Do you really understand what's been going on behind the scenes with Lina Hidalgo and Adrian Garcia and their corrupt ways??? Listen!!! These two characters haven't done anything but rubber-stamp everything that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis has put forth since they were elected to commissioner's court back during the 2022 Midterm Election cycle. Why have they mortgaged their future by playing follow the leader as hardworking citizens, children, and members of law enforcement are being gunned down on the streets of Harris County, Texas? Well, from the looks of their most recent Campaign Finance Reports, greed and a thirst for power have spoiled Lina, Adrian, and "ROTTEN" Rodney. But their days could be numbered, if Democrats handle their business on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Democratic Party Primary.
Lina and Adrian Are Dead Weight That Could Possibly Drag Down The Entire 2022 Harris County Democratic Party Ticket
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Truth be told, I never really cared for Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. Why? Well, for starters I don't particularly care for cowards or puppets. And from the very first day that she was put in charge of Harris County Commissioner's Court, Lina Hidalgo relinquished her position as county judge to Commissioner Rodney Ellis. I'm not lying to you. Any person who is open-minded can look at what's going on in terms of all of these murders on the streets of Harris County and trace these murders back to the bad policies and "CULTURE OF CORRUPTION" that has been created by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, who's become affectionately known as the "PUPPET MASTER" in local political circles. Why is he called the "PUPPET MASTER" in the parts? Well, because Rodney has carefully positioned his "YES PEOPLE" all across City and County government since he rose to power. I'm not joking!!! Didn't you witness the fall of one of Ellis's top puppets? With the fall of disgraced former HISD and HCC School Board President, Rhonda Skillern-Jones, he's got trouble in his ranks. And if you ask me, Rodney and many of his underlings could actually be on borrowed time right now.

According to the United States Government versus Rhonda Skillern-Jones, Under Count One (18 U.S.C.§ 371 - Conspiracy) beginning around 2011 and continuing through in or around 2022, in the Southern District of Texas and elsewhere, the Defendant, Rhonda Skillern-Jones, did willfully, that is, with the intent to further the objects of the conspiracy, and knowingly conspire, confederate, and agree with other known and unknown to the United States, including BUSINESSMAN 1 and ADMINISTRATOR 1, to commit offenses against the United States.
Do you see Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis's puppet, Rhonda Skillern-Jones pictured above with that circle around her head? Well, she was already under a "SEALED INDICTMENT" at the time this photo was taken. How do I know? Well, I know, because "RHONDA'S INDICTMENT" was filed back on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, and placed under seal in the United States Courts for the Southern District of Texas. Now, do you see Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis with those arrows pointing to his head? And do you see, Holly Vilaseca, the HISD Trustee for District VI, who recently lost her seat to Dr. Kendall Baker in the Saturday, December 11, 2021, HISD Runoff Election? Now, do you think that it was a coincidence that all of these so-called leaders were pictured in a photo with Holly Vilaseca, on the day before she set to faceoff against Dr. Kendall Baker, in the runoff for the HISD District VI seat? If so, I have a bridge to nowhere I want to sell you!
Do you see this joker right here? Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis ain't no god or deity. What is he? Well, he's a bully -- that's what he is. And on top of that his bad public policies are providing fertile ground for crime and corruption to flourish and spread throughout Harris County, Texas like wildfire.
Corrupt Politicians Must Not Be Allowed to Hide Behind Political Party Sheilds Going Forward into 2022, 2023, 2024, and Beyond
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
We must not allow "CORRUPT POLITICIANS" to hide behind political party shields going forward. What must we do? Well, in my opinion, we must stop playing "FOLLOW THE LEADER" right now. People are dying in the streets every single day in Harris County, Texas. And we've allowed for "THE CORRUPT POLITICIANS" to rule Harris County, Texas with an iron fist for too long. Listen up!!! The downfall of Rhonda Skillern-Jones isn't an isolated incident. Rhonda Skillern-Jones worked directly for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis before she resigned (or got fired), last week after her "INDICTMENT WAS UNSEALED" by the United States District Court, for the Southern District of Texas - Houston Division."

RHONDA'S PLEA DEAL: As part of her plea, Skillern-Jones admitted that, in return for bribe payments from Hutchison, she caused an expenditure of funds for school landscaping and construction projects to be placed on a 2017 HISD Board agenda and voted to approve it. They were eventually awarded to Hutchison. In her plea agreement, she admitted Busby personally delivered thousands of dollars in bribe payments to her from Hutchison.
MANNER AND MEANS OF THE CONSPIRACY COMMITTED BY RHONDA SKILLERN JONES
According to the United States Government, "It was part of the conspiracy that: BUSINESSMAN 1, through COMPANY 1 and COMPANY 2, obtained purchase orders for construction, repair, landscaping, and maintenance jobs at HISD schools and other HISD properties. BUSINESSMAN 1 obtained these jobs by paying cash bribes or kickbacks to HISD personnel who assisted him in obtaining or retaining business with HISD, including SKILLERN-JONES. (CLICK HERE) for more information.
Just for the record, Rhonda Skillern-Jones really didn't have any choice but to snitch. Why? Well, Rhonda's name was on the "BRIBE LEDGER" that the FBI got from Anthony Hutchison. So the FBI already had Rhonda Skillern-Jones. How did the Federal Bureau of Investigation get its hands on the ledger? Well, they seized it when they raided Anthony Hutchison's residence.
The Bribe Ledger That Was Seized from Anthony Hutchison's Residence Was Used to Track His Bribe Payments
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
According to the FBI, Anthony Hutchison maintained a "BRIBE LEDGER" that he used to track his bribe payments. His ledger detailed the "BRIBE PAYMENTS" he made in exchange for assistance with securing particular purchase orders, according to the FBI. Inside his "BRIBE LEDGER," he would actually list the HISD Schools where his companies did construction, repair, grounds maintenance, and landscaping work. Anthony Hutchison would also detail the type of work he performed; the amount of the invoice paid by HISD for the work, and the amount of "THE BRIBE" that he paid. But he didn't stop there, Anthony Hutchison would also list the identity of "THE BRIBE RECIPIENT" by using their initials or first name, according to the FBI. But he didn't stop there. He would also write down the date that the bribe was paid; and at times, he would also write down the location at which the bribe was paid, such as at local restaurants or schools or while on trips to Las Vegas with bribe recipients. (CLICK HERE) for more information.
In case you don't know, Rhonda Skillern-Jones has very deep ties to Houston's political elite. Do you see her flanked between Mayor Sylvester Turner and Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzales that was taken way back on Monday, June 10, 2013, at a ribbon-cutting at the Garden City Apartments? Well, one can only imagine how much squealing she's done about local elected officials she's worked closely with over the years.
WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON?
“This afternoon, I learned that I tested positive for the virus that causes #COVID19,” said Mayor Sylvester Turner via his Twitter account. He went on to say, “I was not feeling well overnight and thought I was suffering from allergies or a sinus infection, so, I decided to get tested before starting my daily schedule.” Now, like I said, it was a mighty convenient contraction of the coronavirus – wouldn’t you say? Now, I’m not calling Mayor Sylvester a liar, or anything like that – I’m merely asking a question. Why didn’t Mayor Sylvester Turner catch the coronavirus in December of 2019, January of 2020, February of 2020, March of 2020, April of 2020, May of 2020, June of 2020, July of 2020, August of 2020, September of 2020, October of 2020, November of 2020, December of 2020, January of 2021, February of 2021, March of 2021, April of 2021, May of 2021, June of 2021, July of 2021, August of 2021, September of 2021, October of 2021, or November of 2021??? Nope!!! Mayor Sylvester Turner conveniently caught the coronavirus on the very same day that the United States Government unsealed its indictment against his very good friend Rhonda Skillern-Jones – right?
RHONDA ISN'T THE ONLY ONE
Let me tell you something, THERE are A LOT OF PEOPLE SHAKING IN THEIR BOOTS RIGHT ABOUT NOW!!! Why? Well, what happened with Rhonda Skillern-Jones isn’t an isolated incident. Do you actually believe that Rhonda Skillern-Jones is the only local official who is taking kickbacks? Do you actually believe that Rhonda Skillern-Jones learned this scheme all by herself? If you believe that, you’re crazy as a “BESSIE BUG” and should go and seek a psychological evaluation today! Anyways, ‘what had happened was’ Rhonda Skillern-Jones wanted to get a little something…
GETTING A LITTLE SOMETHING
According to the United States Government, from 2011 to 2020, Brian Busby, identified as ADMINISTRATOR 1 in the criminal Information, served as the HISD Chief Operating Officer, among other positions. SKILLERN-JONES was elected to the HISD Board of Education as a Trustee and served two terms from 2012 to 2019. She was the President of the Board in 2015 and 2018. Anthony Hutchinson, operating as Southwest Wholesale LLC (Southwest Wholesale) and Just Partners Construction LLC (Just Construction) and identified as BUSINESSMAN 1 in the Criminal Information, obtained contracts and purchase orders from HISD to provide grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, and repair services to HISD schools and other properties.
In 2017 while serving on the HISD Board, SKILLERN-JONES wanted to spend funds on landscaping projects at schools in her district. She discussed the project with Busby, who said they should get Hutchison to do the work because then “they can get a little something from it.” They agreed to arrange for Hutchinson to do the landscaping work on the proposed HISD project. At the August 10, 2017, Board of Trustees meeting, SKILLERN-JONES requested a budget allocation of $231,645 to schools in her district for landscaping additions. SKILLERN-JONES voted in favor of this agenda item, which was approved by the Board on that date.
According to Hutchison’s bribe ledger recovered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation during a search of Hutchison’s residence, Hutchison made two bribe payments to SKILLERN-JONES in 2017, each for approximately $10,000. Busby met SKILLERN-JONES at a Walmart parking lot in Houston and delivered to SKILLERN-JONES cash from Hutchison. SKILLERN-JONES recalls receiving approximately $12,000 from Busby.
MONEY. MONEY. MONEY.
What a lot of folks don’t realize is that there was some big money involved with this scheme. From what I understand, way back in March of 2018, Southwest Wholesale didn’t even complete the job they’d been awarded related to Sharpstown Middle School’s playing fields. That particular contract entailed, Sharpstown Middle School receiving $984 million in renovations. And get this, the $984 million was paid in full according to court records – even though the work had not been completed. Now, according to court documents, the sports director for HISD expressed concerns about the “HIGH PRICE” tag of the project, but Brian Busby, according to court documents went through with awarding the contract to Southwest Wholesale anyway.
It may be too little too late for Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Do you see Harris County Precinct One Commissioner Rodney Ellis? Well, a lot may have changed in that dude’s life when Rhonda got indicted. How? Well, the former HISD Board President/Trustee, who bolted from the HISD School Board, and then ran over to the HCC School Board, has to tell spill her guts. And guess what…the conspiracy charges that Skillern-Jones has pleaded guilty to carry a $250,000 maximum possible fine. A federal grand jury returned the indictment earlier this week on Tuesday, December 14th; but it wasn’t unsealed until yesterday. Now, all of that being said, according to the FBI, 'As part of her plea, Skillern-Jones admitted that, in return for bribe payments from Hutchison, she caused an expenditure of funds for school landscaping and construction projects to be placed on a 2017 HISD Board agenda and voted to approve it. They were eventually awarded to Hutchison. In her plea agreement, she admitted Busby personally delivered thousands of dollars in bribe payments to her from Hutchison.' ... this story is still developing.
I don't know about these two. As of right now, for all we know, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee could both be on the list. Now, for the record, I haven't seen the list of names that are 'alleged' to have been handed over to the authorities already. However, I can tell you that several of my sources have told me that the list has (19) nineteen names on it, and another source claimed the list has (17) seventeen names on it. That being said, it's unclear at this time, how many "BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS" are on the 'alleged' list of names.

COUNTY JUDGE LINA HIDALGO is damaged goods. Listen!!! Nominating Lina Hidalgo in the race for Harris County Judge on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, is going to make it next to impossible for other Democrats who are running countywide to win their re-election bids. How can I say this? Well, if the subpoenas that have already been issued to Lina by the Harris County District Attorney related to her botched attempt to give that $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract morphs into an indictment, it’s going to shed a negative light on every 2022 Democratic nominee on the ballot. That being said, Democratic Primary voters must fire Lina Hidalgo and nominate either Georgia Provost or Erica Davis on Super Tuesday.
GEORGIA PROVOST isn’t afraid of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Did you hear me? I said, Georgia Provost, isn’t afraid of the “PUPPET MASTER” or any of his other cronies. For the record, Georgia Provost is her own woman, and she’s not going to put a rubber stamp on Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis’s deadly policies. That being said, every vote cast for Georgia Provost, is a vote to bring balance to Harris County’s Commissioner’s Court.
ERICA DAVIS is bold, courageous, and duly qualified to be the next Harris County Judge. As a matter of fact, Erica Davis, as the Democratic nominee, would give the Republican nominee fits in the fall. And she’s also the Democrat who could handily defeat County Judge Lina Hidalgo, should the two get faced off against one another in a Democratic Party Primary Runoff. All of that being said, I really don’t know her; but I have a tough time seeing her rubberstamping things for Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.
VIDAL MARTINEZ is the right man for the job. In my opinion, he’s the guy who could step right in on day one and get things turned around. Vidal is the man who could put Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis in check. He’s the man who could step in and stand up to the “PUPPET MASTER” and cut his strings. Harris County is in desperate need of politicians with backbone and intestinal fortitude right now. That being said, this former federal prosecutor "VIDAL MARTINEZ" is up to the challenge. That’s why Vidal is our choice in the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Republican Party Primary race for Harris County Judge.
COMMISSIONER ADRIAN GARCIA has totally lost his way. The dude we’re looking at today is not the dude we all grew to love as a city councilman and sheriff. The man we’re looking at today is lost, bewildered, and needs a break from politics. Our boy Adrian should be replaced with George Risner on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the race for Harris County Commissioner for Precinct #2, in the Democratic Party Primary. Why? Well, nominating Commissioner Adrian Garcia is a risky proposition. What’s going to happen if he and Lina get indicted in the next few months? Both, Commissioner Garcia and County Judge Hidalgo could end up killing the entire countywide ticket if they’re allowed to emerge as nominees.
GEORGE RISNER is by far the best choice for Democratic Party Primary voters in the race for Harris County Commissioner for Precinct #2, on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Democratic Party Primary. Listen!!! Every vote cast for George Risner is vote cast to make Harris County, Texas safer. That being said, George Risner is a man who isn't afraid of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. If you ask me, George Risner is a man of faith and courage. He also has a backbone, and the intestinal fortitude to bring balance to Harris County Commissioner's Court.
AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for the people. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must endeavor to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment during the history of our great nation."
We Must Make it Our Business to Put "People Over Politics" in the 2022 Midterm Election & Beyond...
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in the upcoming 2022 Midterms, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
