An email obtained by Aubrey R. Taylor Communications a few days ago seems to indicate that Kay Shepard, an alleged undercover member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY," has launched a campaign to destroy Judge DaSean Jones, a heterosexual Black male, to help his "LGBTQ+ REPUBLICAN CHALLENGER" (Tami C. Pierce defeat him at the ballot box on Saturday, May 3, 2024. Judge DaSean Jones is pictured with his lovely wife, Audia Jones. If you remember, Kay Shepard (top left) used the same playbook she's using against Judge DaSean Jones earlier this year against State Rep. Shawn Thierry to help Lauren Ashley Simmons, an "LGBTQ+ DEMOCRAT" in the March 5, 2024, Democratic Party Primary race for the House District 146. A LITTLE HISTORY... The covert strategy currently underway is aimed at systematically targeting "BLACK JUDICIAL CANDIDATES" with ethnic-sounding names that did not begin with the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC PHENOMENON" in the 2018 Midterms but instead began with deep-seated anger dating back to the May 29, 2012, Democratic Party Primary when Elaine Palmer, unseated an "LGBTQ+ JUDGE" named Steven Kirkland and took his 215th Civil District Court bench.
Tami C. Pierce (left) and her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, M.D., have been happily married for over 22 years. Tami and Stephanie are two of the most sociable, caring, loving people I have ever met. Their love for one another is truly genuine. However, Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, has a responsibility as chairman to give Republican voters facts about their nominees to help them get a better understanding of who they are voting for when they go to the polls. It is unfair to mislead "REPUBLICAN VOTERS" by not informing them that Tami C. Pierce, the candidate running against Judge DaSean Jones on Saturday, May 3, 2025, is a member of the "LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY," but ran under the radar during the 2022 Midterm Election as a Republican Judicial nominee. How difficult is that? After all, A few weeks ago, several Republican lawmakers introduced
legislation to clarify that the terms “male,” “female,” and “sex,” among others,
refer to the biological distinctions between men and women.
Kay Shepard, a woman who was accused by State Rep. Shawn Theirry of stalking her after she rebuffed her sexual advances, appears to be on a mission to help her fellow "LGBTQ+ SISTER" defeat Judge DaSean Jones on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in the "DO-OVER RACE" for the 180th Criminal District Court, in Harris County, Texas.

Subject: Has anyone see Candidate DeSean Jones?
To: Precinct Chairs,
"As we gear up for the May 2025 elections, there’s only one judicial race on the ballot: Desean Jones, who is running for a criminal bench seat. Now, as most of you know, his previous election was overturned, and for reasons that are still a mystery to us all, he opted not to have his case heard alongside the others. Why? I have no idea. Does he think he's a solo act in a group project?
Anyway, this creates a bit of a conundrum for me. It seems like he’s under the impression that he’s all on his own, but last I checked, he’s a Democrat, and we’re all here to help elect DEMOCRATS. I’m committed to our party’s success, but honestly, Desean’s actions are making me wonder if he thinks he's a solo act and doesn't need a team's support.
Let’s take a trip down memory lane. A few years ago, during our sweep in Harris County, it honestly felt like Desean just jumped on the bandwagon, waved from the back seat, and went along for the ride. You could’ve called him the "Invisible Candidate" because he was nowhere to be found—no block walks, no phone banks, not even a yard sign. I’m starting to think he thought the “DEMOCRATIC PARTY” was a kind of all-you-can-eat buffet where you can take credit without lifting a finger. Then, to add insult to injury, he threw a victory party for himself, even though he did absolutely nothing to earn it. It was like watching someone show up at a potluck with an empty plate and leave with a doggy bag.
Now, we’ve got a serious problem on our hands. Why on earth did he choose to separate his case? Does he think he’s the chosen one, some kind of judicial Jedi? Does he think he’s better than the rest of us? I mean, is campaigning beneath him? I’m honestly starting to think he’s treating this race like a Netflix show—he’s in it, but he’s not really in it, you know?
He doesn’t even have a website. Not one sign, not one piece of lit, flyer, nothing. He’s like the “Where’s Waldo?” of the Harris County election scene. Has anyone actually seen him campaigning in Harris County? Crickets… I haven’t either. It's like he’s running a “ghost campaign”—which, come to think of it, could actually be his strategy: invisibility. He's not even attending Democratic events where he’s the honoree. If he’s showing up at a party, it’s the kind where the guest of honor has left before anyone arrives.
But here’s the thing—despite all of this, we have no choice but to work our tails off to keep this seat blue. We can’t let the Republicans gain any more ground, and that’s why I’m reaching out to all of you. We need to win this seat—not because we’re in love with the candidate (though I’m still waiting for him to make an appearance), but because we need to make sure Harris County stays blue.
At this point, I’m not sure if we’re electing Desean Jones or the idea of Desean Jones. But hey, that’s democracy for you—sometimes you get the candidate you deserve, and other times, you get the one who left their campaign in the “drafts” folder.
So, let’s do what we do best—work harder than the person we’re supporting. If Desean Jones won’t show up for his own race, we’ll show up for him. Because, at the end of the day, it's not about him; it’s about us-DEMOCRATS. And if he shows up to the polls on election day, I’ll be the first one to say, “Welcome to the team, buddy.”
Let’s keep this seat blue, no matter who’s running. DEMOCRATS we must save this seat.
Much Love,
We must be more cognizant and bring forth viable candidates who will represent our party well.
Please share this email with others. Sometimes I duplicate and other times I miss folks."
Judge Dawn DaShea Rogers ran unchallenged in the 2024 Democratic Party Primary, and the Republicans had difficulty filling out their judicial slots for the 2024 Presidential Election, which allowed Judge Dawn DaShea Rogers to run for re-election unopposed. However, what you may not realize is Judge Rogers, the presiding judge for the 334th Civil District Court, ran against and defeated a very popular "LGBTQ+ JUDGE" named Judge Steven Kirkland, which did not sit well with members of the "LGBTQ+ POLITICAL CAUCUS," and their allies. To make matters worse, Dawn DaShea Rogers wasn't the first Black female to target Judge Kirkland and defeat him in a Democratic Party Primary. In 2012, a little-known African American attorney named Elaine Palmer challenged Judge Steven Kirkland for his 215th Civil District Court bench and, after a bitter primary battle, defeated him, which enraged members of the Democratic Party.
Judge DaSean Jones is not a "SOFT ON CRIME JUDGE" but a "FAMILY MAN" who values and respects the sanctity of holy matrimony between a man and a woman. Besides being a heterosexual male, Judge DaSean Jones is a decorated combat veteran and former civil rights attorney currently serving as the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court. Truth be told, Judge DaSean Jones’s military experience, love for America, and willingness to lay his life down to protect America's interests at home and abroad is a combination of asset qualities that make him one of the “MOST UNIQUELY QUALIFIED” members of the judiciary in Texas if not the entire nation.
Judge Dasean Jones, appears to have have "POLITICAL OPERATIVES" working against him like Kay Shepard from inside the Harris County Democratic Party. This story is still developing but from what we can see, Kay Shepard appears to be on a mission to sabotage Judge DaSean Jones's re-election Campaign.

Email Indicates Kay Shepard is the Driving Force Behind a Covert Plan to Defeat Black Judges in the 2026 and 2028
AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©
Are Black judges under siege in Harris County, Texas? Only time will tell, but the 2026 Midterm Election cycle and 2028 Presidential cycle are both already in full swing as (26) twenty-six African American Democrat Judges, (24) twenty-four females, and (2) two males prepare to feast on Christmas Dinner.
Never before in the history of American politics (in any county) has (26) twenty-six African American Judges run for re-election during any election cycle. That said, history is on the line, and these duly-elected African Americans have a giant bullseye on their backs.
Little do these (26) twenty-six unsuspecting judiciary members know they’re on the menu in the upcoming 2026 Midterms. And if they don’t get their act together, they will get eaten alive by both sides of the political aisle in Harris County, Texas.
Not all, but a small group of “LGBTQ+ MEMBERS,” including Kay Shepard, who is allegedly still in the closet, appear to have formed alliances aimed at enacting revenge on local “BLACK HETEROSEXUAL DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” for the success they’ve experienced in local politics over the last decade.
“BATTLE STRATEGY.”
The strategy led by Kay Shepard and others against State Rep. Shawn Theirry (HD-146) by the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” in the 2024 Democratic Party Primary is a perfect example of what I’m talking about. Kay Shepard and her allies have become more emboldened and inspired and have set their sights on the big fish – which happens to be the (26) twenty-six African American Judge up for re-election in the upcoming 2026 Midterms.
I know that this sounds outlandish, given the fact that Kay Shepard is the person who nominated Mike Doyle to become chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party, but what folks don’t know about Kay Shepard is that she is not for “BLACK JUDGES.”
Kay Shepard appears to be on a “COVERT MISSION” to help her fellow members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” to defeat Judge DaSean Jones, the presiding Democrat Judge for the 180th Criminal District Court in Harris County, Texas, on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025.
In my opinion, Kay Shepard is a snake and undercover member of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” who has managed to slither and squirm her way into the upper ranks of the Harris County Democratic Party. Many local leaders (including judges) fear Kay Shepard’s “BIG MOUTH” and intimidation tactics – but I am not afraid of her or her attorneys.
State Rep. Shawn Thierry pushed back against Kay Shepard until she got hit with a ‘Cease and Desist Letter” from Kay’s attorneys. But some of State Rep. Shawn Thierry’s claims of bullying and intimidation check out – especially looking at the tacts Kay Shepard is now deploying to foil Judge DaSean Jones’s chance of defeating his “LGBTQ+ JUDICIAL OPPONENT,” who is running against him from the Republican side of the political aisle on May 3rd, 2025, in Harris County, Texas.
“THE ALLEGATIONS.”
“Kay, I have tried to remain silent as you have been harassing and bullying me for years,” said State Rep. Shawn Thierry earlier this year while she was still a member of the Harris County Democratic Party.
State Rep. Thierry stated, “First, to set the record straight, you well know that I absolutely did not vote for the HISD takeover as I was not even in the Texas Legislature at the time.”
This Kay Shepard woman has a propensity to distort the facts. “Any simple research would reveal that. Not only that, but I’m also a co-author of the Bill to reverse the HISD takeover. I did not vote for Ken Paxton. Any search in the house journal will reveal my statement on that, too. I have been a lifelong Democrat; I have never even voted for a Republican! I am not even related to any Republicans,” declared State Rep. Shawn Theirry, who found herself on the receiving end of Kay Shepard’s intimidation tactics.
“Kay, you have no moral authority to dictate who is a Democrat and who is not,” declared State Rep. Thierry. “Kay, you need to come clean and tell the truth, which is that this vendetta against me goes far back as 2017 when you stated at an event that you were romantically interested in me and I politely declined,” explained State Rep. Shawn Thierry, in an emailed response to Kay Shepard’s repeated attacks, which appear, in hindsight to have been born out of anger after her “ALLEGED SEXUAL ADVANCES” were rebuffed by State Rep. Shawn Thierry.
According to State Rep. Thierry, back in 2023, Kay Shephard began driving by her home and even allegedly stooped to the level of wishing death upon State Rep. Shawn Thierry after she rebuffed her sexual advances. “You even wished harm on my daughter when you told me that you hope that Klaire wakes up an orphan on Mother’s Day,” said State Rep. Shawn Thierry.
“You have called my 83-year-old mother a black bigot (although she is a civil rights activist locally and a retired teacher), and she is afraid of you also. I am calling the police on you for your recent stalking of my home,” declared State Rep. Shawn Thierry a few months ago.
State Rep. Shawn Thierry declared, “You are worse than a bully; you are a sexual harasser, and you are retaliating against me for rejecting your advances. You are using your personal obsession and your personal attraction to try to malign my character and do a political hit job on me.”
“You are defaming my character. For the sake of peace and privacy and for the good of the party, I have refrained from taking legal action against you, but no longer," stated State Rep. Thierry.
State Rep. Thierry states, “My family is aware of all of your actions, and I have even had to ask my cousins to drive from Louisiana to help watch my home.”
“I am an attorney and an officer of the court, so I will be filing a protective order against you,” declared State Rep. Shawn Thierry. “Everyone needs to know the truth that I am being tormented, harassed mentally, and sexually by Kay Shepard. Anyone who is supporting Kay Shephard or who is affiliated with her, should know that they are supporting someone who is a sexual harasser, a toxic bully, and an abuser of women. I will no longer be a silent victim of her abuse,” explained State Rep. Shawn Thierry before Kay Shephard and members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” used one of the members to defeat State Rep. Shawn Thierry in the March 5th, 2024, Democratic Party Primary race for House District 146.
“KAY’S BIG MOUTH.”
If you notice, in her recent rants about Judge DaSean Jones not being a TRUE DEMOCRAT, she fails to mention the fact that she is an alleged undercover member of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY.” She also, according to several sources, is a mean, nasty, and vindictive woman who allegedly has a disdain for African American heterosexual males and females.
The fact that Tami C. Pierce, a member of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” has been married for over 22 years to her wife/husband, Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce, M.D., and none of the local media outlets are reporting this significant detail to Republican or Democratic voters – speaks of a coordinated effort that’s underway to wrestle the 180th Criminal District Court away from Judge Jones on May 3rd, 2025.
Why are mainstream media outlets, along with Mike Doyle, the Harris County Democratic Party, and Cindy Siegel, the chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, not informing rank-and-file Democratic and Republican voters that Tami C. Pierce is married to another woman? Why not?
I’m going to tell you if you hold your horses.
A few weeks ago, several Republican lawmakers introduced legislation to clarify that the terms “male,” “female,” and “sex,” among others, refer to the biological distinctions between men and women.
The Defining Male and Female Act of 2024, which Senator Roger Marshall introduced from Kansas, aims to prevent government officials and courts from reinterpreting those terms through the lens of gender what’s labeled as “GENDER IDEOLOGY” by identifying men and women based on what they want to call or identify themselves as instead of the biological distinctions given to them at birth by the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.
In other words, Republican voters in Texas and other states around America would not approve of the lifestyle that Tami C. Pierce is leading and would not turn out to vote for her in large enough numbers for her to unseat Judge DaSean Jones on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2025, in Harris County, Texas if they had the facts.
“THE FACTS.”
Tami C. Pierce is a member of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” who has been married to a woman (Dr. Stephanie L. Gross-Pierce) for nearly 22 years. I love Tami and Stephanie and believe they should be free to live together in peace in the open. However, I disagree with the “COVERT EFFORT” to hide their marriage from Republican voters as her Tuesday, May 3rd, 2025, showdown against Judge DaSean Jones for the 180th Criminal District Court draws nearer.
As for Judge DaSean Jones, he is not a “SOFT ON CRIME JUDGE,” but rather a decorated military veteran who loves America and has put himself in harm’s way to protect the rights many AMERICANS take for granted daily.
I’m not picking sides between Judge DaSean Jones and Tami C. Pierce because I have played critical roles in their campaigns. Over 4 years, Judge DaSean Jones paid my company, Aubrey R. Taylor Communications, $6,250.00, and Tami C. Pierce and her wife, Dr. Stephanie Gross-Pierce, M.D., paid my company a total of $27,000.00, over a two 2-month period back during the November 8th, 2022, Midterm Election, which turned out to be a debacle.
Democrats and Republicans need to know that Judge DaSean Jones is a “HETEROSEXUAL MALE” who is married to a drop-dead gorgeous African American female by the name of Audia Jones and has two beautiful children.
If Military veterans do their homework, they will discover that Judge DaSean Jones has completed two tours in Iraq, protecting America’s interests. In short, Judge DaSean Jones is not a “SOFT ON CRIME JUDGE.”
Judge DaSean Jones is a decorated combat veteran and former civil rights attorney currently serving as the presiding judge for the 180th Criminal District Court.
Truth be told, Judge DaSean Jones’s military experience, love for America, and willingness to lay his life down to protect our interests is a combination of asset qualities that make him one of the “MOST UNIQUELY QUALIFIED” members of the judiciary in Texas, not just Harris County.
“THE BLACK MEDIA.”
The lack of bonified investigative reporters employed by African-American newspapers and radio stations makes my job much more difficult. Ordinarily, I would not be involved in some of the investigations I’ve had to involve myself in if local Black-owned newspapers and radio stations had their investigative journalist on staff.
I don’t like wading into social issues like “GAY RIGHTS,” but the “BLACK MEDIA” is afraid to inform their readership and listeners of the facts and the seriousness of what’s unfolding in local politics.
For instance, I should not have to be the only reporter with the courage to tell the African American Community that African American judges will have targets on the backs from the right and the left sides of the political aisles in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Elections.
Those “STOP HOUSTON MURDERS PAC” political attack advertisements claiming that Harris County voters should get rid of all “SOFT ON CRIME JUDGES” are sending what’s called a subliminal message or cat-call which could be refrased as the “ALL NIGGA JUDGES,” with ethnic-sounding names must go – when you get right down to it.
How can I make this claim?
Over the last few election cycles, “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” have dominated local elections in Harris County, Texas. For all intents and purposes, “BLACK FEMALE JUDGES” were the juggernauts behind the 2018 Midterm sweep of Harris County “JUDICIAL BENCHES” that Democrats enjoyed. However, the rise of “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” angered some party bosses, members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” and political operatives from both sides of the political aisle.
Along the way, African American female judges have defeated many “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” members who held judicial benches, but perhaps the most notable defeat for the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” came several years before “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” was born when a little-known African American female named Elaine Hubbard Palmer defeated a power “LGBTQ+ JUDGE” named Steven Kirkland, who presided over the 215th Civil District Court at the time.
As a refresher, Elaine H. Palmer received 38,085 votes for 61.50% of the vote. Steven Kirkland, the Democratic incumbent judge then, received 23,840 votes in his losing bid for re-election on May 29th, 2012, Democratic Party Primary.
Elaine Palmer, an African American female, defeating Judge Steven Kirkland, a white male, enraged members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY,” but many folks thought it was a fluke.
When the March 2nd, 2016, Midterm Election rolled around, Steven Kirkland had regrouped and reclaimed a Harris County judicial bench by defeating Grant Dorfman in the 2016 Presidential Election.
As a refresher, Judge Grant Dorfman received 606,762 votes for 47.91% of the vote, in his losing bid for re-election, and Steven Kirkland received 659,630 votes for 52.09% of the vote in the 2016 Presidential Election in Harris County, Texas.
Remember, Judge Steven Kirkland lost his first bench, the 215th Civil District Court, to an African American female named Elaine Hubbard Palmer in the 2012 Democratic Party Primary.
When the March 3rd, 2020, Democratic Party Primary rolled around, Judge Steven Kirkland, the “LGBTQ+ JUDGE,” drew a challenge from another African American female. A little-known civil attorney named Dawn DeShea Rogers dared to challenge the once mighty “LGBTQ+ JUDGE” and defeated him handily at the ballot box.
As a refresher, Judge Steven Kirkland once again found himself suffering a defeat at the hands of an African American female, which angered members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” and other leaders from inside the Harris County Democratic Party. In his losing effort, Judge Steven Kirkland received 111,316 votes for 44.82%, and Dawn DaShea Rogers received 137,025 votes for 55.18%.
Judge Dawn DaShea Rogers ran unopposed for re-election on November 5th, 2024, and won her re-election bid without facing a Republican opponent. However, the (24) African American female judges running for re-election in the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election will not be as fortunate.
“CLOSING THOUGHTS.”
It is uber-important that rank-and-file Democrat and Republican voters arm themselves with information that will assist them in their efforts to quickly identify (DINOs), which is the acronym for “Democrats in Name Only,” and (RINOs) which means “Republican in Name Only.”
Kay Shephard, the woman hurling verbal attacks at Judge DaSean Jones, has a “ULTERIA MOTIVE” behind her actions. It’s not about “DEMOCRATS” and “REPUBLICANS” with Kay Shephard; she’s a bully who appears to have a disdain for heterosexual males and females as she struggles with her sexual identity. I know Kay Shephard claims not to be gay. Still, I have a hard time believing that State Rep. Shawn Nicole Thierry, a licensed attorney, would publicly assert that Kay Shephard is a sexual harasser, toxic bully, and an abuser of women if she did not have proof to back up her assertions.
State Rep. Shawn Thierry stated, “Everyone needs to know the truth that I am being tormented, harassed mentally, and sexually by Kay Shepard. Anyone who is supporting Kay Shephard or who is affiliated with her, should know that they are supporting someone who is a sexual harasser, a toxic bully, and an abuser of women. I will no longer be a silent victim of her abuse,” explained State Rep. Shawn Thierry before Kay Shephard and members of the “LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY” used one of their members to defeat State Rep. Shawn Thierry in the March 5th, 2024, Democratic Party Primary race for House District 146.
