Kim Ogg went into office with good intentions, but turned dirty somewhere along the way. However, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, former Mayor Sylvester Turner, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Gerald Womack, and Vivian King operated as a "CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE" with reckless abandon, and a blatant disregard for the rule of law.
What Kim Ogg never realized was that her chief of staff (Vivian King) was running around Harris County, Texas, allegedly telling "BLACK COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS" that her boss (Kim Ogg) was a racist, according to a source who was very close to Vivian King. So, in essence, Kim Ogg proved a snake (Vivian King), with a job, as First Assistant District Attorney, that gave Vivian King the ability to undermine Kim Ogg's Administration.
Vivian King also double-crossed "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" while she was serving on the board of "CRIME STOPPERS," and working behind the scenes from inside the District Attorney's Office, to undermine the re-election bids of African American judges during the 2022 Midterm Election season.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg utilized the same African American "MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS" whose services were retained by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee for decades. Therefore, when Attorney General Ken Paxton sent the evidence in the case against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's "MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS" to Kim Ogg's Office, District Attorney Kim Ogg opened a "CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION" and then used "STALL TACTICS" to let the statute of limitations run out.

In case you don't know, providing unlawful assistance to a voter in connection with “ABSENTEE BALLOT” is a state jail felony, from what I understand. However, having “ABSENTEE VOTERS” select one name on their “ABSENTEE BALLOT" and sign their signature, and then taking the ballot with you is something else altogether. In case you don't know, it is also illegal to receive compensation for depositing the carrier envelope in the mail or with a common or contract carrier, folks. Gloria Palmer is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. For the record, the audiotape above was made by the Rabalais campaign after he found out that an “alleged harvester” was working for an opponent’s campaign.

Based on the "OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT" certified by Harris County Commissioners on Friday, November 15, 2024, Judge Aaron Burdette received 730,432 votes for 50.42% of the vote, and his challenger, Vivian King (Democrat), received 718,252 votes for 49.58%. That said, Judge Aaron Burdette defeated Vivian King by 12,180 votes. Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth has done a really good job since taking over the running of Harris County Elections. However, every candidate running in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, "SPECIAL ELECTION," race for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas, must do their part to keep everyone honest.
STEP ONE: Every major candidate running against Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, should invest in a "VOTE COUNTING DEVICE" and have someone from their campaign, placed outside counting the number of people going in, and coming out of every "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" from the time the polls open until the time the polls close.
STEP TWO: When the polls close, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth will release a "DAILY VOTE TOTAL REPORT" every day between 7:15 pm and 8:00 pm to the general public. When the County Clerk Tenesha Hudspeth releases her numbers for the day, each campaign should compare its totals to what the County Clerk released for the day.
STEP THREE: If there's a difference of 100 votes between the number of voters on County Clerk Tenesha Hudspeth's report and what each campaign has on its "VOTE COUNTING DEVICE," this could indicate that there is a problem at the "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" where the discrepancy occurred.
STEP FOUR: If the discrepancy continues to occur, your campaign should contact the Harris County Clerk’s Office Elections Department, located at 15600 Morales Road, Houston, TX 77032, by calling (713)755-6965. And make sure to have documentation, and a "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" from your team member who discovered the discrepancy.
STEP FIVE: If the Harris County Clerk's Office does not respond or address the concern, you should notify the Texas Secretary of State of the discrepancies your team is finding. The Elections Division for the Texas Secretary of State's Office can be reached at 1.800.252.VOTE (8683) or 512.463.5650.
STEP SIX: Every day, during the "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" from Monday, October 20, 2025, through Friday, October 31, 2025, Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth will release a "BALLOT BY MAIL" vote total.
