My investigative team is in the process of tracking down how much state and federal dollars were paid to “NO TRAFFICKING ZONE NTZ, INC.” during the period when Bishop James Dixon was allegedly using it as a front, which enabled him to lure vulnerable women into his web and take advantage of these traumatized women who came to his church for counseling and ended up getting screwed and sexually exploited rather than receiving the healing they desperately longed for.

SECTION 87.012 of the local “GOVERNMENT CODE” details the procedure to remove a district attorney, a county attorney, a county judge, “A COUNTY COMMISSIONER,” a county clerk, a district clerk, a county treasurer, a county tax assessor-collector, and other office holders from office.

On 5/7/2020, After not receiving a response from the Secretary of State’s Office, Diane Trautman reported in a “ZOOM MEETING” that she “WOULD NOT” be mailing “ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATIONS” to every 65+ voter in Harris County, Texas.
According to my sources, Harris County Democratic Party representatives questioned why the “MAIL BALLOTS” would not be mailed out -- to which Diane Trautman said that she would not do it in the current environment.
According to many sources, on 5/9/2020, the Harris County Democratic Party fought Diane Trautman tooth and nail to get more “ABSENTEE BALLOTS” to voters age 65 and older.
Some sources felt that mounting pressure from the Texas Attorney General and a lack of response from the Texas Secretary of State caused Diane Trautman to oppose the Harris County Democratic Party's efforts.
Sources close to Diane Trautman stated that she did not feel that the “POLITICAL CLIMATE” was suitable to pull off what Commissioner Rodney Ellis and others were trying to get her to do.
Whether or not the folks I spoke with were right isn’t up to me to decide.

The 2024 Presidential Election will not be business as usual, and candidates running for Office in Harris County, Texas, had better wake up and distance themselves from Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his corrupt political regime or risk going down with his ship.
Recently revealed “SECRETELY RECORDED AUDIO” captured by “DR” Candice Matthews, a well-known political activist and master at calling press conferences and having the media show up in full force, has fully exposed Commissioner Ellis for the rotten low-life I knew him to be all along.
Until now, no reporter has been able to place Commissioner Rodney Ellis in a room “ABUSING HIS POWER” as an elected official. However, as a testament to her masterful skillset and ability to earn Commissioner Ellis’s trust, the “GOOD DOCTOR” succeeded where other investigative reporters like 30-time Emmy Award-winning reporters like Wayne Dolcefino have failed — she placed Ellis in the room.
I’m unsure why “DR” Candice Matthews entered Commissioner Rodney Ellis’ home at 2102 Sunset Boulevard, locked and loaded with a “SECRET RECORDING DEVICE.” Still, I believe “DR” Candice Matthews lived up to her billing as an “ACCOUTABLITY CHAIR” like she’s always desired, from her days on the Warzone with the late Gerry Wayne Monroe.
But I’ve gotten choked up once or twice as I listened to “THE GOOD DOCTOR” on those secretly recorded audio tapes as she played Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis for a complete idiot.
“DR” Candice Matthew’s heroic act, stellar work, bravery, courage, and intestinal fortitude could ultimately become the catalyst that may result in Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s undoing.
For the record, Commissioner Rodney Ellis isn’t as brilliant as he portrays himself to be. And the treasure trove of “BACKROOM DEALINGS” featuring Ellis and many of his cronies is a game-changer for me.
I don’t always agree with “DR” Candice Matthews. And I wouldn’t have tried to pull off what she did by walking into Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s home and secretly recording a meeting with our esteemed County Commissioner Rodney Glen Ellis, but damn – she accomplished her objective.
Over and over again throughout the “SECRETLY RECORDED AUDIO,” Matthews can be heard pleading with Commissioner Rodney Ellis to distance himself from Bishop James Dixon, whom she claimed was a liability. But to this day, Bishop James Dixon, an alleged “SEXUAL PREDATOR,” still serves as Chairman of the Board for the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation – why?
So, the man who co-founded the “NO TRAFFICKING ZONE” with Jacquelyn Aluotto to provide a safe harbor for victims of “SEX TRAFFICKING” is allowed to abuse and discard women like trash who are coming to him for counseling? That’s how we’re doing things now in Harris County, Texas?
Bishop James Dixon is above reproach? In his capacity as Chairman of HCSCC, Pastor of the Community of Faith Church, and President of the NAACP Houston Branch, his powerful political connections give him a right to “MISUSE AND ABUSE” professional women and the very victims of sex trafficking that he claimed to care so much about?

Commissioner Rodney Ellis is the man who has been behind the scenes pulling the strings of a small group of corrupt “POLITICAL OPERATIVES” and dirty politicians who are members of his corrupt criminal enterprise that includes several local elected officials.
Commissioner Ellis and his loyalists need more time. The Texas Secretary of State and Attorney General will catch them red-handed if they try to run the fraudulent “BALLOT HARVESTING SCHEME” they’ve become accustomed to.
Between now and the release of my “ENDORSEMENT SLATE,” my investigative team and I will be taking on the daunting task of identifying members of Ellis’s regime and informing “THE BLACK COMMUNITY,” especially “BLACK WOMEN,” not to vote for “ELLIS’S CRONIES” on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
If Councilwoman Letitia Plummer, the At-Large Position 4 Councilwoman, were on the forthcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, ballot, she would be the first person I would tell “BLACK WOMEN” to reject because she is a card-carrying-member of the Ellis regime and can’t be trusted.
Nor does Councilwoman Plummer care about Black women, integrity, honesty, or the future of Harris County, Texas. Plummer is a self-centered opportunist who will go whichever way the wind blows and turn her back on women at the drop of a hat.

Rodney Ellis, Sylvester Turner, and Erica Lee Carter aren’t fooling anyone. Setting up Erica Lee Carter’s campaign headquarters at 4412 Almeda is a dead giveaway. Womack Development & Investment Realtors is set up like a mini-fortress with cameras all around the exterior and interior of the building – which makes for a perfect ballot harvesting site.
If you remember, former FBI investigative Specialist Charles “Chuck” Marler submitted a “SWORN AFFIDAVIT” in a case before the Texas Supreme Court that identified several key players in Commissioner Rodney Elis’s regime. However, according to witnesses, Tyler James, an employee of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, had loose lips and couldn’t keep his mouth shut.
“Another witness stated to me that an employee of Commissioner Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,00 illegal ballots,” state Marler in his affidavit dated September 27, 2020.
Governor Greg Abbott, Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson are familiar with the tactics employed by the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” regime, which could prove fruitful in the war to restore voter confidence in local elections. However, state officials must realize that it will take more than a few supposed state monitors watching over the process to stop Commissioner Ellis and his crew from doing their dirty deeds – somebody must go to jail.

Governor Greg Abbott is fully aware of what’s been happening in our area and other counties across Texas and facilitated the removal of more than 1 million illegal voters from Texas voter rolls.
Attorney General Ken Paxton is doing his part by keeping the pressure on “BALLOT HARVESTERS” across the state. And Secretary of State Jane Nelson’s plan to send in state monitors is the right choice.
“Since signing Senate Bill 1 into law in 2021, Texas has removed over one million people from the state’s voter rolls, including people who moved out-of-state, are deceased, and are noncitizens,” said a press release sent out by Governor Greg Abbott’s Office.
According to the Governor’s Office, “That removal process has been, and will continue to be, ongoing.”
“Election integrity is essential to our democracy,” said Governor Abbott. “I have signed the strongest election laws in the nation to protect the right to vote and to crack down on illegal voting. These reforms have led to the removal of over one million ineligible people from our voter rolls in the last three years, including noncitizens, deceased voters, and people who moved to another state.”
“The Secretary of State and county voter registrars have an ongoing legal requirement to review the voter rolls, remove ineligible voters, and refer any potential illegal voting to the Attorney General’s Office and local authorities for investigation and prosecution,” said Governor Abbott.
“Illegal voting in Texas will never be tolerated. We will continue to actively safeguard Texans’ sacred right to vote while also aggressively protecting our elections from illegal voting,” stated Abbott.

If you remember, a seemingly healthy and robust Commissioner, El Franco Lee, suddenly died of a heart attack a day after Sylvester Turner officially became Mayor on January 2, 2016, in Houston, Texas.
I have always wondered about the suspicious timing of Commissioner El Franco Lee’s death and the rise of power in the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” regime. Something just never sat well with me about Commissioner Rodney Ellis, former Mayor Sylvester Turner, and the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and their way of doing things.
Corruption, lies, trickery, and “BULLYING WOMEN” have been the hallmark of the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” regime as they masterfully ran their “MAIL BALLOT SCHEME” through the 18th Congressional District of Texas for decades – right in plain sight with no fear of suffering any consequences or repercussions.

It’s a damn shame that local “BLACK LEADERS” are afraid of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Sitting on the sidelines and watching the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” regime run Harris County, Texas, straight into the ground and hoping they’ll stop – is insane.

That said, if the voter turnout for individual candidates is below 500,000 votes, “REPUBLICAN NOMINEES” will run the table in countywide races.
