DA Kim Ogg Has Direct Ties to Many of the "Alleged Absentee Ballot Harvesters" Who've Been Identified by Other Democrats

Do you see the woman that's pictured above with Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and State Rep. Harold Dutton, the House District 142 representative in the Texas legislature? Do you know her? Have you seen her before? Well, if not, her name is Deborah Davis Adams, and she looks like a harmless little old lady; but she's mean when it comes to playing the "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING" game in Harris County, Texas. Who is she? Well, she serves as the Democratic Precinct Chair for House District 259. But more importantly, according to my sources, she's one of the most notorious "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS" in all of Harris County, Texas.

DEBORAH ADAMS FILLED OUT THIS LITTLE OLD LADY'S BALLOT FOR MANY YEARS ACCORDING TO HER

This “ELDERLY VOTER” lived inside House District 142 at the time this video was recorded. In this video, she claims that her name is Ira Cruz or something to that effect – it’s hard for me to figure out exactly what she’s saying. However, what’s unmistakable is that this lady claims that Deborah Adams, the Harris County Democratic Chair for Precinct 259 helped her to fill out her “ABSENTEE BALLOT” and sent it back to the Harris County Clerk’s Office for her – which is illegal. According to this “ELDERLY VOTER”, she was assisted by Deborah Adams every year for a long time. Remember, this precinct sits right inside House District 142, which has been held by State Representative Harold Dutton, Jr., for years and years and years. Is this why people like State Rep. Harold Dutton appear to be unbeatable?

Ann Harris Bennett, the current Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector received the endorsement and support of Deborah Adams, Democratic Precinct Chair for Precinct 259, in her Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party primary showdown with Jolanda Jones and Jack Terrence.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg and many other powerful local elected officials in Harris County, Texas have used 'notorious' absentee ballot harvesters like Deborah Adams (Democratic Precinct Chair for Precinct 259) to help them win their campaigns for many years. So, for the most part, people like Kim Ogg can't investigate "ELECTION FRAUD" because the trail of corruption will inevitably lead right back to people she and others have hired and trusted to help them remain in public office.

District Attorney Kim Ogg isn't Going to Ever Fully Investigate or Prosecute the Real Election Fraudsters in Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg found herself between a rock and a hard place back during the 2020 Presidential Election cycle. However, State Rep. Harold Dutton and his Black Democratic cohorts were very instrumental in helping Kim Ogg to secure her re-election bid.  And securing the endorsements of Former Houston Mayor Lee P. Brown, Civil Rights Icon William “Bill” Lawson, State Senator Borris Miles, State Rep. Jarvis Johnson, State Rep. Alma Allen, State Rep. Shawn Thierry, Constable May Walker, The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats’ – Harris County Chapter, and a host of other Black Democratic leaders and organizations didn't hurt her cause at all.

THE QUID PRO QUO INVOLVING HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY KIM OGG

So, as detailed in the secretly recorded audio tape that has been turned over to the FBI, District Attorney Kim Ogg owed State Rep. Harold Dutton and his cohorts a huge favor for supporting her re-election bid over her two viable Black female Democratic challengers back during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary. Now, I'm sure by now many of you have already heard the secretly recorded audio tape of State Rep. Harold Dutton's chief of staff, Tamoria Jones explaining how Dutton was going to pay his political rivals back -- right? But what you might not know is that State Rep. Harold Dutton and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg used some of the same alleged "BALLOT HARVESTERS" to help them secure their re-election bids.

THIS ISN'T FAKE NEWS

Nope -- this isn't fake news!!! Look!!! You can't make this stuff up!!!  Listen!!! Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg received a lot of support from "BALLOT HARVESTERS" in the Black community back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in her Democratic Party showdown with Audia Jones (a Black female), Carvana Cloud (a Black female), and Todd Overstreet (a White male). And with the help of key Black elected officials, power brokers, and alleged "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS" District Attorney Kim Ogg, pulled off the remarkable, astonishing, and almost unbelievable feat of making it out of the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary with 54.54% of the vote. Yes, Kim Ogg put on a dominant show – I must say! Kim Ogg surprised everyone by receiving 148,571 votes for 54.54% of the vote to finish first. Audia Jones received 65,950 votes for 24.21% of the vote to finished in second place. Todd Overstreet received 30,744 votes for 11.29% of the vote. And Carvana Cloud, the woman who entered the race at the last minute finished last with 27,132 votes for 9.96% of the vote. However, after beating back her Democratic challengers, Kim Ogg was not out of the woods yet -- she still had to face Mary Nan Huffman, the Republican nominee in the general election. So, Kim Ogg still needed the support of the Black community.

Democratic Precinct Chair Etta Crockett is a master of connecting her clients with "ELDERLY SENIOR CITIZENS" in Precinct 101, and beyond. In case you don't know, Etta Crockett, she's the Harris County Democratic Party Chair for Precinct 101.

CAN HARRIS COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PRECINCT CHAIRS LIKE ETTA CROCKETT SWING DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY RACES?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Have you ever heard the name Etta Crockett before? Well, in case you haven’t, I’m going to tell you a little bit about her. Etta Crockett is a power broker when it comes to reaching seniors. Especially those of vote by “ABSENTEE BALLOT” in Precinct 101. How do I know? Well, if you practice a little patience, I’m going to tell you! Better yet, I’ll give you a few dates, so that you can go and see for yourself. Is that good enough? Huh? Well? Is that good enough? Okay! Back on 2/14/2020, Harris County District Attorney paid Etta Crockett $1,000 for “SENIOR VOTER CONTACT” according to her campaign finance report. Then on 2/21/2020, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg turned around and paid Etta Crockett for more “SENIOR VOTER CONTACT” according to her campaign finance report. How much of an impact did she have on the 2020 Democratic Party primary race for Harris County District Attorney? Not very much in Precinct 101. How can I say this? Well, based on my investigation, only 46 votes were cast in the race for Harris County District Attorney back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic primary. So, I don’t believe that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg would pay Etta Crockett, the Precinct Chair for Precinct 101, in upwards of $3,500 for a return of 17 votes. That would not make a lot of sense -- right? So, that begs to question, how much work Etta Crockett put in for the amount she got paid?

Be on the lookout for these guys in the 2022 Midterms! The Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity are top players in Presidential, Midterm, and Municipal Elections throughout this region of Texas. So, if you are a candidate running for office in Houston, Texas, you had better get ready, because you're going to get a phone call from these guys.

WHAT ROLE DID THE BAPTIST MINISTERS OF HOUSTON AND VICINITY PLAY IN THE 2020 DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY RACE FOR HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

When I visited Kim Ogg’s “ENDORSEMENT PAGE” on her website I didn’t see where she received an endorsement from the Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity, over her two Black female opponents. However, I did see where District Attorney Kim Ogg was endorsed by Former Houston Mayor Lee P. Brown, Civil Rights Icon William “Bill” Lawson, State Senator Borris Miles, State Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr., State Representative Jarvis Johnson, State Representative Alma Allen, State Representative Shawn Thierry, Constable May Walker, The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats’ – Harris County Chapter, and a host of other Democratic leaders and organizations. And look, everybody who wants to issue an endorsement is free to endorse anyone they choose to endorse – there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. However, as it relates to those “BLACK MINISTERS,” shouldn't they be required to tell their parishioners and other loyal followers that they are getting paid to parade the politicians in front of them???

GETTING PAID BIG DOLLARS

Now don’t you sit there and act like you don’t know that “BLACK MINISTERS” have been getting paid “BIG DOLLARS” to bring politicians into our churches. My grandfather was a “BLACK BAPTIST MINISTER” and I can remember vividly, politicians coming in and introducing themselves to congregations during election season. I used to love it because I knew that we were going to be going out to eat well after Sunday service. Oh boy, I loved to see those politicians come around. I used to even get a little pocket-change myself after they showed up. Okay…I’m back! Anyways, the Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity have a mean ground game whereas outreach into local Baptist churches is concerned. But don’t take my word for it. Just ask Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg – she’ll tell you! How do I know? Well, back on 2/8/2020, Kim Ogg donated $1,000 to the Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity. They must have done a good job for her, because she turned around on 2/19/2020 and paid that no-good (oops forgive me) I mean honorable and highly distinguished men of the cloth another $2,000 for their “VOTER CONTACT GOTV PROGRAM” according to her campaign finance report. And back on 8/24/2017, Kim Ogg paid those “BAPTIST MINISTERS” the sum of $300 for some type of sponsorship. Again, there’s absolutely nothing illegal about candidates like Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg paying the Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity money. The problem with this is that I think when those politicians, step into the pulpit, they should be required to tell the church-goers that they paid access! In other words, the parishioners should be made aware of the fact that they have been pimped. Not sure what getting pimped means? Let me explain, Pimps are the guys who go out and get customers for prostitutes, or in other words, they parade their prostitutes before customers and allow them to perform an act for what usually comes down to monetary exchange. Now, don't you dare go back and tell folks that I called the Baptist Ministers of Houston and Vicinity a bunch of pimps because that would be a bald-faced lie? I’m simply trying to make an analogy that you can understand in vivid detail. Now, after you’ve thought about how these “POLITICAL TRANSACTIONS” are going down for a minute, you be the judge, by drawing your conclusion.

Harold Dutton get re-elected as well. However, according to citizen journalist Colleen M. Vera, Democratic Precinct Chair and Election Judge Deborah Adams is also a key player in the "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTING SCHEME" in Harris County, Texas.

WHAT ROLE DID BLACK ORGANIZATIONS PLAY IN THE 2020 DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY RACE FOR HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I hope you can see how Blacks are getting paid behind the scenes to bring folks into the Black community. Like I said, back on 12/20/2020, the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats was paid the sum of $3,000 for what was categorized as their “VOTER CONTACT, GOTV PROGRAM” based on Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's campaign finance report. And they weren’t the only ones, back on 8/15/2019, the Houston Area Black Democrats PAC was paid $1,000 for what was categorized as an “EVENT SPONSORSHIP” according to Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s campaign. Again, there is nothing illegal about this. The only problem here is when these organizations try to tell “BLACK VOTERS” that “ENDORSEMENT DECISIONS” aren’t influenced.

Yes, that's Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, Carroll G. Robinson, and Antron D. Johnson pictured above. Now, "EXCLUSIVE REPORT" will show you a case of corruption where I  believe "DARK MONEY" flowed into Texas across state lines from places like Oakland California, Washington D.C., Brooklyn New York, and Fairfax Virginia. And once the money made it's way into Texas, it appears to have been dispersed through a "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" that was set up by Carroll G. Robinson, and Antron D. Johnson called the "TEXAS BLACK DEMOCRATS PAC" that operates under the umbrella of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats.

Money Laundering, A Federal Crime, Could Be Taking Place Right Here in Texas Through the Texas Black Democrats PAC

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

For some time now, I’ve been talking about how people like Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg and countless Democrats could possibly be getting tricked into supporting a “BOGUS POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” that goes by the name of Texas Black Democrats PAC. Now, in this report, I’m going to offer more compelling proof that Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, (owner of the Texas Black Democrats PAC), and his boy Antron D. Johnson (who serves as the treasurer), are possibly filing what could be “FRAUDULENT CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” with the Texas Ethics Commission. So, the report I’m going to cover today was filed by Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer, under penalty of perjury back on January 15, 2021. However, this particular campaign finance report covered the period of 10/25/2020 through 12/31/2020. Now remember, the early voting period for the 2020 Presidential Election began on Monday, October 13, 2020, and ended on Friday, October 30, 2020.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND REVIEW THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT ABOVE THAT APPEARS TO BE FRADULENT

As you read this particular report, please pay very close attention to the fact that supposedly, there was $26,500.28 dollars in contributions that were donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC between, 10/25/2020, and 12/31/2020. Now, that being said, many of the out-of-state “ZIP CODES” for the addresses where the donations supposedly came from “DO NOT MATCH” the cities where the donors supposedly resided in at the time their donations were supposedly made to the Texas Black Democrats PAC. Also, please note that nearly all of the supposed donations from out of state were reported in round figures “$100.00” dollars, “$250.00” dollars, “300.00” dollars “$500.00” dollars – so on, and so forth. But, the most glaring problem of them all, is the supposed donation on (PAGE 22) where Antron D. Johnson, claims that a woman named Edna Warnecke from Houston, Texas donated $100.00 dollars to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 10/27/2020. What’s the problem with this particular donation? Well, first of all, the address was redacted on the campaign finance report, so an “OPEN RECORDS REQUEST” was filed. Now, once the “OPEN RECORDS REQUEST” was granted by the Texas Ethics Commission and the “FULL ADDRESS” was provided, we discovered that the address Antron claimed the donation came from – which was 107 Ardmore Rd in Houston, Texas, wasn’t even a real address.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “The document you’re looking above shows that the Texas Black Democrats PAC, supposedly received a $100.00 dollar donation from a lady named Edna Warnecke, but the address of 107 Ardmore Rd, in Houston, Texas turns out to be a fake address – it’s not real. (CLICK HERE) for a closer inspection of this document.”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “Do you see the area I’ve circled in red above for the “VOTER REGISTRATION SEARCH” for the woman named Edna Warnecke, who according to Antron D. Johnson, had donated $100.00 dollars to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 10/27/2020, under penalty of perjury? Do you see where it says, that my search for Edna Warnecke did not produce any results?”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “Do you see the area I’ve circled in red above for a “REAL PROPERTY SEARCH” for the woman named Edna Warnecke, who according to Antron D. Johnson, had donated $100.00 dollars to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 10/27/2020, under penalty of perjury? Do you see where it says, that my search for  a property in Houston, Texas at 107 Ardmore Road did not produce any results?”

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As I broadened my search for the woman named Edna Warnecke, I did find a woman by the name of Edna J. Wernecke who lived in Houston, Texas -- but she had passed away back in 1998. (CLICK HERE) for a closer inspection of this document."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “Now do you see the area that I’ve circled in red above that identifies a woman by the name of Edna Warnecke, who lives at 107 Ardmore Rd, in Kensington, California 94707 right now? Did Carroll G. Robinson’s boy Antron D. Johnson get sloppy, and not place the correct City and State or the campaign finance report? Now, if you think that Antron simply made a mistake, then, take a look at all of these other possible mistakes he made. Why would all of the donation for a “BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” out of Texas be coming from out of state donors right before the 2020 Presidential Election?”

#11 -- AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As you scroll through all of these supposed donations that were received between  period of 10/25/2020 through 12/31/2020, please not that only the donations from Democrat Mike Collier #16 and #17 below, and #33 are from the state of Texas. I haven't spoken with Mike Collier, a 2022 Democratic Party Primary candidate who is seeking the opportunity to face off against Lt. Governor Dan Patrick. However, I have spoken directly with Gilbert Garcia, and he knows absolutely nothing about the activities of Carroll G. Robinson, or Antron D. Johnson, and simply made his donation to the Texas Black Democrats PAC in good faith."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "In case you don't know, according to the government, A "Pattern of racketeering activity" requires at least two acts of racketeering activity committed within ten years of each other."

Racketeering, Organized Crime, Bribery, Rigging Bidding Processes, Are All Components of a Criminal Enterprise, Not Election Fraud

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I keep hearing people talk about how the Texas Attorney General lacks the constitutional authority to independently prosecute a crime in a district or inferior court without the consent of the appropriate local county authority or district attorney by a deputization order. When making this statement, most folks refer to the recent ruling by The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, which ruled in an 8-1 Decision in the case of Texas v. Zena Collins Stephen, on December 15, 2021. Now, currently, the Attorney General for the State of Texas is a guy by the name of Ken Paxton, who is a Republican. And the County Attorney for Harris County, Texas is a Democrat by the name of Christian Menefee. And if for some strange reason you don’t know, the District Attorney for Harris County, Texas is a Democrat by the name of Kim Ogg. Now, all of that being said, please understand that what’s happening in Texas right now rises well beyond the definition of “ELECTION FRUAD” if you ask me.

LOCAL ELECTIONS MATTER

We must endeavor to put “PEOPLE OVER POLITICS” on “SUPER TUESDAY” in Texas. Why? Well, we’re in a serious fight for the soul of America right now. And in the state of Texas, the battle is fierce. But in Harris County, Texas a culture of corruption has taken hold of our county. So, we must make it our business to do something about the crime and corruption that’s spreading across every segment of government unchecked right now. And to do this, the best place for us to start is with County Government in the upcoming 2022 Midterms, with City Government in the upcoming 2023, General Elections, and then double-back to County Government again in the 2024 Presidential Elections.

A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE

It is unlawful for anyone employed by or associated with any enterprise engaged in, or the activities of which affect, interstate or foreign commerce, to conduct or participate, directly or indirectly, in the conduct of such enterprise's affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity or collection of unlawful debt. 18 U.S.C.A. § 1962(c) (West 1984). The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) was passed by Congress with the declared purpose of seeking to eradicate organized crime in the United States. Russello v. the United States, 464 U.S. 16, 26-27, 104 S. Ct. 296, 302-303, 78 L. Ed. 2d 17 (1983); United States v. Turkette, 452 U.S. 576, 589, 101 S. Ct. 2524, 2532, 69 L. Ed. 2d 246 (1981). A violation of Section 1962(c), requires (1) conduct (2) of an enterprise (3) through a pattern (4) of racketeering activity. Sedima, S.P.R.L. v. Imrex Co., 473 U.S. 479, 496, 105 S. Ct. 3275, 3285, 87 L. Ed. 2d 346 (1985).

A more expansive view holds that in order to be found guilty of violating the RICO statute, the government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt: (1) that an enterprise existed; (2) that the enterprise affected interstate commerce; (3) that the defendant was associated with or employed by the enterprise; (4) that the defendant engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity; and (5) that the defendant conducted or participated in the conduct of the enterprise through that pattern of racketeering activity through the commission of at least two acts of racketeering activity as set forth in the indictment. United States v. Phillips, 664 F. 2d 971, 1011 (5th Cir. Unit B Dec. 1981), cert. denied, 457 U.S. 1136, 102 S. Ct. 1265, 73 L. Ed. 2d 1354 (1982).

An "enterprise" is defined as including any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity. 18 U.S.C.A. § 1961(4) (West 1984). Many courts have noted that Congress mandated a liberal construction of the RICO statute in order to effectuate its remedial purposes by holding that the term "enterprise" has an expansive statutory definition. United States v. Delano, 825 F. Supp. 534, 538-39 (W.D.N.Y. 1993), aff'd in part, rev'd in part, 55 F. 3d 720 (2d Cir. 1995), cases cited therein.

"Pattern of racketeering activity" requires at least two acts of racketeering activity committed within ten years of each other. 18 U.S.C.A. § 1961(5) (West 1984). Congress intended a fairly flexible concept of a pattern in mind. H.J., Inc. v. Northwestern Bell Tel. Co., 492 U.S. 229, 239, 109 S. Ct. 2893, 2900, 106 L. Ed. 2d 195 (1989). The government must show that the racketeering predicates are related, and that they amount to or pose a threat of continued criminal activity. Id. Racketeering predicates are related if they have the same or similar purposes, results, participants, victims, or methods of commission, or otherwise are interrelated by distinguishing characteristics and are not isolated events. Id. at 240, 109 S. Ct. at 2901; Ticor Title Ins. Co. v. Florida, 937 F. 2d 447, 450 (9th Cir. 1991). Furthermore, the degree in which these factors establish a pattern may depend on the degree of proximity, or any similarities in goals or methodology, or the number of repetitions. United States v. Indelicato, 865 F. 2d 1370, 1382 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 493 U.S. 811, 110 S. Ct. 56, 107 L. Ed. 2d 24 (1989).

Continuity refers either to a closed period of repeated conduct, or to past conduct that by its nature projects into the future with a threat of repetition. H.J., Inc., 492 U.S. at 241-42, 109 S. Ct. at 2902. A party alleging a RICO violation may demonstrate continuity over a closed period by proving a series of related predicates extending over a substantial period of time. Id. Predicate acts extending over a few weeks or months and threatening no future criminal conduct do not satisfy this requirement as Congress was concerned with RICO in long-term criminal conduct. Id.

As to the continuity requirement, the government may show that the racketeering acts found to have been committed pose a threat of continued racketeering activity by proving: (1) that the acts are part of a long-term association that exists for criminal purposes, or (2) that they are a regular way of conducting the defendant's ongoing legitimate business, or (3) that they are a regular way of conducting or participating in an ongoing and legitimate enterprise. Id.

When a RICO action is brought before continuity can be established, then liability depends on whether the threat of continuity is demonstrated. Id. However, Judge Scalia wrote in his concurring opinion that it would be absurd to say that "at least a few months of racketeering activity. . .is generally for free, as far as RICO is concerned." Id. at 254, 109 S. Ct. at 2908. Therefore, if the predicate acts involve a distinct threat of long-term racketeering activity, either implicit or explicit, a RICO pattern is established. Id. at 242, 109 S. Ct. at 2902.

The RICO statute expressly states that it is unlawful for any person to conspire to violate any of the subsections of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1962. The government need not prove that the defendant agreed with every other conspirator, knew all of the other conspirators, or had full knowledge of all the details of the conspiracy. Delano, 825 F. Supp. at 542. All that must be shown is: (1) that the defendant agreed to commit the substantive racketeering offense through agreeing to participate in two racketeering acts; (2) that he knew the general status of the conspiracy; and (3) that he knew the conspiracy extended beyond his individual role. United States v. Rastelli, 870 F. 2d 822, 828 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 493 U.S. 982, 110 S. Ct. 515, 107 L. Ed. 2d 516 (1989).

Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo both have to go. These are "TWO DIRTY DEMOCRATS" who are making the entire Democratic Party look dirty at this point. Both, Commissioner Garcia, and 'lying' Lina Hidalgo should resign their positions and allow Democrats the opportunity to select better nominees for the upcoming Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election.

"I am happy to announce my endorsement of Vidal Martinez for Harris County Judge. Over the last six months, I was able to get to know Vidal and the other candidates for County Judge quite well, and he is easily the most qualified candidate in the run-off election race and our best chance at beating Lina Hidalgo. As Republicans, we all know and agree on the major issues and shortcomings at Commissioners Court, and Vidal Martinez will be ready to execute change on day one. His experience as a federal prosecutor, time spent serving as Houston Port Commissioner and Greater Houston Partnership board member, as well as his tenure on the Methodist Hospital System Board means that he will not need any on-the-job training and can hit the ground running. Vidal Martinez is the leader we need to bring common sense back to Harris County, and he has my full support. I urge you to join me in voting for Vidal Martinez for Harris County Judge on May 24th."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment in time."

Favoritism and Party Politics Have No Place Inside Our Harris County Courtrooms

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
