Ogg Caved Under the Pressure from Blacks Like Carroll G. Robinson, and Dr. James Douglas, to Investigate Voter Fraud in 2020

Back on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg was pressured by Carroll G. Robinson, the president of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (TCBD), and Dr. James Douglas, the president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), to investigate "ELECTION FRAUD" right after it was 'alleged' that fraud had possibly occurred on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary, race for State Representative for House District 142, in Harris County, Texas. Remember, the pressure Kim Ogg received from the TCBD and the NAACP on April 8, 2020, came after (18) eighteen members of the Harris County Democratic Legislative Delegation had already pressured her in a letter that was sent to her office back on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, pressuring Kim Ogg, to investigate and get to the bottom of what occurred in the race for HD-142, back on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in Harris County, Texas. You can "CLICK HERE" to see for yourself.

District Attorney Kim Ogg was put between a rock and a hard place by state Senator Borris Miles (Senate District 13), and two of his Democratic colleagues (Whitmire and Alvarado) in the state senate back on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, when they pressured Ogg to investigate "ELECTION FRAUD" that they felt had occurred against state Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr., a few days earlier in the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for House District 142, where state Rep. Dutton was challenged by three Democratic rivals. You can "CLICK HERE" to see for yourself.

"APPLYING PRESSURE."

After Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg did not bend to the pressure she received from the letter that was sent to her back on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, by the Harris County Democratic Legislative Delegation, Carroll G. Robinson, the president of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (TCBD), and Dr. James Douglas, the president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), stepped in to apply more pressure on District Attorney Kim Ogg, by joining forces with the Harris County Democratic Legislative Delegation on Wednesday, April 8, 2020. "Our community has come too far at too great a cost to allow the voters in House District 142 to be defrauded by what may have been an organized effort to put a name on the ballot for a person who does not exist," said Carroll G. Robinson, the president of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats.

Carroll G. Robinson, chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats played a crucial role in coercing Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg to investigate the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for State Representative for House District 142. You can "CLICK HERE" to see for yourself.

Press Release (Text) that Was Sent Out by Carroll G. Robinson, Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats Back on Wednesday, April 8, 2020

(PRESS RELEASE)

The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats today joined eighteen elected state Democratic officials from Harris County and the Houston Branch of the N.A.A.C.P. in requesting that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg and County Attorney Vince Ryan investigate the presence of a phantom candidate in the March 3rd Democratic Primary for House District 142, including empaneling a grand jury to do so, if needed.

"Our community has come too far at too great a cost to allow the voters in House District 142 to be defrauded by what may have been an organized effort to put a name on the ballot for a person who does not exist," said Carroll G. Robinson, current State Chairman of the Coalition and a former at-large member of the Houston City Council. "More than 2500 voters were duped into voting for a non-existent mystery 'candidate' by the actions of one or more people who got a name put on the ballot by violating numerous laws."

Letters urging Ms. Ogg and Mr. Ryan were signed by eighteen Harris County Democrats elected to the Texas Legislature, by N.A.A.C.P. Houston Branch President James Douglas, by Robinson on behalf of the Coalition, and by the following Houston area ministers: Houston Metropolitan Ministers, Pastor James Nash, St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor Robert Tigner, Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church and Pastor George Hill, Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church.

"Based on our preliminary report of the facts, to which the authorities have access, it is clear that election fraud occurred. We need the District Attorney to promptly investigate this case and prosecute those who did this to the full extent of the law," Robinson continued. "With all the talk about Russia meddling in our elections, it would be an outrage and a travesty to let some homegrown dirty tricksters get away with these crimes."

Houston's ABC Channel 13 reported following the primary that no one ever saw a candidate named Natasha Ruiz attend campaign events, none of the required ethics reports were filed for anyone with that name and the person never sent any campaign mailers. A woman reached by reporter Miya Shay at the phone number listed on an election-related form said she had not filed to run for the office and did not know who or why anyone would have done so. That woman is not named Ruiz and told Ms. Shay she's a truck driver living in Colorado. The purported campaign treasurer cannot be located, the phone number for him is not a working number and the email address given for the candidate does not work.

A runoff for House District 142 has been set for July 15th. Robinson said that he and the Harris County leaders want the District Attorney and County Attorney to get to the bottom of these matters before the runoff, if possible.

"We know there's a lot going on with the pandemic and the impact of falling prices on our oil and gas industry. Given these uncertainties, Harris County voters must be assured that fair elections, free of corruption, are a top priority. The legislative session is coming soon and our community must be assured that the candidates of their choice represent them in Austin," Robinson said.

Dr. James Douglas, was the President of the Houston Branch of the N.A.A.C.P., at the time that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg was being coerced into investigating the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for State Representative for House District 142.

CONSPIRACY THEORIST?

Should Dr. James Douglas be called a "CONSPIRACY THEORIST" or an "ELECTION DENIER" for his role in the pressure campaign that was launched against District Attorney Kim Ogg to investigate election fraud? Remember, Dr. James Douglas, was the president of the NAACP back when he called on Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg to investigate "ELECTION FRAUD" that he believed had occurred in the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary, race State Representative for House District 142, in Harris County, Texas.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "After reading this report, and watching the video of attorney "Downtown" Oliver Brown exposing Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's "QUID PRO QUO" from the 2020 Presidential Election cycle you should be able to understand how and why Kim Ogg is looking for an exit out of the District Attorney's Office and does not plan to run for reelection in the March 2024 Democratic Party Primary."

Ogg Caved Under the Pressure from Blacks Like Carroll G. Robinson, and Dr. James Douglas, to Investigate Voter Fraud in 2020

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

What we are dealing with right now in Harris County, Texas is a whole bunch of hypocrisy. How in the world could we be allowing the same local officials who called for "Democrat" Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and "Democrat" Harris County Attorney (at the time) Vince Ryan to investigate "ELECTION FRAUD" in 2020, to be running around bashing the "GOP" for crying foul in the aftermath of what we all just witnessed back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in terms of the blatant "VOTER DISENFRANCHISEMENT" and "VOTER SUPPRESSION" voters experience in predominantly Republican voter precincts.

Did any Republicans call members of the Harris County Democratic Legislative Delegation "CONSPIRACY THEORISTS" or "ELECTION DENIERS" for demanding that the Harris County District Attorney's Office and the Harris County Attorney's Office investigate what unfolded on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in the Democratic Party Primary, race for HD-142, between State Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr., Jerry Davis, Richard Bonton, and Natasha (Demming) Ruiz? Well, what's the difference between what Democrats did when they cried foul back in 2020, and what the Republicans are doing right now?

"STRAIGHT HYPOCRITES."

I'm sorry, but the hypocrisy in our local politics must come to an end. Did anyone try to label State Rep. Senfronia Thompson (HD-141), State Rep Garnet Coleman (HD-147), State Rep. Alma Allen (HD-131), State Rep. Ana Hernandez (HD-143), State Rep. Hubert Vo (HD-149), State Rep. Gene Wu (HD-137), State Rep. Gina Calanni (HD-132), State Rep. Armando Walle (HD-140), State Rep. Shawn Thierry (HD-146), State Rep. Jarvis Johnson (HD-139), State Rep. Mary Ann Perez (HD-144), State Rep. Jon Rosenthal (HD-135), State Rep. Anna Eastman (HD-148), and State Rep. Christina Morales (HD-145), State Senator Borris Miles (Senate District 13), State Senator Carol Alvarado (Senate District 6), or State Senator John Whitmire, (Senate District 15), as "CONSPIRACY THEORISTS" or "ELECTION DENIERS" when they demanded that Harris County District Kim Ogg investigate the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for House District 142, in Harris County, Texas?

 "NEW ELECTION NEEDED."

At the end of the day, nobody, not even Judge David Peoples will be able to ascertain what the true results of the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election should be. And therefore it is my professional opinion, that a "NEW ELECTION" should be ordered in the races that are being contested by the following candidates: Alexandra del Moral Mealer, Nile Copeland, Tami Pierce, Erin Elizbeth Lunceford, Bruce Bain, Michelle Fraga, Elizbeth Buss, Mark Montgomery, Mark Goldberg, Sartaj Bal, Dan Spjut, Dan Simons, Matthew Dexter, James Lombardino, Aaron Adams, Brian Staley, Rory Olsen, Will Archer, Chris Daniel, Stan Stanart, and Kyle Scott, that took place in Harris County, Texas.

When the "TABULATION COMPUTER" used in Tarrant County, Texas tabulated and added the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together for their down-ballot countywide races, it arrived at a consistent total of "592,630" for every one of their local races. You can "CLICK HERE" to view the "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" for yourself.

“TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS.”

Remember, Tarrant County, Texas is controlled by Republicans, and they fully cooperated with the Texas Secretary of State’s Forensic Audit Division (FAD) in their audit of their county for the 2020 General Election. That being said, my investigative team decided to take a look at how their “TABULATION COMPUTER” tallied their local countywide races in the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election.

From our review of Tarrant County’s “OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT” for the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, all of their down-ballot countywide races produced the same “COMBINED TOTAL” when you add their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together for each race.

Tarrant County’s “OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT” reveals a combined number of (592,630) for all (13) of their local down-ballot countywide races with you add their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together.

- DIRTY CUMULATIVE REPORT -

The Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) produced an error-filled "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" that appears to show criminality, not human error, or incompetence. You can "CLICK HERE" to see for yourself. For the record, when the "TABULATION COMPUTER" add the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together every down-ballot countywide race should come up with the same total, as they did over in Tarrant County, that's run by Republicans.

“HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS.”

Unlike Tarrant County, which is run by Republicans, the third largest county in America (Harris County) is run by Democrats. And based on the “OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT” that was produced by Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum, the numbers produced appear to be the result of malfeasance of some sort on the behalf of a human being – not computer error or incompetence.

If you look at the first (16) sixteen local down-ballot countywide races for Harris County, what you will find is that all (16) sixteen have the same combined total of “1,107,390” when you add their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes together.

The first (16) sixteen local down-ballot countywide races begin with the race for District Judge, 55th Civil District Court, between Nile Copeland (Republican), and Judge Latosha Lewis Payne (Democrat) who was running for reelection and ends with the race for District Judge, 234th Judicial District Court between Michael West (Republican), and Judge Lauren Reeder (Democrat) who was running for reelection.

“NUMBERS GET CRAZY.”

Again, please understand that the first (16) sixteen local down-ballot countywide races all produce the same total of “1,107,390” when their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were all added together. However, the numbers went crazy, after the race for District Judge, 234th Judicial District Court between Michael West (Republican), and Judge Lauren Reeder (Democrat) who was running for reelection.

The race for District Judge, 248th Judicial District Court produced a number totaling “1,107,363” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes were all added together.

The race for District Judge, 262nd Judicial District Court produced a number totaling “1,107,312” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes were added together for this countywide race that took place in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, during the Midterm Election.

The race for District Judge, 263rd Judicial District Court produced a number totaling “1,107,175” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes were added together for this countywide race that took place in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, during the Midterm Election.

The race for District Judge, 269th Judicial District Court produced a number totaling “1,107,149” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes were added together for this countywide race that took place in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, during the Midterm Election.

“SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS.”

After the race for District Judge, 269th, Judicial District Court between Bruce Bain (Republican), and Judge Cory Don Sepolio (Democrat), the next (35) thirty-five local down-ballot countywide races produced a total of “1,107,127” when their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together.

“SOMETHING CRAZIER.”

After the previous (35) thirty-five local down-ballot countywide races had produced the same number of “1,107,127” the next (5) five races all produced different totals when their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together.

The race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 14 produced a number totaling “1,106,932” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 15 produced a number totaling “1,106,668” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Judge, County Probate Court No. 1 produced a number totaling “1,106,461” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Judge, County Probate Court No. 2 produced a number totaling “1,106,280” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Judge, County Probate Court No. 3 produced a number totaling “1,106,268” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

“MORE CRAZY NUMBERS.”

After the previous (5) five down-ballot local races produced five different totals, when their Cast Votes, Overvotes, and Undervotes were added together, the last four races on the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election ballot in Harris County, Texas produced another number altogether.

The race for Judge, County Probate Court No. 4 produced a number totaling “1,106,252” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Harris County District Clerk produced a number totaling “1,106,252” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Harris County Clerk produced a number totaling “1,106,252” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Harris County Treasurer produced a number totaling “1,106,252” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

“CAN’T BE ASCERTAINED.”

According to the Texas Election Code, only a judge can void an election and order a new one. That being said, I just don’t see how any reasonable judge could look at all of this “ERROR-FILLED CUMULATIVE REPORT” and go through all (6,115 – PAGES) of the “OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT” and see that every countywide race included an incorrect voter percentage of 789.62% for “PRECINCT 1086” and not come to the conclusion that it’s impossible to ascertain the true results of any countywide race that took place in Harris County, Texas back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election.

I believe that attorney Elizabeth D. Alverez is correct when she stated, in every one of her lawsuits that, “If the Court cannot because of fraud or mistake, or because an election official engaged in activity that prevented eligible voters from voting, be certain that the outcome as posted in the final canvas represents the true outcome, and cannot ascertain the true outcome of the election, it must declare the election void, and order a new one.”

It pains me to say this, but a new election must be ordered for Harris County, Texas.
