Black Voters Are Being Played for Fools by the Harris County Democratic Party and Most of These Black Democrat Judges

When Judge Germaine Tanner, entered the political scene with $293.93 in the bank. But since then been able to amass more money in the bank than any of the other "BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES" as of last week. Now, at first glance, you might think that Judge Germaine Tanner, the presiding judge for the 311th Family District Court would be grateful to the Black community for placing her on the bench back during the 2018 Midterm Election; but after reading this report, you're going to clearly see how Judge Tanner went from $293.93 in the bank to $108,135.79 in the bank. You're also going to see how Odus Evbagharu, who currently serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman and Treasurer is taking in money from "LOCAL DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" and transferring the money to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC instead of helping local judges win their reelection bids.

As you can see, Judge Germaine Tanner only had $293.93 in the bank and was pretty much broke when she popped onto the political scene a few short years ago. You can "CLICK HERE" to view her "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT" that was filed back on July 19, 2016, under penalty of perjury.

As you can see, Judge Germaine Tanner has come a long way since she only had $$293.93 sitting in her bank account. On this "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT" she recently filed on October 11, 2022, under penalty of perjury Judge Germaine Tanner has $108,135.79 in her "CAMPAIGN BANK ACCOUNT" and doesn't appear to have any plans to share her new-found wealth with anyone -- but the Harris County Democratic Party whom she gave them $17,000.00, and the Jewish Herald-Voice Newspaper where she spent $2,820 to advertise her reelection campaign in their newspaper.

As you can see above, on July 20, 2022, Judge Germaine Tanner gave $15,000.00 to the Harris County Democratic Party in the form of a donation. You can "CLICK HERE" to view her full report that was filed on October 11, 2022, under penalty of perjury.

As you can see above, on July 20, 2022, Judge Germaine Tanner gave another $2,000.00 to the Harris County Democratic Party in the form of a donation. You can "CLICK HERE" to view her full report that was filed on October 11, 2022, under penalty of perjury.

As you can see above, Judge Germaine Tanner spent $2,820.00 dollars with the Jewish Herald-Voice Newspaper and didn't spend a dime with Black-female owned newspapers like the Houston Defender (owned by Sonceria Messiah Jiles), the Houston Forward Times (owned by Karen Carter Richardson), or the Houston Sun Newspaper, that's owned by Dorris Ellis. You can "CLICK HERE" to view her full report that was filed on October 11, 2022, under penalty of perjury.

Black Voters Are Being Played for Fools by the Harris County Democratic Party and Most of These Black Democrat Judges

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I can’t think of any reason why Black voters should turn out to vote for these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas. Why am I making this statement when “EARLY VOTING” is only a few days away? Well, if you look at the fact that as of October 12, 2022, these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” were still sitting on a combined $509,392 in their campaign bank accounts that should tell you all that you need to know about these women. But in case you don’t get what I’m saying: “THESE BLACK FEMALE JUDGES DON’T’ REALLY GIVE A DARN ABOUT BLACK BUSINESSES OR THE BLACK COMMUNITY!!!” And if you ask me, the “BLACK COMMUNITY” shouldn’t give a darn about them on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, when they face off against their Republican opponents.

- VERY BAD NEWS -

Between July 1, 2022, and September 29, 2022, the Harris County Democratic Party under the direction of Odus Evbagharu basically turned their backs on their “2022 JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” by taking money from the local judges and paying it out to the Clubs in Action PAC ($109,420.00), Area 5 Democratic Club ($25,000.00), and making a bunch of transfers to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of supporting their local judges. You can "CLICK HERE" to see for yourself.

SHOULD BLACKS “BLINDLY” VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS ON ELECTION DAY?

At some point, we must stop allowing people to play us for fools. Yes, I said that – and I meant it!!! The Harris County Democratic Party hasn’t cared about the Black community for a long time. But you don’t have to take my word for it. All you have to do is look at the most recent “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” filed by Odus Evbagharu, who serves as the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman and the Harris County Democratic Treasurer back on October 11, 2022, under penalty of perjury.

According to their “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” that covered the period beginning on July 1, 2022, and extended through September 9, 2022, the Harris County Democratic Party received $592,803.71 in “POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS” and had an astonishing $650,981.65 in political expenditures.

How much of the $650,981.65, do you believe the Harris County Democratic Party spent in the Black community? How much do you think the Harris County Democratic Party spent with Black-owned newspapers? Was any of the $650,981.65 spent with the Houston Defender Newspaper? Was any of the $650,981.65 spent with the Houston Forward Times Newspaper? Was any of the $650,981.65 spent with the Houston Sun Newspaper? Nope!!!

Now, remember that the Houston Defender Newspaper is owned by an African American female. The Houston Forward Times Newspaper is owned by an African American female. And the Houston Sun Newspaper is also owned by an African American female as well. So, if Democrats care so much about “MY PEOPLE” why didn’t Odus Evbagharu (Chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party), spend any of the $650,981.65 he spent with Black-owned newspapers?

Why are the “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” hoarding their remaining “CAMPAIGN CASH” rather than showing their fellow Black females some love by spending some money with Sonceria Messiah Jiles (owner of the Houston Defender Newspaper), Karen Carter Richards (owner of the Houston Forward Times Newspaper), or Dorris Ellis the owner of the Houston Sun Newspaper?

- FOLLOW THE MONEY -

If you look inside this “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT” which was filed by Odus Evbagharu, the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, you’re going to be astonished. The Harris County Democrat Party isn't even trying to defend their local incumbent judges who are seeking reelection on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election! So, between July 1, 2022, and September 29, 2022, the Harris County Democratic Party under the direction of Odus Evbagharu basically turned its backs on their "DEMOCRATIC JUDGES" aren't doing anything but transferring money being donated to the HCDP by local incumbent judges to their Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, for some reason or another. You can "CLICK HERE" to view their report for yourself.

THE HARRIS COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS LOOTING ITS CAMPAIGN

On September 28, 2022, Odus Evbagharu authorized a $61,801.87 transfer from the Harris County Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of spending some money to help the HCDP’s local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” win their 2022 Midterm Election reelection bids.

On September 20, 2022, Odus Evbagharu authorized a $28,758.51 transfer from the Harris County Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of spending some money to help the HCDP’s local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” win their 2022 Midterm Election reelection bids.

On September 19, 2022, Odus Evbagharu authorized a $28,434.66 transfer from the Harris County Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of spending some money to help the HCDP’s local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” win their 2022 Midterm Election reelection bids.

On September 6, 2022, Odus Evbagharu authorized an $88,000.00 transfer from the Harris County Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of spending some money to help the HCDP’s local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” win their 2022 Midterm Election reelection bids.

On September 2, 2022, Odus Evbagharu authorized a $60,000.00 transfer from the Harris County Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of spending some money to help the HCDP’s local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” win their 2022 Midterm Election reelection bids.

On August 18, 2022, Odus Evbagharu authorized a $49,838.67 transfer from the Harris County Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of spending some money to help the HCDP’s local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” win their 2022 Midterm Election reelection bids.

On August 4, 2022, Odus Evbagharu authorized a $30,000.00 transfer from the Harris County Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of spending some money to help the HCDP’s local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” win their 2022 Midterm Election reelection bids.

On July 20, 2022, Odus Evbagharu authorized a $20,000.00 transfer from the Harris County Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of spending some money to help the HCDP’s local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” win their 2022 Midterm Election reelection bids.

On July 11, 2022, Odus Evbagharu authorized a $15,000.00 transfer from the Harris County Democratic Party to the Harris County Democratic Party FED PAC, instead of spending some money to help the HCDP’s local “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” win their 2022 Midterm Election reelection bids.

Williams (County Civil Court at Law No. 3) should be voted off the bench. Judge Angela Graves Harrington (246th Family District Court) should be voted off the bench. and Judge Shannon Baldwin (County Criminal Court at Law No. 4) should be voted off the bench. Judge Tonya Jones and Judge Toria J. Over $509,392 in Campaign Cash is Still Sitting Inside the Campaign Bank Accounts of these Black Girl Magic Judges

AUBREY RE TAYLOR REPORTS©

A cult-like atmosphere was ushered into Harris County, Texas back during the “2018 MIDTERM ELECTION” when many of these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” were swept into office. And it’s this “VOODOO-LIKE ATMOSPHERE” that has created the fertile breeding ground for all of this Crime, Corruption, and Cronyism (we’re currently experiencing) to flourish.

Everybody knows that Harris County, Texas has become worse than Gotham City – from the Batman Movies, and our courtrooms have become a “POLITICAL PLAYGROUND” where some of our local judges are playing the role of ringmasters, rather than ministers of justice.

Blood-sucking vampires and witches love operating under the cover of darkness. That being said, a dark shadow has been cast over Houston, Texas. And it’s time for “CHILDREN OF LIGHT” to rise up and pull the curtain back on this “CULTURE OF CORRUPTION” that has been allowed to fester like the scab on an infected wound or sore.

Right now, Houston has the dubious distinction of being called the “DEATH CAPITAL OF AMERICA” as a result of “THE DEADLY POLICIES” that were enacted when these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” were swept into office back during the last Midterm Election.

What are these Black female judges thinking? Why are they seemingly playing follow-the-leader like they don’t have brains of their own? And why are they holding onto over half a million dollars in ‘combined campaign funds’ and not searching for ways to help themselves win their reelection bids?

Don’t these JUDGES know that everybody (and I do mean everybody) is watching how they are spending their campaign cash? Can’t they hear the chants of people calling them corrupt? Why aren’t they doing anything to help themselves win reelection?

Are these Black female judges trying to save their campaign cash for a rainy day, in case their reelection bids are unsuccessful or something?

I’m starting to wonder whether these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” know something that the rest of us don’t know. Do they have some inside information that the rest of us are not privy to or something?

Has Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis told these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” that their reelection bids have already been secured? Is that why they are simply sitting on their $509,392 windfall tucked away inside their campaign coffers???

Anyways, someone had better tell Judge Latosha Lewis Payne, Judge Lori Chambers Gray, Judge Dedra Davis, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judges Sandra Peake, Judge Linda Maria Dunson, Judge Germaine Tanner, Judge Michelle Moore, Judge LaShawn A. Williams, Judge Ronnisha Bowman, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Toria J. Finch, and Judge Tonya Jones that the $509,392 they have sitting in the bank are supposed to be used to help them secure their reelection bids.

---------------------------------------

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also,” that’s what the “GOOD BOOK,” says in Matthew 6:21, in the King James Version of the Holy Bible.

 ---------------------------------------

So, from the looks of their most recent campaign finance report filings, the hearts of these Black female judges are (for the most part), far from supporting “OUR PEOPLE” and our Black-owned media outlets.

Where is their support of Black-owned businesses, particularly local Black-owned newspapers like the Houston Forward Times, and Houston Defender – two of the oldest newspapers in America, that are both owned by Black women.

Make no mistake about it, what we’re seeing unfold right now in Harris County, Texas is an embarrassment, and a slap in the face to the Black community. Why? Well, Black voters are the backbone of the Democratic Party, but none of the millions and millions of dollars that’s flowing through “THE LOCAL POLITICAL SYSTEM” right now (during this 2022 Midterm Election cycle) is making its way to Black-owned media outlets. What’s up with that? I thought Democrats were fighting for Black people.

Listen!!! On Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Democrats believe that the Black community should scroll all the way down their ballots and “VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO” like some sort of robot – but we as a people must abolish this practice.

What these folks are doing to “MY PEOPLE” is wrong on many levels – but I digress.

LEFTOVER MONEY

If these “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” believe that they’re going to be able to walk away with all that campaign loot, they’ve lost their minds.

Someone had better tell them that candidates are not allowed to use their unspent campaign money for personal use after the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election is over. After their campaign-related debts are settled, they are going to have some restrictions on what they can do with their leftover campaign money, and rest assured that we will be watching.

If they lose their reelection bids, these Black female judges had better find some good charities to donate their leftover campaign to right now. Or better yet, the “BLACK GIRL MAGIC JUDGES” should call up Karen Carter Richards (owner of the Forward Times Newspaper), at (713)526-4727, or Sonceria “Sonny” Messiah Jiles (owner of the Houston Defender Newspaper), at (713)663-6996, and spend some of that $509,392 they appear to be saving for a rainy day!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

You can (CLICK HERE) if you would like to see the "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH" theme song video that kicked off the current protests that are happening at 201 Caroline in front of the Harris County Civil Courthouse. In the video, you will see Art Smith peacefully protesting on a public sidewalk and then getting tased by an off-duty HPD Police Officer and then jailed for sixteen days.

Back on Monday, August 22, 2022, the fourth "PROTEST AGAINST CORRUPT JUDGES" was held in front of the Harris County Civil Courthouse at 201 Caroline in Downtown Houston, Texas. You can "CLICK HERE" to view our "2022 NONPARTISAN ENDORSEMENT CARD" before going to the polls.

"Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. So, it is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. That being said, we must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this pivotal moment in the history of our great nation."
