Prayer Vigil Organizers Must Compel Sheila Jackson Lee to Repent; Vivian King and Gerald Womack Must Repent Also

A prayer vigil is being held for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at the Community of Faith Church King's Dome Cathedral, located at 1024 Pinement Drive in Houston, Texas 77091. However, I wonder if any repentance will occur at the prayer vigil. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee may have done some good over the years, but she has also done a lot of dirt. The North Forest School District closure, Black folks needlessly dying from those cancer clusters in Fifth Ward, and most recently, her former staffer (Jerome Brooks) going to a hotel room and drinking a mixture containing ethanol, grabbing his chest, and falling over dead, after her vulgar insults of him were revealed to the world, are just a few things that come to mind. NO VIDEO TAPE... And now her campaign manager, Gerald Womack, has informed the Harris County District Attorney's Office prosecutors that he does not have any videotape to back up his claim that I entered his office and assaulted him back on Monday, October 23, 2023, as he alleged.

"THREE CRIMINALS."

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Gerald Womack, and Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, are going to burn in hell if they don't repent and ask God for forgiveness. Gerald Womack and Sheila Jackson Lee are criminals. Vivian King, a woman bound by the law to seek truth and justice, is also a criminal and has no business getting elected as the judge for the 486th Criminal District Court under any circumstances. In case you don't know, Vivian King was serving on the board of "CRIME STOPPERS" back in 2022, when all those "BLACK JUDGES" were being attacked in the media. Vivian King also used her position at the DA's Office to intervene instead of stepping down when an active county audit of the organization was being conducted. In the incident regarding "CRIME STOPPERS," Vivian King used her official Harris County District Attorney's Office email to provide "CRIME STOPPERS" with professional advice at the taxpayer's dime. Also, she used her official signature block and insignia on the email like a fool, according to published reports.

"VIVIAN'S CORRUPT."

Just like Vivian King used her power as Kim Ogg's chief of staff to intervene in the "CRIME STOPPERS" matter a few years ago, she continues to undermine the integrity of the DA's Office. According to several sources, the phone records belonging to Vivian King and Gerald Womack should prove that Vivian King also used the power of the DA's Office to intervene in the criminal matter involving Gerald Womack and myself, which, if found to be accurate, would be what's called prosecutorial misconduct.

"VIVIAN'S FILTHY."

Vivian King is dirty, and I've listened to audio tapes and viewed videotapes that have confirmed that she has no business serving as a judge. Vivian King's personal life is all screwed up, and she's been proven to "NOT BE CREDIBLE" by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Her idea of keeping a man allegedly involves putting hidden tracking devices on their vehicles. That should be enough to give the general public a good idea of why this woman does not need jurisdiction over others. Listen. In jurisprudence, prosecutorial misconduct or overreach is "an illegal act or failing to act, on the part of a prosecutor, especially an attempt to sway the jury to wrongly convict a defendant or to impose a harsher than appropriate punishment." In the matter involving Gerald Womack and myself, according to my sources, Vivian King, just like in the case involving "CRIME STOPPERS," is the person who is alleged to have intervened.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee should be compelled to repent for her sins while she still has time. She should have called Jerome Brooks' mother and apologized to her. She should also apologize to all of her living former staff members whom she verbally abused. And she should apologize to the (now closed) North Forest School District residents. And she needs to tell the truth about what's happening with the "CANCER CLUSTERS" in her district. The living family members of the "DEAD VOTERS" who had their identities stolen by her campaign workers are also owed an apology. And she should compel Gerald Womack to tell Harris County Prosecutors the truth about what occurred at 4412 Almeda on Monday, October 23, 2023, when he attacked Aubrey R. Taylor.

I’m Aubrey R. Taylor, the Houston Business Connections Newspaper publisher, and investigative reporter. I have conducted investigations in Harris County, Texas, since the 1990s and plan to closely monitor the “ABSENTEE BALLOT FLOW” between now and Tuesday, November 5, 2024, for the upcoming Presidential Election in Harris County, Texas.

Prayer Vigil Organizers Must Compel Sheila Jackson Lee to Repent; Vivian King and Gerald Womack Must Repent Also

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

It’s beautiful to see the community come together for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. I also believe in the “POWER OF PRAYER & PRAISE” and the power of forgiveness and healing. As I’ve said, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee should be recognized, not vilified, during her last days.

On Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., a “PRAYER AND PRAISE VIGIL” will be held for the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee at “THE COMMUNITY OF FAITH CHURCH KING’S DOME CATHEDRAL,” located at 1024 Pinemont Drive in Houston, Texas 77091.

“FINDING PEACE.”

While the “FAITH COMMUNITY” continues to pray for the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, it’s imperative that ministers also advise her to make peace with the people she and her allies have caused harm to over her four decades in public office.

To receive forgiveness, people must repent and ask the God of their understanding to wipe their slate clean. However, rather than clean her slate, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee appears to be ready to go home to meet her maker with unresolved issues.

“LYING GERALD.”

Earlier this week, on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, I learned that Gerald Womack, the guy who lied to (HPD) Houston Police Department investigators, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, now claims that he doesn’t have any video footage of me assaulting him late last year, on Monday, October 23, 2023, at his office, located at 4412 Almeda Road, in Houston, Texas, where Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and several other businesses have offices.

Now, this lying piece of crap (Gerald Womack) believes that his buddy/client Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, is going to pull the necessary strings to cover for him and send me to jail, without any proof whatsoever that Gerald Womack is telling the truth.

What? His cameras weren’t working at the time of the alleged assault. Are you kidding me? Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee needs to come clean and compel Gerald Womack to tell the truth about what occurred at 4412 Almeda Road on Monday, October 23, 2023, while she still has the opportunity to do so.

Remember, a few weeks before Gerald Womack attacked me at his office when I went there to drop off two newspapers for Linda Brown, who owns Advantage Communications Group, as I’ve done for years, he had supposedly beefed up his security after Abigail Jo Shry (43), had allegedly threatened the life of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s a few weeks prior.

Abigail Jo Shry, accused of calling US District Judge Tanya Chulkan’s chambers and leaving a voicemail threatening to “kill anyone” who went after the ex-president (Donald J. Trump), including Democrats and members of the LGBTQ Community, also threatened the life of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, according to court records.

According to news reports, Abigail Jo Shry allegedly made a direct threat to kill Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee in August of 2023. How could the cameras at 4412 Almeda Road, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Campaign headquarters, not work more than two months later?

I’m not making this up. Earlier this week, Gerald Womack informed Harris County prosecutors that he “DOES NOT” have any video recordings of what occurred inside the lobby of his office located at 4412 Almeda Road, in Houston, Texas 77004, on Monday, October 23, 2023, because his cameras were not working. However, Gerald Womack doesn’t know that the video showing him with the weapon I described to the chief investigator, Officer Don, in his hand is in a secure place.

My investigative team and I have also pieced together the plot that we believed Gerald Womack, (possibly) Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg’s chief of staff (Vivian King) may have developed. Vivian King may have used her position at the DA’s Office as a tool in the “WAR CHEST” of the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” regime to try and destroy my life, livelihood, and status as one of the top investigative reporters in the nation.

Why does Vivian King hate me?

In 2012, I told Harris County voters that Vivian King was trash and should not get elected to the 177th Criminal District Court bench. Ryan Patrick (Republican) received 570,984 votes, for 50.37% of the vote, and Vivian King (Democrat) received 562,490 votes, for 49.63%.

In 2010, when Vivian King (Democrat) challenged Susan Brown (Republican) for the 185th Criminal District Court bench, I told people that Vivian King was trash and did not belong on a judicial bench. Susan Brown received 426,282 votes, for 56.16% of the vote. Comparatively speaking, in her losing bid for the 185th Criminal District Court, Vivian King received 332,829 votes, for 43.84%.

“DIRTY PROSECUTOR.”

According to published reports, this would not be the first time Vivian King used her position as Kim Ogg’s chief of staff to intervene in alleged criminal matters involving her acquaintances, friends, or donors to her failed run for political office.

In December of 2023, an article entitled “High Court Judge Blasts Ogg Chief, Calls her “Not Credible” was written about Vivian King and her work as an attorney. In this instance, Vivian King’s client received a “LIFE SENTENCE” because she lied and told him she would file an appeal for him, but she did not do so.

Vivian King assured her client ‘in writing’ that she would file a petition allowing her client to appeal his conviction and life sentence – which ultimately cost him his right to appeal.

“Counsel’s credibility is also called into question by her failure to respond to Applicant’s letters inquiring about the PDR, as well as her more than 18-month delay in responding to [her client’s] allegations,” said a sitting Texas Court of Criminal Appeals Justice, about Vivian King.

When discussing Vivian King’s erratic behavior, the sitting Texas Court of Criminal Appeals Justice implicitly accused Vivian King of lying to the court by explicitly referencing the rule of professional responsibility related to “CANDOR TOWARD THE TRIBUNAL,” which requires that “a lawyer shall not knowingly: (1) make a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal[.]”

In other words, Vivian King lied to the court.

“ANOTHER CONTROVERSY.”

While working for the DA’s Office, Vivian King was responsible for prosecuting the crimes that financial county audits tend to reveal or uncover. However, according to published reports, “Ms. King used her government email to provide cheerleading and guidance to Crime Stoppers, an organization responding to a request from the Harris County auditor.”

According to a published report, Vivian King intervened in the matter involving crime stoppers and served as a board member at the non-profit organization.

Vivian King isn’t too wise. “Instead of stepping down or at least exercising enough common sense not to get involved with an active county audit of the organization, Ms. King decided that it was best to use her District Attorney’s Office email, fire off professional advice to a private organization on a Friday on the taxpayer’s dime, and adorn her guidance to the non-profit with her official government signature and insignia,” according to published reports.

“TRACKING DEVICES.”

I’ve viewed video evidence and listened to audio evidence that reveals that Vivian King does not have the temperament to serve on a judicial bench in Harris County, Texas. From what I understand, Vivian King also undermined her boss (Kim Ogg) by allegedly running around Harris County, Texas, telling almost anyone who would listen that (her boss) Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg was a racist.

When you get down to it, Vivian King is a woman nobody likes. She’s a mean, nasty, vindictive witch who has been searching for relevance in Harris County, Texas, for decades.

Vivian King can’t keep a man. From what I understand, this witch likes to put “TRACKER AND RECORDING DEVICES” inside the vehicles of men she dates to keep tabs on them.

“EXPOSING THE SCHEME.”

I will no longer sit on the sideline and allow local politicians and pastors to play my people for fools – those days are over. The situation unfolding with Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and members of the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” regime is shameful and downright selfish. In the spirit of public concern, I must inform my readers, educate Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s constituents of the 18th Congressional District of Texas, and expose the game of playing with everyone’s intelligence.

Yesterday (Wednesday, June 5, 2024), a press conference was held where ‘so-called’ like Bishop James Dixon (President, NAACP Houston Branch), State Rep. Ron Reynolds (HD-27), Lesley Briones (Precinct 4 County Commissioner), Pastor Max Miller (Baptist Ministers’ Association of Houston & Vicinity), Pastor E.A. Deckard (Known Pedophile and Sexual Predator), Gilbert Garcia (Former Metro Board Chairman), all got together to announce that there will be a “PRAYER AND PRAISE VIGIL” honoring the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Bishop James Dixon’s church, the Community of Faith Church, located at 1024 Pinemont Dr #100, Houston, TX 77091.

On the surface, holding a “PRAYER AND PRAISE VIGIL” for the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, who, according to sources, could already be in “STAGE FOUR” of her fight to survive her pancreatic cancer battle, seems to be a noble deed. However, their gesture yesterday sparked new concerns about what should happen next and whether the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” regime is once again pulling the wool over the eyes of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s grieving constituents.

If Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is “GRAVELY ILL,” it’s not the time to be talking about her winning her battle to recover from pancreatic cancer. What’s supposed to be happening right now is that community leaders and elected officials should lift Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee in prayer and transition to ensure that the people of the 18th Congressional District have quality representation.

There’s nothing wrong with praying for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and agreeing with her for a speedy recovery – that’s not the issue here. The problem the constituents of the 18th Congressional District of Texas are facing is the stark reality that the “ELLIS/TURNER/ LEE” regime appears to be on the verge of possibly allowing the Honorable Congresswoman to die in office, which could trigger a whole set of other issues for the people of the predominantly African American district.

What should the citizens of the 18th Congressional District be concerned about?

Listen. From what I’ve been told, “The only thing the Democrats can do at their upcoming convention is pick the nominee to run if Congresswoman Lee can’t finish her term.”

“The people must elect Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s replacement in the United States Congress,” I understand.

Suppose there is a special election for the 18th Congressional District of Texas. In that case, Texas Governor Greg Abbott will decide what date an election will occur under the US Constitution’s House Vacancy Clause.

Remember, the Constitution leaves the timing up to the states. Texas law sets the same deadlines for special elections for vacancies in the United States Congress as for vacancies in our Texas state Legislature.

According to state guidelines and my source, “If it’s not an emergency, a special election typically happens on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.” However, if an emergency occurs, Gov. Greg Abbott could call an emergency election, but the “EMERGENCY ELECTION” would have to be at least 36 days after he ordered it.

If Jackson Lee were to withdraw from her reelection campaign at least 74 days before the election or by about mid-August (Thursday, August 15, 2024), the Democratic National Committee could then nominate a replacement candidate who would appear on the Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election ballot as the Democratic nominee for the 18th Congressional District of Texas.

However, from what I understand, for the Democratic National Committee to intervene and choose the nominee who would appear on the November 5, 2024, ballot, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee would have had to have been diagnosed with a “CATASTROPHIC ILLNESS” after the regular filing deadline (Monday, December 11, 2023), for the primary election which occurred back on “SUPER TUESDAY” (Tuesday, March 5, 2024), where the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, defeated Amanda Edwards and Robert Slater by a wide margin.

For the “CATASTROPHIC ILLNESS” scenario to come into play, where the Democratic National Committee could intervene and choose the nominee for the 18th Congressional District who would appear on the upcoming Tuesday, November 5, 2024, ballot, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee would have had to have been diagnosed with her “CATASTROPHIC ILLNESS” sometime after the regular filing deadline (Monday, December 11, 2023), to appear on “SUPER TUESDAY” primary ballot.

Remember, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Campaign did not give her constituents or the general public a specific date when she received her cancer diagnosis. However, my sources have already given me the date and time when Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee received the news that she had pancreatic cancer from her doctors.

“FINAL THOUGHTS.”

Cancer prognosis or not, between today and Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee has a lot of campaigning to do in preparation for her showdown against Lany Centonze (Republican), Ed Atkinson (Veteran’s Party), and Vince Duncan, who is collecting petitions to appear on the ballot as an Independent. If Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is at “STAGE FOUR” in her battle against pancreatic cancer, she needs plenty of rest.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee should spend her last days surrounded by her family, friends, and loved ones – not running around in the sweltering Houston heat, handing out water bottles with a fan hanging from her neck. The days of cheap photo ops are long gone. And the grip that the “ELLIS/TURNER/LEE” once had on Harris County, Texas, is weakening with each passing day.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (center) needs to understand that her chief of staff (Vivian King) was allegedly running around Harris County, labeling her (Ogg) as a racist behind her back. District Attorney Ogg also needs to be made aware that on the same day that Gerald Womack and her chief of staff allegedly coordinated Vivian King's run for the 486th Criminal District Court (Saturday, December 7, 2023), Gerald Womack was supposed to show up at the offices of Jared Woodfill and turn over security footage and video in a civil suit against him.

Vivian King, the Democratic nominee for the 486th Criminal District Court, is an alleged "H-TOWN-DRUNK" and at one point allegedly tried to convince her ex-husband, who is a former prizefighter, to beat up Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. She also, according to sources, reportedly tried to get her ex-husband wrongfully convicted of assaulting her. This lying, conniving low-life of a woman, according to sources, is also the person who intervened in the criminal matter where her real estate broker (Gerald Womack) assaulted Aubrey R. Taylor on Monday, October 23, 2023.

Gerald Womack and Vivian King, the chief of staff for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, moved in unison on Saturday, December 7, 2023. Instead of turning over the security tapes, recordings, and surveillance tapes after being issued a subpoena, Gerald Womack appears to have decided to have Vivian King (his client) run for the 486th Criminal District Court, according to sources. According to this source, a look at the phone records of Gerald Womack and Vivian King would provide greater detail into how and why Vivian King decided to allegedly use her influence at the DA's Office to intervene in the criminal matter that occurred at 4412 Almeda Road on Monday, October 23, 2024.

Years ago, Gerald Womack tried to help Vivian King get elected to the 185th Criminal Court bench in Harris County, Texas. Fast forward to 2024, and Gerald Womack appears to have schemed with Vivian King to get her elected to the 486th Criminal District Court so that she could protect his interests in the criminal matter involving Aubrey R. Taylor and Womack.

Womack Development & Investment Realtor is the "LISTING BROKER" for Vivian King's home located at 2202 Alabama Street, in Houston, Texas 77004. Phone records could show that Gerald Womack and Vivian King, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg's chief of staff, coordinated their activities on Saturday, December 7, 2023, when Womack was supposed to answer a subpoena to appear at the offices of Jared Woodfill located at 3 Riverway, Suite 750, in Houston, Texas 77056.
