Gary Wade, based on his continued harassment by email, is not reformed, rehabilitated, or able to function in a civilized society, which is why he was selected as the henchman to come after me by his longtime friends (by his admission), Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and her mortgage broker Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors. Gary Wade's taunting and intimidation tactics hit a fever pitch after Vivian King was subpoenaed and forced to take the stand in a hearing between (ME) Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor and Gerald Womack on Monday, November 4, 2024, for which Womack is dodging service.
Gary Wade, a career criminal, is 67 and still trying to muscle, intimidate, and play like a tough guy. His rap sheet is a mile long, and he's not rehabilitated or reformed in any way, shape, or form. That said, it is not clear why this henchman for Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, have turned to a potential former drug dealer or crackhead to muscle (ME) Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor.

State Senator Borris L. Miles Has Been Excluded As a Suspect in Gary Wade’s Plot to Intimidate and Bully Aubrey
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Thanks to former professional prizefighter Eric Carr and State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), a phone conference occurred on (Friday, December 13, 2024) between State Senator Borris L. Miles and me to discuss our ongoing investigation into Gary Wade.
According to State Senator Borris Miles, he is not involved in Gary Wade’s plot to harass, bully, and intimidate me in any way, shape, or form. The conversation between myself, State Senator Borris L. Miles, former prizefighter Eric Carr, Ralph Cooper, and hall of fame sports broadcaster lasted about 30 minutes.
Hall of Fame sports broadcaster Ralph Cooper was involved in the conversation because all parties highly respected him. He is a straight shooter who isn’t afraid to tell the truth.
Cooper was also a party to the conversation because he began his career as a journalist at the Houston Forward Times newspaper decades ago and has extensive experience covering community issues.
Early in his career, Cooper cut his teeth covering stories downtown in Harris County Courts the jails, and eventually evolved into covering junior high school sports.
Ralph Cooper can be listened to daily on KCOH 1230, the SOURCE. With Cooper and Carr’s help, the phone conference was a success, and State Senator Borris L. Miles was removed from the list of suspects believed to be behind Gary Wade’s plot to bully, harass, and intimidate me.
With the removal of State Senator Miles as a suspect, Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and Vivian King’s mortgage broker, Gerald Womack, the owner of Womack Development & Investment Realtors, are the two prime suspects behind Gary Wade’s plot against me.
“LEAD INVESTIGATOR.”
Since I’m not sure if I’m dealing with a former drug dealer or crackhead, I’m taking Gary Wade’s threats very seriously. As a result, I asked former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles “Chuck” Maler to look into Gary Wade and assess “THE THREAT LEVEL” of this self-proclaimed henchman.
Charles (Chuck) F. Marler is a Private Investigator in Houston, Texas. He has been a PI since 2008 and has worked on civil and criminal cases, including million-dollar lawsuits, workman’s compensation claims, child custody, cheating spouses, criminal defense, kidnappings, and murder. Before working as a PI, Marler worked for 16 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigations as an Investigative Specialist, working on significant cases and conducting undercover surveillance on drug cartels, terrorists, and espionage targets. As a PI, Marler has successfully closed thousands of cases and secured confessions from numerous individuals, including having three individuals confess to murder.
“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
We cannot have crackheads and former drug dealers running around Harris County, Texas, threatening, harassing and intimidating people. I’m not sure if Gary Wade was a drug dealer or crackhead back in the day, but I can tell you that he was arrested with 28 grams of crack cocaine. He has friends in high places who need to be exposed.

Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. Finch will be in the fight of their political lives as Democrats are already contemplating challenging the (26) twenty-six "AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES" who are up for re-election in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election for Harris County, Texas. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
