Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (center) needs to understand that her chief of staff (Vivian King) was allegedly running around Harris County, labeling her (Ogg) as a racist behind her back. District Attorney Ogg also needs to be made aware that on the same day that Gerald Womack and her chief of staff allegedly coordinated Vivian King's run for the 486th Criminal District Court (Saturday, December 7, 2023), Gerald Womack was supposed to show up at the offices of Jared Woodfill and turn over security footage and video in a civil suit against him.
Vivian King, the Democratic nominee for the 486th Criminal District Court, is an alleged "H-TOWN-DRUNK" and at one point allegedly tried to convince her ex-husband, who is a former prizefighter, to beat up Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. She also, according to sources, reportedly tried to get her ex-husband wrongfully convicted of assaulting her. This lying, conniving low-life of a woman, according to sources, is also the person who intervened in the criminal matter where her real estate broker (Gerald Womack) assaulted Aubrey R. Taylor on Monday, October 23, 2023.
Gerald Womack and Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, moved in unison on Saturday, December 7, 2023. Instead of turning over the security tapes, recordings, and surveillance tapes after being issued a subpoena, Gerald Womack appears to have decided to have Vivian King (his client) run for the 486th Criminal District Court, according to sources. According to this source, a look at the phone records of Gerald Womack and Vivian King would provide greater detail into how and why Vivian King decided to allegedly use her influence at the DA's Office to intervene in the criminal matter that occurred at 4412 Almeda Road on Monday, October 23, 2023.
Womack Development & Investment Realtor is the "LISTING BROKER" for Vivian King's home located at 2202 Alabama Street, in Houston, Texas 77004. Phone records could show that Gerald Womack and Vivian King, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's chief of staff, coordinated their activities on Saturday, December 7, 2023, when Womack was supposed to answer a subpoena to appear at the offices of Jared Woodfill located at 3 Riverway, Suite 750, in Houston, Texas 77056.

Prosecutorial Misconduct by Kim Ogg’s Chief of Staff Vivian King Alleged; Jackson Lee Finally Admits to Cancer Diagnosis
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Many local Democrats are very concerned about Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s corrupt chief of staff (Vivian King) weaseling, slithering, or manipulating her way onto the 486th Criminal Court bench on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, without getting exposed for being the lying, conniving, low-life, alleged drunk that she’s suspected to be. However, in my opinion, there’s nothing to worry about because this witch isn’t going to get away with what she, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and Gerald Womack are trying to do to destroy my life – NO WAY!!!
Sure, Vivian King has weaseled, squirmed, and slithered her way into the Democratic nomination for the 486th Criminal District Court bench, but winning a low-voter turnout Democratic Party Primary runoff by obtaining a handful of votes is a little different than having to win the Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election, against a well-liked, efficient incumbent Republican judge.
The only thing Vivian King has proven thus far is that she had the name identification to defeat two weak African American male candidates – THAT’S IT!!!
On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, Vivian King (Democrat) received 23,719 votes for 54.55% of the vote to defeat Gemayel “G” Haynes, who received 19,766 votes for 45.45%, in the Democratic Party Primary runoff for the 486th Criminal District Court bench.
Remember, there’s “A BIG DIFFERENCE” between 23,719 votes and the estimated 800,000 to 1,000,000 million votes that Vivian King will need to defeat Judge Arron Burdette, the Republican nominee on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court, especially when the general public learns more about this witch.
“JOINED AT THE HIP.”
Do you think that it was a coincidence that Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee finally admitted that she had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer? Why do you think “SHE-JACK” revealed that she has pancreatic cancer last night to major news outlets?
Why didn’t “SHE-JACK” make this revelation last week when I first revealed that my sources had already tipped me off to the fact that she was deteriorating quickly? Why last night?
Even as her body fails and grows weaker by the day, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is still as conniving and low down as ever. This woman is the worst of the worst and still refuses to face the truth. And beyond being as corrupt as they come, this woman won’t even make peace with her maker.
“My doctors have confirmed my diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. I am currently undergoing treatment to battle this disease that impacts tens of thousands of Americans every year,” said the press release that was issued by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Office last night.
In her press release, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee claimed she believes in God. But does she? What about Exodus 20:16, which states, “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.”
What about the Amplified Version, which says, “You shall not testify falsely [this is, lie, withhold, or manipulate the truth] against your neighbor (any person).
What about my life? What about the members of her campaign and Gerald Womack, her campaign chairman, lying to the police, the district attorney’s office, and everyone else about me?
What about Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee allowing the media to write false statements about what occurred at her “CAMPAIGN HEADQUARTERS” back on Monday, October 23, 2023, when her campaign board chairman came downstairs and attacked me?
Listen. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and her cohorts are once again manipulating the media. What she tried to do last night was gain sympathy because the walls were closing in on her.
Many of you might not know that Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff, Vivian King, and Gerald Womack, are joined at the hip.
According to my sources, phone records between Gerald Womack and Vivian King (once my legal team obtains them) will show that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff (Vivian King) is the person at the DA’s Office who intervened in the criminal matter between me and her realtor Gerald Womack.
Evidence will show that after (HPD) Houston Police Department Investigators were about to turn their investigation toward “THE POSSIBLE PROSECUTION” of Gerald Womack for assaulting me, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff (Vivian King) intervened and then played a pivotal role in making sure that a “HARRIS COUNTY GRAND JURY” indicted me (not Gerald Womack).
Can I prove what I’m saying?
You can bet your bottom dollar that my legal team and I can expose the scheme hatched by Gerald Womack and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff, Vivian King.
On Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., my process server went to work. After repeated tries, the process servicer finally caught up with Gerald Womack two days later, on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 10:35 a.m., at his office at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas, 77007.
The document presented to Gerald Womack was called an “SUBPEOENA DUCES TECUM” and commanded Gerald Womack to produce the following described documents or tangible things in his possession, custody, or control and to permit inspection and copying of said items on Saturday, December 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at 3 Riverway, Suite 750, Houston, Texas 77056.
“All security tapes and/or recording, surveillance tapes and/or recordings, videotapes and/or recording or any other video or digital images from 4412 Almeda, Houston, Texas for the date October 23, 2023,” which was the date Gerald Womack assaulted me.
“ENTER VIVIAN KING.”
Remember, Gerald Womack was commanded by the “SUBPEOENA DUCES TECUM” to appear at my attorney’s office on Saturday, December 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., but he did not show up.
What happened instead was that (on Saturday, December 7, 2023), instead of Gerald Womack running over evidence, Harris County District Kim Ogg’s chief of staff (Vivian King) went over to the Harris County Democratic Party Headquarters, which is located at 4619 Lyons Avenue, in Houston, Texas 77020, to sign up to run for the newly created 486th Criminal District Court.
Remember, the 486th Criminal Court is the same court that Vivian King is trying to become the sitting judge for. Was it a coincidence that Vivian King signed up to run for the same court in which her realtor (Gerald Womack) has a case?
Why did Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff (Vivian King) decide to run for the 486th Criminal District Court? Why didn’t Vivian King run for one of the other criminal courts?
Do you think it was a coincidence that Kim Ogg’s chief of staff, Vivian King coincidentally decided to run for the same criminal district court where (if elected) she would be overseeing the criminal matter between her realtor Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors and myself? What’s the likelihood of that happening?
Remember, Gerald Womack and Kim Ogg’s chief of staff (Vivian King) are good friends, and Vivian King is a Womack Development & Investment Realtors client. One of Vivian King’s homes, located at 2202 Alabama Street, Houston, Texas 77004, has been converted into a three-office business complex and is leased out by Womack Development & Investment Realtors.
A woman named Queen Wilson, contact (281)660-3817, works for Womack Development & Investment Realtors and is the person listed as handling Vivian King’s property.
“VIVIAN’S BAD NEWS.”
Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg stated last week, when she announced the arrests of those seven City of Houston employees, “The damage of public corruption in the big picture is the public’s loss of trust in government to be responsible stewards of their money.”
What you will see in the coming weeks is whether Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg meant business last week at her press conference.
Her chief of staff (Vivian King), who was noticeably absent from the press conference, is corrupt and she's an alleged drunk and has no business serving as a district judge or dog catcher in Harris County, Texas.
I’ve viewed video evidence and listened to audio recordings proving that Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, does not have the temperament to be a judge.
Evidence related to Vivian King using her position as Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff is readily available for anyone who wants to know the truth.
I’ve personally reviewed the evidence that shows that Vivian King tried to get her ex-husband locked behind bars by falsely accusing him of abuse can also be produced.
Vivian King, according to sources claimed (behind Kim Ogg’s back), that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is a racist. She’s made the allegation that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg was a racist behind her boss’s back – talk about an ungrateful witch.
In short, Vivian King is a lying, conniving, manipulative, lowdown scoundrel of a woman. Under no circumstances should Vivian King be allowed to become a “DISTRICT COURT JUDGE” in Harris County, Texas, or any other county anywhere in the world.
Vivian King's alleged intervention in the criminal matter between myself and her realtor, Gerald Womack, is prosecutorial misconduct at its worst and should be treated as such.
What is prosecutorial misconduct?
“In jurisprudence, prosecutorial misconduct or prosecutorial overreach is “an illegal act or failing to act, on the part of a prosecutor, especially an attempt to sway the jury to wrongly convict a defendant or to impose a harsher than appropriate punishment.” [1] It is similar to selective prosecution.”
In case you are unfamiliar with the term prosecutorial misconduct, prosecutors are kept in check by rules that outline fair and dispassionate conduct. By allegedly intervening in the criminal matter between Gerald Womack and me, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff (Vivian King) has proven herself to be unethical before she’s even become a judge.
So, Vivian King is unethical as a prosecutor. How will she perform as the presiding judge for the 486th Criminal District Court if she’s elected on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, when she faces off against the Honorable Aaron Burdette, the Republican incumbent?
“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg did an excellent job last week when she said she had contacted the Texas Rangers after hearing the KPRC news report. However, “THE BIG TEST” for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is whether she will go after her chief of staff for her wrongdoing.
Prosecutorial misconduct is a severe matter and cuts at the heart of our criminal justice system. And just think, Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, is one step away from becoming the judge of the 486th Criminal District Court on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, if she defeats the incumbent Republican Judge Aaron Burdette, who was appointed to this newly created bench on November 7, 2023, by Governor Greg Abbott.
When Gov. Abbott appointed Aaron Burdette to the 486th Criminal District Court, he also appointed Lori Ann DeAngelo to the 487th Criminal District Court and Matthew Peneguy to the 488th District Court.
All three conservatives appointed to the 486, 487, and 488th Criminal District Courts in Harris County, Texas, are up for reelection on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, and have Democratic challengers trying to unseat them.
Judge Arron Burdette (Republican), the presiding judge for the 486th Criminal District Court, is being challenged by dirty, filthy, lowdown, conniving Vivian King (Democrat), who has no business serving as a member of the judiciary in Harris County, Texas, or anywhere else on earth.
Judge Lori Ann DeAngelo (Republican), the presiding judge for the 487th Criminal District Court, is being challenged by Stacy Allen Barrow (Democrat) on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. I don’t know much about Stacy Allen Barrow. However, you should know that Judge Lori Ann DeAngelo has been doing a fabulous job since Gov. Abbott appointed her to the 487th Criminal District Court bench on November 7, 2023.
Judge Matthew Peneguy (Republican), the presiding judge for the 488th Criminal District Court, is being challenged by Carvana Cloud (Democrat), a woman I respect most. While Cloud is a former prosecutor under Kim Ogg’s administration, she was fair and impartial as she did her business for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
All of this said it would be a tragedy and a blatant miscarriage of justice if the Harris County District Attorney (Kim Ogg) does not thoroughly investigate the alleged prosecutorial misconduct of her chief of staff (Vivian King) or contact the Texas Rangers and compel them to do so.
