Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg paid this alleged "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTER" for what she labeled as "VOTER CONTACT" on her campaign finance report. Ray Charles Jones, Jr. is the little brother of Tomar Bishop (lower second from right), and a notorious "MAIL BALLOT HARVESTER" who works closely with Gloria Palmer a "KINGPIN" when it comes to playing the Absentee Ballot Harvesting Game for local elected officials. Gerald Womack is the guy who makes the whole scheme work for the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee to constantly get reelected by any means necessary.

In case you don’t remember, Senate Bill 1, swept in some significant challenges to the Texas Elections Code when it finally got passed last year. So, as required by law, under SB1, four counties have been randomly selected to be audited following the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Elections. Among the counties designated, is Harris County, Texas, the most populous county in the Lone Star State. All total, two of the counties selected are considered to be “DEMOCRATIC LEANING COUNTIES” and the other two selected are “REPUBLICAN LEANING COUNTIES” from what it looks like.

According to recently reviewed data, Harris County, Texas is estimated to be 55% Democratic, and Cameron County is 61% Democratic. The two other counties selected for the random audit are Eastland County which happens to be 88% Republican and Guadalupe which happens to be 64%, Republican.

Now, from what we’ve been told by several different sources is that the State of Texas is supposed to be coming to Houston to review what just went down in the Harris County Primary and Republican Party Primary that just went down a few months ago. And from what I’ve been told by sources, the State of Texas will then “WATCH OVER” or “OVERSEE” the “ELECTIONS ACTIVITIES” for the upcoming Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Elections. And then, once the election is over, a “FULL AUDIT” of the 2020 Presidential Election and the 2022 Midterm Election is supposed to be conducted.

Back during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg shared the services of Ray Charles Jones Jr., an alleged "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTER" Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee has relied upon for years.

In case you don't know, Ray Charles Jones, Jr., signed as an assistant/witness on absentee mail-ballot applications while working for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, back during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary. However, only one of those voters was deceased. Alberta Jones appears to have passed away the same day Gloria Palmer mailed the package back to the Harris County Clerk's Office."

Is it just a coincidence that Alberta Jones died on the same day that Ray Jones, Jr., assisted her with filing out the "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT APPLICATION" from her death bed? So, just for the record, the Ray Jones, Jr., character is one of the 'alleged' mail-ballot harvesters who signed as an assistant/witness for multiple applications. However, only one of those voters was found to be deceased at the time we were investigating Ray Jones, Jr., Tomar Bishop, and Gloria Palmer. That being said, the elderly woman (Alberta Jones) appears to have passed away the same day Gloria Palmer mailed the package of her package including the fraudulent absentee mail-ballots.

In case you don't know, Tomar Joann LaBlanc Bishop, the older sister of Ray Charles Jones, Jr. is also mentioned in several different reports on Absentee Ballot Harvesting. Recently, Tomar Bishop filed a lawsuit concerning injuries she claimed to have sustained from a motor vehicle accident. In those documents, she claims to work for a home health agency named Springwell. Within those documents are samples of her signature. Tomar Bishop served as a witness and assisted on 14 of the 100 applications for ballot applications that were submitted by Gloria Palmer is just one of the packages she submitted."

In case you don't know, Gerald Womack is considered to be the "MONEY MAN" for the honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. So, for the record, Gerald Womack is a local real estate developer who also doubles as Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's campaign manager. That being said, it is unclear right now, exactly how much Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee actually knows about the illegal activities that are being carried out by the 'alleged' Absentee Ballot Harvesters that are hired by Gerald Womack on her behalf. So, as the 2022 Midterm Election cycle cranks up, you can bet your bottom dollar, that Gerald Woman, Gloria Palmer, Tomar Bishop, and Charles Ray Jones will be closely monitored.

In case you don't know, Gloria Palmer is named in research concerning "MAIL BALLOT HARVESTING" in Harris County from several past Election Cycles. She's admitted on tape that she works to get elderly voters to submit ballots by mail to support the candidates she hired to work for. She's also admitted on tape that she works as a nurse which gives her access to elderly voters who live inside nursing homes. Gloria Palmer also claims that the voters she approaches are on a list supplied to her. Gloria Palmer submitted over 100 applications for ballots by mail in just ONE of the packages she submitted to the Harris County Clerk's Office.

According to Colleen M. Vera, after the 2016 Democratic Primary, a candidate for Harris County Constable (Pct 3), Jasen Rabalais, filed a lawsuit claiming that a campaign worker for another candidate, Michel Pappillion, “deliberately falsified, illegally completed or unlawfully influenced the ballots and early voting applications of elderly residents in Harris County.” The lawsuit was dismissed. But the audiotape above had been made by the Rabalais campaign after he found out that an “alleged harvester” was working for an opponent’s campaign.

In case you don't know, providing unlawful assistance to a voter in connection with “ABSENTEE BALLOT” is a state jail felony from what I understand. However, having “ABSENTEE VOTERS” select one name on their “ABSENTEE BALLOT" and sign their signature, and then taking the ballot with you is something else altogether. In case you don't know, it is also illegal to receive compensation for depositing the carrier envelope in the mail or with a common or contract carrier folks. Gloria Palmer is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
