Audit Finds Hundreds of Milions of Dollars Missing at TSU; Jolanda Has $304k MIssing; Candice's Court Date

The Corruption in Harris County, Texas, is more widespread than most Texans realize. A possible reason why the woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews is claiming to have "INCRIMINATING DOCUMENTS" on local Harris County Judges, which she's threatening to release this week, is because she has a "COURT DATE," set for (tomorrow), Wednesday, November 12, 2025, in Jefferson County, Texas, where Eligah Ricky Jason, has been issued a subpoena to testify against her. In other news, our investigative team still can't find the $304,130.95 that State Rep. Jolanda Jones claimed that she spent on her "CD-18" campaign. Jolana claims she raised $341,647.26 and spent $314,313.82, but she only revealed, $8,922.87 in campaign expenditures in her most recent Federal Election Commission (FEC) filing, under penalty of perjury.

Earlier this year, former Democrat State Rep. Shawn Thierry landed a prestigious job at Texas Southern University. If you remember, Thierry switched from the Democratic Party to the (GOP) "Greater Opportunity Party" after she was allegedly stalked, harassed, and romantically pursued by Kay Shepard, who is entrenched in local Democratic Party politics.

Long story short, Texas Southern University is now in the crosshairs of Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, and State Senator Paul Bettencourt, after a State Audit discovered that millions of dollars may have been misappropriated, managed, or stolen, in possible bid-rigging schemes, which the Texas Rangers are being called in to investigate.

On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, "Dr." Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation, and members jumped in their cars. They then drove from the Northside of Houston, Texas, to Port Arthur, Texas. Once in Port Arthur, Texas, "Dr" Candice Matthews allegedly threatened to burst the windows out of her fellow rival community activist's car and blow his house up to get Eligah "Ricky" Jason, a protégé of the late comedian, actor, writers, and civil rights icon (Dick Gregory) to come outside in the streets.

The State of Texas has issued a summons to Eligah Clifton Jason to appear in court in the City of Port Arthur, in Jefferson County, Texas, to testify against the woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews. It is not clear at this time if Quanell X, the founder of the New Black Panther Nation, will appear in court along with Candice Matthews, the National Minister of Politics for the New Black Panther Nation. Candice's trial will be held at 645 4th Street in Port Arthur, Texas, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 9:00AM, according to the Court Clerk for the City of Port Arthur.

The woman called "Dr." Candice Matthews claims to have documents that could send several local judges to jail. However, it is unclear if "Dr. Candice Matthews is bluffing, because her alleged criminal activities are being exposed by some group that has seized control of "QUANELL X GLOBAL NEWS," and is using the social media site to take aim at her and Quanell X. The video above contains "VULGAR LANGUAGE," so listen at your own risk.

The woman referred to as "Dr." Candice Matthews has demonstrated a reckless disregard for the rule of law in Jefferson County, Texas, and Harris County, Texas, over the years. However, she has become increasingly out of control with her intimidation tactics over the last few months. Even still, Quanell X's New Black Panther Nation's bullying tactics appear to be working exactly as he and his National Minister of Politics, "Dr." Candice Matthews, intended them to, in many regards. 

The woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews was successful in using "BULLY TACTICS" to go from being a fugitive to a "FREE WOMAN" in 24 hours. However, she still hasn't answered the question regarding when she became a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Who were some of her line sisters, and did she become a member of the AKA as an undergraduate or during her postgraduate educational studies?

Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick is calling on the Texas Rangers to look into the missing hundreds of millions of dollars at Texas Southern University. However, we are unsure at this time if Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick and other "GOP LEADERS" have been asked to call for an investigation into Quanell X, and the woman known as "Dr." Candice Matthews, who appears to be launching a campaign to bully, intimidate, and berate local siting judges in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Elections.

During the last legislative session, the penalties for "BID-RIGGING" were increased from a Class C misdemeanor violation to a felony, according to State Senator Paul Bettencourt. That said, State Senator Paul Bettencourt and other "GOP LEADERS" are calling on the Texas Rangers to investigate and find out where the hundreds of millions of dollars have gone.

African American male judges, such as former Judge DaSean Jones, Judge Robert Johnson, and Judge Darrell Jordan, were all honorable members of the Harris County, Texas, judiciary. However, "BLACK MEN" are becoming hard to find on judicial benches across the State of Texas.

Black judges are under siege by political operatives from both sides of the political aisle. The political operatives on the right are called "RINOs," which means "Republican in Name Only," And the political operatives on the left, whom "BLACK JUDGES" must watch out for, are called "DINOs," which means "Democrat in Name Only." 

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee had her faults, but at least she was her own woman. On the other hand, Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee is much worse than the late "SHE-JACK" because if he becomes the U.S. Representative for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, his first order of business will be to relinquish his power to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. With this in mind, Congressman Al Green must assemble an army to make sure that Christian Menefee and his sidekick Gerald Womack do not use "ILLEGALLY OBTAINED," Absentee Mail Ballot Harvesting information that was left behind by Gloria Jean Blake Palmer when she died on Friday, October 31, 2025, after her lengthy battle with cancer.

Democrats from Fort Bend County and Harris County must join forces on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and nominate Congressman Al Green in the race for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. With Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Congressman Sylvester Turner gone, Democrats will need an "ELDER STATESMAN" to fill the significant disconnect between African Americans in the Democratic Party, which has caused "VOTER APATHY" to set in, amongst Black voters.
