The Re-Call Initiative to Remove Mayor John Whitmire is Evil; Commissioner Ellis and his “PUPPETS” are Pathetic

Mayor John Whitmire (left) has come under attack by a group called "RECALL HOUSTON" who are behind an effort to try and have Mayor Whitmire removed from office as Mayor of the City of Houston. It is unclear at this time if Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis (top second from right), and his "PUPPETS" County Attorney Christian Menefee (top right), Houston City Controller Chris Hollins (bottom right), and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's daughter (Erica Lee Carter), or other members of their "CULT-LIKE" political regime are behind the efforts to remove Mayor Whitmire. Still, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications plans to monitor the situation closely. SPECIAL ADVISOR... Our investigative team will rely heavily on Ray "R.C." Charles Jones, Sr., (top second from right) the president of Northside Political Action Group, to keep our firm updated on the initiative launched against our beloved Mayor John Whitmire.

The honorable Ray "R.C." Charles Jones, Sr., faithfully served the Democratic Party for over 50 years. Mr. Jones is the president of the Northside Political Action Group and a "SENIOR POLITICAL ADVISOR" to Aubrey R. Taylor Communications. Our investigative team will rely heavily on Ray "R.C." Charles Jones, Sr., to keep our firm updated and informed on the initiative launched against our beloved Mayor John Whitmire. That being said, it is the position of Aubrey R. Taylor Communications that Mayor John Whitmire has done an outstanding job since taking over the reigns of Houston City Hall and should not be removed from office on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, if the "RECALL HOUSTON" efforts collect the 63,000 signatures they must collect to have their referendum place on the ballot in November.

According to a Channel 13 News report, "Recalling a mayor in Houston requires 25% of the votes in the last general election. For Houston, that's about 63,000 signatures - all of which must be gathered and submitted within 30 days. That's more than 2,000 signatures per day- all of whom must be registered voters in the city of Houston.

- OFFICIAL RESPONSE -

"Mayor Whitmire is busy running the City of Houston," Mary Benton, a senior advisor to Mayor Whitmire, said. "He's focused on listening to Houstonians and creating a more transparent and accountable municipal government while eliminating waste, duplication, and corruption. The people organizing the recall effort are invited to join the mayor in his work to make Houston a better city for everyone."

The informative Channel 13 News report stated, "The group began accepting donations this week to assist with the effort and launched a new website at the beginning of the year." The group working to remove Mayor Whitimre from office stated, "Whitmire's administration is incompetent and dangerous for Houston. Throughout the past year, we've seen Whitmire damage our city and risk our future," the group's site reads.

Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and the late Congressman/Mayor Sylvester Turner were not forthcoming with the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas when they held their February 10, 2025, press conference at the Julia C. Hester House in Fifth Ward. Commissioner Ellis failed to disclose to the press that he is/was a Union Pacific Railroad shareholder, as he pretended to be concerned about the health and welfare of the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Former Mayor/Congressman Sylvester Turner did not disclose to the media that he had accepted campaign donations from the Union Pacific Railroad PAC. At the same time, he continued to fight for the people being forced to live inside those "CANCER CLUSTERS" in the Fifth Ward neighborhood.

- ELLIS PUPPETS -

Some of the public officials you see listed on County Attorney Christian Menefee's "ENDORSEMENT LIST" have absolutely no idea that they've attached themselves and their public offices to an "UNGODLY REGIME" of political renegades and Ellis-worshipers who have lied, connived, misled, misused, abused, and betrayed the trust of the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. However, Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, City of Houston Controller Chris Hollins, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County Commissioner Lesley Briones, Harris County Constable James "Smokie" Phillips, and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's daughter (Erica Lee Carter) are "ELLIS PUPPETS" who are keenly aware of what they're doing.

Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee is the worst form of a man you will run across in politics. Christian Menefee is so indebted to Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis that he possibly asks "THE PUPPET MASTER" for permission to go to the restroom. If elected to serve as the U.S. Represenative for the 18th Congressional District of Texas, Christian Menefee will be little more than a "PUPPET" who must jump, skip, hop, bend over, shuffle his feet, and do the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever his strings are pulled by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. The hardworking people of the 18th Congressional District must resist the temptation to send any candidate endorsed by Commissioner Rodney Ellis to Washington, D.C., to fight for their interest. After all, while Commissioner Rodney Ellis was pretending to be fighting for the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, he failed to tell the people that he was a Union Pacific Railroad stockholder.

On 5/06/2024, Commissioner Rodney Ellis purchased 13 Union Pacific Corp. shares for $3,171.00 using money donated to his campaign.

On 2/06/2024, Commissioner Rodney Ellis purchased 35 Union Pacific Corp. shares for $8,741.00 using money donated to his campaign.

On 2/01/2024, Commissioner Rodney Ellis purchased 23 Union Pacific Corp. shares for $5,660.00 using money donated to his campaign.

City of Houston Controller Chris Hollins appears to have sold his soul to the "CULT-LIKE" political regime Commissioner Rodney Ellis has inducted him into. If you remember, Hollins was serving in a finance position with the Texas Democratic Party back during the 2020 Presidential Election cycle before he was tapped by "THE PUPPET MASTER" Commissioner Rodney Ellis to serve as the interim Harris County Clerk after the Honorable Dr. Diane Trautman was pressured to send out hundreds of thousands of unsolicited absentee mail ballots and refused. You might also remember that Chris Hollins was in the 2023 City of Houston Mayor's race before he stepped aside to make way for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee to enter the race and have complete action at the Black vote. Now, as the City of Houston finds itself amid a $350 million budget crisis, City of Houston Controller Chris Hollins is more concerned about having a downtown street (Bagby) named after former Mayor Sylvester Turner, who may ultimately be remembered as one of the most corrupt Mayors in American history. Commissioner Rodney Ellis has a firm grip on City Controller Chris Hollins's strings.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo has been under the spell of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis since she defeated Harris County Judge Ed Emmett during the 2018 Midterm Election. It is unclear why Lina Hidalgo is still dancing to the beat of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's drum when she, Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Commissioner Lesley Briones have more collective power than the "PUPPET MASTER" has these days. Even still, County Judge Hidalgo remains a member of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's "CULT-LIKE" regime. Lina even blindly endorsed Christian Menefee in the race for Congress even though Congressman Sylvester Turner wasn't even placed in the ground good on Saturday, March 15, 2025, before Menefee launched his campaign. Suppose you've been paying attention to Commissioners Court. In that case, you should have noticed that County Judge Lina Hidalto occasionally hops, skips, jumps, bends over, shuffles her feet, and does the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis pulls on her strings.

Harris County Commissioner Lesley Briones has been loyal to Commissioner Rodney Ellis for years. If you remember, Lesley Briones is the puppet used to replace former Judge William "Bill" McLeod after he mistakingly resigned from his Harris County Civil District Court at Law #1 bench in 2019, two months after he was elected. Briones is also the puppet used to replace Commissioner R. Jack "Cactus Jack" Cagle, after County Commissioners redrew the Precinct 3 boundaries to favor Lesley Briones. It's no wonder Commissioner Lesley Briones blindly endorsed Christian Menefee in the race for Congress even though Congressman Sylvester Turner wasn't even placed in the ground good on Saturday, March 15, 2025, before Menefee launched his campaign. Suppose you've been paying attention to Commissioners Court. In that case, you may have already noticed that County Commissioner Lesly Briones occasionally hops, skips, jumps, bends over, shuffles her feet, and does the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis pulls on her strings.

Former Congresswoman Erica Lee Carter only served in the United States Congress for two months. However, she has worked inside Commissioner Rodney Ellis's office as his senior policy advisor since August 2020. Erica Lee Carter is a member of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's "CULT-LIKE" regime. Erica was chosen to serve as the campaign chairman for Christian Menefee for Congress before the late Congressman Sylvester Turner was even placed in the ground good on Saturday, March 15, 2025. And she accepted the designation without even knowing which other Democrats would pursue the coveted 18th Congressional District of Texas seat, which proves that she is blindly following the sound of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's drumbeat. If you pay close attention to Erica Lee Carter, you will notice that she will hop, skip, jump, bend over, shuffle her feet, and do the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis pulls on her strings.

Constable James "Smokie" Phillips serves as the Precinct 7 Constable in Harris County, Texas. Constable Phillips is a member of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's "CULT-LIKE" regime. Smokie was listed as one of  Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee's endorsers in the "SPECIAL ELECTION" to fill the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat before the late Congressman Sylvester Turner was even placed in the ground good on Saturday, March 15, 2025. And he did so without even knowing which other Democrats would pursue the coveted 18th Congressional District of Texas seat, which proves that he is blindly following the sound of Commissioner Rodney Ellis's drumbeat. If you pay close attention to Constable Phillips, you will notice that he will hop, skip, jump, bend over, shuffle his feet, and do the "WATUSI DANCE" whenever Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis pulls on his strings.

The Re-Call Initiative to Remove Mayor John Whitmire is Evil; Commissioner Ellis and his “PUPPETS” are Pathetic

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I believe that we have some folks who are trying to intimidate and bully Mayor John Whitmire into backing off his expanded efficiency audit into the Public Works and City Controller’s Office, run by Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “PUPPET” City Controller Chris Hollins, who is deeply indebted to “THE PUPPET MASTER” for making him relevant back during the 2020 Presidential Election cycle in Texas.

From what I understand, the initial audit discovered city credit card misuse, broken procurement processes, and inefficient government departments with the City of Houston.

If you haven’t heard, Mayor John Whitmire has expanded the efficiency study being conducted by Ernst & Young, which I believe is the right thing to do. Why?

Two members of the “ELLIS/MENEFEE/HOLLINS/LEE-CARTER” political regime, Councilwoman Tiffany D. Thomas (District F) and Edward Pollard (District J) voted “NO” on approving $4 million to pay consultants to monitor and implement recommendations from the initial study, but it was approved anyway.

I believe former Mayor Sylvester Turner’s chickens will come home to roost if Mayor John Whitmire remains in office. If you remember, corruption at the Houston Public Works Department was exposed when former manager Patrece Lee was sentenced to 10 years for bribery. And don’t forget about the three city employees indicted last year in connection to corruption with the Midtown Redevelopment Authority allegedly misusing $8.5 million of taxpayers’ money to fund extravagant lifestyles at the expense of hard-working taxpayers.

GOVERNOR ABBOTT’S DECISION WAS RIGHT…

Governor Greg Abbott has rewarded the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. What Governor Abbott has done is given the other “BONIFIED CANDIDATES” enough time to get their campaigns up and going after the “ELLIS/MENEFEE/HOLLINS/LEE-CARTER” political regime tried to get a headstart on the other potential candidates while they were mourning the loss of their the late Congressman/Mayor Sylvester Turner on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

What Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee and his cohorts did on Saturday, March 15, 2025, was reprehensible and should be a disqualifier in the minds of the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas – who does that?

While the other local public officials had their heads down, crying and asking the “GOOD LORD” to watch over Congressman Sylvester Turner’s loving daughter Ashely, that snake-in-the-grass of a County Attorney – Christian Menefee was looking for the nearest exit – what a lowlife.

Who leaves a funeral and races to their computer to file a “STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY” before the dirt has even settled over the body of someone they called a loving friend and mentor?

Who does that? Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee was in a hurry to file his “STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY” because he was desperate, weak, and maybe even following orders. If you ever watch County Attorney Christian Menefee and Commissioner Rodney Ellis appear in the same setting, you will see that Menefee constantly gazes at Commissioner Ellis as if he’s a popsicle or lollipop – that’s a fact.

GOVERNOR GREG ABBOTT DID HIS PART…

It is now time for community organizations, civic clubs, and political action committees to create a series of forums and debates featuring the “TOP-TIER CANDIDATES,” vying for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat.

Listen. If Governor Abbott had announced the “SPECIAL ELECTION” to appear on the upcoming Saturday, May 3, 2025, “UNIFORM ELECTION” ballot, the race would have more than likely been hijacked by Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s rogue regime. But Governor Greg Abbott didn’t fall for the scheme Commissioner Ellis and his cohorts tried to run on the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

Now, the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas should be looking for a U.S. Congressional Representative who possesses the temperament of the late Congresswoman Barabara Jordan rather than someone more concerned with generating headlines, likes, clicks, and increasing social media followers.

Hall of Fame Broadcaster Ralph Cooper, with KCOH Radio, believes that the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas need a male “BULL DAWG” to represent them in the United States Congress – but I disagree.

In my opinion, the people of the 18th Congressional District desperately need someone with a proven track record of cutting deals, negotiating, filing legislation, working across the aisle, and standing up to President Donald J. Trump on matters of significance.

Listen. Hoping in front of news cameras and spewing hate every time one rolls by isn’t fighting for the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Nor is handing out bottled water and hijacking funerals of people you don’t know, like “SHE-JACK” did on the regular.

We have numerous community activists who are very adept at speaking truth to power. As a community, we should allow “COMMUNITY ACTIVIST” to do what they do and demand that our members of the 9th Congressional District and 18th Congressional District deliver tangible results that we can measure.

As a community, we are giving too much credence to things that are nothing but “SYMBOLIC GESTURES” that make us feel suitable for a moment but ultimately leave us empty as we, as “BLACK PEOPLE,” are falling further and further behind every other ethnic group – even undocumented immigrants, and asylum seekers.

THE 18TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF TEXAS…

The ethnicity of the 18th Congressional District is 43.4% Hispanic, 32.2% Black, 16.7% White, 4.9% Asian, 2.2% People Mixed with Two or more Races, and 0.7% other. This coveted district has a lot of potential if the people elect someone in the vane of the late Congresswoman Barbara Jordan, the first black woman elected to Congress from the South, after the 18th Congressional District of Texas came to Houston in 1972.

Congresswoman Barbara Jordan represented the people of the 18th Congressional District of Texas admirably from January 3, 1973 through January 3, 1973. Congressman Mickey Leland was someone the people of the 18th Congressional District loved and admired, as he put them first as their U.S. Representative from January 3, 1979, through August 1989, when his plane crashed and cut his life short.

I love and admire former Congressman Craig Washington, who served the people of the 18th Congressional District with honor and dignity from December 9, 1989, through January 3, 2025. He was a brave, fearless leader who stood firm with steel on his back.

As for the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, she allowed herself to get prostituted by Ken Lay, the former disgraced CEO of the Enron Corporation and server of his buddies. As far as I know, “SHE-JACK” didn’t walk the street or anything like that – but instead allowed herself to be used to tear down Congressman Craig Washington after being recruited to do so.

When it comes to the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s daughter (Erica Lee Carter), she is full of crap and little more than a “PUPPET” who must hop, skip, bend over, clap, shuffle her feet, and scratch where she doesn’t itch whenever her strings get pulled by the “PUPPET MASTER” Commissioner Rodney Ellis, rescued her, and gave her a job in August of 2020.

I suppose you can call Erica Lee Carter a Congresswoman. Still, in my book, she’s going down in the annals of American history as nothing more than a pawn in a chess game played by “THE PUPPET MASTER” and his “CULT-LIKE” regime of political bandits.

Congressman/Mayor Sylvester Turner is the worst of the worst. According to his ex-wife’s “SWORN AFFIDAVIT,” signed under penalty of perjury in 1991, “SLY” was little more than a sex-crazed pariah looking to recruit men to participate in his orgies.

Sure, “SLY” was a pretty decent member of the Texas Legislature. Still, as a Mayor, he was trash, and his tenure as a Congressman was long enough for him even to have a significant legacy in Washington, D.C., in my honest assessment.

TURNER WAS THE WORST OF THE WORST…

Please make no mistake: the former Mayor of Houston, Texas, Sylvester Turner, Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and his wife, Licia Green Ellis, and the Housing Authority appear to have been part of a multi-billion dollar low-income Housing scheme.

Last week, Houston Chronicle reporters R.A. Schuetz, Yilun Cheng, and Matt Zdun penned an excellent article entitled, “Who’s cashing in big on Houston’s affordable housing system? Not the renters.”

I’m not going to get too deep into the Houston Chronicle article. However, please make no mistake: there’s nothing extraordinary, honorable, distinguished, or admirable about former Mayor/Congressman Sylvester Turner or his tenure serving as the CEO of our beloved Bayou City for 8 years.

Furthermore, the public officials, trying desperately to paint “SLY” as this upstanding person worthy of having buildings and streets named after him, should be run out of town.

County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Councilman Ed Pollard, and City Controller Chris Hollins are all card-carrying members of the “ELLIS CLAN,” and the grand wizard of their little “CULT-LIKE” political regime is none other than “THE PUPPPET MASTER” himself – Rotten Rodney Ellis.

MAYOR WHITMIRE IS A GODSEND…

When Mayor John Whitmire faced down the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” political regime in the 2023 City of Houston Mayoral Election and defeated Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, I lifted my eyes to the sky. I thanked “GOD ALMIGHTY” for instilling steel in the back of Mayor Whitmire.

By defeating Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee in her backyard, the 18th Congressional District, Mayor John Whitmire fully exposed the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” political regime as the fraudsters my investigative team pictured them to be, based upon my observation and years-long investigation of this “CULT-LIKE” network of corrupt political bandits decades.

There are approximately five “POLITICAL TRIBES” that dominate the political hierarchy of the “BLACK COMMUNITY” in Harris County, Texas. Commissioner Rodney Ellis, the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and the late Mayor/Congressman Sylvester Turner ran the most corrupt and lawless “BLACK POLITICAL TRIBE” in Harris County, Texas, with an iron fist using strategies, tactics and methods likened to the mob.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s chief political consultant during the early stages of his reign was Dallas Jones, the owner of Elite Change, Inc., who was a “KINGPIN” in the absentee mail ballot harvesting trade for years.

Dallas Jones’s chief lieutenants and captains called themselves “THE DREAM TEAM,” a band of elderly African American women deeply entrenched in Democratic Politics. Dallas’s key point person is/was Evelyn Dupree, a Democratic operative who worked with candidates outside their regime and/or was the worst.

Evelyn Dupree’s operational territory begins in Third Ward. It extends southeastward and southwestward into Houston City Council District K and neighborhoods like Sunnyside, Hiram Clarke, South Park, and Corinthian Pointe, a large master-planned affordable subdivision located immediately outside the 610 Loop and inside Beltway 8 near Reliant Park.

Corinthian Pointe was created by The Windsor Village United Methodist Church’s disgraced Reverend Kirbyjon Caldwell’s company, Pyramid Residential Community Corporation, in conjunction with Ryland Homes in the 2000s.

Evelyn Dupree, who was Dallas Jones’s chief lieutenant, would sometimes team up with Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s top lieutenant, Gloria Palmer, a notorious criminal skilled at forging signatures on illegally obtained absentee mail ballots.

Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, hired and managed Gloria Palmer, also known as Gloria Blake and Gloria Blake Palmer, for years.

Gloria Palmer and her foot soldiers wreaked havoc on local, Municipal, and Countywide elections for decades in Harris County, Texas, at the direction of Gerald Womack, according to the late Sheree Harris Fisher, an informant for my investigative team.

Sheree Harris Fisher worked directly for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Campaign out of the 4412 Almeda Road headquarters of Womack Development & Investment Realtors.

As Sheree Harris Fisher was dying of cancer, she wanted to make things right and began sharing detailed information about the inner workings of Gerald Womack’s “BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATION” and assisted my investigative team with identifying the culprits who were involved with running Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s “BALLOT HARVESTING CREW” at the direction of her “SHE-JACK’S” Campaign Manager Gerald Womack, who also served as the Campaign Chairman of her failed City of Houston Mayoral bid.

WE MUST STAND WITH OUR MAYOR…

As a result of his hard work, dedication, and commitment to bringing transparency back to Houston City Hall, Mayor John Whitmire has become a target.

While he was able to topple the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” regime and claim Houston City Hall after a bitter December 9, 2023, runoff election, where Whitmire received 129,809 votes, for 64.4%, and Sheila Jackson Lee received a measly 71,719 votes, for 35.6%, there are now some efforts getting launched aimed at turning back the will of Houston voters.

If you think back to 2023, John Whitmire emerged as the front-runner in a field of (18) candidates running for Mayor of Houston that included Sheila Jackson Lee, Gilbert Garcia, Jack Christie, Lee Kaplan, Robert Gallegos, M.J. Khan, Annie Garcia, Julian Martinex, Roy Vasquez, M. Griffin, Kathy Lee Tatum, David Lowy, Chanel Mbala, Naoufal Joujami, Gaylon Caldwell, B. Ivy, and Robin Williams as a write-in candidate.

Since taking office, Mayor John Whitmire has worked diligently to clean up the mess left by his predecessor, former Mayor Sylvester Turner.

The City of Houston is amid a $350 million budget deficit, thanks to Mayor Sylvester Turner and his corrupt administration. Still, some folks are not pleased with Mayor Whitmires stellar performance, given the ‘hell-hole’ he inherited from the Turner Administration.

A group calling themselves “RECALL HOUSTON” is ramping up their efforts to push Mayor John Whitmire out of office in the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, “UNIFORM ELECTION,” and they are picking up steam.

From what I understand, this “RECALL HOUSTON” organization has worked in secrecy for almost a year, pulling their effort together and getting things to the point where they’re ready to pounce on our beloved Mayor John Whitmire.

Whether they will be successful in their effort to acquire the 63,000 or so signatures, they need to get their “RECALL HOUSTON” measure on the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025, “UNIFORM ELECTION” ballot is still a mystery – but time will tell – I suppose.

As we continue to watch the “RECALL HOUSTON” effort unfold, following the money trail and monitoring the donations they began to seek earlier this week will become uber-important over the next 60 days.

My investigative team and I are unsure if members of the newly formed “ELLIS/MENEFEE/HOLLINS/LEE-CARTER” political regime are operating in the shadows of the “RECALL HOUSTON” effort. Still, there’s certainly no love lost between Commissioner Rodney Ellis, County Attorney Christian Menefee, City of Houston Controller Chris Hollins, and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s daughter (Erica Lee Carter), who got rescued by Commissioner Rodney Ellis back in August of 2020.

Formerly the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” political regime, this newly formed “ELLIS/MENEFEE/HOLLINS/LEE-CARTER” political regime became necessary after the untimely deaths of a named matriarch and patriarch who played the role of a “THREE-HEADED MONSTER” in local politics for decades.

After the deaths of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee in July 2024 and Congressman Sylvester Turner in March 2025, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has been left on an island by himself and has been floundering in his feeble attempt to remain relevant.

While he remains the “GRAND WIZARD” of the “CULT-LIKE” political regime he, “SHE-JACK,” and “SLY” started and operated for decades, nobody fears Commissioner Ellis as he’s no longer the big bad wolf – without his two fallen compadres.

Suppose you pay close attention to future Commissioners Court meetings. County Judge Lina Hidalgo (Democrat), Commissioner Adrian Garcia (Democrat), and Commissioner Lesley Briones are no longer dancing to the beat of “THE PUPPET MASTERS” drum – that’s what you will discover if you pay close attention.

As proof of this, you need not look any further than the recent (3 to 1) vote by County Commissioners to add more District Courts. Commissioner Rodney Ellis was against the measure but was rendered powerless by the votes of Commissioner Tom Ramsey (Republican), Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Commissioner Lesley Briones.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo abstained and did not vote for or against the measure, which was a slap in the face of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis in many regards.

Another example is that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is no longer running things at 1101 Preston in Downtown Houston, Texas, as he has in recent years. Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo was not on the list of local public officials who prematurely endorsed Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee on his list of endorsements released on Monday, March 17, 2025.

Did you notice this small but significant fact?

Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, a veteran public official, also refrained from prematurely endorsing Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, who is little more than one of Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s “PUPPETS” who can’t even think for himself.

Of the three Harris County Democratic Party leaders in charge of running Harris County, Texas, only Lesley Briones prematurely endorsed Christian Menefee before seeing which other Democrats would enter the “SPECIAL ELECTION” to fill the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat after the untimely death of the late Congressman/Mayor Sylvester Turner.

THE GRAND WIZARD IS REGRESSING…

Commissioner Rodney Ellis is the grand wizard of his “CULT-LIKE” clan of political bandits who worship him as if he’s some deity, mini-god, or public figure who is worthy of enshrinement.

What “STAKEHOLDERS” in the “BLACK COMMUNITY” must wake up and come to grips with is that the “ELLIS/MENEFEE/HOLLINS/LEE-CARTER” political regime is the group of political bandits that’s behind the fiasco that you see playing out in the “BLACK COMMUNITY” right now with the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat.

This corrupt political regime is hiding behind the Democratic Party shield. Still, they are not true blue Democrats, but rather what’s called a band of “SELF-A-CRATS” because their top priority is the preservation of themselves, their family, and members of their “CULT-LIKE” political regime.

Make no mistake about it the “ELLIS/MENEFEE/HOLLINS/LEE-CARTER” political regime does not give a damn about the Black Community.

What this corrupt political regime has masterfully done is strategically positioned Ellis worshipers in local authoritative positions inside the City of Houston, Harris County, and State Government.

To uproot this regime, “BLACK COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS” must band together to defeat Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee at the ballot box – which won’t be an easy task.

In other words “BLACK COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS” must join together and bury old political axes and grudges and engage the “ELLIS/MENEFEE/HOLLINS/LEE-CARTER” political regime in a spiritual battle for the soul of the heart and soul of the Black community in the upcoming “SPECIAL ELECTION” for the 18th Congressional District of Texas when Governor Greg Abbott calls for the “SPECIAL ELECTION” to take place.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT…

With God on our side, I firmly believe that we can dismantle the plans of the “ELLIS/MENEFEE/HOLLINS/LEE-CARTER” political regime in the upcoming “SPECIAL ELECTION” for the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat. However, it will take teamwork and a cooperative strategy for “OUR CANDIDATE” or “OUR CANDIDATES” to stop Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee or any other Ellis-backed candidate from making the runoff.

Once in “THE RUNOFF,” we must marry the power of the Democratic vote with those of other hard-working taxpayers from different political groups in a way never seen or witnessed before since the creation of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, which got carved out for the late Congresswoman Barbara Jordan, and included much of inner city Houston.

State Rep. Ron Reynolds (right) and Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the Democratic Congresswoman from the 14th Congressional District in New York, would make a great young team if Reynolds pursued the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas. Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez is only 35 years old, and State Rep. Reynolds is only 51 years old. Community icon Charles Stamps, the founder of the MLK Grande Parad,e believes that State Rep. Ron Reynolds would make the runoff and face off against former City of Houston At-Large Councilwoman Amanda Edwards. Should State Rep. Reynolds not pursue the seat, Charles Stamps believes that Edwards could win the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. "I'm proud to stand with Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in her discontent with Minority Leader Chuch Schumer. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez should primary Schumer in the next election. Congresswoman AOC is a POWERFUL progressive leader FIGHTING in Congress and speaking TRUTH to power! Thanks for standing up to Trump and weak democrats too," stated State Rep. Reynolds in a recent FACEBOOK post.

Regarding power and influence, in Houston, Texas, Kieth "MR. D-MARS Davis, Sr., is the man. For well over 20 years, "MR. D-MARS" has dominated the Houston region with his D-Mars Business Journal, as the President and CEO of Vaskey Media Group, Inc., "MR. D-MARS" has spearheaded campaigns from many local and national brands, local businesses, and politicians. State Rep. Ron Reynolds and "MR. D-MARS" have been friends and allies long before State Rep. Reynolds was elected as the first African American State Representative since the Reconstruction era to get elected in Fort Bend County, Texas.

United States Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) is 55, and State Rep. Ron E. Reynolds is 51, which means State Rep. Reynolds is young enough to build a lasting legacy if he decides to run for the United States Congress in the upcoming "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. You must remember that State Rep. Reynolds is highly respected by Democrats on the local and national political stages.

There's no question about it, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (left) has emerged and positioned herself as one of the strongest female voices in national politics. At 43, Congresswoman Crockett is tirelessly challenging Democrats to stand up and be strong and courageous. Having a fearless leader like State Rep. Ron Reynolds (right) by her side in Washington, D.C., would make things much more serious. However, a United States Army Veteran named Sholdon Daniels (a Republican), has announced on Fox News Digital that he's challenging Congresswoman Crockett for her 30th Congressional District seat in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election.

Hands down, at 55 years old, famed Civil Rights Attorney Ben Crump (left) is considered one of the top voices in America. When Benjamin Lloyd Crump speaks, America listens. Crump is a lawyer of justice and fairness. And as it relates to State Rep. Ron Reynolds (right), at 51 years old, his future has never been brighter as his life story has become more of a testament to God's grace and faithfulness as State Rep. Reynolds expands his wings well beyond Fort Bend County.

Former Prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr, the president and CEO of E&E Construction, is one of the best-kept secrets in Harris County, Texas. Carr's popularity and influence on the northeast-side of Houston, Texas, could be invaluable for a candidate to win the upcoming "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. Carr's strong brotherly bond with State Rep. Reynolds could be an essential driving factor in Reynolds's success should he decide to pursue the vacant 18th Congressional District of Texas seat.

When caring about Houston, Texas matters, you would be hard-pressed to go out and find a more vigorous advocate for the people of Houston than 44-year-old "Trae tha Truth," pictured above with State Rep. Ron Reynolds, 51, a rising star on the national political scene. Born Frazier Othel Thompson III, "Trae tha Truth," knows a thing or two about leadership because whenever there's someone in need, he's been ready and willing to answer the call to service.

According to the most recent U.S. Census, "The 5 largest ethnic groups in Congressional District 18, TX are Black or African American (Non-Hispanic) (31.4%), White (Hispanic) (17.8%), White (Non-Hispanic) (16.7%), Two+ (Hispanic) (12.8%), and Other (Hispanic) (12.7%).

43.3% of the households in Congressional District 18, Texas, reported speaking non-English at home as their primary shared language. This does not consider the potential multi-lingual nature of households; it only considers the primary self-reported language spoken by all household members.

Sylvester Turner (Democrat) received 151,834 votes, for 69.42% of the vote. His Republican opponent received 66,810 votes, for 30.55% of the vote. A bonified "STEALTH CANDIDATE" like former State Rep. Shawn Thierry could legitimately receive over 100,000 votes in a race for the 18th Congressional District if she were to marry a strong base of MAGA, "Make America Great Again," patriots with African American voters who are sick and tired of being played for fools by the "ELLIS/TURNER/LEE" political regime members.

Former State Representative Jarvis Johnson, State Representative Ron Reynolds, State Representative Jolanda Jones, State Representative Christina Morales, Former State Representative Shawn Thierry, NAACP-Houston President Bishop James Dixon, Councilwoman Letitia Plummer, Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee, Former Congresswoman Erica Lee Carter, Former Councilwoman Amanda Edwards, Former Candidate for State Rep. Angeanette "Angie" Thibodeaux, Community Activist Travis McGee, Community Actist Deric Muhammad, TSU Board Regent Dr. Richard Johnson, and former prizefighter turned Businessman Eric Carr, could make up a star-studded field of contenders.

Whenever Governor Greg Abbott calls the "SPECIAL ELECTION" for the 18th Congressional District, you will see a low voter turnout like what you would see in a primary race. And if there are (10) or (15) Democratic candidates running in the race, you will see a situation where the Democratic vote will be splintered. If you look at the "TOTAL" above, what you see is that only 23,629 Democrats turned out to vote for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and only 14,668 Democrats turned out for Amanda Edwards last year when they faced off.

66,810 votes were received by Lana Centonze (Republican) in the 2024 Presidential Election race for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s successor, Sylvester Turner.

58,033 votes were received by Wendell Champion (Republican) in the 2020 Presidential Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

48,306 votes were received by Lori Bartley (Republican) in the 2016 presidential election for the 18th Congressional District, which was run against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

47,835 votes were received by Maria Dunn (Republican) in the 2024 “UNEXPIRED TERM” Presidential Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s daughter Erica Lee.

44,015 votes were received by Sean Seibert (Republican) in the 2012 presidential election for the 18th Congressional District, which was run against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

40,941 votes were received by Carmen Maria Montiel (Republican) in the 2022 Midterm Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

38,368 votes were received by Ava Pate (Republican) in the 2018 Midterm Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

21,257 votes were received by Kevin O. Dural (Republican) in the 2024 “UNEXPIRED TERM” Presidential Election for the 18th Congressional District, running against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s daughter Erica Lee.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis has $6,414,367.00 in his campaign bank account, more than all of the sitting incumbent "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" combined. However, the incumbent Democratic Judges are called upon to give the lion's share of the money donated to the Harris County Democratic Party. During the 2024 Presidential Election cycle, while more than a few Democratic Judges donated upwards of $50,000.00 to the Harris County Democratic Party out of their hard-earned campaign money, Commissioner Ellis only gave about $6,500.00 to the HCDP, which was nothing for a man with more than $6 million in his campaign account. (CLICK HERE) Please take a moment to view Commissioner Rodney Ellis's Campaign Finance Report.
