The alleged criminal "QUID PRO QUO" in Fort Bend County has tentacles that reach over into Harris County, Texas. Cynthia Ginyard (second from left), the former Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman, endorsed John Whitmire over Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee during the 2023 City of Houston Mayoral Election. Cynthia Ginyard believed that she would get a top-level position inside Mayor John Whitmire's administration when he took office. However, when her alleged corruption surfaced, Mayor John Whitmire did not bring Ginyard into his administration. Cynthia Ginyard then tried to flex her muscle by endorsing Jennifer Cantu during the 2024 Democratic Party Primary runoff to defeat Fred Taylor, only to have Fred Taylor, who was supported by State Rep. Ron Reynolds, defeat Jennifer Cantu (72 votes) in the 2024 Runoff Election. IN OTHER NEWS... On March 29, 2025, the Texas Democratic Party announced the election of Kendall Scudder as its next Chairman. It is believed that the new Texas Democratic Party Chairman Kendall Scudder has strong connections to Cynthia Ginyard, Jennifer Cantu, and Muhammad "Jazz" Usman Aijaz, who is a SDEC member with strong ties to Cynthia Ginyard's "POLITICAL MACHINERY" in Fort Bend County, Texas. State Rep. Ron Reynolds, behind the scenes, strongly supports Fred Taylor, the embattled chairman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party. However, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, as State Rep. Ron Reynolds was spotted taking selfies with Jennifer Cantu, who at the time was allegedly plotting and scheming with Cynthia Ginyard, and her "POLITICAL MACHINE" to oust his good friend Fred Taylor from his elected position.

As you can see above, Fred Taylor received 3,239 votes, and Jennifer Cantu received 3,167 votes in the Democratic Party Primary "RUNOFF RACE" for Fort Bend Democratic Party Chairman. Fred Taylor's victory was fueled by the behind-the-scenes support he received from State Rep. Ron Reynolds and other "POWER PLAYERS" in Fort Bend County politics.

"POWER STRUGGLE."
Much of the effort to oust Fred Taylor appears to be aimed at protecting Jennifer Cantu, who received over $10,000 from the Fort Bend County Democratic Party funds. At the same time, she was a declared candidate against Fred Taylor. For those who don't know, Jennifer Cantu is a political ally and personal friend to Cynthia Ginyard, Muhammad "Jazz" Usman Aijaz, and Kendall Scudder, the new chairman of the Texas Democratic Party. Her connection to the payments and her role in the ongoing party power struggle make her a central figure in the controversy.

This Tuesday, April 15, 2025, a selfie of State Rep. Ron Reynolds (back left), smiling from ear to ear with Jennifer Cantu, one of Fred Taylor's arch enemies, is very concerning. This photo could explain why State Rep. Ron Reynolds is not coming forward to defend Fred Taylor, and discuss the findings of Fred Taylor's "CRIMINAL PROBE" into Cynthia Ginynard, the former Fort Bend County Chairman whom Fred Taylor launched an investigation into after he defeated Jennifer Cantu in the 2024 Democratic Party Primary "RUNOFF ELECTION" in Fort Bend County, Texas.

State Rep. Ron Reynolds (right) is a "LONG-TIME FRIEND" with Fred Taylor, who is having his life, reputation, and legacy destroyed in Fort Bend County, Texas. However, remarkably, his close friend, State Rep. Ron Reynolds, is sitting by silently and watching Fred Taylor get publicly lambasted, politically lynched by a mob of Democrats. Why is State Rep. Ron Reynolds speaking up for his long-time friend and ally?

I’m Aubrey R. Taylor, the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper, one of Texas's most formidable politically-focused publications. Cynthia Ginyard Has Deep Ties to Harris County; Fred Taylor's 72-vote victory over Jennifer Cantu Angered Some Folks
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
It is not clear at this time whether State Rep. Ron Reynolds is still supporting his good friend Fred Taylor or has jumped ship and started supporting Cynthia Ginyard and her "POLITICAL MACHINE," which appears to be winning the battle to publicly destroy, berate, and politically lynch Fred Taylor as he flounders and cries for help. However, what has become evidently clear is that State Rep. Ron Reynolds is spending a lot of time on FACEBOOK, and other social media platforms, liking and commenting on all sorts of posts, but appears to be ignoring posts published by his good friend Fred Taylor as he fights for his political life and livelihood.
Famed Civil Rights Icon Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., stated, “The time is always right to do what is right." However, State Rep. Ron Reynolds, the first African American elected to the House of Representatives from Fort Bend County, didn't get the memo. It's early in the process, but State Rep. Reynolds appears to be blowing in the wind, and forming alliances with whomever seems to be winning at the time.
"There comes a time when one must take the position that is neither safe nor politic nor popular, but he must do it because conscience tells him it is right," stated Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., shortly before his death. However, from the looks of things, State Rep. Ron Reynolds didn't get that memo either.
State Rep. Ron Reynolds has been a loyal supporter of mine over the years. I love him like a brother, but his silence on the matter involving his "GOOD FRIEND" Fred Taylor is deafening. And as Fred Taylor has continued to cry out for help and ask for Democratic and Republican leaders in Fort Bend County to save him from the injustice that's befallen him, the silence of his so-called "DEMOCRATIC FRIENDS" who have shrank back in fear is deeply concerning as the 2026 Midterm Elections draws closer and closer.
I'm curious if the race for Harris County Judge and what's going on with County Judge K.P. George have anything to do with what's unfolding with Fred Taylor in Fort Bend County, Texas.
Remember, Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George faces a tough climb as three duly qualified Democrats have already announced they will challenge the embattled County Judge. That said, I wonder if Fred Taylor's support of Judge Rachelle Carter (Democrat) in the race for County Judge in next year's 2024 Republican Party Primary had anything to do with his falling out of grace with Cynthia Ginyard and her allies.
Former Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Constable Nabil Shike and District Court Judge Christian Becerra, who currently presides over the 434th Judicial District Court in Fort Bend County have also both announced their plans to challenge the embattled County Judge, K.P. George next year in the March 2026, Democratic Party Primary race for Fort Bend County Judge.
As events continue to unfold in Fort Bend County, watch whether Fred Taylor actually follows through on handing over his damning evidence to the Texas Rangers.

Mayor John Whitmire (left) was endorsed by former Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman Cynthia Ginyard when he ran against Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee during the 2023 City of Houston Mayoral Election. In case you don't know, a portion of Fort Bend County overlaps with the City of Houston, which creates a voting stronghold. Cynthia Ginyard tried to buddy up to John Whitmire, hoping she would receive a coveted position within his administration. However, once John Whitmire became Mayor and he learned about Fred Taylor's "CRIMINAL PROBE" and other alleged criminal acts related to Cynthia Ginyard and her "POLITICAL MACHINERY" in Fort Bend County, he chose not to bring Ginyard into his administration.

For those who don't know, Jennifer Cantu is a political ally and personal friend to Cynthia Ginyard, Muhammad "Jazz" Usman Aijaz, and Kendall Scudder, the new chairman of the Texas Democratic Party. "INVESTIGATIVE REPORT."
Explosive Findings of Kickbacks and Hidden Bank Accounts Surface Under Fred Taylor, the new Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman:
New Chair Investigation Corruption, Kickbacks, and Political Retaliation — Why Fort Bend Democrats Are Trying to Silence Chairman Fred Taylor
HBC NEWSPAPER REPORTS©
A firestorm is erupting in Fort Bend County politics. It isn’t just a partisan clash — it’s an alleged "CRIMINAL COVER-UP" now turning inward, as high-ranking Democratic officials scramble to protect their own from a sweeping investigation led by the very man they are now trying to oust: Chairman Fred Taylor, the embattled chairman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party.
After just a few months on the job, Fred Taylor uncovered what whistleblowers and internal documents suggest: a years-long pattern of financial abuse, kickback schemes, and secret banking operations under former party chair Cynthia Ginyard. But rather than cooperating, several senior party insiders — some with deep personal and political ties to Ginyard and her handpicked allies — are mounting a coordinated campaign to silence Taylor.

The Allegations: The Fort Bend County Democratic Party was Used as a Personal ATM by Cynthia Ginyard's Administration
Chairman Fred Taylor’s investigation uncovered a disturbing trail of missing funds, unaccounted-for contributions, and potentially criminal financial activities. Over $300,000 in campaign money collected during the 2022 election cycle is the controversy's center. Nearly 40 candidates were reportedly strong-armed into paying $7,500 each for a “coordinated campaign” — yet no receipts, services, or outcomes have been traced. The bank accounts involved remain unidentified. Candidate payments? Unverified. The consultant? Unresponsive.
The records, Fred Taylor says, “vanished.” One day after he informed the party secretary, SDEC member Jonathan Marcantel, and precinct chair Farha Ahmed that he had contacted the Texas Rangers Integrity Unit, the Fort Bend County Democratic Party Headquarters was mysteriously broken into. All documents under review were reportedly stolen.

The Fallout: A Network of Corruption and Criminality from Deep Within the Fort Bend County Democratic Party
The investigation points to a web of individuals — SDEC members, party officers, and vendors — who allegedly enabled or directly benefited from the misuse of funds.
Cynthia Ginyard, former county chair, stands accused of issuing payments far exceeding market value, including:
$10,000.00 to Jennifer Cantu, a then-candidate running against Fred Taylor, under the guise of “secretarial work.”
Thousands via Cash APP will be sent to Jonathan Marcantel without party approval.
Overpayments to Eddie Sajjad, a graphic design broker with no printing business, totaling $50,000+ for push cards priced nearly 300% above market rate.
Secret accounts, unauthorized Cash APP connections, and undocumented withdrawals form the backbone of the financial abuse. Those with fiduciary oversight—including treasurers Barbara Marshall, Ken McKee, and April Jones — either signed off or stayed silent.

Political Payback: Why They’re People Connected to Cynthia Ginyard Ousted Fred Taylor from His Position as FBCDP Chairman
The very individuals implicated in the corruption — allegedly led by Jonathan Marcantel, who filed the formal complaint to initiate Taylor’s removal — used their positions on the State Democratic Executive Committee (SDEC) to orchestrate the takedown of Fred Taylor, the man investigating them.
Their "DIOBOLICAL MOTIVE" and sinister scheme to destroy Fred Taylor? According to Fred Taylor and sources close to the investigation, it’s retaliation — pure and simple.
From the way things appear, Jonathan Marcantel, Jennifer Cantu, and others aligned with Cynthia Ginyard are reportedly coordinating with newly appointed Texas Democratic Party interim Chair Kendall Scudder, a known associate of Muhammad “Jazz” Usman Aijaz, another SDEC member and close ally of Ginyard’s camp.
In an alleged private conversation recently overheard at a Democratic event, Jazz Aijaz said, “Kendall [Scudder] is one of my best friends. He’s going to help us remove Fred Taylor.”
Once elected, Kendall Scudder played a pivotal role in ousting Fred Taylor from his position — a vote Aijaz and others allegedly pledged in exchange for continued political favors. This is "QUID PRO QUO" politics at its most dangerous.

The Jennifer Cantu Connection: It appears that Jennifer Cantu has some powerful Friends in High Places in Texas
Rather than defending transparency, "DEMOCRATIC INSIDERS" like Jennifer Cantu and Jonathan Marcantel allegedly used the complaint process to shield themselves and their cohorts from exposure. Their complaint? Not mismanagement, not theft — but that Fred Taylor dared to investigate their alleged corruption.
Who Benefits From Taylor’s Ouster?
*Johnathan Marcantel, who received undisclosed payments and had access to secret financial tools.
*Jennifer Cantu, who received large unexplained payments during her candidacy.
*Cynthia Ginyard, who stands at the center of nearly every financial irregularity.
*Muhammad "Jazz" Usman Aijaz, whose influence over Scudder could turn the state party into a personal defense shield.
*Kendell Scudder, the new Texas Democratic Party Chairman, stands to benefit because he could solidify political capital among SDEC members by helping suppress the scandal.
A Broken Party, or a Party Being Repaired?
Chairman Fred Taylor’s discovery of irregularities was not mere political rhetoric. He has presented:
*Cash App transaction screenshots
*Unsigned contracts and payment records
*Correspondence with implicated vendors
*Redacted check copies
*Audit request letters
And yet, instead of support, Fred Taylor was removed as the Fort Bend County Chairman by a group of officials with deep ties to the alleged wrongdoing he uncovered in his criminal probe of his predecessors (Cynthia Ginyard) and her cohorts.
Taylor has formally called for a full forensic audit of party finances from 2016 to 2024, an ethics complaint filed with the Texas Ethics Commission, ongoing criminal investigations by the Texas Rangers, DA, and Sheriff’s Office, and Public accountability from the Texas Democratic Party.
“The people of Fort Bend County deserve a clean, honest, and functional Democratic Party,” Taylor said. “If I’m removed, it won’t be because I did something wrong — it will be because I did something right.”
"FINAL WORD."
Over the next few months, as the Fort Bend County Democratic Party faces what may be its most significant test of integrity in decades, voters, donors, and candidates must ask themselves one critical question: "Are we going to stand with those who exposed the corruption—or those who are trying to bury it?"

Embattled Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman Fred Taylor has been left alone to fend for himself as he fights to bring transparency to Fort Bend County. It appears that much of the heartache Fred Taylor is experiencing is at the hands of "DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVES" who are trying to dirty him up in the eyes of the public, as he prepares to hand over compelling evidence to the Texas Rangers, resulting from his criminal probe into former Fort Bend County Chairman Cynthia Ginyard. Is this an inside job, orchestrated against Fred Taylor to protect wrongdoers tied to Ginyard and other top Democrats like Commissioner Rodney Ellis? Why hasn't State Rep. Ron Reynolds spoken up in defence of Fred Taylor, his longtime friend and ally?

Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee is a perfect example of a cowardly, weak, and spineless Black man who has no business holding public office, let alone serving as the U.S. Representative for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, the people of the 18th Congressional District MUST REJECT THE CANDIDACY of Christian Menefee and cast their vote for one of the other duly qualified candidates running for the coveted position. The deadline for candidates to file for a place on the ballot is Wednesday, September 3, 2025, so there's still time to recruit better candidates as the Christian Menefee for Congress Campaign continues to flounder and lose traction, as more people start to open their eyes and see that Menefee is nothing more than a "PUPPET" who will scratch his head, jump, skip, hop, file lawsuits, lie, connive, scheme, block public information requests, and do the "BOOTS ON THE GROUND DANCE" whenever his strings are pulled by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.

Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court, in Harris County has TWO BRONZE STAR MEDALS, a Combat Action Badge, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Global War on Terrorism, a Global War Expeditionary, an Army Commendation Medal (3OLC), Army Achievement Medal (10LC), an Overseas Ribbon, Korea Defense Service Medal, Overseas Training Ribbon, a National Defense Service Ribbon, and a Parachute Badge to his credit. SPECIAL NOTE: The appearance of Judge DaSean Jones in his military uniform and U.S. Department of Defense visual information does not imply or constitute DOD endorsement.

State Rep. Ron E. Reynolds is "GOOD FRIENDS" with Fred Taylor, the embattled Chairman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party, and Mike Doyle, the disgraced Chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party. The only difference between Fred Taylor (who is not related to me) and Mike Doyle is the color of their skin. Why are "BLACK LEADERS" like State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27) sitting back and allowing Fred Taylor to get publicly castigated, and politically lynched in Fort Bend County for trying to honor his campaign promise to bring transparency to Fort Bend?

State Rep. Ron Reynolds (second from left) and Fred Taylor, the embattled Fort Bend County Democratic Chairman who was trying to clean up Fort Bend County, have been good friends for a long time. However, interestingly, State Rep. Reynolds and other "BLACK LEADERS" are sitting by silently as Fred Taylor is publicly lambasted and politically lynched by other Democrats. Could Fred Taylor trust people who are, in essence, his enemies?

State Rep. Ron Reynolds (left) is very close friends with Mike Doyle, the embattled Harris County Democratic Party Chairman, who has totally misused and betrayed the trust of the "BLACK COMMUNITY" in favor of other ethnic groups. In contrast, Ron Reynolds and other African American leaders have sat silent.
TWENTY-THREE QUESTIONS FOR MIKE DOYLE, THE EMBATTLED CHAIRMAN OF THE HARRIS COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY, TO ANSWER...
Why did Mike Doyle move $175,682.11 that had been transferred from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee bank account to the Harris County (FEC) PAC after letting the money sit in the (FED) PAC Bank Account until the Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election was over? After the election, Mike Doyle made 12 twelve transfers from the FED PAC Bank Account to the FED Account as "ALLOCABLE AMOUNT" transfers and "LEVIN FUNDS" transfers.

What happened with that supposed $61,700.00 transaction between the Texas Democratic Party and the Harris County Democratic Party? Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, claimed under penalty of perjury that he received a $61,700.00 donation from Gilberto Hinojosa, who serves as the chairman and treasurer for the Texas Democratic Party, on the first day of "EARLY VOTING," which was 10/21/2024, in Texas. Upon expecting the "CAMPAIGN REPORTS" for the Harris County Democratic Party and the Texas Democratic Party filed on 10/28/2024, Gilberto Hinojosa did not report ever donating $61,700.00 to Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party or receiving a $61,700.00 donation from the Harris County Democratic Party.

Why is Mike Doyle the only Party Chairman in our area who took $110,000.00 from his County Executive Committee (CEC) bank account and donated it to his friend (Diane Lewis), the chairman of the Utah Democratic Party?

What did Diane Lewis, the chairman of the Utah Democratic Party, do with the $110,000.00 that Mike Doyle donated to her in two payments of $10,000.00 on 10/11/2024 and $100,000.00 on 10/15/2024, from funds given to him by Democratic Judicial Candidates? A portion of the money was spent on buying Pizza, shopping at Costco, ordering DoorDash, and purchasing tickets to the Utah branch of the NAACP's Freedom Banquet, among other things.

Who made 'crazy A$$' Eulundia Kay Shepard, the spokesperson for the Harris County Democratic Party, and gave her the right to attack people? And why is Eulundia "Kay" Shepard being paid by the four Harris County Civil Court at Law Judges as a "SPECIAL COMMISSIONER" to keep her quiet?

Why is Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, continuing to allow Eulundia "Kay" Shepard's 'crazy a$$" to continue attacking Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones?

When Judge DaSean Jones sent Mike Doyle an email a few weeks ago, why did Eulundia "Kay" Shepard respond to Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones's email rather than Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party?

Why does Mike Doyle favor members of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY" over heterosexual African American women, who have been the backbone of the Democratic Party for decades?

What happened to the over $272,500.00 that "BLACK DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES" gave to the Harris County Democratic Party during the 2024 Presidential Election season? What did Mike Doyle do to specifically benefit Black Judicial Candidates?

How was the more than $1.2 million ($1,277,486.23) given to Mike Doyle by "DEMOCRATIC DONORS" spent once Mike Doyle transferred it from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account into the Harris County Democratic Party Federal (PAC) Bank Account? How was the money spent to benefit local judicial candidates?

Why didn't Mike Doyle do anything to combat the negative "POLITICAL ATTACK ADS" aired on TV and Radio Stations during the 2024 Presidential Election? Why didn't Mike Doyle develop a counter-strategy to combat the "STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC" political attack ads?

What specifically did Mike Doyle do with the more than $50,000.00 given to him by Judge Fredericka Phillips (African American female), the presiding judge for the 61st Civil District Court? And why didn't she get a $49,000.00 donation "KICK BACK" to her campaign like Annette Ramirez, the Latino female running for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar, received in three payments?

What specifically did Mike Doyle do with the more than $40,000.00 given to him by Judge Jeralynn Manor (African American female), the presiding judge for the 80th Civil District Court? And why didn't she get a $49,000.00 donation "KICK BACK" to her campaign like Annette Ramirez, the Latino female running for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar, received in three payments?

What specifically did Mike Doyle do with the more than $30,000.00 given to him by State Rep. Senfronia Thompson (African American female), House District 141 State Representative? And why didn't she get a $49,000.00 donation "KICK BACK" to her campaign like Annette Ramirez, the Latino female running for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar, received in three payments?

What specifically did Mike Doyle do with the more than $12,000.00 given to him by Judge Ursula Hall (African American female), the presiding judge for the 165th Civil District Court? And why didn't she get a $49,000.00 donation "KICK BACK" to her campaign like Annette Ramirez, the Latino female, the Latino female running for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar, received in three payments?

What specifically did Mike Doyle do with the more than $11,000.00 given to him by Judge Elaine Palmer (African American female), the presiding judge for the 215th Civil District Court? And why didn't she get a $49,000.00 donation "KICK BACK" to her campaign like Annette Ramirez, the Latino female, the Latino female running for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar, received in three payments?

What specifically did Mike Doyle do with the more than $11,000.00 given to him by Judge Cheryl Elliott Thornton (African American female), the presiding judge for the 164th Civil District Court? And why didn't she get a $49,000.00 donation "KICK BACK" to her campaign like Annette Ramirez, the Latino female, the Latino female running for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar, received in three payments?

What specifically did Mike Doyle do with the more than $10,000.00 given to him by Judge Dawn Rogers (African American female), the presiding judge for the 334th Civil District Court? And why didn't she get a $49,000.00 donation "KICK BACK" to her campaign like Annette Ramirez, the Latino female, the Latino female running for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar, got in three payments?

Why wasn't Judge Fredericka Phillips, Judge Jeralynn Manor, State Rep. Senfronia Thompson, Judge Ursula Hall, Judge Elaine Palmer, Judge Cheryl Elliott Thornton, or Judge Dawn Rogers chosen to be one of the faces of the "2024 VICTORY CAMPAIGN" over Lauren Ashley Simmons, a member of the "LGBTQ+ Community who didn't pay anything directly into the HCDP coordinated campaign? Mike Doyle should be asked what State Rep. Lauren Ashley Simmons paid into the 2024 Coordinated Campaign.

Why wasn't Judge Jeralynn Manor, Judge Fredericka Phillips, State Rep. Senfronia Thompson, Judge Ursula Hall, Judge Elaine Palmer, Judge Cheryl Elliott Thornton, or Judge Dawn Rogers chosen to be one of the faces of the "2024 VICTORY CAMPAIGN" over State Senator Molly Cook, a member of the "LGBTQ+ Community who didn't pay anything directly into the coordinated campaign? Mike Doyle should be asked what State Senator Molly Cook paid into the 2024 Coordinated Campaign.

Why did Mike Doyle take $10,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and donate the $10,000.00 to the Annette Ramirez for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar Campaign on 10/31/2024 (Thursday, October 31, 2024), which was only one day before "EARLY VOTING," was ending on Friday, November 1, 2024, in Harris County, Texas? What kind of sense did it make for the Harris County Democratic Party to donate $10,000.00 to Annette Ramirez's Campaign a day before "EARLY VOTING" was scheduled to end?

Why did Mike Doyle turn around and give $17,000.00 to Annette Ramirez for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar on 10/31/2024 (Thursday, October 31, 2024) after he had already given her $10,000.00 on the same day? What kind of sense did it make for Mike Doyle to donate $27,000.00 to Annette Ramirez's Campaign the day before "EARLY VOTING" ended on Friday, November 1, 2024, in Harris County, Texas?

Why did Mike Doyle give Annette Ramirez for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar another $22,000.00 on 11/08/2024 (Friday, November 8, 2024), which was three days after the Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election was already over?

County Tax Assessor-Collector Annette Ramirez was given a free ride for most of the way at the expense of local "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" who paid into the "VICTORY 2024 CAMPAIGN." However, Annette Ramirez did $29,329.00 in late October, which was strange. For all intents and purposes, Mike Doyle and the Harris County Democratic Party favored Annette Ramirez over Judge Fredericka Phillips, who donated $47,000.00, and Judge Jeralynn Manor, who donated $44,500.00 and used their donated money to promote Annette Ramirez as the face of the Harris County Democratic Party, instead of them.

CONCERNING DONATIONS...
On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $10,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign. Remember, the "EARLY VOTING PERIOD" ended on Friday, November 1, 2024, in Harris County, Texas. So why did Mike Doyle donate $10,000.00 to Annette Ramirez for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar on Thursday, October 31, 2024, the day before the end of Early Voting? Why?

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $17,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign. Why?

On 11/08/2024, Mike Doyle took $22,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign. Remember, the 2024 Presidential Election ended on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, and Mike Doyle donated $22,000.00 to the Annette Ramirez Campaign for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar three days after Election Day. Why?

Why did Mike Doyle give the Annette Ramirez Campaign $49,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account to promote her campaign out of money that was given to him by "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" and other Democratic candidates?

Kay Shepard is 'bat $hit crazy' and has no business in local politics. It is unclear if Eulundia "Kay" Shepard was paid to stalk me (Aubrey R. Taylor) at the courthouse or wage her short-lived war against Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 18th Criminal District Court. However, this 'coo-coo for coco puffs lunatic" has no business berating and badgering her fellow Democrats. It wasn't enough that Kay Shepard allegedly stalked and sexually harassed former State Rep. Shawn Theirry and spread lies about Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones; she now believes that she has the moxie to talk crap and send out emails about me. She hasn't sent out any lately, after I exposed her relationship with several local Democratic (CIVIL COURT AT LAW JUDGES), and how they kept her afloat by giving Kay Shepard appointments as a Special Commissioner for their courts. Still, time will tell if she's crazy enough to keep up her antics.

Eulundia "Kay" Shepard filed a lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party on Friday, October 2, 2020, to force the HCDP to open up their books and be more transparent. Shortly after filing her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, Kay Shepard was made a "SPECIAL COMMISSIONER" and began receiving appointments from the Democrat County Civil Court at Law judges. It is unclear now if the taxpayer money she has been given was to buy her silence. At this point, I don't believe Judge Jim Kovach or Judge LaShawn Williams would engage in corruption or use taxpayer dollars to buy the silence of Kay Shepard, but only time will tell.

STRONGARMING THE HCDP…
A few months after Kay Shepard filed her lawsuit against the Harris County Democratic Party, she began getting assignments to act as a “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER” for local Harris County Civil Court at Law Courts. To date, Eulundia “Kay” Shepard has received more than (50) fifty appointments as a “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER,” using taxpayer dollars, which is why Eulundia “Kay” Shepard is acting as the attack dog for Mike Doyle and is available at the beck and call of a small group of Democratic judges.

JUDGES FUNDING KAY SHEPARD…
If you take a moment to search through the campaign finance reports for the Harris County Democratic Party, you will not find the name of Eulundia “Kay” Shepard as receiving any money as a consultant, attack dog, henchman, or anything of that nature.
Search the “VENDOR PORTAL” for the Harris County Auditor’s Office. You will discover that Kay Shepard is getting paid with taxpayer dollars in connection to the “SPECIAL COMMISSIONER APPOINTMENTS” she’s getting from Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans (County Civil Court at Law No. 1), Judge Jim F. Kovach (Count Civil Court at Law No. 2), Judge LaShawn A. Williams (County Civil Court at Law No. 3), Judge Manpreet Monica Singh, the presiding judge for County Civil Court at Law No. 3), all Democrats.

TAXPAYER DOLLARS PAID TO KAY…
On 2/6/2025 – Eulandia “Kay” Shepard was paid $1,000.00, according to the Harris County Auditor’s Office. (Payment Number: 0004014479)
