Dead People Are Still Registered to Vote In Texas; Commissioner Ellis Is Calling the Shots In Harris County

Commissioner Rodney Ellis (left) and his fellow Commissioners are in charge of appointing the Harris County Medical Examiner. According to the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office, on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 8:50a.m., in the morning, three men dropped off Tamoria Jones's dead "DRUG-FILLED" body at Memorial Hermann Hospital-Southwest. The three men who dropped off Tamoria's dead body were never identified, and nobody ever asked any questions. Tamoria Jones's "CAUSE OF DEATH" was listed as "Acute ethanol, cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl toxicity. When state Rep. Harold Dutton (second from right) learned of the "THE CAUSE OF DEATH," related to his alleged live-in lover, and chief of staff, he took to social media and stated, "This raises questions because the street says folks using cocaine do not use meth and vice versa. Was this intake voluntary and knowing? I don't know!" Now, after being dead for nearly two years, Tamoria Jones's "VOTER REGISTRATION CARD" has her still registered to vote at the home she shared with Dutton.

THE BACK STORY...

For the record, the "SWORN AFFIDAVIT" included in this report below is proof that attorney State Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr., was still acting as the "ATTORNEY OF RECORD" for his 'alleged' lover way back on (3/2/2013), Saturday, March 2, 2013, which was five months after she went to work as his chief of staff on (10/2/2012), October 2, 2012, at the State Capital in Austin, Texas.

Based on our investigation, Tamoria Jones began living at State Rep. Harold Dutton's home at 4001 Jewett Street, Houston, Texas 77026, on (8/31/2012), Friday, August 31, 2012. So, what you have here is a situation where a 24-year-old woman, Tamoria Jones, moved in with her attorney, who was handling her DWI case. Then the man, state Rep. Harold Dutton, gives his alleged live-in lover a job as his chief of staff at the State Capital in Austin, Texas.

According to published reports, a few days before Tamoria Jones's dead "DRUG-FILLED" body was dropped off at Memorial Hermann Hospital-Southwest, she informed state Rep. Dutton that a new job offer had opened up for her where she could make more money, along with other benefits. However, her dead "DRUG-FILLED" body was dropped off at Memorial Hermann Hospital-Southwest before she could start her new life.

Tamoria Jones died on Saturday, July 1, 2023. However, her voter registration card was renewed on 1/1/2024, making this "DEAD WOMAN" who was State Rep. Harold Dutton's 'alleged lover' eligible to vote in Harris County, Texas, through 12/31/2025. (CLICK HERE) Please take a moment to visit the Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar's website to verify.

The dead body of Tamoria Jones was dumped off at Memorial Herman Hospital-Southwest by 3 males back on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 8:50 a.m., according to the Harris County Medical Examiner. The official "AUTOPSY REPORT" by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences confirms that investigative reporter/Aubrey R. Taylor was accurate in his reporting on the matter involving the death of Tamoria Jones and that drugs had played a role in her death. The "CAUSE OF DEATH" in the Case No. ML23-2631, for Tamoria Jones, was determined to be by Acute Ethanol, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Fentanyl Toxicity, according to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Harold Dutton, Jr., spoke after the "AUTOPSY REPORT" was released by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences and Investigative Reporter/Aubrey R. Taylor released the findings. According to Luis A. Sanchez, M.D., the Chief Medical Examiner for Harris County, Texas, Tamoria Jones's "CAUSE OF DEATH" was Acute Ethanol, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Fentanyl Toxicity. State Rep. Harold V. Dutton, Jr., used his @RepHaroldDutton (X), formerly known as Twitter page, to state, "This raises questions because the street says folks using cocaine do not use meth and vice versa. Was this intake voluntary and knowing? I don't know!"

With the help of my chief investigator, Charles Marler, a former FBI Investigative Specialist, my investigative team is second to none. Dead People Are Still Registered to Vote In Texas; Commissioner Ellis Is Calling the Shots In Harris County

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

My election fraud discoveries aren’t getting reported on by the Houston Chronicle because Democrats are paying them millions of taxpayer dollars. They would investigate this story if the Houston Chronicle were a real newspaper. Still, they won’t because it would piss out Commissioners Court, and the Houston Chronicle could lose millions of dollars in funding it receives from Harris County in taxpayer dollars.

We may need our state leaders to sweep into Harris County, Texas, the way to rid our county of waste, fraud, and abuse, the way President Donald J. Trump and Elon Musk are eliminating it on the worldwide stage through the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) since Trump took back over the White House.

Consider this report my appeal to “GOOD DEMOCRATS” and state leaders like Governor Greg Abbott, Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Secretary of State Jane Nelson to work together to clean up Harris County, Texas – it’s a complete mess.

Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth (Democrat) is “THE BEST.” Teneshia is doing a great job, but Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector/Voter Registrar (Annette Ramirez) hasn’t gotten her feet under her yet and must do better.

It is not my job to point out all of the “DEAD PEOPLE” on our voter rolls, but to prove my point, I will identify one. Tamoria Jones, the former live-in lover (allegedly) of State Rep. Harold Dutton Jr., died on Saturday, July 1, 2023. However, Tamoria Jones is still registered to vote at her former lover’s house located at 4001 Jewett Street, in Houston, Texas 77026, two years after her dead “DRUG-FILLED” body was dumped off a Memorial Herman Hospital-Southwest, by three males, at 8:50 a.m., in the morning.

Today, State Rep. Harold Dutton, Jr., is 80 years old. And he is still a very powerful Black state legislator with strong connections across the political aisle and with local media. He started as Tamoria Jones’s attorney on a DWI charge, and two months later (at 24 years of age), Tamoria Jones was living with Dutton, registered to vote at the home they shared, and shortly thereafter, was hired as his chief of staff.

After being dead for more than two years, State Rep. Harold Dutton still hasn’t found the will to release Tamoria Jones from his grip.

On Monday, January 1, 2024, someone renewed Tamora Jones’s voter registration card and mailed it to State Rep. Harold Dutton’s house at 4001 Jewett Street, Houston, Texas 77026. Tamoria Jones is now registered to vote from 1/01/2024 through 12/31/2025 in Harris County, Texas – how’s that for voter fraud?

HAROLD DUTTON AND HIS GIRLFRIEND…

It’s also imperative to note that Richard Bonton, the man who was accused of “ELECTION FRAUD” in the “GHOST CANDIDATE” situation in a race against state Rep. Harold Dutton, pled guilty on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Dutton’s live-in, long-time girlfriend and subordinate (chief of staff), Tamoria Jones, mysteriously turned up dead on Saturday, July 1, 2023. No local media outlets or “BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS” view this as suspicious.

Did you hear me? The same members of the Harris County Democratic Delegation who pushed Kim Ogg to investigate are the same legislators who urged Governor Greg Abbott and Republican state lawmakers to pass a resolution allowing Tamoria Jones to be buried in the Texas State Cemetery, a few blocks east of the State Capital.

In case you don’t know, the Texas State Cemetery is the place where former Governors, senators, Legislators, Congressmen, Judges, and other “LEGENDARY TEXANS” are buried, not drug addicts, whose claim to fame is the fact that they served as the long-time lover of a power State Representative – that’s not right.

THINK BACK FOR A SECOND TO 2020…

If you remember, on Friday, December 11, 2020, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg held a full-blown press conference to announce her indictment against Richard Bonton. All local news media stations were there and reported on the matter. However, when Richard Bonton reached his “SWEETHEART PLEA DEAL,” local news stations ignored the story. Why?

Another significant fact about the week Tamoria Jones’s dead “DRUG-FILLED” body was dumped off at a hospital by three men is that, a few days before Tamoria Jones turned up dead, she’d informed her long-time lover and boss (State Rep. Harold Dutton), that she was considering leaving him according to a close friend of hers.

According to Amy Bresnen, an Austin-based attorney and lobbyist who was close to Tamoria Jones and had dinner with Tamoria twice during the week before her dead “DRUG-FILLED” body was dropped off at the hospital, Tamoria Jones was contemplating leaving Dutton.

“The week Jones died, Bresnen got dinner with her twice in Houston. They talked about shared dreams of vacations in Mexico, laying on the beach and laughing with friends,” according to the article published by Houston Chronicle about the untimely death of Tamoria Jones.

Bresnen, according to the Houston Chronicle, wanted Tamoria Jones to leave the Legislature and get a job in the private sector, where she could get a big pay bump and long weekends.

Based on the Houston Chronicle, just days before Tamoria Jones’s dead “DRUG-FILLED” body was dropped off at a local hospital, she told state Rep. Harold Dutton that a job opportunity had opened up for her with a significant raise.

Another crucial piece of evidence related to this matter is that Tamoria Jones is the person who revealed the fact that there was a “QUID PRO QUO” between State Rep. Harold Dutton (Democrat) and Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, who was also a Democrat at the time.

Today, I’m going to show you how easy it is to get “ELECTION FRAUD” and possibly even murder covered up in Harris County, Texas. But more importantly, I am going to expose the dirty underbelly of the Black Community.

On Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 8:50 a.m., the dead “DRUG FILLED” body of Tamoria Jones was dumped off at Memorial Herman Hospital-Southwest, located at 7600 Beechnut Street, Houston, Texas 77074, by three men, who have never been identified. Why?

If you take a trip to Memorial Herman Hospital-Southwest, you will discover that there are video cameras everywhere, and I mean everywhere.

If every life matters, why didn’t any “BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS” ask any questions about Tamoria Jone’s death or the three males who dropped off her dead “DRUG-FILLED” body at Memorial Herman Hospital-Southwest, on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 8:50 a.m., in the morning?

According to the “AUTOPSY REPORT,” I obtained from the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, Tamoria Jones’s dead “DRUG-FILLED” body was lifeless when it was dropped of at the hospital, and her cause of death was listed as “Acute ethanol, cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl toxicity,” by the medical examiner.

I have a question: who appoints the Harris County Medical Examiner? In Harris County, the Harris County Commissioners Court, i.e., Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Commissioner Rodney Ellis (Precinct One), Commissioner Adrian Garcia (Precinct Two), Commissioner Tom Ramsey (Precinct Three), and Commissioner Lesley Briones (Precinct 4), are essentially the bosses of the Harris County Medical Examiner.

Who controls the media? The Harris County Commissioners Court has complete control over the Houston Chronicle because millions of taxpayer dollars are spent with the Houston Chronicle to keep the fledgling newspaper afloat.

That said, why didn’t the Houston Chronicle do a full investigation into the death of Tamoria Jones, which would have prompted local news stations like Channel 2, Channel 11, Channel 13, and Channel 26 to do their investigations?

The answer is simple: there were some powerful “BLACK ELECTED OFFICIALS” with ties to state Rep. Harold Dutton, who wanted the story buried and killed as quickly as possible.

So, what did the Houston Chronicle do? They wrote a piece of “PROPAGANDA,” which painted Tamoria Jones as someone everyone loved at the state capital – a lie. They failed to ask any questions, and the entire local media contingent refused to report on the death of Tamoria Jones and her sudden demise.

“Everyone felt like they mean something to Tamoria’: Texas Capitol mourns death of Houston staff,” is how the deadline on the Houston Chronicle story read.

The two men interviewed in the Houston Chronicle story, State Rep. Harold Dutton, the long-serving state legislator who represents House District 142, was Tamoria Jones’s alleged long-time lover, and everyone knew it.

Dr. James Douglas, the former dean of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University, Tamoria Jones’s alma mater, was also interviewed by the Houston Chronicle.

According to Dr. Douglas, he taught Tamoria Jones and later became close friends with her, describing her as a “real hard worker” and a “very dedicated” person.

DEAD, BUT STILL ON THE VOTER ROLLS…

How in the heck is state Rep. Harold Dutton’s alleged lover and deceased chief of staff still on the voter rolls in Harris County, Texas, nearly two years after her dead “DRUG-FILLED” body was dropped off at the Memorial Hermann Hospital-Southwest, by three males? How?

Nope, this isn’t a joke.

Let’s see if the Houston Chronicle, Channel 2, Channel 11, Channel 13, Channel 26, FOX News, MSNBC, CNN, or anyone else will inform Americans that “DEAD PEOPLE” are still on the voter rolls in Harris County, Texas, as the 2026 Midterm Election is drawing nearer.

This "VENDOR PORTAL" will also help you better understand why Vivian King, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and Gerald Womack tried to destroy my newspaper by publishing adverse reports about me in the Houston Chronicle.

- NOT CREDIBLE -

Vivian King is a low-down dirty scoundrel who the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, which is the highest court in Texas for criminal law matters, called "NOT CREDIBLE." The high court found that Vivian King provided ineffective assistance to her client and that the quality of her work was "deficient" in a case where her client received a life sentence. (CLICK HERE) Take a moment to learn more about this "SKANK" who did not file the petition needed for her client, causing her client to get a life sentence in a Texas prison.

Vivian King is a low-dirty, slimy, sleazy skank who was rightfully rejected by the voters of Harris County, Texas, recently in the race for the 486th Criminal District Court. Take a moment to review the article that was written about this lying, conniving witch by "HOUSTON WATCH" in October 2022. You will realize that Vivian King should never be elected as a judge in Harris County, Texas, or anywhere else in America.

Eric Carr, the third ex-husband of Vivian King, was issued a "SUBPOENA" to show up in the 486th Criminal District Courtroom on Friday, February 14, 2025, and answer questions about Vivian King and the nature of her relationship with Gerald Womack. When Vivian King testified under oath in the 486th Criminal District Court, she claimed that she barely knew Gerald Womack and didn't have an ongoing business relationship with Womack Development & Investment Realtors, which was a lie. Vivian King also testified under oath that she did not know who Investigative Reporter Aubrey R. Taylor was until a few months before she took the stand, which was also a lie. Eric Carr was set to impeach the testimony of Vivian King if he had been allowed to take the stand on Friday, February 14, 2025. Still, the Harris County District Attorney's Office dropped the charges against Aubrey R. Taylor rather than running the risk of having to possibly charge Vivian King with perjury.

Taylor, in Harris County, Texas. (CLICK HERE) Take a moment to view the "MOTION TO DISMISS" filed with the court.

Former State Rep. Shawn Thierry and Governor Greg Abbott are both true "TEXAS TRAILBLAZERS" in their own right. Texas is freer because of Governor Greg Abbott's leadership and policies. For nearly 200 years, Texas has been self-reliant and religiously defended liberty and freedom. Governor Greg Abbott believes that every Texan has a right to freely speak their mind and stand on their beliefs and convictions. While "THE GOP" officially stands for the "GRAND OLD PARTY," more and more African Americans are beginning to view "THE GOP" as a bastion of opportunity and hope for a brighter future. Governor Greg Abbott proudly welcomed State Rep. Shawn Thierry into the Texas Republican Party after she was abandoned by the Democratic Party for standing up for the rights of Texas children. Governor Greg Abbott and other conservative leaders will need our support in the 2026 Midterm Election.

Did you know that nearly 60% of the people that the Innocence Project has helped to free or exonerate since 1992 are Black? If not, I bet you didn't know that research by the Innocence Project shows that over 50% of exonerees of color who were under 21 when they were arrested had at least one false implication by another youth.
