Vivian King Must Never Become a Judge; Lina Is Right About Kim Ogg; Gerald Womack and Gary Wade Are Criminals

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (bottom second from right) and State Rep. Ron Reynolds (bottom right) are public servants unafraid to speak truth to power. Last week, County Judge Hidalgo called former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg a ‘dirty cop’ and she was right. Kim Ogg used her power as a DA to wrongfully wage war on her political rivals. Vivian King (top second from left), a dirty former prosecutor, BAR CARD #00784399, has been eligible to practice law in Texas since Friday, November 6, 1992, and she’s board-certified but may not be for long. Vivian King is a stone-cold criminal and pathological liar. According to a former judge at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals (Michelle Slaughter), Vivian King is “NOT CREDIBLE” and exhibits egregious behavior as an officer of the court. ON THE LOCAL FRONT… One of Constable James “Smokie” Phillips’s Precinct 7 Deputies got arrested yesterday (Wednesday, February 12, 2025) for stealing from Walmart, exhibiting the same criminal tendencies Vivian King and Gerald Womack’s “ALLEGED ENFORCER” put on full display when he got arrested and convicted for stealing Pergo flooring from Home Depot Stores a few years ago. ON THE NATIONAL FRONT… President Donald Trump’s approval rating among Black men has skyrocketed to over 42%, and his overall job approval rating is over 70%, which is astonishing.

Vivian King (top), Gerald Womack (bottom left), and Gary Wade (bottom right) are three criminals who are bad for the Black community. Criminal District Court Judges have the responsibility of deciding death penalty cases, and therefore, should be reserved for people with integrity, high moral standards, and expertise, not criminal-minded scoundrels like Vivian King, BAR CARD #00784399, who is an 'alleged drunk' who was caught on tape assaulting her ex-husband, and then allegedly tried to have him arrested for assaulting her, which is a criminal act. As for Gerald Womack, he has run a highly sophisticated "ILLEGAL BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATION" out of his 4412 Almeda Road, Houston, Texas 77004, address for decades. It can be proven that Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, hired Gloria Palmer, aka 'Gloria Blake' who stole the identities of "DEAD BLACK VOTERS" and then forged signatures purported to be those of the deceased individuals to obtain "ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS," during the 2020 Democratic Party Primary. Once the fraudulent acts were committed by Gloria Palmer and her associates, the "FORGED DOCUMENTS" were placed inside U.S. Postal Service boxes with postage paid for by Gerald Womack and mailed to the Harris County Clerk's Office.

Vivian King's alleged enforcer [GARY WADE] has one of the most extended rap sheets in America; a few years ago, an investigator for Home Depot witnessed [GARY WADE] enter the store, go to the flooring department, load a lumber cart with nine boxes of Pergo flooring, take the cart to the refund registers, and exit the store, leaving the cart next to the refund register. [GARY WADE] reentered the store two or three minutes later with a shopping basket that contained store merchandise. [GARY WADE] took the cart he had left in the store with the Pergo flooring and the shopping basket to the refund register and obtained a store credit card for the merchandise and the Pergo flooring. After [GARY WADE] received the store credit gift card, [THE INVESTIGATOR] confronted him, took him to the manager's office, and notified the Houston Police Department, who came and arrested him. Ultimately, Wade was charged and convicted of stealing the merchandise.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg gave "POLITICAL OPERATIVE" Pastor Terrance Hall a contract to go out and install "RING DOORBELL CAMERAS" at the home of senior citizens on Monday, October 14, 2024, which was one week before the start of "EARLY VOTING" which began on Monday, October 21, 2024, in Harris County, Texas. It is unclear at this time if the taxpayer money paid to Pastor Terrance Hall was for installing the safety devices or to use his influence to help DA Ogg's chief of staff, Vivian King, win her bid to become the presiding judge for the 486th Criminal District Court, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Harris County, Texas.

On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, which was only two days before "EARLY VOTING" ended on Friday, November 1, 2024, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg made Pastor Terrance Hall one of her "COMMUNITY PARTNERS" by giving him a special award in a ceremony she held. Why did the Harris County District Attorney's Office spend so much time promoting Pastor Terrance Hall during the "EARLY VOTING" period?

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (left) has made a lot of enemies since she was elected as one of the most powerful women in Texas. She's still young and has much to learn, but her courage is admirable and inspiring to other young Latino women. It took a lot of guts for County Judge Hidalgo to call former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg a "dirty cop," but she did it. State Rep. Ron Reynolds is one of the most courageous men I know. If you remember, after President Joe Biden lost the first debate to Trump, state Rep. Ron Reynolds (right) immediately took to the airwaves, calling for Biden to step aside and abandon his re-election bid. Like him or not, there's nothing soft about State Rep. Ron Reynolds, who has proven himself to have grit, determination, intestinal fortitude, a backbone, a strong wrist, and the heart of a tiger.

State Rep. Ron Reynolds (left) has traveled a tough road to reclaim his good name. Anyone who can win a re-election bid from behind bars is owed respect. As a testament to the love his constituents have for him, State Rep. Reynolds has been continuously re-elected as the House District 27 State Representative for Fort Bend County. As for Mike Doyle (right), the joker holding the blue folder, his days serving as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman are numbered. At some point, African Americans are going to wake up and realize that Mike Doyle has racist tendencies and does not care about "BLACK JUDGES," who are under siege in Harris County, Texas.

Vivian King Must Never Become a Judge; Lina Is Right About Kim Ogg; Gerald Womack and Gary Wade Are Criminals

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Yesterday, Wednesday, February 12, 2025, a Precinct 7 Constable Deputy named Perry Wesley, working under newly-elected Precinct 7 Constable James “Smokie” Phillips, was arrested inside the Precinct 7 Constable’s Office.

Deputy Constable Wesley is placed on leave with pay as his case is being investigated by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

According to Constable James “Smokie” Phillips, his deputy was stealing items from local Walmart Stores. “Some items include a phone charger, which I’ve read, dog food, antifreeze, different items throughout the store, and personal items.”

I’m like Constable Phillips, why would Deputy Wesley be stealing dog food? I guess, the same way, Gary Wade, the protector for Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, and spokesman for former First Assistant District Attorney Vivian King was strolling into Home Depot Stores stealing Pergo flooring a few years ago.

On January 13, 2002, an investigator for Home Depot witnessed [GARY WADE] enter the store, go to the flooring department, load a lumber cart with nine boxes of Pergo flooring, take the cart to the refund registers, and exit the store, leaving the cart next to the refund register.

As for Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, he hired criminal “BALLOT HARVESTERS” for decades to work political campaigns for the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and other local officials.

In some cases, Gerald Womack's “BALLOT HARVESTERS” stole the identities of dead Black voters, forged their signatures on “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS,” and stuck those fraudulent documents into the U.S. Postal Service, committing federal mail fraud.

Vivian King, who desires to become a judge, would protect and shield her criminal allies from the bench if she ever became a judge. However, by the grace of God, the voters of Harris County, Texas, proved themselves to be much wiser than people realize.

A PARDIGM SHIFT IS COMING TO TEXAS…

The notion that all Democrats are good and all Republicans are evil is something straight from the pit of hell. I have very close friends who are Democrats, and I have people I love dearly and admire who are members of “THE GOP,” which to me means “The Greater Opportunity Party.”

Yep, I know that “THE GOP” stands for “The Grand Old Party,” but I’m using my creative license to improvise today.

Listen. A “PARDIGM SHIFT” is occurring right before our eyes in America. Like him or not, President Donald J. Trump’s approval rating is skyrocketing with Black men from all walks of life – that’s a fact that can’t be denied.

One of the things “BLACK MEN” love most about President Trump is that he’s authentic, and we don’t have to try and figure out who he is or what he’s about when it comes to his thinking patterns and commitment to his supporters.

President Trump is a ‘man’s man’ and I think “BLACK MEN” can relate to him even more than they related to former President Barack Obama in many regards.

If you remember, President Obama opened the floodgates that pushed the Democratic Party too far to the left on some social issues, which President Trump is reversing using Executive Orders.

STANDING IN THE GAP FOR BLACK MEN…

The other day, President Trump had his Department of Justice (DOJ) drop the bogus charges filed against Mayor Eric Adams (Democrat), the current Mayor of New York, levied against him by former President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice.

Listen. President Trump has a lot in common with Black men, and he’s relatable in many regards. A new Cygnal poll suggests that “black men love Trump.”

Yes. You heard me right. There’s a new poll out that suggests 42% of “BLACK MEN” approve of the job President Donald Trump is doing through his first few weeks in office – Black men love Trump – that’s a fact.

To make matters even more daunting for Democrats heading into the 2026 Midterm Election and 2028 Presidential Election, an astonishing 70% of Americans think President Donald Trump is doing what he promised, placing Democrats in a difficult position on the local, statewide, and national levels.

REFORM THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM…

An existential threat to “BLACK MEN” and our futures is the fact that for generations, we’ve experienced what President Donald J. Trump has experienced up close and personal, which is a weaponization of the criminal justice system in America.

Black men are getting wrongfully convicted of crimes they didn’t commit at rates that are alarming and unbelievable. And for this to still be going on in 2025, there have to be more folks involved in this than “WHITE PEOPLE” to make these injustices work seamlessly.

The vast majority of the people who have been exonerated from death row in states across America are either Black or Latinx, with the lion’s share of the death row exonerees being Black men – which is a serious problem.

Nearly 60% of the people that the Innocence Project has helped to free or exonerate since 1992 are Black – why is that?

I bet you didn’t know that police investigatory practices such as using deception in their interrogations and threatening witnesses and the people being accused are practices that led to many of the wrongfully convicted Black men pleading guilty to crimes that they didn’t commit.

“The cases of Black people exonerated from murder convictions are 50% more likely to involve police misconduct than those of white people exonerated from murder convictions,” according to the Innocence Project.

DIRTY PROSECUTORS ARE A PROBLEM…

When it comes to a “DIRTY PROSECUTOR,” the first name that comes to my mind is Vivian King, who is no stranger to violating the law and the professional code of ethics she was sworn to uphold as an officer of the court.

I know the horrors of running afoul of Vivian King all too well. So, when I tell you that this woman has no business practicing law or serving as a member of the judiciary – believe me.

Over the past couple of years, I have been closely monitoring Vivian King, and I can assure you that she’s a snake. Based on my observation, Vivian King is a rotten old lady who is very envious of many of the younger sitting African American Judges.

On top of being envious of the members of “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” and other African American female judges elected to local benches since the 2018 Midterm Election, Vivian King used her position at the DA’s Office to work against Black Judges actively, every chance she got.

Now classified as a senior citizen, Vivian King, 66, can’t keep a man. She went to Las Vegas a couple of years ago and hastily married former professional prizefighter turned businessman Eric Carr, nearly 20 years younger than her, and then (according to Carr) allegedly abused and mistreated him in drunken stupors and angry rants.

In short, Vivian King, the former chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, is a lying, conniving snake in the grass. That said, this woman should not be confused with the other Honorable “AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALES” who will be present on the ballot in the upcoming 2026 Midterms and 2028 Presidential Election if she decides to run for a judicial bench again.

After the 2028 Presidential Election, Vivian King will be too old to run for a judicial bench again in Texas. However, she might not be able to run again (anyway) if she no longer has a BAR CARD, but that’s a story for another day.

I recently read a story on Houston Watch entitled, “Email Shows Ogg Chief Using County Resources to Aid Private Org Facing Audit.” This article talked about how Vivian King while serving as the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, used her official email and signature symbol while on the taxpayer’s dime to help “CRIME STOPPERS” stonewall the investigation into its finances.

To make matters worse, on Friday, June 10, 2022, when Vivian King intervened in the “CRIME STOPPERS” matter, she was serving on the Board of Directors for Crime Stoppers and simultaneously working in the District Attorney’s Office as Kim Ogg’s chief of staff, which is a serious conflict of interest.

Remember, local African American female judges were under fierce attacks during the “2022 MIDTERM ELECTIONS,” and Vivian King was lurking behind the scenes as a Board Member of Crime Stoppers – that’s a fact.

A LOWDOWN DIRTY SCOUNDREL…

A few months ago, when I called former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff Vivian King a “SKANK,” it upset a few people like career criminal Gary Wade, a ‘wannabe gangster’ yet to be rehabilitated.

In hindsight, instead of calling Vivian King a “SKANK,” which means that a person is disreputable and sleazy, I think I should have chosen another word – scoundrel.

Yep. The word “SCOUNDREL” is much more appropriate for Vivian King, a dishonest and unscrupulous rogue with no integrity or moral fiber inside that body of hers.

While the word “SCOUNDREL” is often used to refer to a man, in actuality, it describes a person who mistreats other people and has no moral principles – which perfectly describes Vivian King, who had the power to do good but chose to act out on her hatred of men instead.

As I write this report, it brings a vivid memory of a video of Vivian King in a drunken stupor and some audio I heard of her acting un-lady-like – if you know what I mean.

Why am I talking about Vivian King, with her lowlife self today?

Over the last week, there’s been a lot of talk about former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s tenure in office. But not enough has been said about her chief of staff (Vivian King), who ran the DA’s office – why?

Since taking over the DA’s Office, newly-elected DA Sean Teare has been on a mission to make good out of a bad situation he inherited from Kim Ogg and her hateful side-kick Vivian King.

Vivian King is so hateful that she allegedly went around Harris County, Texas, calling her boss, Kim Ogg, a racist behind her back – which was despicable.

A NEW COURSE FOR THE DA’S OFFICE…

The newly-elected Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare dropped four murder cases over the last two weeks due to insufficient evidence. Remember, these four murder cases had languished in the DA’s Office for years.

Then came the COVID-19 bid-rigging cases against County Judge Lina Hidalgo’s former staffers, who got transferred to the Texas Attorney General for prosecution. Those cases got dropped, too.

The cases against Aaron Dunn and Wallis Nader were dismissed. These two hard-working former County Judge Lina Hidalgo staffers were falsely accused of misusing official information and tampering with records.

After Dunn and Wallis were cleared, Alex Triantaphyllis, who served as County Judge Lina Hidalgo’s chief of staff, was also cleared of wrongdoing after accepting a pre-trial intervention deal with Attorney General Ken Paxton’s prosecutors.

A TRUE WOMAN OF COURAGE…

I don’t always agree with County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and I’ve criticized her many times over the years, but she’s right about former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s administration. “Kim Ogg is a dirty cop,” said County Judge Lina Hidalgo at a recent press conference courageously said so.

But Kim Ogg is nothing compared to Vivian King, her former chief of staff, who used her position to further her hatred of “BLACK MEN,” including at least one of her ex-husbands.

Yep. County Judge Lina Hidalgo was right when she declared that the investigation into her staffers was “just the end of a long line of Kim Ogg cases that wasted millions and millions of dollars, thousands and thousands of hours, against political opponents and ended with nothing.”

Something I love about Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is that she is a woman of courage. I love courageous people, and I firmly believe we don’t have enough brave people with integrity to serve in public office in Harris County, Texas.

BLACK MEN DODGED A BULLET…

One of the worst things that could have happened to “BLACK MEN” would have been Vivian King becoming the presiding judge for the 486th Criminal District Court on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the Presidential Election.

Vivian King is not judicial material – she’s not. However, this lowdown “SCOUNDREL” nearly slipped through the cracks back on November 5.

After being rejected by Harris County voters in the 2010 Midterm Election and the 2012 Presidential Election, Vivian King, by the grace of God, followed up her 2010 and 2012 losses with a resounding defeat on Tuesday, November 5, 2025, in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court, in Harris County, Texas.

In 2010, Vivian King (Democrat) challenged Judge Susan Brown for her 185th Criminal District Court bench and got trounced. Judge Susan Brown (Republican) received 426,284 votes, for 56.16% of the vote, and Vivian King only received 332,829 votes, for 43.84%, which was an abysmal showing on Vivian King’s behalf.

In 2012, Vivian King (Democrat) figured she would try to unseat a White male Republican rather than take her chances against another White female and get her tail whipped again. Judge Ryan Patrick (Republican), the presiding judge for the 177th Criminal District Court, received 570,984 votes, for 50.37% of the vote, and Vivian King, in her losing bid, only received 562,490 votes, for 49.63%

After coming close against Judge Ryan Patrick in 2012, Vivian King decided to take another shot at a White male. She decided to run against Judge Aaron Burdette (Republican) on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the race for District Judge, 486th Criminal District Court, and again came up on the losing end.

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Judge Aaron Burdette, a Republican, received 730,432 votes for 50.42% of the vote, and Vivian King, the Democrat, only received 718,252 votes for 49.58%.

NOT GOOD FOR BLACK PEOPLE…

As it stands, “BLACK DEMOCRAT FEMALE JUDGES” must not allow Vivian King to enter their ranks and run along beside them in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election or 2028 Presidential Election under any circumstances.

As for African American voters, the practice of “SYMBOLIC VOTING” must cease at once. The practice of voting for people primarily because of their stated political party affiliations has not worked in the best interest of the Black community. Vivian King is a perfect example of a corrupt “BLACK WOMAN” who nearly became a judge on the coattails of honorable “BLACK WOMEN” by using her blackness and stated political affiliation as a Democrat as a lure, which could have had deadly consequences for Black men – that’s a fact.

Don’t forget, a few years ago, a sitting justice called Vivian King’s credibility into question for her failure to perform the duties she promised a client of hers. The Justice I’m referring to accused Vivian King of lying to the court and called her actions egregious.

Vivian King, BARD Card #00784399, has been eligible to practice law in Texas since Friday, November 6, 1992, and she’s board-certified, but she may not be for long.

Gary Wade, a career criminal, is 67 and still trying to muscle, intimidate, and play like a tough guy. His rap sheet is a mile long, and he's not rehabilitated or reformed in any way, shape, or form. That said, it is not clear why this henchman for Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, have turned to a potential former drug dealer or crackhead to muscle (ME) Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor.

Tami C. Pierce (left) and her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, have a loving marital relationship that they've shared for more than 22 years. For the most part, before Tami C. Pierce threw her hat into the political ring, she and her wife Stephanie lived a quiet, peaceful life, staying to themselves and out of politics. However, today, a small group of (DINOs), "Democrats in Name Only," and (RINOs), "Republicans in Name Only," have allied themselves together and embraced Tami C. Pierce's campaign for the 180th Criminal District Court as part of a grander scheme to purge "BLACK JUDGES" from local judicial benches in Harris County, Texas. Kay Shepard, who is suspected of being a closet member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY," is acting as the 'attack dog' for Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, who also favors "LGBTQ+ WOMEN AND MEN," over "HETEROSEXUAL MEN AND WOMEN," as proven by his recent actions. It appears that Kay Shepard, in her twisted mind and vexed spirit, believes that she is helping her fellow "LGBTQ+ SISTERS"  and a more significant cause by working to defeat Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones. By definition, a heterosexual person is someone who is exclusively sexually or romantically attracted to someone of the opposite sex; after having her sexual advances allegedly rebuffed by State Rep. Shawn Thierry at an event, Kay Shepard began to attack her (State Rep. Thierry) profusely and oppose her politically as well.

General Merrick Garland chose Judge Erica Hughes to serve as an Immigration Judge, where she will preside over cases beginning in January 2022. In addition to this new role, Judge Erica Hughes has been an esteemed member of the U.S. Army National Guard of Texas in Austin since 2016, serving as a Judge Advocate. On January 1, 2025, Judge Erica Hughes, after being called an animal by an "LGBTQ ATTORNEY." named Ben L. Aderholt and unqualified by fellow judges from within her own party, will take the bench as the presiding judge for the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Erica Hughes is pictured above with State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court.

Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. Finch will be in the fight of their political lives as Democrats are already contemplating challenging the (26) twenty-six "AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES" who are up for re-election in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election for Harris County, Texas. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.

There are (68) Sixty-Eight Local Benches to Choose From in the 2026 Midterms
