The Strategy We're Seeing Unfold in 2022 Started Being Discussed, Plotted, and Planned Shortly After the 2018 Midterms

Lillie Schechter (far left), stepped down as the Chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party back in 2021, just like my sources told me that she would, shortly after the 2018 Midterm Election. According to my sources, Lillie Schechter wasn't pleased with the power that African Americans were wielded at the ballot box back during the 2018 Midterm Election when "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" took the world by storm and made history by electing (17) seventeen of the (19) nineteen African American women to local judicial benches in Harris County, Texas. And in the wake of the tremendous success of "THE BLACK GIRL MAGIC MOVEMENT" what many might not know is that, along with the success of the (19) Black women, and their worldwide notoriety, came, an undercurrent of animosity, jealousy, and envy from within their own political party.

These (19) nineteen Black women became targets from within their own political party shortly following the 2018 Midterm Election when they formed was called "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" and began to gain popularity in Harris County, Texas, and other places across the world. And when (17) seventeen of these (19) nineteen Black women went on to handily defeat their Republican counterparts, anger, and vitriol began to spread through Harris County, Texas like wildfire. And it is this undercurrent of disdain for these women that political foes formed "POLITICAL ALLIANCES" aimed at purging Harris County, Texas of some of these "AFRICAN AMERICAN JUDGES" in the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election, in Harris County, Texas.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, the Commissioner for "PRECINCT ONE" is by far the most powerful man in local politics. And his power and campaign coffers have afforded him the ability to control almost every facet of local government, as he's making himself, and other "ELECTED OFFICIALS" who are aligned with him very wealthy. That said, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has uniquely positioned himself through the formation of alliances that transcend political party boundaries.

Lillie Schechter was the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party back during the beginning stages of what's now beginning to look a lot like a renaissance of sorts, as it pertains to African American down-ballot political dominance. That said, Lillie Schechter, from what I understand, was not too please with the fact that Black (Democratic Female Candidates) were unseating so many LGBTQ and White males judges in the wake of their growing popularity and success that began with "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" phenomenon in Harris County Elections.

Judge Ramona Franklin (338th Criminal District Court), Judge Hazel B. Jones (174th Criminal District Court), and Judge Nikita Harmon (176th Criminal District Court) are three of the Black female Judges who've come under attack by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and their cronies, like the Texas Organizing Project, a Democratic group that funded by Commissioner Rodney Ellis."

Black Felony Court Judges Are Being Attacked by (TOP) a Democrat Group Funded by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Black Judges are going to get hit from the right and the left in the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election. And the fight intensified with the release of "HARRIS COUNTY FELONY PRETRIAL DETENTION REPORT" which was put together by (TOP) The Texas Organizing Project and some group called The Center for Justice & Equity. That said, according to their website, "The Texas Center for Justice and Equity (TCJE) advances solutions and builds coalitions to end mass incarceration and foster safer Texas communities. (CLICK HERE) for more information about this organization.

RODNEY PAID TOP $250,000

For those of you who don't know, in the run-up to the 2020 Presidential Election, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated well over $250,000 dollars to (TOP) Texas Organizing Project to help push their plan to strip power away from White people and give it to his hand-picked Black and Latino candidates throughout the state of Texas. So, for the record, I am totally against this evil and sinister plan.

COORDINATED ATTACK

Don't buy the lie that it's the Black female judges who were elected back during the 2018 Midterm Elections who are letting all of these violent criminals loose on the streets of Harris County, Texas. Why? Well, if you look at the report below, you will see that Judge Ramona Franklin, Judge Hazel B. Jones, Judge Nikita Harmon, and Judge Lori Chambers Gray (all Black Female Judges) appeared at one point to be pushing back against the dangerous bail practices that are continuing to cost citizens of Harris County, Texas their lives.

DEADLY BAIL PRACTICES

Just for the record, these deadly bail practices that are costing Harris County residents their lives are the handiwork of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia.

If you look at the header on the graphic above, you will see that this "HARRIS COUNTY FELONY PRETRIAL DETENTION REPORT" was put together by (TOP) The Texas Organizing Project and some group called The Center for Justice & Equity.

Elected Officials like Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis are in office in large part because of their ties to Democratic operatives like the Texas Organizing Project. Now, for those of you who don't know, in the run-up to the 2020 Presidential Election, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated well over $250,000 dollars to (TOP) Texas Organizing Project to help push their plan to strip power away from White people and give it to Black and Latino people in Texas -- this is wrong. So, for the record, I am totally against this evil, and sinister plan -- it's pure madness and must be denounced by every Texan regardless of their political affiliation.

You might not know this, but, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and his evil, devious, vindictive, and sinister ways are the very reason why former Judge George Powell (above left) drew an opponent back during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for District Judge for the 351st Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas. Most folks don’t even realize that “ROTTEN RODNEY ELLIS” is the undeniable reason why Judge George Powell isn’t on the bench anymore. And I’m sure that most Black folks don’t even know that this dude is the corrupt politician who targeted Judge Powell and was behind the curtain pulling the strings that eventually caused Judge George Powell (a Black man) to lose his bench to Natalia Cornelio (a Latino woman) who came from Rodney Ellis' farm system.

Rodney Ellis was behind the Curtain Pulling the Strings to have Judge George Powell Removed from the Bench from What I Can See

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

For the life of me, I cannot understand why people can’t see right through Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. As far back as I can remember, I have only shaken this guy’s hand one time during the entire time he’s been in office – which dates back many years. However, the one time I did shake this dude’s hand, I got a very bad feeling deep in my spirit. It would take me years to realize how corrupt, vile, and evil this dude would become.

ROTTEN TO THE CORE

This dude Rodney Ellis is pure evil – he’s rotten from the core!!! And I’m not the only one who should be able to see right through this cat. In my opinion, every sitting judge in Harris County, Texas should be looking at “ROTTEN RODNEY ELLIS” sideways right now. And every Black person should be angry at the hypocrisy of this corrupt, vile, vindictive, DICTATOR who ruling Harris County, Texas with an iron fist right now. Yes, I called this dude a dictator!!! And I’m going to tell you again, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has the same evil intent in his heart for white people, that Adolf Hitler had in his heart for Jewish people! This rotten dude along with (TOP) Texas Organizing Project is basically pushing a “BLACK/LATINO SUPREMACY AGENDA” that’s aimed at snatching power away from white people and handing it over to Black and Latino people throughout the state of Texas. And the saddest part about all of this is that nobody seems to have the courage to stand up to this dude and his puppets.

According to Attorney "DOWNTOWN" Oliver Brown (left), ever since March of 2019, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (right), and folks he calls her political cronies have been waging an all-out white liberal attack on Black Judges in Harris County, Texas. That being said, the opinions expressed in this "OP-ED" are those of the columnist and do not necessarily reflect the views of Aubrey R. DANGEROUS TIMES FOR BLACK DEMOCRAT JUDGES!

By Downtown Oliver Brown

As we have all heard by now, the Honorable Judge Darrell Jordan has been indicted and is facing the battle of his life. The sad fact is he has served our country in two capacities: (1) on the actual battlefield as an officer in the U.S. Army and (2) as a Judge who holds all litigants to the highest standards. So how has he gone from high regard to facing the stark reality of being labeled a criminal? Simple answer, Kimbra “Kim” Ogg and her shadow government regime.

Since March of 2019, Kim Ogg and her political cronies launched an all-out white liberal attack on Black Judges. Her flunky ADAs have been reporting Black Judges to the Texas Judicial Ethics Commission every time they fail to get a ruling that is favorable to the State. Kim Ogg has teamed up with the Houston Chronicle and ABC 13 to falsely report why bonds are being set low for violent offenders. The white liberal media intentionally reports the names of Black Judges in headlines to cause embarrassment and damage to their reputation.

In December of 2020, when she indicted three individuals on trumped-up charges as a favor to the Black political elite, Kim stated “there is more to come.” I attempted to warn the community in May of 2021 that Kim is actively engaging in a quid pro quo scheme to garner political support. Since the release of my video, Kim has actively attacked countless Black Judges, used her office to bully the Harris County Commissioners Court, and shook down Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo for money by indicting her top aides.

Last week, white liberal Marilyn Burgess allowed Ted Oberg, a Channel 13 Investigative Reporter to gain access to potential jurors and attempted to guilt them into convicting anyone charged with a crime. This led to a mistrial in a high-profile murder case. Imagine if Marilynn was Black… Kim Ogg would have engaged in a public lynching of their character. But since it’s a white liberal democrat woman she is allowed to scurry off in her “last season Prada shoes” without an investigation to ensure it never happens again. Also, why is a “democrat” allowing a top Republican donor (i.e. Mattress Mack) to speak to jurors? Maybe she is a “Democrat in Name Only.”

Nevertheless, in true white liberal racist fashion KHOU 11 ran a headline stating “The defense argued that some comments potentially prejudiced the jury. Judge Te’iva Bell bought it and issued an order for a mistrial.” So now, following the law is “buying it?”

Judge Bell absolutely did the right thing by declaring a mistrial. If she failed to do it, I am certain it would have been a reversible error costing the County more money to prosecute him. But Kim Ogg and her state-controlled media arm could not resist framing the story as if a “Black Woman Judge” did something wrong. What the media failed to report is Harris County District Clerk Marilyn Burgess allowed other potential jurors to view a video of the event. So, the true totality of the damage is unknown at this time.

These types of attacks on Black Judges following the law must stop. As Black Americans, we must stand with our Black Judges! I am not saying they always get it right. What I am saying is we should give them the same latitude white liberals give their White Judges. Being a Judge takes time to develop the acumen to be free of error. When one of OUR Judges makes a mistake, the white liberal media should not attack them and put their family in jeopardy.

I know that some will think I have lost my mind by writing this Op-Ed but someone needs to stand up to the White Racist Liberal Elites. They only “care” about our Black Asses when they need our Black Vote. I stand with the Black Judges and I will always be your number one supporter!

With Love and Concern,

Downtown Oliver Brown

Deirdre Gilbert has earned her M.A. in Educational Administration, and her B.S. in Political Science and Mass Communication (Cum Laude) from Prairie View A&M University; she is a native Houstonian, a graduate of the public school system attending elementary, middle, and high school graduating from Madison high. Deirdre has resided in Harris County for over 40 years before settling in Fort Bend County for over 10 years. Deirdre is an educator with 26 years of experience working in Houston, Aldine, and Fort Bend School Districts and is a former Houston Independent School District teacher’s union representative.

Her mother was a key influence in her life. She was a community activist and the first black woman to run for Constable in Harris County. Deirdre is best known in the community and around the country for her fight, both personally and publicly, for justice for those of medical negligence. After losing her only child, Jocelyn, because of medical negligence, Deirdre confronted the medical community and the state agencies that support it. She stood not only for herself and in memory of her daughter, but on behalf of people around the state and across the country who have felt powerless in the wake of such devastating loss.

Deirdre has worked tirelessly in her own community of Sienna Plantation, further, she’s worked on issues such as denial of voting rights in local elections within Missouri City, and MUD District issues. She has spoken before the Texas Legislature and U.S. Congress in Washington D.C on civil rights. Deirdre has helped to shape legislation regarding whistleblowers, medical malpractice, and education. Deirdre is not afraid of a battle and is willing to speak for those who are unable to speak for themselves. In addition to helping those in her community, state, local and national, she also works for a non-profit that helps veterans find employment.

Deirdre has been capturing the attention of media nationally for some time. In 2007, she released her first book entitled, “Can I Just Have a Little Bit? A Little Bit of What?” Her recent work, “Momma Help Me Please,” was inspired by the first love of her life, her daughter Jocelyn.

Deirdre is an avid speaker at book clubs, churches, and professional, civic, and community organizations.

She has been featured in Beautifully Said Magazine and African American Newspaper; mentioned in Harper’s Magazine by Ralph Nader a strong advocate for justice, received professional recognition in Women on the Move section of the Houston Business Journal, and featured in Bronze Magazine several times and in Saved Magazine along with other powerful women in ministry such as Joyce Meyers. Deirdre was mentioned in Washington Post, Stat News, and several online publications regarding her stance on medical malpractice. This journey has led to the first Blog Talk Show “Life” Radio Show that focused on “victims” of medical malpractice and then rebranded with another show called “Med/Mal Radio Show-What’s Your Verdict and just recently Malpractice Diaries-MD –We Tell the Secrets they Keep.

Since 2011, Deirdre Gilbert has not backed down from her challenges, founding non-profits such as the National Medical Malpractice Advocacy Association (NMMAA), serving as its National Director, and Executive Director of the Jocelyn Y. Dickson Foundation. NMMAA is a non-partisan educational organization that was created to promote transparency, accountability and integrity in the medical profession. Through NMMAA’s educational endeavor, she advocates high standards of ethics and morality to ensure non-abuse of the powers entrusted to the profession by the American people. Under her direction, these non-profits have gained support from members of Congress, garnered attention and recognition among state lawmakers, and sparked open dialogue and inquiry into medical negligence. With her husband of 7 years, Mr. Kurt E. Gilbert, beside her, she has spoken boldly before Medical Boards, Government Agencies, the State Legislature, and the US Congress calling for repeal of TORT Reforms, review of the Information Act as it relates to medical doctors, greater accountability in the hospital industry, and Justice for All who fall victim to healthcare abuse. The core of her message is consistent, Justice for All.

Deirdre achieved a milestone twice, first when she was asked to speak at the Whistleblower’s Summit in Washington, DC 2016, and again in 2019 when she provided testimony at the Senate Judiciary Committee Hearings about the devastating effects of medical malpractice. She has spearheaded the nation’s 1st Medical Malpractice Conference that convened medical professionals, attorneys, civil rights leaders, social justice organizations, patient safety advocates, and legislative leaders. Her third milestone was when she threw her hat in the political ring and decided to run for Justice of the Peace, Pct. 2, Fort Bend County, TX. Deirdre assisted with having H.R. 614 resolution filed in the Texas Legislature, recognizing Medical Malpractice in the State of Texas. In addition, Deirdre created a new initiative, “The Medical Malpractice Right to Justice Project’s mission to assist those harmed by medical negligence and whose cases were never heard in a court of law, to bring these cases before a court based on evidence ranging from misstated/understated or erroneous death certificates, misstated/understated/overstated or erroneous expert reports, altered or falsified medical records, the existence of individual, hospital, physician, and institutional agencies conflict of interest.

Deirdre Gilbert was instrumental in getting the 1st proclamation in 2013 recognizing July as Medical Malpractice Month. Since then, the organization has been given recognition from the State of Missouri’s Governor Jeremiah W. Nixon, the State of Colorado’s Governor John Hickenlooper, and the State of Georgia’s Governor Nathan Deal. The organization has also received several congressional, state, and local recognition. Deirdre created the first PSA that aired on Harkins movie screens across the states in September 2016, promoting and educating the public on “Preventable Medical Mistakes.” In 2019 NMMAA received the 1st Enrolled House Resolution 86 (R) HR 614 by the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas Legislature recognizing July as Medical Malpractice Month.

Deirdre Gilbert was vital in the creation of the first chapter of attorneys in the State of Louisiana and Virginia that have acquired lobbyist that handles the legislative needs of NMMAA. The lobbying action is geared toward bill drafting and legislative reform to help those harmed by egregious acts of medical malpractice.

Deirdre has worked tirelessly with The Government Accountability Project, The Black Heritage Society, Greater Houston Coalition for Justice, Make It Safe Campaign, The National Association for Probate Reform & Advocacy, NAACP-Health Chair Committee Missouri City Chapter, NAACP-Fort Bend-Wharton Chapter, National Action Network to create the first medical malpractice health initiative, National Congress of Black Women, State of Texas Sunset Advisory Committee.

DEIRDRE GILBERT: "The message is that "VOTER FRAUD" is not going on, and that is far from the truth. January 6th happened, but that's not the story. Ballot harvesters are stealing elections through a variety of means. Voter Fraud is not just a ONE-PARTY issue." You can "CLICK HERE" for a closer look at this advertisement."

"Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment in time."

Favoritism and Party Politics Have No Place Inside Our Harris County Courtrooms

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
