Odus Evbagharu, Borris, Camille, and Others Wanted in On the Action; Odus Must Be Voted Out in the 2024 Democrat Primary

Odus Evbagharu (center between his parents), the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman, and Camille Foster (bottom right) were both a part of a plan/plot to create a Political Action Committee called "BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC" to cash in on the money that's expected to flow through Texas during the 2022 Midterm Election cycle, and the 2024 Presidential Election cycle. Now, just for the record, at the time the "BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC" was being created, Odus Evbagharu was/is the chief of staff for "Democrat" State Rep. Jon Rosenthal, and Camille Foster was/is the chief of staff for Senator Borris L. Miles. However, the two aborted their plan to cash in on the money flow after former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler uncovered their plot.

The man you see in the middle of these two Democratic women is John Robert Behrman. Now, John Robert Behrman was forced to resign his position as the Executive Committeeman for Precinct #39 – with the Harris County Democratic Party, for what some Democrats called racist comments he made about Odus Evbagharu, a Nigerian immigrant (who claims to be a British/American citizen), prior to Odus Evbagharu being selected to succeed Lillie Schechter as chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party.

WARNING WAS IGNORED

John Robert Behrman was forced to resign his position as the Executive Committeeman for Precinct #39 – with the Harris County Democratic Party, for what some Democrats called racist comments he made about Odus Evbagharu, a Nigerian immigrant (who claims to be a British/American citizen), prior to Odus Evbagharu being selected as the HCDP Chairman.

“I doubt either of Lillie’s Nigerians will be inspirational or even competent leaders,” said John Robert Behrman. And he was right on point. Odus Evbagharu is the worst thing that has ever happened to the Harris County Democratic Party, in many respects.

----------------------------------------

Truer words have never been spoken. Remember those emails where John Robert Berhman said, ”Having gained solid majorities in municipal and county government. I am surprised that Democrats in Harris County are toying with the extinction of their own party, turning it over to Lillie Schechter’s Nigerians.”

----------------------------------------

John Robert Berhman went on to say, “I find it disturbing but not that surprising that Lillie Schechter is delivering two Nigerian Immigrants as her successors as Chair of the Harris County Democratic Party to be elected at the June 27 meeting. This meeting is scheduled to be chaired by one of her sycophants, the ever-feckless Rose Salas.” Again, Robert Berhman was right on point about Odus Evbagharu, and his ability to lead the Harris County Democratic Party.

So, when you get right down to it, Odus Evbagharu must be ousted from his leadership position with the Harris County Democratic Party. If he doesn't resign, this incompetent dude must be voted out of office in the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary Election.

Someone must step up to the plate and run against Odus Evbagharu by signing up between Saturday, November 12, 2023, and the close on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 6:00 PM.

Odus Evbagharu (left), the Chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, was serving as the chief of staff for "Democrat" State Rep. Jon Rosenthal (HD-135), in Texas when my investigative team got hot on his tracks. Odus Evbagharu and Camille Foster (right) who serves as the chief of staff for state Senator Borris L. Miles (Senate District 13) in Texas were found to be up to something no good.

THE SHELL GAME

So, just for the record, the filing number for the “BUILDING BLACK BETTER PAC” is 0803916472 – according to public records. In case you’re wondering, the filing office link number is 1809791335 – just for the record. And the “STATE TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER” that was used to form the “BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC” is 32077604760 – just for the record. That being said, Odus Evbagharu and Camille Foster, were about to play a "SERIOUS SHELL GAME" that included moving some serious money around in Harris County, Texas before my investigative team, got hot on their tracks.

The "BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC" was going to be governed by Odus Evbagharu, Rumen Evbagharu, and Camille Foster until their plot was uncovered by former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler before they could get the money flowing to their Political Action Committee, and then possibly to other local political party bosses in Harris County, Texas.

Camille Foster, the chief of staff for state Senator Borris L. Miles, and Odus Evbagharu, the chief of staff for State Rep. Jon Rosenthal incorporated their Political Action Committee called "BUILD BLACK BETTER PAC" back on, Friday, January 8, 2021. So, just for the record, the filing number for the “BUILDING BLACK BETTER PAC” is 0803916472 – according to public records. In case you’re wondering, the filing office link number is 1809791335 – just for the record. And the “STATE TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER” that was used to form the “BUILD BLACK BETTER PACT” is 32077604760 – just for the record. However, once my lead private investigator, Charles "Chuck" Marler, a former FBI Investigative Specialist alerted me to their plan, I immediately published a special report on their plot, and they abandoned it.

Camille Foster is currently the chief of staff for state Senator Borris L. Miles. However, she and Odus Evbagharu, who was serving as the chief of staff for State Rep. Jon Rosenthal hatched a plan to get in on the "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE GAME" back prior to Odus Evbagharu becoming the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman. What you have to remember about the position of Harris County Democratic Party Chairman is that it's an "UNPAID" position.

State Senator Borris L. Miles believes in his mind, that he's some sort of "POLITICAL GODFATHER" and the son of Sunnyside, the historic Black neighborhood where he grew up. Now, as of late, state Senator Miles has been doing a pretty good job fighting for his constituents. However, in the past, He was considered to be a shadowy figure that wielded his power with an iron fist.

Black Democrat Judges Are Under Siege From Inside the HCDP; Odus Evbagharu Must Be Voted Out As Democratic Party Chair

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

What the murder of Tyre Nichols in Memphis shows America is that “MY PEOPLE” still have a long way to go, as we continue to fight for equality, justice, and fair treatment when it comes to matters related to criminal justice, civil rights, and police brutality.

Isn’t it ironic that right before we begin to celebrate the 2023 installment of “BLACK HISTORY MONTH” we’re now dealing with another incident related to police brutality? But only this time, it’s at the hands of Black police officers? Whether we’re talking about Tyre Nichols, in 2023, in Memphis, Tennessee, George Floyd, back in 2020, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, or Rodney King back in 1991, in Los Angeles California, history is continuing to repeat itself whereas Black and Law Enforcement is concerned.

If we aren’t careful, we’re going to find ourselves in the middle of a civil war in the very near future. If you look at states like California, Latino and Black gangs are at war for turf right now. So, it won’t be long before those gang wars will be taking place right here in Houston, Texas.

Where am I going with this? Well, I’m glad you asked.

We also have wars of a different nature on the horizon that we need to be deeply concerned about. Political wars are just as bad as gang wars if you ask me. And trust me when I tell you that there’s one brewing in Harris County, Texas.

"THE HONEST TRUTH."

Until recently, there weren’t any Black judges sitting on judicial benches in Harris County, Texas. And there certainly weren’t any “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” presiding over courtrooms in the third largest county in America.

If you aren’t aware, back during the 1990s, many of the local judges, in Harris County, Texas didn’t have much compassion for “MY PEOPLE” who unfortunately had to appear before them in Harris County courtrooms – that’s the ugly truth.

Now, if you fast-forward to today, many local judges have gone too far in the battle to shift things in the other direction. We’ve gone from being “TOUGH ON CRIME” to giving “VIOLENT CRIMINALS” get-out-of-jail-free cards.

"CORRECTIVE ACTION."

We must endeavor to take politics out of the crime debate. And before “THE 2024 PRIMARY BALLOTS” are set on Monday, December 11, 2023, we must pull the layers back on the whole “CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM” thing and get to the root cause of the violent crime epidemic.

When you get right down to it, times are changing in America. So, who we elect to family, criminal, and civil court benches on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the Presidential Election is just as important as who we elect in the race for president of the United States. That being said, in some ways, Harris County courtrooms have morphed into places where people can go to grind political axes, and exact revenge on their political rivals – that’s the honest truth.

I’m not dogging any current Democrat judge, except for Judge Josh Hill at this point. Why? Well, we can’t afford to elect any more judges (like Josh Hill) to the bench who will let criminals with (8) eight prior convictions out of jail with a $1 bond.

What Judge Josh Hill, did last week, in the 232nd Criminal District Court was wrong on a whole bunch of different levels, in my opinion. From what I’ve gathered, Judge Josh Hill’s reasoning behind why he gave Aubrey Taylor (not me), a $1 bond was to push back against a law that was that he was ‘thumbing his nose’ at a law that was passed during the 87th Legislative Session, that basically attempted to deal with the (PR) bond problem, or “PERSONAL RECONNAISSANCE BONDS” in the state of Texas.

Judge Josh Hill’s answer to a problem with a law that he didn’t like, was to ‘possibly’ put an innocent victim’s life in danger? What he did was give a $1 bond, to a man who had (8) eight prior convictions, and who had been arrested again back on January 18, 2022, for violating orders and threatening the victim one of his victims. How does that help Aubrey Taylor (not me), or protect his ‘alleged’ victim?

“PATHWAY FORWARD.”

We must discontinue the practice of electing judges for symbolic reasons. But even with that said, we must find a way to make sure that the candidates we elect to “JUDICIAL BENCHES” are a reflection of the local community at large, in Harris County, Texas. And we must also find a way to make sure that we assist Hispanic judicial candidates from both sides of the aisle in their quest to gain greater representation as presiding judges in Harris County, and at Houston City Hall. However, will doing so, we must make sure that it isn’t at the expense of removing qualified judges who are doing a good job from local benches.

So, as we begin to transition into the Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election, and the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic and Republican primaries, we must approach these upcoming elections with greater awareness and sensitivity when dealing with the racial component of local politics, as several different ethnic groups jockey for position.

“PARADIGM SHIFT.”

If you look back at the Tuesday, November 6, 2018, Midterm Election, those (19) nineteen Black women called “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” caused a “PARADIGM SHIFT” of sorts to take place in local Harris County, Texas politics. But, winning all those judicial benches, scared some folks, and sent shockwaves through Harris County, in many regards.

Now, what you see playing out in local politics are groups forming to covertly (and quietly) purge African Americans from local judicial benches.

You don’t have to take my word for it, but groups like the Clubs in Action, PAC, are on a mission. Tania K. Ingram, Erik Manning, Adrian Ozuna, Odus Evbagharu, chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party, and his predecessor Lillie Schechter, who owns Bayou Strategies are not working in the best interest of Black judicial candidates, or Black judges, from what I can see.

What the Clubs in Action, PAC, did during the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election was ‘uniquely’ position the Harris County Democratic Party for a future that doesn’t include Blacks in it – a future where Blacks are no longer needed to win local countywide elections.

The Clubs in Action, PAC, from what I can see, appears to be a ‘direct’ frontal assault, aimed at ushering in a fundamental change, in the mindset of Democratic voters where African Americans are concerned. How do I know? Well, to get a better understanding of what I’m talking about, all you have to do is look back at the candidates (from both sides of the political aisle) who “BLACK JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” have been defeating, in “COUNTYWIDE CONTESTED RACES” over the course of the last few election cycles.
