STEPHEN L. WILLIAMS is the Director for the City of Houston Health Department. He joined the City of Houston as the director of HHD, back in June of 2004. In the photo below, you will see Dr. Williams pictured with Mayor Sylvester Turner, and Marlene McNeese, the Assistant Director of the Disease Prevention and Control Division for the City of Houston. All three were featured inside Tré Magazine, the magazine owned by Stephanie Coleman, the woman at the center of the FBI raid at the City of Houston's Health Department, who was paid more than $900,000 to head up the COVID-19 Outreach program.

There Was More to the FBI Raid at The City of Houston's Health Department on February 16, 2022 Than Meets the Eye
Do you see that woman in the blue dress standing next to Mayor Sylvester Turner? Do you know her? Well, her name is Marlene McNeese, and at the time this photo was taken her job title was listed as Assistant Director of the Disease Prevention and Control Division for the City of Houston. Now, do you see the guy in the photo with Marlene McNeese and Mayor Sylvester Turner? Well, that guy's name is Stephen L. Williams, and he's the Director of the Houston Health Department. Now, can you guess where I found this photo? Can you? I found this photo and feature posted on the website for Tré Magazine, the magazine owned by Stephanie Coleman, the woman at the center of the FBI raid at the City of Houston's Health Department.
There's More to the FBI Raid on The City of Houston's Health Department on February 16th Than Meets the Eye
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Have you seen Wayne Dolcefino's investigation into Stephanie A. Coleman, and Neutral Grey yet? If not, you can (CLICK HERE) to check out his report. That being said, as I continue to dig further into the FBI raid at the City of Houston's Health Department, I'm beginning to see the tentacles of what appears to be tribal warfare between one of the top "BLACK POLITICAL TRIBES" in Harris County, Texas, and what appears to be a political outsider who was raking in some serious dollars.
LINDA VERSUS STEPHANIE
As I've already told you, Linda Brown is Mayor Sylvester Turner's campaign consultant. In fact, from what I can see, Mayor Sylvester Turner recently paid Linda Brown (his campaign consultant) more than Linda Brown well over $329,378 between October 15, 2018, and December 5, 2019. And during the period we reviewed, Linda Brown (Mayor Sylvester Turner's Political Consultant) also received over $574,299 from the City of Houston as part of the "BETTER TOGETHER CAMPAIGN" related to COVID-19 Outreach. That being said, Linda Brown was also raking in some serious cash from Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee during the period we reviewed. So, just so you know, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee paid Linda K. Brown, of Advantage Communication Consultants over $657,045 between the 2002 Midterm Election and the 2020 Presidential Election. Now that you know all of that, when it came to the COVID-19 Outreach contract, Stephanie Coleman (a political outsider), made a lot more money than Linda Brown, the political consultant for Mayor Sylvester Turner, and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. Why is that? I'm too sure right now, why Stephanie Coleman was running the "BETTER TOGETHER CAMPAIGN" and not Linda Brown, but I'm looking into it.

MARLENE MCNEESE is the Assistant Director, Disease Prevention and Control Division for the City of Houston, Houston Health Department. Mayor Sylvester Turner is pictured in the middle, and the guy on the end is Stephen L. Williams, the Director Houston Health Department.
MARLENE MCNEESE is the Assistant Director of the Disease Prevention and Control Division for the City of Houston. As you will see below, Marlene McNeese has a cozy relationship with Mayor Sylvester Turner, as well as Barry Barnes, Stephanie Coleman, and Lois Edwards.
We found this photo of Barry Barnes (far left), the administrative coordinator for the City of Houston's Health Department dressed really fly, along with Stephanie A. Coleman (second from right), at some sort of event. Now, remember, the FBI raid at the City of Houston's Health Department is related to the relationship between Barry Barnes and Stephanie A. Coleman, the "MARKETING VENDOR" who was paid more than $900,000 as part of their COVID-19 Outreach campaign.
So, now we've identified all of the players who were at this little brunch cheesing. The man in the photo is Barry Barnes, the administrative coordinator for the City of Houston. the woman in the striped sweater is Lois Edwards, a coworker of Barry's whom he calls his office wife. The woman with curly hair with the blond on top is Stephanie A. Coleman, the "MARKETING VENDOR" at the center of the FBI raid, who got paid more than $900,000 for COVID-19 Outreach and other services, by the City of Houston. And the other woman with the long hair is now identified as Marlene McNeese, and she's the Assistant Director of the Disease Prevention and Control Division for the City of Houston.
Why would Marlene McNeese, the Assistant Director of the Disease Prevention and Control Division for the City of Houston, have such a cozy relationship with someone who is running the COVID-19 Outreach "MARKETING CAMPAIGN" for the City of Houston's Health Department? In case you don't know, that's Marlene McNeese with the long hair in the photo above.
LOIS EDWARDS the office wife of Barry Barnes is pictured eating brunch with Stephanie Coleman, the "MARKETING VENDOR" at the center of the FBI raid, at the City of Houston's Health Department back on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.
BARRY BARNES, the administrative coordinator for the City of Houston's Health Department is pictured with his self-proclaimed office wife named Lois Edwards.

STEPHANIE A. COLEMAN was paid more than $911,411 by the City of Houston between 7/22/2014 and 8/17/2021, for her services. Many of the services provided by "NEUTRAL GREY LLC" were provided as part of the City of Houston's "BETTER TOGETHER" campaign.
As you can see above, NEUTRAL GREY LLC, a company owned by Stephanie A. Coleman was paid $1,000 on 7/22/2014 by the City of Houston. She was also dispersed payments of $590, $38,080, $15,586, 15,586, 11,536, 5,281, $24,981, $8,960, $8,960, $32,735, $120,100, $207,176, $61,800, $85,200, $159,955, $160,044, $50,500, and $47,841, during the period we reviewed. (CLICK HERE) to get a closer look at this chart.
LINDA BROWN was paid more than $574,299 by the City of Houston between 10/25/2019 and 3/26/2021, for her services. Many of the services provided by "MEDIA ADVANTAGE COMMUNICATIONS" were provided as part of the City of Houston's "BETTER TOGETHER" campaign.
As you can see above, MEDIA ADVANTAGE COMMUNICATIONS, a company owned by Linda Brown was paid $10,000 on 10/25/2019 by the City of Houston. She was also dispersed payments of $82,860, $100,500, $139, $190,800, and $190,000 during the period we reviewed. (CLICK HERE) to get a closer look at this chart.
For more information on this story about the FBI raid, you should (CLICK HERE) and view the report that was aired on ABC 13, last night. Investigative Reporter Ted Oberg did a good job laying things out.
CONGRESSWOMAN SHEILA JACKSON LEE paid Linda K. Brown, of Advantage Communication Consultants over $657,045 between the 2002 Midterm Election and the 2020 Presidential Election. That being said, from what we can see right now, she appears to be trying to distance her campaign from Advantage Communication Consultants, Linda K. Brown, and the "ABSENTEE BALLOT HARVESTERS" she's been working with for several decades. If you (CLICK HERE) and check out her (2021 to 2022) campaign finance filings you will clearly see that she's (at least for now) taking corrective action in regards to her connection to some of the alleged wrongdoers.
LINDA K. BROWN is not the "MARKETING VENDOR" who is the focal point of the FBI raid that took place at the City of Houston Health Department on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.

GERALD WOMACK is well-known in local political circles as "THE MONEY MAN" for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. His office is located at 4412 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas. That being said, if you notice the address below, you will see that Womack's office is also used as the headquarters for Advantage Communications Group.
WOMACK DEVELOPMENT is the headquarters for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's campaign as well as the headquarters for Advantage Communications Group, that's headed up by Linda K. Brown, the woman believed to be at the center of the FBI investigation into the Houston Health Department that led to the Wednesday, February 16, 2022, FBI raid.
CONGRESSWOMAN SHEILA JACKSON LEE paid Linda K. Brown, and Advantage Communication Consultants over $657,045 between 2002 and 2020. AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for the people. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must endeavor to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment during the history of our great nation."
We Must Make it Our Business to Put "People Over Politics" in the 2022 Midterm Election & Beyond...
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in the upcoming 2022 Midterms, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
