks. I've also been threatened directly and indirectly since I began investigating local dirty politicians and their cronies who are committed to remaining in power by any means necessary. That being said, I am strongly encouraging you to do your own research and identify the candidates you like. Once you've developed your slate, I need for you to then, combine my slate with yours. Listen!!! The upcoming Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election is unquestionably the most important election of our generation. And thus, propaganda, flat-out lies, and deceptive news reports are being peddled to the public like popcorn at the "RINGLING BROS AND BARNUM & BAILEY CIRCUS" on a daily basis. So, please join me in "Putting People Over Politics" as God's plan for America continues to unfold during this pivotal moment in the history of our great nation."
