Ellis Shouldn't Be Allowed to Unfairly Influence the Saturday, December 12, 2020, District B Runoff Between Tarsha and Cynthia

On Saturday, December 12, 2020, Tarsha Jackson (far left) and Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey (far right) will face off in the long-awaited Houston City Council District B runoff election race. In case you don't know, Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey is a heavy favorite to win the Saturday, December 12, 2020, runoff if Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and his sidekick Dallas Jones (wherever he happens to be this morning) will stay their butts out of the way! And speaking of staying out of the way, all of the people who tried to discredit my report about Commissioner Rodney Ellis' investments he's been making out of his campaign coffers should go sit down somewhere. While you're running around town trying to discredit me, what you need to be doing is asking Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis what happened to that $500,000 that disappeared from his campaign account back when he was serving in the Texas Senate. What am I talking about? Well, back when Ellis was in the Texas Senate his Republican colleagues discovered that about $500,000 had just vanished (disappeared) (gone bye-bye) from his campaign finance report. Nope, I'm not lying -- it just vanished. And the saddest part about this is that I don't believe that anyone really got to the bottom of that little fiasco. According to published reports, Ellis' report didn't contain the field where candidates are supposed to detail how securities purchased from their campaign accounts lost value. Why is this important? It's important because that's supposed to be a safeguard to prevent "OFFICE HOLDERS" from making poor investments. So, because Ellis' form didn't contain the field, this made it nearly impossible to determine whether or not he was making poor investment decisions with his campaign monies. However, to his credit, Ellis did admit that he had lost the $500,000 in the stock market but claimed that he earned the money back -- go figure! And I guess they just took his word for it. And while I'm at it, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis donating more than $250,000.00 to an organization like the (TOP) Texas Organizing Project. And for what it’s worth, I love the way that the Texas Organizing Project appears to support the candidates they endorse. Why? Well, after Commissioner Rodney Ellis made his $150,000 donation to TOP, they turned right around and gave Commissioner Rodney Ellis an in-kind contribution of $4,264.58 a few days later on 1/22/2020. Then on 2/22/2020, the good folks at TOP donated $121,329.04 to Commissioner Rodney Ellis in the form of canvassing and phone banking services.

The Black Community Should Ask Commissioner Rodney Ellis to Not Interfere in the Saturday, December 12, 2020, Runoff Election for Houston City Council District B

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

In case you don't know, Tarsha Jackson has already taken money from Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Nope!!! I'm not making this up! Look, Once his girl, Renee Jefferson Smith (the third-place finisher) didn't make the runoff, he, Commissioner Rodney Ellis almost immediately seized upon the opportunity to use his power and influence in hopes of putting another one of his cronies on Houston's City Council. How do I know? Haven't you been paying attention? Remember back in early December of 2019, when Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis took issue with Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman’s claim that she had no legal option other than to remove the contested Houston City Council District B runoff race between Tarsha Jackson and Cynthia Bailey from the ballot? Remember when she said, “Due to a legal challenge contesting the outcome of the Houston City Council District B race, the Office of the County Attorney advised me that the District B race could not be on the runoff ballot, per the Texas Election Code.” Do you remember when she went before Commissioner's Court and made that bold statement? Now think back with me for a second... Remember how Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis appeared to be all upset at Diane Trautman for pulling the race from the runoff ballot? Well, did you know that Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $1,000.00 to Tarsha Jackson’s Campaign back on Thursday, November 14, 2019? This dude Rodney Ellis is really walking a tight-rope if you ask me. He's playing fast and loose with his campaign money. And he's throwing his influence around like he owns the joint. Sometimes he acts like he's a big baby inside a play-pin moving his toys around. How he gets away with some of the crap he does is beyond me. But I guess when you have $3,029,506.00 to play around with, and investments in Boening, Facebook, Paypal, Amazon, Nike, Merck, Shopify, Phillip Morris, Equifax, Pepsico, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, United Healthcare Group, Chevron, Allstate, The London Stock Exchange, T-Mobile, Morgan Stanley, and ConocoPhillips you can make some things happen in the political world -- especially in a place like Harris County, Texas.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis Is Getting Richer and Richer, While His Constituents Struggle to Make Ends Meet

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I guess to each his own. But what Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is doing with his campaign donations stinks on several different levels -- but that's a story for another day. Anyways, a few days ago I detailed some of the investments he's made using his campaign donations. Sure, how he's using his campaign funds has come into question before, but I don't think that anyone has seriously dug into how much of his campaign money is being lost and gained as he plays fast and furious with the money that's being donated to him. Nor, do I believe that most people fully understand that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is the "ONLY ELECTED OFFICIAL" as far as I can tell who is currently throwing thousands and thousands of his campaign donations into the New York Stock Exchange on a daily basis -- with seemingly reckless disregard. But to be fair, State Senator John Whitmire who represents the 5th Senatorial District of Texas, according to published reports invested about $9 million of his campaign funds in the stock market back in 2018 -- but claimed, according to the report to defer his investments to his money manager.

Former Mayor Lee P. Brown (left) has his hands on the shoulders of late Harris County Precinct 1 Commissioner El Franco Lee, and current Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. In case you don't know when Commissioner Lee died his campaign account still contained about $3.6 million. Like Commissioner Ellis, he also invested his campaign cash in the stock market.

ELLIS AIN'T NO JOKE

“The key for me to be independent, to speak my mind, and take on the issues that I have decided to take on in my career, has been to have an adequate war chest so that if there is a fight, I’m ready for it,” said Ellis in a published article I ran across in the Houston Chronicle while doing my research for this report. Here's an inside look at a few of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis' recent big-money earnings that he's added to his war chest to fight off would-be challengers and influence local political races, like the upcoming Saturday, December 12, 2020, Houston City Council District B, runoff race between Tarsha Jackson, and Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey.

Did you know that back on 2/24/2020, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis sold 100,000 shares of NYSE - Federated Govt Obligations Fund and was paid $100,000.00 according to his campaign finance report that's dated Wednesday, July 15, 2020, and published on the Harris County Clerk's website.

Did you know that back on 2/26/2020, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis sold 300,000 shares of NYSE - Federated Govt Obligations Fund and was paid $300,000.00 according to his campaign finance report that's dated Wednesday, July 15, 2020, and published on the Harris County Clerk's website.

Did you know that back on 6/25/2020, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis sold 14,465 shares of NYSE - Blackrock Multi-Asset, Inc. and was paid $150,000.00 according to his campaign finance report that's dated Wednesday, July 15, 2020, and published on the Harris County Clerk's website.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis is by most accounts one of the most powerful men in Harris County, Texas. Like him, or hate him -- that's a fact. Commissioner Ellis has been influencing local politics since he was in his late twenties. Some folks consider Ellis a "KING-MAKER" of sorts. However, some folks consider him a "CORRUPT POLITICIAN" whose days are numbered.

Expect for Ellis to Get Behind Tarsha Jackson in the Upcoming Saturday, December 12, 2020, District B Runoff Election

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

“Due to a legal challenge contesting the outcome of the Houston City Council District B race, the Office of the County Attorney advised me that the District B race could not be on the runoff ballot, per the Texas Election Code,” is what County Clerk Diane Trautman said at Commissioner Court. Remember how Commissioner Rodney Ellis appeared to be all upset at Diane Trautman for pulling the race from the runoff ballot? Well, did you know that Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $1,000.00 to Tarsha Jackson’s Campaign back on Thursday, November 14, 2019? And the donation from Commissioner Ellis to Tarsha Jackson was made only a few days after the election took place. Remember how Commissioner Ellis talked openly about the serious mistakes that he felt had taken place? Remember how Commissioner Rodney Ellis questioned Diane Trautman’s legal authority to pull the District B race from the runoff ballot? “In my opinion, I think some serious mistakes were made,” are the exact words spoken forth by Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Didn’t Commissioner Ellis seem to care about the people? Did you ever wonder whether Diane Trautman had a proverbial “DOG IN THE FIGHT” whereas the District B runoffs were concerned? What about Commissioner Rodney Ellis? Do you know for sure, whether Rodney Ellis has a proverbial “DOG IN THE FIGHT” whereas the upcoming Saturday, December 12, 2020, Houston City Council District B runoffs are concerned?

Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman was one of the most powerful women in Harris County when she sat in the position. She's soft-spoken but firm when she needs to be. However, she was put under a lot of pressure toward the end of her tenure as the Harris County Clerk.

Former Harris County Clerk Valued the Work Cynthia Bailey Provided Her Campaign

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Did you know that Diane Trautman was one of Cynthia Baley’s clients? Did you know that former Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman valued the work Cynthia Bailey did for her campaign? It’s very difficult to make the connections and figure out how the District B runoff fight took this long to resolve. But, when you start digging in and turning over stones, you just never know what’s going to turn up. While looking over Diane’s Trautman’s campaign finance reports (for another matter) I discovered that Cynthia Bailey, the woman many people worked hard to branded as nothing more than an ex-felon, is actually a savvy businesswoman with a client list that is pretty much unrivaled in Harris County, Texas in the industry of running ground-games for local candidates! Heck, from what I can see, Cynthia Bailey has ties to Diane Trautman and many other political elites. Did you know that Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman paid $2,325.00 in the form of a “CAMPAIGN EXPENDITURE” categorized as payment for contract labor to Cynthia Bailey? What does this mean? I’m going to tell you if you hold your horses. What this means is that Cynthia Bailey supplied Harris County Clerk Diane Trautman with the man-power to cover the election polls for her back in 2018. In essence, Cynthia Bailey, the businesswoman got a check on 5/17/2018, to man the election polls for Diane Trautman’s Campaign. What does this establish? Well, this transaction alone is proof positive that when people mentioned the past of Cynthia Bailey between now and Saturday, December 12, 2020, they can't just talk about her troubles, but should be compelled to also talk about her success and business acumen as well in my opinion.

If you look back, prior to the Tuesday, November 5, 2019, City of Houston General Election, Commissioner Rodney Ellis' donated over $100,000 to TOP -- Texas Organizing Project. In case you don't know, TOP endorsed Tarsha Jackson in the race for Houston City Council District B. Meanwhile, Commissioner Ellis' consultant (Dallas Jones) was busy supporting the eventual third-place finisher, Renee Jefferson Smith. However, after Renee Jefferson Smith didn't make the runoff, Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated a cool grand to Tarsha Jackson, the woman who will now faceoff against Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey on Saturday, December 12, 2020, in the District B runoff.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis Is A Pretty Smart Guy, But is He as Smart as He Thinks He Is?

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Commissioner Rodney Ellis is certainly no dummy. Nope! He’s one of the best I’ve ever seen when it comes to playing shell games. As a matter of fact, I believe that Commissioner Rodney Ellis could actually be one of the top five men of any color in the entire nation. Heck, I can’t even imagine him playing checkers. Hell NO!!! But I would be very surprised if he doesn’t play a mean game of chess. But anyway, as I've said many times before, Commissioner Ellis knows how to get things done in the political world – but he seems to get a little sloppy at times if you ask me. But even still, he’s a bad man. When you see him coming you should say, “Mama there goes that man again.” But is he as smart as he believes he is in his own mind? I can’t answer that question for you just yet, but I’ll be able to answer it for you within the next few months or so. Now, with that said, please don’t you dare go back and tell Commissioner Rodney Ellis that I’m out here talking bad about him – that would be a bald-faced lie! All I'm trying to do here is understand (in my own mind) why it’s seemingly okay for the people of District B to have been without representation for this long when all of the "TOP BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS" out here pretend to be working in the best interest of this predominantly African American council district. What do you think? So, what do you think? Does Commissioner Rodney Ellis have a proverbial, “DOG IN THE FIGHT whereas the Saturday, December 12, 2020, District B runoffs are concerned? As for me, I can’t tell if was pulling for Tarsha Jackson, the woman he donated the $1,000.00 to back on 11/14/2019, or Renee Jefferson Smith back when the initial race for District B took place. Why? Well, while it looked like Renee Jefferson Smith, the third-place finisher – was Commissioner Rodney Ellis' favorite, he could have had all of us fooled. How? Well, didn't see the tentacles between Commissioner Ellis at first. However, I can clearly see now, where Commissioner Rodney Ellis’ boy Dallas Jones was doing his damndest to assist Renee Jefferson Smith on several different levels. Now, if you don’t know Dallas Jones, he is widely considered as one of the best in the consulting business in Texas – if not the nation. What’s Dallas Jones’ connection to all of this District B craziness? Well, Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Renee Jefferson Smith are both clients of Dallas Jones. But the crazy part about the District B race that was held back on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, is that Commissioner Ellis may have had more candidates in the District B race than anyone realized at the time. I believe Tarsha Jackson, the first-place finisher, back on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, may have been Commissioner Rodney Ellis' favorite choice all along? Why? Well, if my memory serves me correctly, Tarsha Jackson played an integral role at TOP (Texas Organizing Project) for about six years before she left the organization to run for the Houston City Council District B seat back in 2019. What doe this have to do with the price of tea in China? Well, back on 4/14/2016 Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $250.00 to TOP (the Texas Organizing Project) if my memory serves me correctly. Then, back on 8/31/2016 Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated $50,000.00 to TOP. Then, back on 11/03/2016 Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated another $50,000.00 to TOP (the Texas Organizing Project) if my memory serves me correctly. And get this, back on 1/17/2020 Commissioner Rodney Ellis donated a whopping $150,000.00 to TOP (the Texas Organizing Project) if my memory serves me correctly. Are you keeping up? Now, don’t get me wrong, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with Commissioner Rodney Ellis donating more than $250,000.00 to an organization like the Texas Organizing Project. And for what it’s worth, I love the way that the Texas Organizing Project appears to support the candidates they endorse. Why? Then on 2/22/2020, the good folks at TOP donated $121,329.04 to Commissioner Rodney Ellis in the form of canvassing and phone banking services. Are you beginning to get the picture of how politics works in Harris County, Texas? Well, let me be more a little bit clearer for those of you who may be a little slow. Look, I believe it was the endorsement from TOP (the Texas Organizing Project), along with the ground-game support they provided to Tarsha Jackson’s Campaign that helped her emerge from that tough field of candidates she faced off against back on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, in the City of Houston General Election.

Dallas Jones is one of those people you're either going to love or hate. But make no mistake about it, Dallas is a "POWER-PLAYER" in Harris County, Texas politics. He's not the kinda guy you want to cross in the wrong way out here if you're new to the political game.

The District B City Council Race Has Always Been About Power, Money, and Influence

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

In case you don't know, Dallas Jones bills himself as a "Political Analyst, Nation Builder, and Leadership-Shaper," according to his Facebook page. I’m not too sure if he’s all of that…but I digress. That being said, from what I've gathered about Dallas Jones – he’s a shrewd businessman. So, I would like to take this moment to remind you that there’s nothing wrong with him working with multiple candidates in any given election cycle. However, at first glance, it may not be clear what his direct connections were to the Houston City Council District B race were back in 2019 -- but I'm going to do my best to paint a picture for you to see. So, do me a favor and make yourself a mental note of the fact that Elite Change, Inc. is Dallas Jones’ baby – he owns the company. And who do you think one of his ‘BIGGEST’ clients? You guessed it – Commissioner Rodney Ellis.

Tarsha Jackson finished first in the race for Houston City Council District B, way back on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Now she will have to face off against Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey in the District B runoff election that's scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 12, 2020.

Renee Jefferson Smith, after losing legal challenge upon legal challenge will now have to just sit back and see whether Tarsha Jackson or Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey will become the next Houston City Council District B representative on Saturday, December 12, 2020. It is unclear at this time whether she's going to endorse either of the candidates who made the runoff.

Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Political Consultant Dallas Jones Have their Fingerprints all Over the Houston City Council District B Race

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Can anybody out there tell me why Dallas Jones would go to Renee Jefferson Smith out of the goodness of his heart and donate $10.000.00 worth of his precious time to help her try to win the Tuesday, November 5, 2019, Houston City Council District B race? Is that what we’re supposed to believe? Get this, Renee Jefferson Smith out of the goodness of heart (I guess) paid Elite Change, Inc. owned by Dallas Jones $9,000.00 out of her campaign account for all of his hard work. Does that make any sense to you? If so, you are “Cuckoo For Cocoa Puffs” my friend. Anyways, I guess it’s a coincidence that Commissioner Rodney Ellis paid Elite Exchange, Inc. $17,600.00 for consulting and field support services during pretty much the same time frame. I’m not sure what this means, but that’s some creativity right there if you ask me. Doesn't that sound like Dallas Jones was double-dipping?

Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey (above center) is one of the best in the business when it comes to providing ground-game filed support to her clients. Did you know, that Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey has done business deals with both Mayor Sylvester Turner (above left), and Council Member Jerry Davis (above right) to the combined total of $53,335.00 between Tuesday, November 5, 2013, and Monday, January 27, 2020? Why do powerful local politicians do business with Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey? Well, she's one of the best in the business at what she does -- that's why. In case you don't know, the services provided by Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey is invaluable to local elected officials and include, but are not limited to, general consulting, sign-placement, and maintenance. She also provides her clients with strategic poll worker placement.

Mayor Turner Has Paid Approximately $36,950, and CM Jerry Davis Has Paid Approximately $16,385 to Cynthia Bailey According to Their Campaign Finance Reports

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I’m sure you’ve heard all the headlines about Businesswoman Cynthia K. Bailey being an ex-felon and crook. But have you heard about her also being a successful businesswoman? Like her or not, Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey has a very impressive roster of clients, who trust and depend on her ability to consult and provide strategic canvassing, manning of election polls, and strategic campaign sign placement support throughout the region. I’ve watched Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey do her thing over the years, and in doing so, there have even been times when my ground-game crew has overlapped with her ground-game crew. You hardly ever see signs that Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey's ground-game crew has erected flying in the wind. Man, she's good at what she does. Heck, the greatest thing about the work that she and her ground-game crew do on the streets, is that she appears to take great pride in her work -- she appears to be a master of her craft -- a student of the game if you will. Get this, I once saw Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey riding down the street in a freaking golf cart with campaign signs hanging off the back of it. Cynthia’s attention to detail is unmatched in the ground-game industry. But you really don't hear the people who are trying to discredit her candidacy mention her business prowess very much. Now with that said, here is an important question Houston City Council District B residents, must ask themselves, “If Cynthia Bailey is such a bad person, why is the “Chief Executive” of the fourth most populous city in these United States of America, (Mayor Sylvester Turner) one of her biggest clients?” And, why did (Councilman Jerry Davis) do so much business with Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey? Look, candidates don’t spend the kind of loot that Mayor Sylvester Turner, Jerry Davis, and a whole host of other “LOCAL ELECTED OFFICIALS” spend with Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey – unless she’s one of the best in the business, and from what I can see she just might be the BEST at what she does. You see, since her trouble with the law, Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey, through hard work, determination, and diligence, has sought to better herself. She’s laced her boots up and put in some serious work to show the world that people like her can be redeemed. She’s shown a lot of folks that rehabilitation is possible. She’s demonstrated to the world that no matter what mistake (or mistakes) you make in life, that you can get back up and become all that God has predestined for you to be in my opinion. So, as I say this, I’m reminded of a passage of scripture in the Holy Bible that states, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.”

BUSINESSWOMAN CYNTHIA BAILEY

Cynthia Bailey worked her tail off to earn her second-place finish in the race for Houston City Council District B, back on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. In case you don't remember, she received 2,302 votes, for 14.45% of the vote. Now she will have to face off against Tarsha Jackson in the District B runoff election that's scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 12, 2020.

Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey is the Candidates Who Truly Cares About the People of District B

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

As a successful businesswoman, Cynthia K. Bailey has worked feverishly to turn her life around since she was released from prison many years ago. Look, it’s no secret that Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey suffered from past drug addiction – but on the surface, it seems that she’s done well on her road to recovery. Sure, there’s no doubt that Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey pled guilty (for a number of different reasons) to her involvement in a crime. But hasn't she repaid her debt to society already? Should she be relegated to suffering the aftereffects of her poor judgment for the rest of her life? Look, whether she stole 5,000 dollars or a greater amount, Cynthia K. Bailey admitted to her wrong-doing -- and did her time!!! She then laced up her boots and has gotten her life back on track. And yes, there’s a lot of elected officials who have given Cynthia a second chance at redemption. And from what I can see, she hasn’t let them down. She appears to have performed like a champ, since being released from prison many years ago. She appears to have become a model-citizen according to the folks I’ve talked to regarding this matter.

District B Houston Councilman Jerry Davis really believes in Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey. He's a very loyal supporter of Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey, just like Mayor Sylvester happens to be. Between Tuesday, November 5, 2013, and Monday, January 27, 2020, Councilman Jerry Davis paid Businesswoman Cynthia Bailey (from what I could see), somewhere in the neighborhood of $16,385 in consulting fees and other services.

All Houston Business Connections Newspaper© readers are Strongly Encouraged to Vote Our Slate on Tuesday, November 3, 2020

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

There won't be any straight-ticket voting in the state of Texas on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. So, the “2020 NON-PARTISAN ENDORSEMENTS” listed on this page for Harris County, Missouri City, Texas, and Pearland, Texas are being released for Houston Business Connections Newspaper© readers to strongly consider between now and Election Day. To this end, please note that these endorsements are intended to serve as a guide to assist our “OPEN-MINDED READERS” in their quest to make an informed voting decision on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. So, if you're one of those people who is planning to waltz into the voting booth on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, and cast your ballot for every candidate who has a "D" or "R" in front of their name, this page was not created with you in mind. But was rather, created for "OPEN-MINDED PEOPLE" who love America and would like to see the "BEST-QUALIFIED CANDIDATES" with "OPEN-MINDS" placed into positions of authority throughout our nation. Why? Well, in case you haven't noticed, this is a crucial moment in the history of our great nation -- we're at a crossroads in these United States of America. Our constitution is under attack, race-relations are at an all-time low; and the very fabric of our nation is being torn asunder. That being said, please understand that no candidate is perfect, and these endorsements were decided upon by Houston Business Connections Newspaper© after consulting with (15) fifteen local attorneys who practice law in Houston, Texas along with consideration of the opinions offered to us by a select group of local leaders and politically astute individuals whom we respect. So, as you view the slate below, please understand, that in some of the races, there are “DUAL ENDORSEMENTS”, which simply mean that, a definitive decision was not reached on that race. And in other races where you see “NO ENDORSEMENT” offered, we are encouraging our "OPEN-MINDED READERS" to “HOLD-THEIR VOTE”, or research the candidates for themselves and cast their ballot for the candidate that best represents their interests, ideas, beliefs, and, concerns. Lastly, do not forget to cast your vote for Jerlaynn Manor in the race for District Judge, 80th Civil District Court, in Harris County. In case you don't know, at the age of 7-years old Jeralynn decided that she wanted to be a judge when she grew up. Now, her road to 2020 has not been easy; but this rising Democratic star finds herself on step away from achieving her lifelong dream of becoming a judge.
