What’s money laundering? Well, typically, it involves the concealment of the origins of illegally obtained money, by means of transfers involving.

In case you haven’t heard, The Texas Ethics Commission has described a series of transactions by Terrence Shanks and Dr. Darnella Wilkerson as “MONEY LAUNDERING” in the report they released on Thursday, February 23, 2022. Now, according to the Texas Ethics Commission, “On April 6, 2021, either Shanks or Wilkerson transferred $2,379 from the 98 account to the TCBD-HC main account. About this time, from its main account, TCBD-HC made the only expenditures that AAC ever disclosed on a campaign finance report…”
TEC went on to say, “…funds in the 98 account were laundered, was used to fund the only activities that have ever been publicly attributed to AAC makes obvious that Shanks and Wilkerson employed the 39 and 98 accounts as AAC’s accounts,” said the Texas Ethics Commission.

Then, within a two-day period, the following week, in a panic, Kim Ogg appears to have launched a campaign to offset the momentum that was building around the candidacy of Audia Jones, after she had received Sen. Bernie Sanders’s endorsement.
Remember, Kim Ogg had already written a check to the Baptist Ministers’ Association of Houston & Vicinity for $1,000.00 back on Saturday, February 8, 2020, and categorized it as a “DONATION” on her campaign finance report that was submitted on February 24, 2020.
Oh, I forgot to mention, after Audia Jones got endorsed by Sen. Bernie Sanders, on Thursday, February 13, 2020, the following week, on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, Kim Ogg wrote another check to the Baptist Ministers Association of Houston & Vicinity for $2,000.00 and categorized that particular check as an “EXPENDITURE” related to their “VOTER CONTACT AND GOTV PROGRAM” that in hindsight appears to have been none existent.

Well, at this time, many of the folks who donated money, and paid membership dues to the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter) could have been unknowingly participating in the “MONEY LAUNDERING SCHEME” that was being operated by Terrence Shanks, Dr. Darnella Wilkerson, and others, but Harris County District Attorney was fully aware of who she was dealing with.

If you’ve ever wondered why Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg won the endorsement of the defunct Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter), over Audia Jones (African American Democrat Female), and Carvana Cloud Hicks (African American Democrat Female), it could be because Kim Ogg, participated in a “PAY-TO-PLAY-SCHEME” by writing the TCBD-HC a $3,000.00 check on Thursday, February 20, 2020, that she labeled as a “DONATION” to help out the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (who had been declared “INACTIVE” by the Texas Ethics Commission since 2014) with their so-called “VOTER CONTACT AND GOTV PROGRAM” that was being run illegally.
Kim Ogg knows how to play the political game. What am I talking about? Well, after Audia Jones, one of the African American Democrat female prosecutors who was challenging Ogg snagged the highly-coveted endorsement of Democrat presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders on Thursday, February 13, 2020, on the very next day, Friday, February 14, 2020, Kim Ogg wrote a $1,000.00 check to Etta Crockett, the Democratic Precinct Chair for “PRECINCT 0109” in Harris County, Texas.
According to Kim Ogg’s campaign finance report, which was filed on February 24, 2020, she categorized her $1,000.00 check written to Etta Crockett as an “EXPENDITURE” for “SENIOR VOTER CONTACT” of some sort.
Then, within a two-day period, the following week, in a panic, Kim Ogg appears to have launched a campaign to offset the momentum that was building around the candidacy of Audia Jones, after she had received Sen. Bernie Sanders’s endorsement.
Remember, Kim Ogg had already written a check to the Baptist Ministers’ Association of Houston & Vicinity for $1,000.00 back on Saturday, February 8, 2020, and categorized it as a “DONATION” on her campaign finance report that was submitted on February 24, 2020.
Oh, I forgot to mention, after Audia Jones got endorsed by Sen. Bernie Sanders, on Thursday, February 13, 2020, the following week, on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, Kim Ogg wrote another check to the Baptist Ministers Association of Houston & Vicinity for $2,000.00 and categorized that particular check as an “EXPENDITURE” related to their “VOTER CONTACT AND GOTV PROGRAM” that in hindsight appears to have been none existent.
On the following day, Thursday, February 20, 2020, after Kim Ogg had already written a check to the Baptist Ministers’ Association of Houston & Vicinity (the previous day) for their “VOTER CONTACT AND GOTV PROGRAM” she turned around and wrote a check to the defunct Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter) for their so-called “VOTER CONTACT AND GOTV PROGRAM” that appears to have been part of their “ENDORSEMENT SELLING SCHEME” meant to trick African American voters into voting for Kim Ogg, over her two African American Democrat challengers.
Then, on Friday, October 21, 2020, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, after writing a check to the defunct Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (Harris County Chapter) the previous day, turned around and wrote another $2,500.00 check to Etta Crockett, the Democratic precinct chair for “PRECINCT 0109), in Harris County, Texas. Well, if not, Ray Charles Jones is the younger brother of Tomar Bishop, who is a well-known “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTER” who worked closely with her associate bu the name of Gloria Palmer, back during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary, in Harris County, Texas.
In case you don’t remember, Gloria Palmer, Tomar Bishop, and her younger brother (Ray Charles Jones, Jr.) are the three “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT HARVESTERS” who worked for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s campaign, when they stole the identities of deceased Black voters and then requested “ABSENTEE MAIL BALLOT APPLICATIONS” in their names back during the Tuesday, March 3, 2022, Democratic Party Primary in Harris County, Texas.

The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats today joined eighteen elected state Democratic officials from Harris County and the Houston Branch of the N.A.A.C.P. in requesting that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg and County Attorney Vince Ryan investigate the presence of a phantom candidate in the March 3rd Democratic Primary for House District 142, including empaneling a grand jury to do so, if needed.
"Our community has come too far at too great a cost to allow the voters in House District 142 to be defrauded by what may have been an organized effort to put a name on the ballot for a person who does not exist," said Carroll G. Robinson, current State Chairman of the Coalition and a former at-large member of the Houston City Council. "More than 2500 voters were duped into voting for a non-existent mystery 'candidate' by the actions of one or more people who got a name put on the ballot by violating numerous laws."
Letters urging Ms. Ogg and Mr. Ryan were signed by eighteen Harris County Democrats elected to the Texas Legislature, by N.A.A.C.P. Houston Branch President James Douglas, by Robinson on behalf of the Coalition, and by the following Houston area ministers: Houston Metropolitan Ministers, Pastor James Nash, St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor Robert Tigner, Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church and Pastor George Hill, Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church.
"Based on our preliminary report of the facts, to which the authorities have access, it is clear that election fraud occurred. We need the District Attorney to promptly investigate this case and prosecute those who did this to the full extent of the law," Robinson continued. "With all the talk about Russia meddling in our elections, it would be an outrage and a travesty to let some homegrown dirty tricksters get away with these crimes."
Houston's ABC Channel 13 reported following the primary that no one ever saw a candidate named Natasha Ruiz attend campaign events, none of the required ethics reports were filed for anyone with that name and the person never sent any campaign mailers. A woman reached by reporter Miya Shay at the phone number listed on an election-related form said she had not filed to run for the office and did not know who or why anyone would have done so. That woman is not named Ruiz and told Ms. Shay she's a truck driver living in Colorado. The purported campaign treasurer cannot be located, the phone number for him is not a working number and the email address given for the candidate does not work.
A runoff for House District 142 has been set for July 15th. Robinson said that he and the Harris County leaders want the District Attorney and County Attorney to get to the bottom of these matters before the runoff, if possible.
"We know there's a lot going on with the pandemic and the impact of falling prices on our oil and gas industry. Given these uncertainties, Harris County voters must be assured that fair elections, free of corruption, are a top priority. The legislative session is coming soon and our community must be assured that the candidates of their choice represent them in Austin," Robinson said.
