EXCLUSIVE: Officer’s Video Deposition Sheds Light on the Interrogation of Sheriff Ed Gonzalez’s Wife Inside Her Bosses Office

Where's the bodycam? The easiest way to clear the name of Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez is for (HCC) Houston Community College to release the bodycamDr. Melissa Gonzalez and her husband, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, have been at the center of a firestorm every since he was nominated by President Joe Biden to serve as the director of (ICE) the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. Especially since, Dr. Melissa Gonzalez was allegedly having an affair with her boss, Dr. Cesar Maldonado, the chancellor for (HCC) Houston Community College. "PART ONE" of former HCC Police Officer Frederick Portis' "DEPOSITION" was quite convincing. And "PART TWO" was pretty convincing as well.

Anyone still holding out hope that Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez will be confirmed to lead the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, had better not be holding their breath. Why? Well, truth be told, my sources in Washington D.C., are telling me that at least three Democrats in the United States Senate are undecided and want to see more information about the “DOMESTIC ABUSE” allegations that he and his wife, Dr. Melissa Gonzalez are both denying at this point. Now, all of that being said, Sheriff Gonzalez and his wife had better stop playing around, before they get themselves into some serious trouble. How can I make this statement? Well, I’ve obtained a copy of the “VIDEO DEPOSITION” where Officer Fredrick Portis recounts what happened on the day he was dispatched to Dr. Cesar Maldonad’s office where he found Dr. Maldonado, and Dr. Melissa Gonzalez, the wife of Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

Officer Fredrick Portis provides deposition in Dodd v. Glaser litigation. Inside this “VIDEO DEPOSITION,” Officer Fredrick Portis talks about the day he was dispatched to Dr. Cesar Maldonad’s Office for what he thought was some sort of theft. However, when Office Portis arrived, he quickly realized that the call he’d received was not about a theft, but was about a “DOMESTIC VIOLENCE” complaint. And that the initial call was intended to cover up what was unfolding on the 12th floor of the administrative building at HCC inside Chancellor Maldonado’s office.

According to Officer Portis, when he arrived on the 12th floor, he was met by an unnamed Black female who pointed him to the door of Dr. Cesar Maldonado’s office which was slightly left open.

Once Office Portis was inside, Officer Portis, found Dr. Melissa Gonzalez, the wife of Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, sitting down, with her boss, Dr. Cesar Maldonad, standing behind her. From the officers’ account, it was Dr. Cesar Maldonado who shouted out “she wants to file a domestic violence complaint against her husband.” Upon hearing Dr. Maldonado’s declaration, Officer Portis, according to his testimony, looked at Sheriff Ed Gonzalez’s wife and she stated, “I want to file a domestic violence charge against my husband for violence against me in my home.”

Upon hearing Sheriff Gonzalez’s wife say (out of her mouth) that she wanted to file a domestic violence charge against Sheriff Gonzalez, Officer Portis asked Chancellor Moldonado to leave the room. However, Dr. Maldonado refused to leave the room, and according to Officer Portis, said, “I am your boss” or something to that effect.

In the “VIDEO DEPOSITION” Officer Portis recalls how Dr. Maldonado constantly interfered with the interrogation that he was trying to conduct related to the “DOMESTIC VIOLENCE” complaint that Sheriff Ed Gonzalez’s stated that she wanted to make. “Maldonado continually interfered with the interrogation by injecting himself and coaching Mrs. Gonzalez on what to say,” he said. Things got so bad, according to Officer Portis, he started to feel intimidated by how Chancellor Maldonado was acting.

In retrospect, Officer Portis claims that the conduct of his boss, Dr. Cesar Maldonado was so bad that it hindered his ability to interrogate Mrs. Gonzalez as he would have normally done. That being said, looking back on the entire situation, Officer Portis believes that he should have arrested his boss, and charged him with obstructing a police investigation for his actions that day.

At some point, according to Officer Portis, another HCC Officer, named David Moore arrived at the scene and took over the investigation.

Once the investigation was taken over by David Moore, a more senior officer on the HCC police force, Officer Portis left the scene and went to go find Greg Cunningham, the HCC police chief to tell him about what had just unfolded on the 12th floor of the HCC Administrative Building. That being said, according to Officer Portis, he briefed the police chief and explained to him how Chancellor Maldonado interfered with his investigation. According to the “VIDEO DEPOSITION,” Chief Cunningham smiled and told Officer Portis that he would handle the matter or something to that effect.

A few days following the attempted investigation, Chief Cunningham reportedly told Officer Portis that he had handled the matter.

Was Dr. Melissa Gonzalez, the wife of Sheriff Gonzalez having sex with her boss? Well, according to Officer Fredrick Portis, and other investigators, they believe she was. They believe that Chancellor Maldonado was so involved in the matter because he wanted to control the narrative surrounding the entire situation.

How can this matter be resolved? Well, Officer Fredrick Portis, recorded the entire situation on his bodycam that he was wearing when Sheriff Ed Gonzalez’s wife ‘allegedly’ stated that she want to file a “DOMESTIC VIOLENCE” charge against Sheriff Gonzalez. So, the easiest way to clear Sheriff Ed Gonzalez’s name would be to release the “BODYCAM FOOTAGE” to the United States Senate.

So, on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, all Republicans must make it their business to cast their vote for Vidal Martinez over Alexandra Del Moral Mealer, in the race for Harris County Judge. That said after Vidal defeats Alexandra, we're going to need all hands on deck when he takes on lying Lina Hidalgo, another one of Rodney's puppets who should get indicted before their showdown on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

Former Federal Prosecutor Vidal Martinez is the only candidate left standing who has what it takes to defeat Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. In my opinion, Martina Dixon could have unseated Lina as well, if she had made garnered the Republican nomination. (CLICK HERE) if you would like to review this "CONSERVATIVES YOU SHOULD KNOW" edition that features our "RUNOFF SLATE" for the upcoming Tuesday, May 24, 2022, Republican Party Primary runoffs.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment in time."

Favoritism and Party Politics Have No Place Inside Our Harris County Courtrooms

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
