A Political Lynching is What You See Unfolding in Harris County With Kim Ogg Bringing Charges Against Dr. Steven Hotze

Eric Carr (left) is a political power player in Harris County, Texas. Believe it or not, Eric Carr and many other Blacks were instrumental in helping Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg win her 2020 Democratic Party Primary race when she faced off against three former prosecutors, two of whom were Black females. Eric Carr was also a political donor to Kim Ogg's campaign (according to him) as a favor to his wife at the time, Vivian King, who currently works inside the Harris County District Attorney's Office as the Chief of staff for Kim Ogg. Now, do you see the guy standing above on the right? Well, his name is Randy Kubosh, and according to my boy Randy, the going rate for "HARVESTED ABSENTEE BALLOTS" in Harris County back in 2010, was $1 dollar per harvested ballot. Randy, also says that the going rate that was being charged by some of the "POLITICAL OPERATIVES" back in 2010 was about $15,000.00 dollars to flip a local election.

Did Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg win her re-election bid fair and square or did she steal the election from the three former prosecutors who were trying to unseat her?

A Political Lynching is What You See Unfolding in Harris County With Kim Ogg Bringing Charges Against Dr. Steven Hotze

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. Are you believing your eyes? Can you believe what you’re seeing unfold right now in Harris County, Texas? Has Kim Ogg, her cohorts, and the mainstream media lost their minds? Have they decided to work in concert together to destroy the life of Dr. Steven Hotze?

What Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is doing, could look above-board to some people, especially those who only watch the news for headlines and soundbites. Yes, the storyline that Kim Ogg and her cohorts are trying to write makes total sense to the ignorant, uninformed fools who believe everything they see on the nightly news and inside biased newspapers. But decent, honest, moral seekers of the truth – can read right through the “BOGUS INDICTMENT” that was handed down by a Harris County Grand Jury last week against Dr. Steven Hotze on charges of unlawful restraint and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Over the course of the last week or so, I’ve reached out to countless folks, mostly African Americans to get their opinion on the indictment of Dr. Steven Hotze. As a matter of fact, I’ve spoken with nearly a hundred different people from all walks of life. Some of the folks I’ve spoken with are lawyers, some entrepreneurs, and a few were even sitting elected officials. And mind you, 100% of the people I’ve spoken with believing that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, is “flat-out-wrong” for what she’s done, in terms of charging Dr. Steven Hotze with unlawful restraint and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, for the actions of former HPD Captain Mark Aguirre.

HARRIS COUNTY’S PROBLEM IS MUCH BIGGER THAN IT APPEARS TO BE

What we have right now is a District Attorney (KIM OGG) who appears to be “PROVIDING COVER” for her cohorts to steal the upcoming 2022 Midterm Elections, in Harris County, Texas.

Secrets to their strategy to steal the upcoming 2022 Midterm Elections in Harris County, Texas and perhaps the entire state of Texas can be found inside “THIS MOTION” that was filed back on December 28, 2021, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas (San Antonio Division) on (PAGE 23) of “THIS MOTION” Kim Ogg, the District Attorney for Harris County agreed to “ABATE PROSECUTION” during pendency of the lawsuit that was filed by Isabel Longoria, the Harris County Administrator who has since resigned, effective July 1, 2022.

KIM OGG’S SECRET STRATEGY UNCOVERED ON PAGE 23 OF THIS DOCUMENT

In fact, in “Case No. 5:21-CV-1223-FB” in ISABEL LONGORIA and CATHY MORGAN, Plaintiffs, versus WARREN K. PAXTON, in his official capacity as Attorney General of Texas, KIM OGG, in her official capacity as Harris County District Attorney, SHAWN DICK, in his official capacity as Williamson County District Attorney, and JOSE GARZA, in his official capacity as Travis County District Attorney.

REVIEW THE CERTIFICATE OF CONFERENCE ON PAGE 23 OF THIS DOCUMENT

If you take a moment to read the “CERTIFICATE OF CONFERENCE” on (PAGE 23) of the lawsuit, you will clearly see that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg appears to be trying to use her office to provide cover for the “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS” to steal the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election.

According to the “CERTIFICATE OF CONFERENCE” on December 22, 2021, the undersigned counsel attempted to confer with the Defendants’ counsel concerning the relief sought in this Opposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction and regarding a proposed modified briefing schedule. The undersigned did not receive a response from counsel for the State or the Williamson County District Attorney on their Motion on December 28, 2021. Counsel for the Travis County District Attorney on their position regarding the Motion and proposed modified briefing schedule prior to filing this Motion on December 28, 2021. Counsel for the Travis County District Attorney takes no position on the Motion or the proposed modified briefing schedule. The Harris County District Attorney agrees to abate prosecution during the pendency of the lawsuit.

Did you see the party about, The Harris County District Attorney agreeing to abate prosecution during the pendency of the lawsuit? Well, the Harris County District Attorney is Kim Ogg.

Eric Carr, who is also a former prizefighter, is pictured above with Boxing Promoter Don King, widely considered by many to be the best boxing promoter of all time, because of his involvement in many historic boxing matchups. Don King is quoted as declaring, "Against the odds, I have persevered, I am the living attestation of the American dream. I am the extolment of this great nation. I have coffee and cocktails with presidents and dictators. I'm an international figure, a citizen of the world. I've made it." Yes, indeed Don King made it. But so has Eric Carr, and his wife Vivian King who now works as the "CHIEF OF STAFF" for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. According to Eric Carr, Harris County District Attorney was flat-out-wrong for indicting Dr. Steven Hotze for unlawful restraint and assault with a deadly weapon last week.

ERIC CARR SAYS DISTRICT ATTORNEY KIM OGG IS WRONG FOR CHARGING DR. STEVEN HOTZE

I spoke by phone with Eric Carr, the owner of E&E Construction, who also happens to be a former prizefighter. “How can you charge Dr. Steven Hotze with unlawful restraint and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon?” Eric Carr asked me. “I own a construction company as well as a trucking company,” he explained.

“If one of my drivers uses one of my 18-wheelers and he goes and robs a gas station – can I be charged with accessory to the robbery when in fact I only hired him to drop off goods for me?” He went on to laugh the matter off by saying, “In the words of Mike Tyson, that is ludicrous.”

Vivian King, the wife of businessman Eric Carr, is the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. As a favor to his wife, Eric Carr, who is also a former prizefighter, and his wife supported Kim Ogg, in her 2020 bid for re-election. (CLICK HERE) to verify that Vivian King is the "CHIEF OF STAFF" for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg.

Randy Kubosh says, in Harris County, Texas, “It’s only about winning by any means necessary, and the sky is the limit.” He also says that the going rate to flip an election years ago was about $15,000.00 in Harris County, Texas.

RANDY KUBOSH BELIEVES THAT VOTER FRAUD IS A REAL PROBLEM IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS

In case you don’t know Randy Kubosh, he’s one of the “KUBOSH BROTHERS” who was instrumental in fighting against the City of Houston back in 2010, to get rid of those blasted redlight cameras. Well, I received a text from Randy yesterday that said, “Great Article!” I first came aware of just how prolific the ballot harvesting was during our 2010 Red Light Camera campaign,” he explained. “It’s been going on for a very long time,” he says. To which I responded, “Yes it has.”

According to Randy Kubosh, back in 2010, when he and his brothers were pushing their initiative, “ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS” were asking for $1 per vote. In fact, Randy went on to explain how a close election in the City of Houston could be swung for a candidate who was willing to pay the sum of about $15,000 dollars. To which I responded, “I wish you would let me publish that. Lol

“Don’t you remember, you can quote anything I tell you,” Randy responded? I really don’t care,” he explained. “The whole system is flawed,” he says.

“It’s only about winning by any means necessary, and the sky is the limit,” declared Randy. “Anyways why should these people be afraid, no one was ever prosecuted for it, so there’s nothing to prevent it.”

According to Randy Kubosh, back when this was going on the Harris County District Attorney was a Republican. So, I did a little fact-checking, and he’s correct. Patricia R. “Pat” Lykos, a Republican served as the District Attorney for Harris County, Texas from 2009 to 2012.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is really tight with this alleged absentee ballot harvester. In fact, there were more "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" cast in Precinct 259, where Deborah Adams is the "DEMOCRATIC" who serves as the precinct chair and the precinct judge than in any other precinct. That said, you don't have to take my word for it. (CLICK HERE) to view "THE CANVASS REPORTS" from the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County District Attorney between Kim Ogg, Audia Jones, Carvana Cloud, and Todd Overstreet for yourself.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg found herself between a rock and a hard place back during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary. However, State Rep. Harold Dutton, and his Black Democratic cohorts were very instrumental in helping Kim Ogg to secure the Democratic Party Primary nomination. And by securing the endorsements of Former Houston Mayor Lee P. Brown, Civil Rights Icon William “Bill” Lawson, State Senator Borris Miles, State Rep. Jarvis Johnson, State Rep. Alma Allen, State Rep. Shawn Thierry, Constable May Walker, The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats’ – Harris County Chapter, and a host of other Black Democratic leaders, Kim Ogg was able to win the Democratic Party primary without a runoff. It's utterly ridiculous to believe that Kim Ogg was that much better than Audia Jones, Todd Overstreet, and Caravan Cloud in the "ABSENTEE BALLOT CATEGORY" back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County District Attorney. That said, a full investigation into the "ABSENTEE BALLOT RETURNS" should be launched by the Texas Rangers. (CLICK HERE) to review the "CAVASS REPORT" for yourself.

There's no way in hell that Kim Ogg should have received that many more votes than Audia Jones, and Carvana Cloud back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County District Attorney. A full investigation into this particular race could very well settle the issue of whether or not, voter fraud is real, in Harris County, Texas. (CLICK HERE) to review the "CAVASS REPORT" for yourself.

Audia Jones a former prosecutor supposedly only received 65,950 votes, for 24.21% of the vote back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County, Texas. That said, I believe that a "FULL FORENSIC AUDIT" of the "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" and election returns for this particular race could settle the issue of whether elections are being stolen from Democrats and Republicans in Harris County, Texas. (CLICK HERE) to review the "CAVASS REPORT" for yourself.

Todd Overstreet a former prosecutor supposedly only received 30,744 votes, for 11.29% of the vote back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County, Texas.

Carvana Cloud a former prosecutor supposedly only received 27,132 votes, for 9.96% of the vote back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County, Texas.

Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo both have to go. These are "TWO DIRTY DEMOCRATS" who are making the entire Democratic Party look dirty at this point. Both, Commissioner Garcia, and 'lying' Lina Hidalgo should resign their positions and allow Democrats the opportunity to select better nominees for the upcoming Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election.

"I am happy to announce my endorsement of Vidal Martinez for Harris County Judge. Over the last six months, I was able to get to know Vidal and the other candidates for County Judge quite well, and he is easily the most qualified candidate in the run-off election race and our best chance at beating Lina Hidalgo. As Republicans, we all know and agree on the major issues and shortcomings at Commissioners Court, and Vidal Martinez will be ready to execute change on day one. His experience as a federal prosecutor, time spent serving as Houston Port Commissioner and Greater Houston Partnership board member, as well as his tenure on the Methodist Hospital System Board means that he will not need any on-the-job training and can hit the ground running. Vidal Martinez is the leader we need to bring common sense back to Harris County, and he has my full support. I urge you to join me in voting for Vidal Martinez for Harris County Judge on May 24th."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment in time."

Favoritism and Party Politics Have No Place Inside Our Harris County Courtrooms

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
