Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg is deeply indebted (owing gratitude for service or favor) to people like Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, and State Senator Borris Miles. In fact, that's why people like Carroll G. Robinson, Terrance Shanks, and Antron D. Johnson believe in their own minds that they're invincible right now. That being said, it would be a huge mistake for Democrats to elect Carroll G. Robinson as the chair of the Democratic Party of Texas at their upcoming (TDPC) Texas Democratic Party Convention, that scheduled to be held at the Dallas Convention Center from July 14-16, 2022. Again, just so we're clear, Carroll G. Robinson would make a horrible chairman for the Texas Democratic Party.

As you can see, The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter) is "INACTIVE" as of today (6/27/2022) according to the Texas Ethics Commission. Why is this significant? Well, this means that the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats has been defunct from 2014 through 2022, and was "INACTIVE" at the time Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg paid them $3,000.00 dollars back on 2/20/2020 and accepted their endorsement.
Every candidate who donated money to the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County Chapter during 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 has been donating their campaign funds to a defunct GPAC. And every member who paid membership dues and gave donations during the aforementioned years, paid their dues to an organization that was "NOT ELIGIBLE" to even be collecting dues, donations, issuing endorsements, or doing business in any way, shape, or form.
When Kim Ogg charged Damien Thaddeus Jones and Richard Bonton, she said, "Those indicted today crossed the line from dirty politics to criminal activity and they will pay the price." She also stated, Our democracy depends on keeping our elected officials safe from coercion and our elections free from illegal manipulation.” Hmmm!!! Now, that being said, I wonder if Harris County District Attorney is ever going to do anything about the fact that the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County wasn't even supposed to be taking operating, or collecting money at the time that she paid them $3,000.00 dollars back on 2/20/2020, prior to gaining their endorsement."

Around the same time the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter), was busy endorsing Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, Carroll G. Robinson, and his cohorts in the legislature were putting pressure on District Attorney Kim Ogg to investigate the State Representative for House District 142 race.

Harold Dutton’s cohorts with the Harris County Democratic Legislative Delegation that included Democratic State Rep. Gina Calanni, the person named in the indictment against Democratic Political Consultant Damien Thaddeus Jones back in 2020 Presidential Election cycle.
Are you listening to me? I said, that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg caved under the pressure!!! Look, every citizen of Harris County, Texas, regardless of their political affiliation should be very concerned by the fact that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, caved under the pressure that was being applied to her by the alleged “QUID PRO QUO” that was brought to light by a local attorney “DOWNTOWN” Oliver Brown’s secretly recorded audio tapes.
After listening to the secret audio recording that has now been turned over to the FBI, I believe that everyone reading this report should be able to kind of understand why Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg tried to get Damien Thaddeus Jones on a Felony indictment in the 263rd Criminal District Court – back when she (like clockwork) announced her indictments against Damien Thaddeus Jones, Richard Bonton, and Natasha Demming ‘Ruiz’ back on Friday, December 11, 2020 – a little over a month after the conclusion of the 2020 Presidential Election.
Now, I’m not trying to add fuel to the fire or anything like that, but every “GOOD DEMOCRAT” should be outraged to learn that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg only took her aggressive stance after taking pressure from State Rep. And get this – the pressure on Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg didn’t stop with the Democratic Legislative Delegation. How do I know? Texas Coalition of Black Democrats and the Houston Branch of the N.A.A.C.P joined the Harris County Democratic Legislative Delegation in their effort to pressure Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg to press forward with an investigation into what they believed at that time was a “PHANTOM CANDIDATE” who had appeared on the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary ballot in the race for State Representative for House District 142.

The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats today joined eighteen elected state Democratic officials from Harris County and the Houston Branch of the N.A.A.C.P. in requesting that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg and County Attorney Vince Ryan investigate the presence of a phantom candidate in the March 3rd Democratic Primary for House District 142, including empaneling a grand jury to do so, if needed.
"Our community has come too far at too great a cost to allow the voters in House District 142 to be defrauded by what may have been an organized effort to put a name on the ballot for a person who does not exist," said Carroll G. Robinson, current State Chairman of the Coalition and a former at-large member of the Houston City Council. "More than 2500 voters were duped into voting for a non-existent mystery 'candidate' by the actions of one or more people who got a name put on the ballot by violating numerous laws."
Letters urging Ms. Ogg and Mr. Ryan were signed by eighteen Harris County Democrats elected to the Texas Legislature, by N.A.A.C.P. Houston Branch President James Douglas, by Robinson on behalf of the Coalition and by the following Houston area ministers: Houston Metropolitan Ministers, Pastor James Nash, St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor Robert Tigner, Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church and Pastor George Hill, Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church.
"Based on our preliminary report of the facts, to which the authorities have access, it is clear that election fraud occurred. We need the District Attorney to promptly investigate this case and prosecute those who did this to the full extent of the law," Robinson continued. "With all the talk about Russia meddling in our elections, it would be an outrage and a travesty to let some homegrown dirty tricksters get away with these crimes."
Houston's ABC Channel 13 reported following the primary that no one ever saw a candidate named Natasha Ruiz attend campaign events, none of the required ethics reports were filed for anyone with that name and the person never sent any campaign mailers. A woman reached by reporter Miya Shay at the phone number listed on an election-related form said she had not filed to run for the office and did not know who or why anyone would have done so. That woman is not named Ruiz and told Ms. Shay she's a truck driver living in Colorado. The purported campaign treasurer cannot be located, the phone number for him is not a working number and the email address given for the candidate does not work.
A runoff for House District 142 has been set for July 15th. Robinson said that he and the Harris County leaders want the District Attorney and County Attorney to get to the bottom of these matters before the runoff, if possible.
"We know there's a lot going on with the pandemic and the impact of falling prices on our oil and gas industry. Given these uncertainties, Harris County voters must be assured that fair elections, free of corruption, are a top priority. The legislative session is coming soon and our community must be assured that the candidates of their choice represent them in Austin," Robinson said.

Dear Ms. Ogg and Mr. Ryan:
We write to request your offices to investigate a serious case of election fraud that appears to have been perpetrated during the March 3rd Democratic Primary election for Texas House District 142.
We are concerned that more than 2500 Harris County voters may have been duped into voting for a non-existent candidate, a serious theft of those voters' most important right, and three legitimate candidates were harmed by the crimes committed.
We have attached a memorandum based on our preliminary inquiry into events that resulted in a sham "candidate" being on the ballot. These facts make it clear that serious election fraud has occurred, potentially by the coordinated efforts of more than one person. Not only were more than 2500 voters defrauded, three legitimate candidates put themselves before the voters, campaigned hard and followed the rules. It is unfair to them, their supporters and the general public to allow this fraud to go unanswered.
This fraud could have been perpetrated against the voters of any political party, and against any legitimate candidate, anywhere in Texas.
For that reason, these crimes must be thoroughly investigated and the perpetrator prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law so that anyone who considers doing so in the future will understand their risk of prosecution.

THREE INDICTED FOR ROLES IN FRAUDULENT ELECTION SCHEMES

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg announced that a Grand Jury indicted three people Friday in two different failed schemes intended to affect the outcomes in two Texas House of Representatives’ local districts during the 2020 election cycle. The impacted districts were HD 132 and HD 142.
“Our democracy depends on keeping our elected officials safe from coercion and our elections free from illegal manipulation,” Ogg said. “Those indicted today crossed the line from dirty politics to criminal activity and they will pay the price.”
Democratic political consultant Damien Jones was indicted for Coercion of a Public Servant and False Caller Identification Information Display for an anonymous threat texted to then State Representative Gina Calanni in an attempt to coerce her into resigning her position in HD 132, instead of running for re-election. The threat was made on Dec. 2, 2019 just days before the 2020 election filing deadline. Instead of resigning, Calanni reported the threat to the Texas Rangers, who in conjunction with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office Public Corruption Division, investigated the complaint. If convicted of the two Class A misdemeanors, Jones faces up to a year in the Harris County Jail and up to a $4000 fine or both.
Just days later, a second scheme intended to impact the election in HD 142 unfolded when a person using a false name, Natasha Ruiz, filed for election against longtime State Representative Harold Dutton. She did not, however, act alone. Natasha Demming, along with Richard Anthony Bonton, also a candidate for HD 142, were indicted today for Election Fraud related crimes.
Bonton, who had previously run for HD 142, conspired with Demming to file her ballot application in HD 142 under a false name, Natasha Ruiz. Bonton’s motive appears to have been to manipulate voters into supporting a Latino candidate to dilute incumbent Harold Dutton’s voter base in a district with a growing Latino population. Dutton is African American, as is Demming and Bonton. While the scheme did not elevate Bonton’s candidacy as intended, it did impact the election, resulting in a runoff between Dutton and another candidate, Jerry Davis.
For his role, Bonton is charged with Tampering with a Governmental Record, a state jail felony punishable by up to two years, and two Class A misdemeanors, each punishable by up to a year in jail.
For her role, Demming is charged with two counts of Tampering with a Governmental Record, both state jail felonies and three Class A misdemeanors: Perjury, Election Fraud and Conspiracy to Commit Tampering with a Governmental Record, all of which are punishable by up to a year in jail.
Per District Attorney Kim Ogg, “Those who run for the responsibility of making our laws are expected to follow the law.”
The Public Corruption Division does not confirm or deny the existence of any investigation until and if a criminal charge is filed. This is done out of fairness of all parties potentially involved in any matter.
According to Tamoria Jones, the Chief of Staff for State Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr., “When Harold see’s blood, he doesn’t give a ‘f_ck’ what side you’re on. He’s like I am going after everybody,” she said. “If you were against me,” she said, speaking of her boss. “Or if ‘I felt like you were against me – I’m going after you,” she told “DOWNTOWN” Oliver Brown in a secretly recorded audio tape while the two were sharing drinks together. Carroll G. Robinson is the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats. After he abruptly stepped down from the HCC Board, I grew a little suspicious about this guy.
HERE'S HOW "PONZI SCHEMES" AND "PYRAMID SCHEMES" WORK
Do you know how a “PONZI SCHEME” works? Ok, I’m going to show you how it works. The way “PONZI SCHEMES” and “PYRAMID SCHEMES” work, is that members are recruited based on a promise that they will be paid for their services by enrolling or convincing others to join the scheme beneath them. Once the perpetrators of the scheme lure enough potential victims into the scheme by promising them that profits will be realized through legitimate business activities, they're off to the races. However, for a “PONZI SCHEME” to flourish, the people at the top must keep the people at the bottom in the dark about what's going on at the top. And for either of the two schemes to continue to grow a constant flow of new members is vital.
ARE SHELL GAMES BEING PLAYED WITH THESE BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES?
At this point, nobody mentioned in this report is guilty of anything in any way, shape, or form. So, please don't go back and tell Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, or Robert Williams that I reported that they’re running a “PONZI SCHEME" or "PYRAMID SCHEME” in Texas – that would be a blatant lie. Why? Well, all I’m trying to say right now in this report is that their recently filed “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” raises some serious questions. And there should be a whole bunch of "RED FLAGS" going up right now, as it relates to how the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, Alliance For A New Justice System, TxMuniPAC, Texas Black Democrats PAC, and the Reform HISD PAC. And don’t forget about the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Harris County Chapter, that has continued to sell memberships, endorse candidates, and trick unsuspecting Democratic candidates into donating money to their “INACTIVE” Political Action Committee, in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 – but more on them later.

Johnson swore to this statement, “I swear, or affirm, under penalty of perjury, that the accompanying report is true and correct and includes all information required to be reported by me under Title 15, Election Code. Now, for those of you who don’t know, TITLE 15, OF THE ELECTION CODE IS RELATED TO THE REGULATION OF POLITICAL FUNDS AND CAMPAIGNS. According to the sworn statement submitted to Texas Ethics Commission on Thursday, July 15, 2021, by Antron D. Johnson, who acts as the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, they spent $41,098.90 dollars between Friday, January 1, 2021, and Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
CASH ON HAND IN THE BANK
In his sworn statement submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission on Thursday, July 15, 2021, Antron D. Johnson claimed that Texas Black Democrats PAC was left with $6,872.00 dollars in its bank account after all of its expenditures were made.
SOMETHING DOESN’T SMELL RIGHT
In order for “PONZI SCHEMES” and “PYRAMID SCHEMES” to work, the people at the top, must get people to buy into the scheme and then recruit other people to join in under them – so on, and so forth. Well, the same formula can work in politics when with Political Action Committees and unsuspecting candidates who are lured in by the promise that an organization or organizations can deliver votes on Election Day. Now, I’m not saying in any way that Carroll G. Robinson, Robert Williams, or Antron D. Johnson, are actually running a “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE PONZI SCHEME” or anything of that nature. However, what I am saying is that something doesn’t smell right about how that donated money is flowing back and forth between the Black Political Action Committees these guys are running.
DEMOCRATS ARE BEING SUCKERED
There are quite a few “DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES” who are falling victim to what’s unfolding right now with what the Texas Black Democrats PAC is doing. However, some of the Democrats who are supporting Texas Black Democrats PAC, based on their Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report that covered the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, through Wednesday, June 30, 2021, aren't even aware of what's going on with this Political Action Committee.
For the record, Odus Evbagharu (Newly Elected Harris County Democratic Party Chairman), is pictured above with Judge Clinton "Chip" Wells, a judge I happen to respect. Now, Odus gave money to the Texas Black Democrat PAC, back on 3/23/2021. However, it is unclear at this particular time whether Odus Evbagharu was aware that a portion of the campaign money he gave to the Texas Black Democrats PAC was supposedly paid to several (what appears to be) defunct Political Action Committees. And on top of that, some of the money that was donated by Odus Evbagharu and other unsuspecting Democrats was supposedly paid to a company called American Technology Consulting, which according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? Well, 01929 is not the zip code for Washington D.C. -- it's the zip code for northeast Massachusetts. I'm not sure how much Mike Collier (Democrat – Running for Lt. The fight for Texas is going to be fierce. And believe it or not, Deirdre Gilbert, a “RISING POLITICAL STAR” is actually “IN THE DRIVER’S SEAT” right now. How? Well, with polls Gov. Greg Abbott (Republican) with a sizable lead over Beto O’Rourke (Democrat), in the Lone Star State. So, no matter how you look at it, Deirdre Gilbert running as an "INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE" for Governor of Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, is going to cause some serious problems in urban areas across the State of Texas -- especially since there won't be any straight-ticket voting.
MEET DEIRDRE GILBERT
Deirdre Gilbert has earned her M.A. in Educational Administration, and her B.S. in Political Science and Mass Communication (Cum Laude) from Prairie View A&M University; she is a native Houstonian, a graduate of the public school system attending elementary, middle, and high school graduating from Madison high. Deirdre has resided in Harris County for over 40 years before settling in Fort Bend County for over 10 years. Deirdre is an educator with 26 years of experience working in Houston, Aldine, and Fort Bend School Districts and is a former Houston Independent School District teacher’s union representative.
Her mother was a key influence in her life. She was a community activist and the first black woman to run for Constable in Harris County. Deirdre is best known in the community and around the country for her fight, both personally and publicly, for justice for those of medical negligence. After losing her only child, Jocelyn, because of medical negligence, Deirdre confronted the medical community and the state agencies that support it. She stood not only for herself and in memory of her daughter, but on behalf of people around the state and across the country who have felt powerless in the wake of such devastating loss.
Deirdre has worked tirelessly in her own community of Sienna Plantation, further, she’s worked on issues such as denial of voting rights in local elections within Missouri City, and MUD District issues. She has spoken before the Texas Legislature and U.S. Congress in Washington D.C on civil rights. Deirdre has helped to shape legislation regarding whistleblowers, medical malpractice, and education. Deirdre is not afraid of a battle and is willing to speak for those who are unable to speak for themselves. In addition to helping those in her community, state, local and national, she also works for a non-profit that helps veterans find employment.
Deirdre has been capturing the attention of media nationally for some time. In 2007, she released her first book entitled, “Can I Just Have a Little Bit? A Little Bit of What?” Her recent work, “Momma Help Me Please,” was inspired by the first love of her life, her daughter Jocelyn.
Deirdre is an avid speaker at book clubs, churches, and professional, civic, and community organizations.
She has been featured in Beautifully Said Magazine and African American Newspaper; mentioned in Harper’s Magazine by Ralph Nader a strong advocate for justice, received professional recognition in Women on the Move section of the Houston Business Journal, and featured in Bronze Magazine several times and in Saved Magazine along with other powerful women in ministry such as Joyce Meyers. Deirdre was mentioned in Washington Post, Stat News, and several online publications regarding her stance on medical malpractice. This journey has led to the first Blog Talk Show “Life” Radio Show that focused on “victims” of medical malpractice and then rebranded with another show called “Med/Mal Radio Show-What’s Your Verdict and just recently Malpractice Diaries-MD –We Tell the Secrets they Keep.
Since 2011, Deirdre Gilbert has not backed down from her challenges, founding non-profits such as the National Medical Malpractice Advocacy Association (NMMAA), serving as its National Director, and Executive Director of the Jocelyn Y. Dickson Foundation. NMMAA is a non-partisan educational organization that was created to promote transparency, accountability and integrity in the medical profession. Through NMMAA’s educational endeavor, she advocates high standards of ethics and morality to ensure non-abuse of the powers entrusted to the profession by the American people. Under her direction, these non-profits have gained support from members of Congress, garnered attention and recognition among state lawmakers, and sparked open dialogue and inquiry into medical negligence. With her husband of 7 years, Mr. Kurt E. Gilbert, beside her, she has spoken boldly before Medical Boards, Government Agencies, the State Legislature, and the US Congress calling for repeal of TORT Reforms, review of the Information Act as it relates to medical doctors, greater accountability in the hospital industry, and Justice for All who fall victim to healthcare abuse. The core of her message is consistent, Justice for All.
Deirdre achieved a milestone twice, first when she was asked to speak at the Whistleblower’s Summit in Washington, DC 2016, and again in 2019 when she provided testimony at the Senate Judiciary Committee Hearings about the devastating effects of medical malpractice. She has spearheaded the nation’s 1st Medical Malpractice Conference that convened medical professionals, attorneys, civil rights leaders, social justice organizations, patient safety advocates, and legislative leaders. Her third milestone was when she threw her hat in the political ring and decided to run for Justice of the Peace, Pct. 2, Fort Bend County, TX. Deirdre assisted with having H.R. 614 resolution filed in the Texas Legislature, recognizing Medical Malpractice in the State of Texas. In addition, Deirdre created a new initiative, “The Medical Malpractice Right to Justice Project’s mission to assist those harmed by medical negligence and whose cases were never heard in a court of law, to bring these cases before a court based on evidence ranging from misstated/understated or erroneous death certificates, misstated/understated/overstated or erroneous expert reports, altered or falsified medical records, the existence of individual, hospital, physician, and institutional agencies conflict of interest.
Deirdre Gilbert was instrumental in getting the 1st proclamation in 2013 recognizing July as Medical Malpractice Month. Since then, the organization has been given recognition from the State of Missouri’s Governor Jeremiah W. Nixon, the State of Colorado’s Governor John Hickenlooper, and the State of Georgia’s Governor Nathan Deal. The organization has also received several congressional, state, and local recognition. Deirdre created the first PSA that aired on Harkins movie screens across the states in September 2016, promoting and educating the public on “Preventable Medical Mistakes.” In 2019 NMMAA received the 1st Enrolled House Resolution 86 (R) HR 614 by the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas Legislature recognizing July as Medical Malpractice Month.
Deirdre Gilbert was vital in the creation of the first chapter of attorneys in the State of Louisiana and Virginia that have acquired lobbyist that handles the legislative needs of NMMAA. The lobbying action is geared toward bill drafting and legislative reform to help those harmed by egregious acts of medical malpractice.
Deirdre has worked tirelessly with The Government Accountability Project, The Black Heritage Society, Greater Houston Coalition for Justice, Make It Safe Campaign, The National Association for Probate Reform & Advocacy, NAACP-Health Chair Committee Missouri City Chapter, NAACP-Fort Bend-Wharton Chapter, National Action Network to create the first medical malpractice health initiative, National Congress of Black Women, State of Texas Sunset Advisory Committee.

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
