A total of 10,896 Democrats have voted early through the first Three Days of Early Voting in Harris County, Texas According to Stan Stanart

According to Stan Stanart, the Harris County Clerk and Chief Election Official, 10,896 Democrats have gone to the polls to vote early through the first (3) three days of early voting. He also reports that 7,641 Mail Ballots have been returned. So, a total of 18,537 early votes have been cast by Democrats so far. A "2013 LEADERSHIP SERIES SALUTE" Goes out to Sam Konstanty, the Touchdown Club's Outstanding Male Scholar-Athlete

Sam Konstanty of Elkins named Touchdown Club’s Outstanding Male Scholar-Athlete

FORT BEND ISD - Elkins High School’s Sam Konstanty was named the Outstanding Male Scholar-Athlete at the Touchdown Club of Houston’s 47th Spring Sports Scholar-Athlete Dinner, held May 22, 2013. The Touchdown Club honored 69 finalists in 17 UIL-sponsored categories for both boys’ and girls’ divisions. There were four finalists in each of the 17 categories, with one winner being named in each sport. Konstanty was named the winner of the Boy’s Soccer category at the dinner, and joined other category winners in being eligible for the Outstanding Scholar-Athlete award. Area high school athletic directors judged the students on academic standing, athletics and citizenship as embodied in their extra-curricular activities.
