GOP May Be Squandering Golden Opportunity to Reclaim Harris County By Not Focusing Enough Attention on Latino Voters

Judge Genesis Draper (Democrat), the presiding judge for Harris County Criminal Court at Law No.12 is one of the weakest Democratic incumbents running for reelection on the entire 2022 Democratic ballot. How do I know? Well, all you have to do is look back and analyze her performance from the 2020 Presidential Election when she faced off against former Judge Linda Garcia (Republican), to see that Judge Draper is vulnerable this time around. That being said, the battle between Judge Genesis Draper and former Judge Linda Garcia back during the 2020 Presidential Election holds clues, even though the contest was pretty much over when Judge Genesis Draper received (97,014) absentee mail ballots, and former Judge Linda Garcia only received (67,654) absentee mail ballots.

The graphic above shows the "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" received by Judge Genesis Draper (97,014), and the number received by former Judge Linda Garcia (67,654), back during the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No.12, in Harris County, Texas. Do you see how Judge Genesis Draper jumped out to a (29,360) vote lead over former Judge Linda Garcia during the "ABSENTEE BALLOT" phase of the election?

The graphic above shows the "EARLY VOTES" received by Judge Genesis Draper (627,707), and the number of "EARLY VOTES" received by former Judge Linda Garcia (572,254), back during the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, race for Judge, Criminal Court at Law No.12, in Harris County, Texas. Do you see how Judge Genesis Draper jumped received (55,453) more "EARLY VOTES" than former Judge Linda Garcia during the early voting phase?

In the graphic you see above, former Judge Linda Garcia, the Republican received more votes than Judge Genesis Draper, the Democrat, on Election Day which raises a bunch of questions. As you can see, Judge Linda Garcia beat Judge Genesis Draper by (5,538) votes in the "ELECTION DAY TURNOUT" phase. If you look closely you will see that Judge Genesis Draper only received (90,090) votes on Election Day. And comparatively speaking, former Judge Linda Garcia received (95,628) votes on Election Day.

Everybody knows that the easiest way to steal an election is to send out "UNSOLICITED ABSENTEE MAIL-BALLOTS" and then get those ballots into the hands of harvesters. Even still, if the "ABSENTEE BALLOT" vote differential was (29,360) votes. Now if you look at the final "VOTE TOTAL" in the race between Judge Genesis Draper (Democrat), and former Judge Linda Garcia (Republican),, you will see that Judge Genesis Draper beat her Republican opponent by an astonishing (79,275) votes. Now, if you look at the "UNDER VOTE" total of (102,111) votes, you will clearly see that the number of registered voters who skipped over this particular race is greater than the margin of victory, which was only (79,275) votes.

Judge Genesis Draper, the presiding judge for Harris County Criminal Court at Law No.12, was appointed to the bench by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, back in 2019, shortly after the untimely death of Judge Cassandra Hollemon, within a month after being sworn in.

Matthew Dexter is challenging Judge Genesis Draper, in the race for County Criminal Court at Law No.12, on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.

Unseating Democrats in Harris County on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Isn't As Difficult As Some People May Think

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

If you ask me, Matthew Dexter (Republican), is one of the "GOP CANDIDATES" who can defeat his Democratic rival on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas. How can I make this claim? Well, for starters, Judge Genesis Draper is one of the weakest Democrats on the entire ballot. Secondly, in a year, when "CRIME AND CORRUPTION" are top issues, Matthew Dexter's more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement could be a huge plus for him.

According to his website, Matthew Dexter is a well-respected, and decorated retired criminal investigator with the Houston Police Department and former prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney's Office.

From what I understand, during his time with the Houston Police Department, he investigated the worst of the worst crimes. Child sexual abuse and exploitation of women and children were major cases that were part of his caseload while he was with HPD.

I've also learned that as a member of the HPD Vice Team, he spent a considerable amount of time investigating child sex trafficking and cases involving sexually oriented businesses within the City of Houston.

UPCOMING SHOWDOWN

Neither Judge Genesis Draper nor Matthew Dexter drew challengers back on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the nomination process for their respective political parties. However, a total of 135,688 Democrats still cast their ballot for Judge Genesis Draper in the Democratic Party Primary. And comparatively speaking, 131,974 Republicans cast their vote for Matthew Dexter in the Republican Party Primary back on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 12.

KEYS TO VICTORY

Judge Genesis Draper will need every Democrat voter to go all the way down their ballot to vote for her candidacy to have any chance at beating her Republican challenger on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 12, in Harris County, Texas.

Victory for Matthew Dexter can only be realized if "THE GOP" makes "ELECTION INTEGRITY" an integral part of their strategy. That being said, as a party, "THE GOP" must also appeal to a larger segment of the voting populous in "BLACK AND BROWN" communities between now and Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.

ELECTION FRAUD ISSUE

Both major political parties must become more committed to making sure that the "2022 MIDTERM ELECTION" is free of the appearance of malfeasance and fraud as it relates to the harvesting of mail ballots.

"Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. So, it is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. That being said, we must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this pivotal moment in the history of our great nation."
