On January 13, 2002, an investigator for Home Depot witnessed [GARY WADE] enter the store, go to the flooring department, load a lumber cart with nine boxes of Pergo flooring, take the cart to the refund registers, and exit the store, leaving the cart next to the refund register. [GARY WADE] reentered the store two or three minutes later with a shopping basket that contained store merchandise. [GARY WADE] took the cart he had left in the store with the Pergo flooring and the shopping basket to the refund register and obtained a store credit card for the merchandise and the Pergo flooring. After [GARY WADE] received the store credit gift card, [THE INVESTIGATOR] confronted him, took him to the manager's office, and notified the Houston Police Department, who came and arrested him. Ultimately, Wade was charged and convicted of stealing the merchandise.
Gary Wade's Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus was denied in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Under no circumstances should local "ELECTED OFFICIALS" be rubbing elbows with Gary Wade, who still isn't rehabilitated after his incarceration and conviction for this crime and many others. In one case, he was arrested for committing a felony theft between $100,000.00 and $200,000, according to his criminal rap sheet.
James "Smokie" Phillips was presumed to be one of the local "ELECTED OFFICIALS" behind Gary Wade's plot to intimidate, harass, and bully (ME) Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor. After speaking with several community leaders, stakeholders, and elected officials, we do not believe "SMOKIE" was involved in Gary Wade's intimidation plot. However, that does not mean that "SMOKIE" should not be closely watched. I also reached out to Fred Taylor, the chairman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party, to get his opinion about whether Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee was deserving of the honor of having an “AIRPORT TERMINAL” at George Bush Intercontinental Airport named in her honor.

“SICK AND TIRED.”
Like State Rep. Ron Reynolds and Chairman Fred Taylor, I agree that honoring “SHE-JACK” is appropriate. However, I’m growing sick and tired of folks trying to tell me what I can or can’t write about local politicians and their minions.
I’m not calling “SMOKIE” a corrupt politician yet; after all, he doesn’t officially take office until New Year’s Day. However, It’s a fact that James “Smokie” Phillips, the Precinct 7 Constable-elect, got caught up in an FBI and DEA sting back in the day when he was working with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
What’s wrong with me stating that “SMOKIE” got busted in a colossal drug trafficking ring involving Mexico’s Cali Cartel? Especially when it’s the honest-to-God truth.

Somehow, “SMOKIE,” on his meager county salary, was able to retain the services of high-powered attorney Dick DeGerin, and the Fed’s got up off him – but that doesn’t mean that “Smokie” didn’t use his computer to find potential drug buyers.
Fast forward to today, and all these years later, “Smokie” appears to be trying to straddle the fence between the ‘GOOD SIDE” and the “BAD SIDE” and could find himself in a compromising position if he doesn’t straighten up his act.
Remember Constable Perry Wooten, the elected “PRECINCT 7 CONSTABLE,” who was convicted of theft by a public servant back in the day?

Like her or not, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee worked hard for the people of the 18th Congressional District for over 30 years. From what I understand, she secured over $125 million in federal funds for the Houston Airport System, which sits within the boundaries of her beloved 18th Congressional District.
For the record, I didn’t hate “SHE-JACK” when she was alive; I didn’t like some of her ways.
Look! We’ve got some good people and some bad folks lurking around in the back alleys of Harris County, Texas politics – especially in “BLACK DEMOCRATIC STRONGHOLDS,” where career criminals like Gary Wade like to roam around.
As we advance our investigation into Gary Wade and his criminality, any public official caught within a stone’s throw of this fool should check their temperature to ensure they’re still alive.
At this point, we aren’t sure if Gary Wade, a “wanna-be gangster’ is also a petty thief, crackhead, former drug dealer, credit card fraudster, drunk, or mastermind behind the “INTIMIDATION PLOT” that he claims to be engaging in to protect his lifelong friends Vivian King, and Gerald Womack.

The late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee received a “HIGH HONOR” yesterday. And to be honest, I’m proud of the late Congresswoman’s accomplishment. And it’s beautiful to see her daughter (Congresswoman Erica Lee Carter) follow in her mother’s footsteps – there’s no denying that.
The 18th Congressional District is the heartbeat of Harris County politics. And we have a few fantastic representatives who’ve served the 18th District. However, there are some hardened – NO – some brazen criminals entrenched in “BLACK POLITICS” who have to be uprooted, exposed, and removed.
I’m all for people getting reformed, rehabilitated, and vindicated after ‘wilding out’ in their teens, twenties, and thirties. Still, this Gary Bernard Wade guy who claims to be a protector of Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and her mortgage broker Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, is bad news all day long.
It’s not like Gary Wade committed a few crimes here and there; at nearly 70 years old, this crook still hasn’t learned his lesson. I’m not sure if Gary Wade was a crack smoker or dope dealer back in the day, but he’s got some issues, in my opinion.
Gary Wade is not the upstanding businessman that he’s portraying himself to be by attaching himself to the coattails of local “BLACK PUBLIC OFFICIALS,” like State Senator Borris Miles, who are unaware of the veracity of his brazen criminal activities.
“Gary Bernard Wade was arrested in 2002 by HPD for theft from a Home Depot,” according to Charles “Chuck” Marler, a former FBI Investigative Specialist.
Chuck worked for the FBI for 16 years, learning all facets of the Bureau’s complex operations, from evidence collection, radio communications, aviation surveillance, and Forward-looking infrastructure.
Over the years, Chuck has conducted, organized, and completed thousands of surveillances on Drug (as FLIR Operator), intelligence, and Terrorism targets. He has also participated in joint training operations with the DIA, DEA, JCTA, and CIA.
“Gary Wade was observed entering a Home Depot Store, collecting flooring, and walking out without paying,” explains Chuck. “He (Gary Wade) then came back in later with the basket he had stolen and went to the refund register and returned the items and collected payment in the form of a gift card,” said Chuck, who is working on an assignment for Aubrey R. Taylor Communications.
Chuck stated, “Gary Wade was charged and convicted for the theft he committed at Home Depot."
According to Chuck, the entire theft by Gary Wade got caught by the security investigator for Home Depot at the time. To add to his brazenness and lack of remorsefulness, “He (Gary Wade) appealed his conviction and lost.”
“He then filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, and the judge ruled against him,” according to Charles “Chuck” Marler.
“A FALSE NARRATIVE.”
The notion that I am against “BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS” is a lie straight from the pit of hell, concocted by a small group of corrupt “BLACK PUBLIC OFFICIALS” and their cronies. For decades, I prostituted myself from a business perspective and devalued my business to support Black Elected Officials, and in many cases, did so without a “THANK YOU..”
Truth be told, “BLACK FOLKS” are behind most of the “ELECTION FRAUD” that I’ve investigated. But what you don’t know is that most of my leads and tips about “ILLEGAL BALLOT HARVESTING” came from “BLACK PEOPLE,” who were afraid to come forward out of fear they could end up dead.
Many “BLACK FOLKS” turn to me with their tips, and not someone like 30-time Emmy Award-Winning Investigative Journalist Wayne Dolcefino because they believe that my heart is in the right place.
For the record, I am the person who broke the story about Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. How did I know?
Someone from close to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s “INNER-CIRCLE” came to me and informed me of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s fatal diagnosis. Ultimately, it was only fair to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s constituents for them to learn the truth. In the spirit of public interest, I informed the public about Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s diagnosis because she was a public figure and was no longer capable of performing the duties of her office.
