State Senator Borris L. Miles Has Been Excluded As a Suspect in Gary Wade’s Plot to Intimidate and Bully Aubrey

Gary Wade (top center), a career criminal, was arrested for having 28 grams of "CRACK COCAINE" back in the day. This hardened career criminal knows a thing or two about how to work the criminal justice system. He also knows how to wriggle, squirm, and slither his way out of trouble with the law when he makes "TERRORISTIC THREATS" against people. After a phone conversation last night (Friday, December 13, 2024) arranged by former prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr, State Senator Borris L. Miles is no longer a suspect in Gary Wade's "INTIMIDATION PLOT." According to State Senator Borris L. Miles, who was recently voted "LEGISLATOR OF THE YEAR" by the National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL), he doesn't have anything whatsoever to do with Gary Wade's plot to intimidate, harass, and bully (ME), Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor in any way, shape, or form. State Senator Borris L. Miles (bottom center) and State Rep. Ron E. Reynolds (far left) are two of Texas's top African American male legislators.

Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and her mortgage broker Gerald Womack are the prime suspects in Gary Wade's plot to intimidate, bully, and harass (ME) Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor. Gary Wade's harassing phone calls and emails began after Vivian King lost her bid to become a judge on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. As a refresher, Vivian King has been rejected by Harris County voters three times. Vivian King was spurned back in 2010 by Harris County voters when she challenged Judge Susan Brown for her 185th District Court bench and again in 2012 when she challenged Judge Ryan Patrick for his 177th District Court bench. But her latest loss in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court bench stung the most because Vivian King is nearing 70 years old, and her dream of becoming a judge is slipping away.

Gary Wade, a career criminal, appears to be on an assignment given to him by Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, or/and her mortgage broker, Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors. Gary Wade's threats and bullying tactics took on a more aggressive tone shortly after Vivian King recently lost her bid to become the presiding judge for the 486th Criminal District Court.

It is unclear at this time if Gary Wade, the henchman for Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, was a drug dealer or crackhead back in the day.

It is unclear at this time who gave Gary Wade, a career criminal who also may have been a crackhead or drug dealer back in the day, the authority to threaten, bully, and harass (ME) Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor. However, Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and her mortgage broker Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, are the prime suspects.

Gary Wade, a career criminal, is 67 and still trying to muscle, intimidate, and play like a tough guy. His rap sheet is a mile long, and he's not rehabilitated or reformed in any way, shape, or form. That said, it is not clear why this henchman for Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, have turned to a potential former drug dealer or crackhead to muscle (ME) Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor.

State Senator Borris L. Miles Has Been Excluded As a Suspect in Gary Wade’s Plot to Intimidate and Bully Aubrey

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Thanks to former professional prizefighter Eric Carr and State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), a phone conference occurred last night (Friday, December 13, 2024) between myself and State Senator Borris L. Miles to discuss our ongoing investigation into Gary Wade.

According to State Senator Borris Miles, he is not involved in Gary Wade’s plot to harass, bully, and intimidate me in any way, shape, or form. The conversation between myself, State Senator Borris L. Miles, former prizefighter Eric Carr, Ralph Cooper, and hall of fame sports broadcaster lasted about 30 minutes.

Hall of Fame sports broadcaster Ralph Cooper was involved in the conversation because all parties highly respected him. He is a straight shooter who isn’t afraid to tell the truth.

Cooper was also a party to the conversation because he began his career as a journalist at the Houston Forward Times newspaper decades ago and has extensive experience covering community issues.

Early in his career, Cooper cut his teeth covering stories downtown in Harris County Courts the jails, and eventually evolved into covering junior high school sports.

Ralph Cooper can be listened to daily on KCOH 1230, the SOURCE. With Cooper and Carr’s help, the phone conference was a success, and State Senator Borris L. Miles was removed from the list of suspects believed to be behind Gary Wade’s plot to bully, harass, and intimidate me.

With the removal of State Senator Miles as a suspect, Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and Vivian King’s mortgage broker, Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, are the two prime suspects behind Gary Wade’s plot against me.

“LEAD INVESTIGATOR.”

Since I’m not sure if I’m dealing with a former drug dealer or crackhead, I’m taking Gary Wade’s threats very seriously. As a result, I asked former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles “Chuck” Maler to look into Gary Wade and assess “THE THREAT LEVEL” of this self-proclaimed henchman.

Charles (Chuck) F. Marler is a Private Investigator in Houston, Texas. He has been a PI since 2008 and has worked on civil and criminal cases, including million-dollar lawsuits, workman’s compensation claims, child custody, cheating spouses, criminal defense, kidnappings, and murder. Before working as a PI, Marler worked for 16 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigations as an Investigative Specialist, working on significant cases and conducting undercover surveillance on drug cartels, terrorists, and espionage targets. As a PI, Marler has successfully closed thousands of cases and secured confessions from numerous individuals, including having three individuals confess to murder.

“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”

We cannot have crackheads and former drug dealers running around Harris County, Texas, threatening, harassing and intimidating people. I’m not sure if Gary Wade was a drug dealer or crackhead back in the day, but I can tell you that he was arrested with 28 grams of crack cocaine. He has friends in high places who need to be exposed.
