While I’ve been hunting down “BLACK PUBLIC OFFICIALS” like Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and others who have been shielding Pastor E.A. Deckard, the pedophile who was 28 years old, when he assaulted his 14-year-old victim, Community Activist Quanell X, been roaming the Harris County Civil Courthouse hunting down a “DOCUMENTED SEX OFFENDER” who sexually assaulted his sister, according to an “AFFIDAVIT” that has been obtained by provided to Aubrey R. Taylor Communications by Quanell X’s investigative team.
For the record, a pedophile is defined as someone who is attracted to children. And by that standard, Pastor E.A. Deckard is definitely a pedophile. As for Marek Menger, he is more of a classic sex offender, if you believe the "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" that was provided to our investigative team.
From what we’ve been told, Pastor E.A. Deckard, a Black man, who is the pastor of Green House International Church, found his 14-year-old Latino (Hispanic) victim at the Charter School where he allegedly worked, back when he was 28 years of age.
We’re still working on pulling together the details surrounding Deckard’s pedophilia, but one thing is for certain – he was 28 years old, and his victim was 14 years old.

According to Quanell X, “His truck driving case in the Harris County 113th District Court (ASAP Trucking) will be going to trial shortly where we are all well aware in the Black community of Mr. Menger’s tactics of cheating African American truck drivers.”

He continued, “We pray for the sake of justice that the Honorable Judge Rabeea Sultan Collier won’t put up with his shenanigans.”

In another active court case, it appears that the Honorable Judge Brittanye Morris of the Harris County 333rd District Court has ordered Marek Menger to mediation with Ben Hall, Attorney at Law, where he has been accused of something very similar to industrial espionage, that is, stealing a confidential client list.
Quanell X, went on to state, “Further, my organization has also found that his convict son who has a lengthy criminal record, has gone to work for Menger Valve.”
“Just so ya’ll remember, we held a protest at The Houstonian Hotel, Club and Spa where his daughter-in -law Elaine Menger sits on the board,” said Quanell X. “Yes, the very one that is married to his convict son.”
We are now looking into seeing what kind of trade secrets his felon son might have taken with him when he went to work for Menger Valve.
Quanell X says that you judge a tree by the fruit it bears and the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree.

According to “THE AFFIDAVIT” that we’ve obtained, it’s evidently clear that businessman Marek Menger has been “ACCUSED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT” by his stepsister.
Quanell went on to explain, “I would not trust any kids or women around this well-documented racist or anyone who has been accused of sexually assaulting women.”
“If I owned a company that believed in racial equality for all workers and women’s rights, I could never do business with Marek Menger,” he proclaimed.
Quanell X further stated that he and his team will be keeping a close eye on Marek Menger in the coming weeks to see if he follows Judge Brittanye Morris’s order for mediation with “THE HALL LAW FIRM” or to see what other shenanigans he will be up to.
Community Activist Quanell X also stated that after going through the court records, he noticed that Marek Menger had a separate family in Cabo San Lucas; he was taking care of Vanessa Fauvet and her son for at least 8 years before his divorce.
However, that’s not all, according to Quanell X, and his team, they have found out through their research that Marek Menger has married another girl from Cabo named Vanessa Tapia who was hired by Vanessa Fauvet as a masseuse and the two Vanessas were actually friends.
“I wonder how that friendship is going,” asked Quanell X.

A protest was held by Activist Quanell X last week on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at The Houstonian Hotel and Spa, which is located at 111 North Post Oak Lane.
According to Activist Quanell X, the woman you see pictured above, Marek Menger’s daughter-in-law, deliberately lied to him in a recorded phone call. In the phone recording, she flat-out denied knowing Marek Menger or that he is a member of the club.
