Mike Doyle has Bankrupted the HCDP; The HCDP is Holding a Garage Sale to Help Cover Expenses for Upcoming Move

Mike Doyle (left) appears to have engaged in discriminatory practices to favor Annette Ramirez's Campaign and two "LGBTQ+ WOMEN" named Molly Cook and Lauren Ashley Simmons, over "HETEROSEXUAL" African American female judges and judicial candidates during the 2024 presidential election cycle. Doyle used money donated by "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES," like Judge Fredericka Phillips, Judge Jeralynn Manor, and Judge Elaine Palmer, to give his preferred "LGBTQ+ FEMALES" a free ride. THE MONEY EXCHANGE... My investigative team is trying to determine why Mike Doyle authorized donations totaling $49,000.00 as expenditures from the HCDP Bank Account donated to Annette Ramirez (second from left) for her Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar Campaign. (CLICK HERE) View the "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT" that was filed on 1/15/2025 under penalty of perjury by Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party. For the purposes of this report, the term "HETEROSEXUAL" simply means someone who is sexually or romantically attracted exclusively to people of the other sex.

CONCERNING DONATIONS...

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $10,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

------------------------------------

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $17,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

------------------------------------

On 11/08/2024, Mike Doyle took $22,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

TROUBLING TRANSACTIONS...

Mike Doyle took $175,682.11 that was transferred from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee bank account to the Harris County (FEC) PAC. He let the money sit in the FED PAC Bank account until the election ended. After the coast was clear, Mike Doyle then made (12) twelve transfers from the (FED PAC) Bank Account to the (FED) Account as "ALLOCABLE AMOUNT" transfers and "LEVIN FUNDS" transfers.

Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party, filed his "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT" on 1/15/2025, which shows that he only has $19,546.00 in the bank and has the Harris County Democratic Party on the verge of bankruptcy. The Harris County Democratic Party is forced to leave its 4619 Lyons Avenue headquarters. The HCDP is holding a "GARAGE SALE" on Saturday, January 18, 2025, to raise money for moving expenses.

Why did Mike Doyle give the Annette Ramirez Campaign $49,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) Bank Account to promote her campaign out of money that was given to him by "BLACK FEMALE JUDGES" and other Democratic candidates?

THE SHELL GAME...

On 12/09/2024, Mike Doyle took $13,590.00 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as an allocable amount.

On 12/09/2024, Mike Doyle took $8,000.00 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as an allocable amount.

On 11/25/2024, Mike Doyle took $6,750.00 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as a Levin funds transfer.

On 11/20/2024, Mike Doyle took $30,000.00 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as an allocable amount.

On 11/13/2024, Mike Doyle took $20,000.00 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as an allocable amount.

On 11/08/2024, Mike Doyle took $39,175.00 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as an allocable amount.

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $6,282.99 that was sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as a Levin funds transfer.

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $1,097.50 sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as an allocable amount.

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $43,178.62 sitting inside the Harris County Democratic Party (FED) PAC and transferred it to the (FED) as an allocable amount.

The Harris County Democratic Party is holding a "GARAGE SALE" on Saturday, January 18, 2025, to raise money for moving expenses. Mike Doyle has nearly bankrupted the HDCP, and they must sell off their supplies, furniture, and political memorabilia to raise funds for the move.

Mike Doyle has Bankrupted the HCDP; The HCDP is Holding a Garage Sale to Help Cover Expenses for Upcoming Move

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The Harris County Democratic Party moved into its headquarters located at 4619 Lyons Avenue back on August 4, 2018, with a “GRAND OPENING,” labeled as “QUEER THINGS TO DO IN HOUSTON,” by OutSmart Magazine.

Today, it is unclear if the Harris County Democratic Party (HCDP) is getting forced out of their 4619 Lyons Avenue Building in Fifth Ward, a predominantly African American neighborhood, or they’re voluntarily vacating the premises. However, according to the “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT,” Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer, filed last night (Wednesday, January 15, 2025), under penalty of perjury, the HCDP is, for all practical purposes, broke and cannot afford to remain in their expansive headquarters.

As of last night (Wednesday, January 15, 2025), at 7:30 pm, the HCDP only has a measly $19,546.73 and is forced to hold a “GARAGE SALE” to raise money to move into a new location.

From what I’m hearing, the morale at the Harris County Democratic Party (HCDP) is at an all-time low. Why? Mike Doyle, the chairman, and treasurer, has run the HCDP into the ground and is on the verge of starting a “CIVIL WAR” between the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” and the “BLACK COMMUNITY” due to hatred for Black people in general and “BLACK JUDGES” in particular.

Mike Doyle appears to be the “RING-LEADER” in a racist plot to purge forged by (DINOs) “Democrats in Name Only” and (RINOs) “Republicans in Name Only,” who are feverishly working to purge as many “BLACK JUDGES,” from local benches as they can.

Their current “COVERT STRATEGY” is aimed at helping Tami C. Pierce, a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” who has found herself caught in the middle of their scheme. Pierce is now receiving help from (RINOs) and (DINOs) because they are desperately searching for a victory in a local judicial race after members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” have gotten voted off judicial benches as fast as they’ve claimed them over the last decade.

UPCOMING GARAGE SALE…

“We are having a “GARAGE SALE,” read the email sent out yesterday, at 3:40 pm, to raise much-needed funds.

“HPDP is moving! As we get ready to make the move, we are having a garage sale to help clean up our current space and prepare for our new location. If you have a few dollars, and need some office supplies or want to grab some of our old merch, stop by our office,” the email read.

In desperation, the email stated, “Teachers pay half price with school ID.” The “GARAGE SALE” will be held from 11:00 am through 3:00 pm at 4619 Lyons Avenue.

Question: “If the Harris County Democratic Party isn’t hard up for cash, why aren’t they taking their electronics, office supplies, furniture, HCDP memorabilia, and vintage political merchandise with them to their new location?”

Anyways, now we know why the Harris County Democratic Party was trying to use the name of Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones before he stepped in and sent Mike Doyle a letter on December 12, 2024, asking Mike Doyle and the HCDP to stop using his name, image, and likeness, to raise money in his name and not share any of it with his campaign.

“I am writing to formally request that my name, image, and likeness not be used for fundraising purposes by the Harris County Democratic Party,” the letter stated. “This decision reflects my concerns regarding the lack of tangible support provided to my campaign, particularly in addressing the financial burdens resulting from the election."

In his letter, Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones also addressed his displeasure with how Mike Doyle treated “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” to favor his preferred women.

“Noticeably, contributions by individuals such as Jeralynn Manor and Fredericka Phillips, who donated significantly to the party, did not result in equitable support or special treatment. This stands in stark contrast to other favored candidates who contributed far less financially, yet appeared to receive more robust assistance and exposure.”

What Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones was talking about was the fact that Molly Cook, an “OPENLY-GAY” woman (Senate District 15), and Lauren Ashley Simmons, an “OPENLY-GAY” woman (House District 146), didn’t give the Harris County Democratic Party anything but a measly $1,000.00, and $750.00 during the entire 2024 Presidential Election season.

Judge Fredericka Phillips, a “HETEROSEXUAL BLACK FEMALE,” who was serving as the presiding judge for the 61st Civil District Court, gave Mike Doyle and the HCDP an astonishing $51,500.00 to the (HCDP) but was defeated by her Republican challenger. According to our investigation, Judge Jeralynn Manor donated $44,500.00 to the HCDP, and neither woman got featured on as much as a bubble gum rapper.

PLEASE LISTEN TO ME…

I’ve been telling everyone who would listen that Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer of the Harris County Democratic Party, is appearing to be a stone-cold criminal. For my life, I cannot figure out why “AFRICAN AMERICAN LEADERS” have not stepped up to the plate and called for Mike Doyle to resign.

Mike Doyle sabotaged the campaigns of local “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” as part of a grander scheme to purge local “BLACK JUDGES” from local judicial benches. Today, I come bearing complete, unadulterated proof that Mike Doyle is corrupt and must resign as chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party.

PROOF OF CORRUPTION…

While Democratic judicial judges and other nominees were running for office in the recent Tuesday, November 5, 2024, Presidential Election, Mike Doyle was playing a “SHELL-GAME” with their hard-earned campaign donations that they entrusted to him.

Nearly $1 million was given to Mike Doyle for his “2024 VICTORY CAMPAIGN,” which featured Christian Menefee (Harris County Attorney), Sean Teare (running for Harris County District Attorney), Molly Cook (State Senator District 15), Lauren Ashely Simmons (running for State Representative House District 146), and Annette Ramirez, the candidate running for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar.

Both Molly Cook and Lauren Ashely Simmons are “OPENLY-GAY” and were made the faces of the campaign and given a free ride at the expense of Black Female Judges.

Molly Cook gave the HCDP a measly $1,000.00, and Lauren Ashley Simmons didn’t donate anything to the “2024 VICTORY CAMPAIGN,” based on the HCDP Campaign Report filings. However, Simmons did pay her filing fee to run for state rep.

Remember, “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES,” such as Judge Fredericka Phillips gave Mike Doyle $51,000.00, Judge Jeralynn Manor gave Mike Doyle $44,500.00, and Judge Elaine Palmer gave Mike Doyle $11,500.00 out of their hard-earned campaign money.

Black Democratic candidates gave Mike Doyle nearly $500,000 during the 2024 Presidential Election cycle, only to have Mike Doyle leave them high and dry.

Mike Doyle appears to have played a corrupt game of “SWITCHAROO” with the Money hard-working Democratic candidates raised and donated to the party they love.

As proof that Mike Doyle is corrupt, I will now show you a series of transactions he made during the “EARLY VOTING PERIOD” for the recent 2024 Presidential Election.

DOYLE’S TRANSACTIONS…

First, why was Mike Doyle allowed to make political contributions totaling $49,000.00 to the Annette Ramirez Campaign? Why?

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $10,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

On 10/31/2024, Mike Doyle took $17,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

On 11/08/2024, Mike Doyle took $22,000.00 from the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) County Executive Committee Bank Account and gave it to the Annette Ramirez Campaign.

Mike Doyle labeled the two October 31, 2024, donations he made to the Annette Ramirez Campaign as political contributions. But I’m unsure at this time why the Harris County Democratic Party would be donating money to a candidate running for Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar when their down-ballot “JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” needed help defending themselves against the “STOP HOUSTON MURDER’S ADS” that were airing on local TV and Radio Stations against them.

The last payment that Mike Doyle made to the Annett Ramirez Campaign was labeled as “CONTRIBUTIONS/DONATIONS MADE BY CANDIDATE – OFFICEHOLDER – POLITICAL COMMITTEE” and was described as a political contribution.

I’m not sure why Annette Ramirez would need to give $22,000.00 after the November 5, 2024, Presidential Election was over, and she had already won her race.

What was the $22,000.00 given to her for?

As a refresher, Annette Ramirez (Democrat) received 755,786 votes for 51.23% of the vote, and her Republican opponent, Steve Radack, received 719,555 votes, for 48.77%, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Again, why would there be a need to give Annette Ramirez $22,000.00 after the election was over?

BLACK’S ARE CONCERNED…

An African American Democratic insider informed me that Mike Doyle was the first Democratic chair not to support installing a diverse board to run the Harris County Democratic Party (HCDP). As the chairman, Mike Doyle is white and male, and his secretary is white and female. The (HCDP) is returning a Hispanic female, who Mike Doyle supported as the treasurer. However, Mike Doyle controls the purse strings.

In the last Democratic (CEC) Precinct Chair meeting the previous year, Mike Doyle entertained a motion for the Harris County Democratic Party to take out a $70,000 loan at the end of the meeting on Sunday, December 15, 2024, which was suspicious.

Remember, a few weeks prior, Mike Doyle had taken $110,000.00 out of the Harris County Democratic Party (CEC) bank account and sent it to his friends in the Utah Democratic Party in two donations.

So, why did Mike Doyle send $110,000.00 to Utah if the Harris County Democratic Party needed the Money themselves? Mike Doyle is playing a “SHELL GAME” with the hard-earned donations his “DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” are raising and then donating to the HCDP, in my opinion.

The Senate District 9 Chair Vincent Sanders made the aforementioned motion in question. What’s problematic is that there are over 600 Democratic Party Precinct Chair vacancies, and many African American Precinct Chairs claim that they did not even get notices to attend the Sunday, December 15, 2024, meeting.

HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE…

To hold Mike Doyle, the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party accountable, his job performance in the upcoming Saturday, May 3, 2025, “RE-DO ELECTION,” between Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones, and his challenger, Tami C. Pierce, who appears to be a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” who slipped her way into the Harris County Republican Party unnoticed.

Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, and Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, are both fully aware that Tami C. Pierce is a (RINO), who has been married to Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce for more than 22 years.

If you pay close attention, Mike Doyle has not said a negative word about Tami C. Pierce or the fact that she is a member of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” because there’s another plan in the works.

Mike Doyle and members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” like Kay Shepard, the Democratic Party Precinct Chair for (PRECINCT 30), appear to be secretly conspiring to hold Tami C. Pierce (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” defeat Lieutenant Colonel Judge Dasean Jones, and then flip the bench back to the Harris County Democratic Party – which is a low-down, dirty political maneuver.

In other words, members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” are about to play Republican voters in Harris County, Texas, for complete fools on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and then make them “LAUGHING STOCKS” of America on Sunday, May 4, 2025, when Tami C. Pierce, a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” switches her political party affiliation from Republican to Democrat.

Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, has done a good job over the last two election cycles, but she’s derelict in her duties as a chairman. And in my opinion, Siegel is out of step with her party and about to tank her political future.

I have friends and clients on both sides of the political aisle. I can tell you with complete assurance that “CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVES” is opposed to progressivism within the Republican Party. These Republicans are “PRO-FAMILY” and want low taxes and restrained government spending.

In case you don’t know, Republicans believe that a man is a man and a woman is a woman. They also think about traditional family values and that a marriage should be between a man (biological male) and a woman (biological female), not the type of marriage Tami C. Pierce is engaged in with her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, which is a significant problem for the HCRP, and Cindy Siegel, the current chairman of the Harris County Republican Party.

CINDY’S GOT A PROBLEM…

If Cindy Siegel allows Republican voters to get tricked, hoodwinked, and bamboozled into voting for Tami C. Pierce on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and then Tami C. Pierce switches to the Harris County Democratic Party and paraded around Texas as the “FIRST OPENLY-GAY” elected as “DISTRICT JUDGE” in Texas’ history she’s going to have a severe problem on her hands.

CLOSING THOUGHTS…

Early voting will begin on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and end on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, for the “RE-DO ELECTION” between Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones and Tami C. Pierce, who appears to be a (RINO) “Republican in Name Only,” who has infiltrated the Harris County Republican Party to run as a Republican and then possibly flip the bench back to Democrats if she wins on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

The problem with “COVERT STRATEGY,” underway in the race for the 180th Criminal District Court, Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, would have to trick, bamboozle, hoodwink and make complete idiots of rank-and-file, “CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVES,” and MAGA “Make America Great Again,” Republicans for “THE SCHEME” to work.

What you have to remember about MAGA, “Make America Great Again,” Republicans is that on the national stage, they’re pushing an agenda that calls for establishing clear and consistent biological definitions of male and female. Make no mistake about it: MAGA, “Make America Great Again,” Republicans are not going to knowingly vote for a candidate like Tami C. Pierce, who has been married to another woman (Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce) for more than 22 years.

Lieutenant Colonel DaSean Jones has TWO BRONZE STAR MEDALS, a Combat Action Badge, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Global War on Terrorism, a Global War Expeditionary, an Army Commendation Medal (3OLC), Army Achievement Medal (10LC), an Overseas Ribbon, Korea Defense Service Medal, Overseas Training Ribbon, a National Defense Service Ribbon, and a Parachute Badge to his credit. SPECIAL NOTE: The appearance of Judge DaSean Jones in his military uniform and U.S. Department of Defense visual information does not imply or constitute DOD endorsement.

Tami C. Pierce (left) and her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, have a loving marital relationship that they've shared for more than 22 years. For the most part, before Tami C. Pierce threw her hat into the political ring, she and her wife Stephanie lived a quiet, peaceful life, staying to themselves and out of politics. However, today, a small group of (DINOs), "Democrats in Name Only," and (RINOs), "Republicans in Name Only," have allied themselves together and embraced Tami C. Pierce's campaign for the 180th Criminal District Court as part of a grander scheme to purge "BLACK JUDGES" from local judicial benches in Harris County, Texas. Kay Shepard, who is suspected of being a closet member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY," is acting as the 'attack dog' for Mike Doyle, the chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, who also favors "LGBTQ+ WOMEN AND MEN," over "HETEROSEXUAL MEN AND WOMEN," as proven by his recent actions. It appears that Kay Shepard, in her twisted mind and vexed spirit, believes that she is helping her fellow "LGBTQ+ SISTERS"  and a more significant cause by working to defeat Lieutenant Colonel Judge DaSean Jones. By definition, a heterosexual person is someone who is exclusively sexually or romantically attracted to someone of the opposite sex; after having her sexual advances allegedly rebuffed by State Rep. Shawn Thierry at an event, Kay Shepard began to attack her (State Rep. Thierry) profusely and oppose her politically as well.

General Merrick Garland chose Judge Erica Hughes to serve as an Immigration Judge, where she will preside over cases beginning in January 2022. In addition to this new role, Judge Erica Hughes has been an esteemed member of the U.S. Army National Guard of Texas in Austin since 2016, serving as a Judge Advocate. On January 1, 2025, Judge Erica Hughes, after being called an animal by an "LGBTQ ATTORNEY." named Ben L. Aderholt and unqualified by fellow judges from within her own party, will take the bench as the presiding judge for the 151st Civil District Court in Harris County, Texas. Judge Erica Hughes is pictured above with State Rep. Jolanda Jones (HD-147) and Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court.

Judge Lashawn Williams, Judge Angela Graves Harrington, Judge Shannon Baldwin, Judge Tonya Jones, and Judge Toria J. However, I'm not sure why so many potential candidates are seeking to run against the (26) twenty-six African American incumbent judges when there will be (68) sixty-eight local benches up for grabs in the 2026 Midterm Election in Harris County, Texas.
