Clifford Tatum’s Emails, Text Messages, and Phone Records Belong to Harris County Taxpayers; Mattress Mack Lawsuit is Right

The lawsuit filed by Mattress Mack (Jim McIngvale) against Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum could give valuable insight into the behind-the-scenes workings of Harris County, Texas politics. The emails, text messages, and phone calls, placed and received by Clifford Tatum between Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 7:00pm, and Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 12:53pm are the missing link my investigative team needs to piece everything together. If you look at this "TIMELINE" which shows "THE TWELVE UPDATES" sent out by the Harris County Elections Administrator, spotlighting the race for Harris County Judge, between Alexandra del Moral Mealer, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, it doesn't take a political analyst to see that there isn't any indication of a "REPUBLICAN BUMP" at any time between Election Day, and when the "OFFICIAL RESULTS" were released on Saturday, November 19, 2022,

Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee must develop a backbone and do better. In the spirit of public interest and concern, Christian Menefee, the Harris County Attorney, should honor the promise he made to the voters who elected him into office back during the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Presidential Election, in Harris County, Texas.

“COUNTY ATTORNEY.”

County Attorney Menefee claims on his website that he’s committed to ensuring that Harris County government works for all people who live here, regardless of the neighborhoods they live in, how much money they make, or the color of their skin. Well, all of those “REPUBLICAN VOTERS” who had their votes suppressed back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas are your constituents too, Mr. County Attorney! What about them? What about their right to vote? What are you going to do Christian Menefee?

James McIngvale, Wayne Dolcefino, and Dolcefino Communications, LLC D/B/A. Dolcefino Consulting versus Harris County Elections Administrator’s Office was filed on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 9:43 PM with Marilyn Burgess’s Harris County District Clerk’s Office. You can "CLICK HERE" to see "MATTRESS MACK'S LAWSUIT" for yourself.

Jim McIngvale exemplifies what it means to be a true leader in every sense of the word. Mattress Mack knows the way, goes the way, and does his best to lead by example and show others the way. You can "CLICK HERE" to see "MATTRESS MACK'S LAWSUIT" for yourself.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I can't thank Wayne Dolcefino and Mattress Mack enough for their courage, and commitment to safeguarding the integrity of our elections in Harris County, Texas. For the longest time, I felt like a man on an island, trying to make sure that our elections are fair and honest."

Clifford Tatum’s Emails, Text Messages, and Phone Records Belong to Harris County Taxpayers; Mattress Mack Lawsuit is Right

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Clifford Tatum works for the people – not the other way around. Did you hear me? I said, Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum, works for the people of Harris County, Texas. Therefore, Clifford Tatum’s phone records, text messages, and other correspondence from Tuesday, November 8, 2022, are the property of the people and should be released to the people.

The text messages, emails, and other communications between Clifford Tatum and his possible co-conspirators will shed much-needed light on what unfolded in Harris County, Texas back on “ELECTION DAY” as votes were suppressed, and tens of thousands of voters were disenfranchised.

All of Clifford Tatum’s communications via his government-issued communication devices between Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and Saturday, November 19, 2022, when he released the “OFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS” could hold valuable secrets, that should be made available to the general public. That being said, the lawsuit that was filed on Monday, February 13, 2023, by James McIngvale, better known, as “Mattress Mack,” and Wayne Dolcefino, the owner of Dolcefino Communications could help assist Aubrey R. Taylor Communications and our investigative team to (in the spirit of public interest) uncover the truth in our efforts to ascertain the true results of the Midterm Election.

“OUR DEMOCRACY.”

“Mattress Mack,” and Wayne Dolcefino have hit the nail on the head (SEE PAGE 3) of their lawsuit, when they declared, “This case is about providing public access to information to ensure trust and confidence in Harris County elections.”

According to “Mattress Mack,” and Wayne Dolcefino, “Voting is the language of American democracy.”

I don’t believe that any warm-blooded American would dare disagree with their assertion that, “The ability to have a voice in choosing the elected officials whose decision impact our lives, families, and communities is at the core of what it means to be an American and a Texan.”

“GRAVE CONCERN.”

Based on the timeline of the “ELECTION NIGHT RETURNS” that’s been pieced together by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, related to the November 8, 2022, race for Harris County Judge, between Alexandra del Moral Mealer, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, the documents being requested by “Mattress Mack,” and Wayne Dolcefino should be of “GRAVE CONCERN” to the general public.

Uncovering who Clifford Tatum, was engaging in conversations with during the long delays on “ELECTION NIGHT” and between Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and Saturday, November 19, 2022, could help our investigation into why Alexandra del Moral Mealer (Republican) never gained any ground on Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (Democrat) once the boxes from rural parts of Harris County, Texas began to make their way to “CENTRAL COUNT” which was located at NRG Parkway, in Houston, Texas 77054, on Election Night.

Harris County was granted permission by the Texas Secretary of State to use a Countywide Polling Place Program (CWPP), which meant that registered voters could cast their vote at any polling place inside the county. That being said, once the polls closed, at 7:00 p.m., the polling locations closest to NRG, should have been at the front of the long lines, as the boxes arrived to be counted.

The fact that “OUR TIMELINE” shows no “ELECTION NIGHT BUMP” during the period that Alexandra del Moral Mealer’s and other Republican candidates running countywide should have been increasing in votes at a faster rate than Democrats, as boxes from “REPUBLICAN STRONGHOLD PRECINCTS” were arriving at NRG is a serious problem.

Perhaps the clearest signs that Republican voters have had their votes suppressed, and were indeed disenfranchised in Harris County, Texas on “ELECTION DAY” as the undisputable paper ballot shortages, malfunctioning equipment, mismanagement, and possible criminal manipulation of the vote count.

“CONCERNING TIMELINE.”

The timeline produced below has been pieced together by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications to show how the votes were reported and updated between, Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and Saturday, November 19, 2022, by Clifford Tatum, the Harris County Elections Administrator.

If you review the timeline below carefully, you will see that Alexandra del Moral Mealer (Republican) never received any kind of bump during the late night hours of Tuesday, November 8, 2022, when she should have been closing ground on Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (Democrat), as boxes from polling locations in rural “REPUBLICAN STRONGHOLDS” on the outskirts of Harris County, should have been arriving at “CENTRAL COUNT” which was located at NRG Stadium.

“ELEVENTH UPDATE.”

At 2:42 p.m., on Thursday, November 10, 2022, after nearly twenty-one hours of waiting, the Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) release the eleventh “ELECTION UPDATE” which showed Alexandra del Moral Mealer with 169,458 votes, for 49.53% of the Election Day vote, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo with 172,614 votes, for 50.45% of the vote. “TWELFTH UPDATE.”

At 12:53 p.m., on Saturday, November 19, 2022, after nine days of waiting, the Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) release the twelfth “ELECTION UPDATE” which was the “OFFICIAL RESULTS” showing Alexandra del Moral Mealer with 169,458 votes, for 49.53% of the Election Day vote, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo with 172,614 votes, for 50.45% of the vote. At this point, 12:53 p.m., on Saturday, November 19, 2022, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo had received (3,156) more votes than Del Moral Mealer.

“OFFICIAL TOTALS.”

According to the “OFFICIAL RESULTS” that were released by Clifford Tatum, the Harris County Elections Administrator, Alexandra del Moral Mealer received 534,720 votes, for 49.15% of the vote, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo received 552,803 votes, for 50.82% of the vote. As a side note, Naoufal Houjami, the write-in candidate only received 241 votes, for 0.02% of the vote.

After all of the tallies were recorded and reported, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (Democrat) supposedly beat Alexandra del Moral Mealer (Republican), by 18,183 votes.

“KHOU ANALYSIS.”

It’s highly conceivable that Alexandra del Moral Mealer would have unseated Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo if votes had not been suppressed in “REPUBLICAN STRONGHOLDS” by the possible criminal acts of Clifford Tatum, and others.

If you remember, a KHOU 11 analysis that was published back on January 30, 2023, discovered that 121 voting centers in Harris County, Texas did not initially receive enough ballot paper to cover the voter turnout that should have been expected on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election.

“The shortage of ballot paper at some Harris County voting centers on election day was more widespread than the Elections Administration Office estimated, according to a KHOU 11 analysis of equipment and voter turnout records,” the report stated.

“WAYNE AND MACK.”

(WATCH VIDEO)

If we can find out what Clifford Tatum was doing, and who he was communicating with on the morning of “ELECTION DAY” we may be able to use the timeline that has been created by my investigative team to piece together what unfolded in Harris County, Texas back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in regards to the possible tens of thousands of “REPUBLICAN VOTERS” who may have been disenfranchised, due to the possible criminal actions of Clifford Tatum, and others.

i. Any emails, sent or received, including attachments by Clifford Tatum regarding the maintenance of polling machines, supplies of ballot paper, and/or addition or removal of polling locations between May l, 2022, and November 8, 2022.

20. The HCEAO has produced records responsive to portions of Request Three. HCEAO produced records identifying the number of voters who voted at each precinct in the Harris County 2020 and 2022 elections. The HCEAO has also produced records responsive to portions of Request Five. HCEAO produced records identifying polling locations for the Harris County 2020 and 2022 elections. Of the twelve categories of information sought by Dolceflno Consulting, these are the only categories where HCEAO produced all records responsive to the request.

21 In response to each and every request, the HCEAO sought permission to withhold responsive information from the Office of the Texas Attorney General ("the Attorney General"). HCEAO claimed that information responsive to items in all six requests qualified for withholding pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code Section 552.103, known as the "Litigation Exception."

22. In their request to withhold records pursuant to the Litigation Exception, HCEAO cites three lawsuits in which Harris County is currently a party. The HCEAO claims that the information requested by Dolcefino Consulting relates to those pending suits. The HCEAO goes on to claim, in each and every request to withhold sent to the AG, that "Current events surrounding the November 8, 2022 elections has led the County to anticipate litigation. The Department has received emails threatening litigation in addition to several news sources reporting the threat of litigation in addition to investigations."

23 The HCEAO cites three separate lawsuits as a "representative sample" of the litigation in which HCDEAO is involved Upon information and belief, these lawsuits are no longer a "representative sample" of the litigation in which HCEAO is involved — they are the only lawsuits in which HCEAO is currently involved. The lawsuits cited by HCEAO are the following:

a. Case No. 4:22-cv-00576-P-BJ, Strongin el.a/. v. Secretary of State of Texas John B. Scott et.al. currently pending in the United States District Court for the Northeastern District of Texas ("Strongin lawsuit") which is a suit filed by 50 pro se litigants and claims in relevant part that Harris County Commissioners have "failed to confirm if the voting equipment" in Harris County has been properly certified.

b Cause No. 2022-13773 Hon. George Risner, Richard Vega, and Bianca Garcia v. Isabel Longoria, Election Administrator, currently pending in the 133rd District Court ("Risner lawsuit") which pertains to events surrounding constitutional and statutory violations of former Harris County Election Administrator Isabel Longoria during the 2022 Primary Election in February and March of 2022; and

c. Cause No. 2022-74979 Harris County Republican Party and Cindy Siegel, Chair of the Harris County Republican Party v. Clifford Tatum, currently pending in the 157th District Court ("Republican Party lawsuit") which seeks declaratory and injunctive relief for violations of Texas Election Code Section 276.019 for the improper handling of ballots, violations of the protocols for the use of the V -drive, and improper management of polling locations.

In addition, in response to Requests Two, Three, and Five the HCEAO claimed that items responsive to these requests qualified for withholding pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code Section 552.116, known as the "Audit Working Papers Exception."

25 The HCEAO claims that the information sought in Requests Two, Three, and Five is information maintained for the purposes of an audit being conducted by the Texas Secretary of State pursuant to the Texas Election Code and that the information must be maintained for the purposes of the audit. The HCEAO goes on to explain that "Harris County Elections Administration opposes the release of the requested information based on the fact that the records being maintained in conducting an audit which has been required by status and the Secretary of State.'

26. The Attorney General has not issued a ruling granting or denying HCEAO the permission to withhold responsive information on any of the requests listed above.

“COUNTY ATTORNEY.”

In the spirit of public interest and concern, Christian Menefee, the Harris County Attorney, should honor the promise he made to the voters who elected him into office back during the Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Presidential Election, in Harris County, Texas.

County Attorney Menefee claims on his website that he’s committed to ensuring that Harris County government works for all people who live here, regardless of the neighborhoods they live in, how much money they make, or the color of their skin.

Well, all of those “REPUBLICAN VOTERS” who possibly had their suppressed back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas are your constituents too, Mr. County Attorney! What about them? What about their right to vote? What are you going to do Christian Menefee?

When the "TABULATION COMPUTER" used in Tarrant County, Texas tabulated and added the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together for their down-ballot countywide races, it arrived at a consistent total of "592,630" for every one of their local races. You can "CLICK HERE" to view the "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" for yourself.

“TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS.”

Remember, Tarrant County, Texas is controlled by Republicans, and they fully cooperated with the Texas Secretary of State’s Forensic Audit Division (FAD) in their audit of their county for the 2020 General Election. That being said, my investigative team decided to take a look at how their “TABULATION COMPUTER” tallied their local countywide races in the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election.

From our review of Tarrant County’s “OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT” for the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, all of their down-ballot countywide races produced the same “COMBINED TOTAL” when you add their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together for each race.

Tarrant County’s “OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT” reveals a combined number of (592,630) for all (13) of their local down-ballot countywide races with you add their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together.

- DIRTY CUMULATIVE REPORT -

The Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) produced an error-filled "OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT" that appears to show criminality, not human error, or incompetence. You can "CLICK HERE" to see for yourself. For the record, when the "TABULATION COMPUTER" add the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes together every down-ballot countywide race should come up with the same total, as they did over in Tarrant County, that's run by Republicans.

“HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS.”

Unlike Tarrant County, which is run by Republicans, the third largest county in America (Harris County) is run by Democrats. And based on the “OFFICIAL CUMULATIVE REPORT” that was produced by Harris County Elections Administrator Clifford Tatum, the numbers produced appear to be the result of malfeasance of some sort on the behalf of a human being – not computer error or incompetence.

If you look at the first (16) sixteen local down-ballot countywide races for Harris County, what you will find is that all (16) sixteen have the same combined total of “1,107,390” when you add their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes together.

The first (16) sixteen local down-ballot countywide races begin with the race for District Judge, 55th Civil District Court, between Nile Copeland (Republican), and Judge Latosha Lewis Payne (Democrat) who was running for reelection and ends with the race for District Judge, 234th Judicial District Court between Michael West (Republican), and Judge Lauren Reeder (Democrat) who was running for reelection.

“NUMBERS GET CRAZY.”

Again, please understand that the first (16) sixteen local down-ballot countywide races all produce the same total of “1,107,390” when their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were all added together. However, the numbers went crazy, after the race for District Judge, 234th Judicial District Court between Michael West (Republican), and Judge Lauren Reeder (Democrat) who was running for reelection.

The race for District Judge, 248th Judicial District Court produced a number totaling “1,107,363” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes were all added together.

The race for District Judge, 262nd Judicial District Court produced a number totaling “1,107,312” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes were added together for this countywide race that took place in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, during the Midterm Election.

The race for District Judge, 263rd Judicial District Court produced a number totaling “1,107,175” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes were added together for this countywide race that took place in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, during the Midterm Election.

The race for District Judge, 269th Judicial District Court produced a number totaling “1,107,149” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Over votes were added together for this countywide race that took place in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, during the Midterm Election.

“SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS.”

After the race for District Judge, 269th, Judicial District Court between Bruce Bain (Republican), and Judge Cory Don Sepolio (Democrat), the next (35) thirty-five local down-ballot countywide races produced a total of “1,107,127” when their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together.

“SOMETHING CRAZIER.”

After the previous (35) thirty-five local down-ballot countywide races had produced the same number of “1,107,127” the next (5) five races all produced different totals when their Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together.

The race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 14 produced a number totaling “1,106,932” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 15 produced a number totaling “1,106,668” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Judge, County Probate Court No. 1 produced a number totaling “1,106,461” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Judge, County Probate Court No. 2 produced a number totaling “1,106,280” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Judge, County Probate Court No. 3 produced a number totaling “1,106,268” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

“MORE CRAZY NUMBERS.”

After the previous (5) five down-ballot local races produced five different totals, when their Cast Votes, Overvotes, and Undervotes were added together, the last four races on the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election ballot in Harris County, Texas produced another number altogether.

The race for Judge, County Probate Court No. 4 produced a number totaling “1,106,252” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Harris County District Clerk produced a number totaling “1,106,252” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Harris County Clerk produced a number totaling “1,106,252” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

The race for Harris County Treasurer produced a number totaling “1,106,252” when the Cast Votes, Undervotes, and Overvotes were added together for this countywide race.

“CAN’T BE ASCERTAINED.”

According to the Texas Election Code, only a judge can void an election and order a new one. That being said, I just don’t see how any reasonable judge could look at all of this “ERROR-FILLED CUMULATIVE REPORT” and go through all (6,115 – PAGES) of the “OFFICIAL CANVASS REPORT” and see that every countywide race included an incorrect voter percentage of 789.62% for “PRECINCT 1086” and not come to the conclusion that it’s impossible to ascertain the true results of any countywide race that took place in Harris County, Texas back on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election.

I believe that attorney Elizabeth D. Alverez is correct when she stated, in every one of her lawsuits that, “If the Court cannot because of fraud or mistake, or because an election official engaged in activity that prevented eligible voters from voting, be certain that the outcome as posted in the final canvas represents the true outcome, and cannot ascertain the true outcome of the election, it must declare the election void, and order a new one.”

It pains me to say this, but a new election must be ordered for Harris County, Texas.
