Voter Suppression in Harris County May Have Impacted the Outcomes of At Least Thirty-Six Down-Ballot County Races

Judge Latosha Lewis Payne (Democrat), is currently leading her Republican challenger, former Judge Nile Copeland, in the race for Judge, 55th Civil District Court. Why? Well, it appears that tens of thousands of Republican votes may have been suppressed in Harris County, Texas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, if you believe the reports that are starting to surface as multiple investigations have been launched to determine the true outcome of the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election. You can "CLICK HERE" to see the updated return numbers.

Dr. Steven Hotze has assembled a "LEGAL AND INVESTIGATIVE TEAM" that has more than 100 years of (combined) investigative and legal experience. Voter Suppression in Harris County May Have Impacted the Outcomes of At Least Thirty-Six Down-Ballot County Races

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

It is unclear at this time the exact number of down-ballot races that were impacted when Republican voters got turned away from at least (23) twenty-three early voting polls on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas. However, what we do know at this time is that the number of Republican voters who may have had their votes suppressed in Harris County, Texas on “ELECTION DAY” could reach levels in the tens of thousands according to the attorney for the Harris County Republican Party.

As a member of “THE LEGAL AND INVESTIGATIVE TEAM” that has been assembled by Dr. Steven Hotze, I can tell you with full assurance that what we’ve just witnessed in Harris County, Texas is the most egregious case of “VOTER SUPPRESSION” that I’ve ever witnessed in my more than 30-years of covering local Harris County politics.

In my professional opinion, at least (36) thirty-six local races (maybe more) were “UNFAIRLY INFLUENCED” by the incompetence, and “POSSIBLE CRIMINAL ACTIONS” of the newly appointed Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) who was brought into Houston and placed in this position by Democrats after they already knew that Clifford Tatum was ill-equipped and prepared to run an election of this magnitude in the third largest county in America.

To illustrate how (and why) I believe that Republican votes were suppressed on “ELECTION NIGHT” in Harris County, Texas, I’m releasing a timeline showing “VOTING UPDATES” that were provided directly to me by email by the Harris County Elections Administrator (Clifford Tatum) beginning at 7:33PM on (Tuesday, November 8, 2022) Election Night, and ending at 2:42PM on Thursday, November 10, 2022, with the final update I’ve received.

I’ve selected the race for Judge, 55th Civil District Court between former judge Nile Copeland (Republican), and Judge Latosha Lewis Payne, the Democratic incumbent because it was the first local down-ballot judicial race, and had the fewest number of undervotes.

At 11:30PM on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Judge Latosha Lewis Payne is starting to increase her lead over former Judge Nile Copeland during a time when Republicans should be starting to close the gap as "VOTING BOXES" should be starting to come in from Republican strongholds. At this 11:30PM, former Judge Nile Copeland (Republican), is now trailing Judge Latosha Lewis Payne (Democrat) by 15,688 votes in the race for District Judge, 55th Civil District Court. In case you haven't heard, tens of thousands of Republican voters may have had their votes suppressed at over (23) twenty-three "EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS" on Election Day, in Harris County, Texas.

At 12:45AM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, Judge Latosha Lewis Payne is continuing to increase her lead over former Judge Nile Copeland during a time when Copeland should be starting to close the gap as "VOTING BOXES" from traditional Republican strongholds are starting to arrive at NRG Stadium. However, at 12:45AM, former Judge Nile Copeland (Republican), is falling further behind Judge Latosha Lewis Payne (Democrat) now has 15,869 more votes in the race for District Judge, 55th Civil District Court. In case you haven't heard, tens of thousands of Republican voters may have had their votes suppressed at over (23) twenty-three "EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS" on Election Day, in Harris County, Texas.

At 2:47AM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, Judge Latosha Lewis Payne's lead is still increasing over former Judge Nile Copeland during a time when Copeland should be starting to catch up as "VOTING BOXES" from traditional Republican strongholds should be arriving at NRG Stadium. However, at 2:47AM, former Judge Nile Copeland (Republican), continues to fall further behind Judge Latosha Lewis Payne (Democrat) and now trails her by 19,064 votes in the race for District Judge, 55th Civil District Court. In case you haven't heard, tens of thousands of Republican voters may have had their votes suppressed at over (23) twenty-three "EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS" on Election Day, in Harris County, Texas.

At 3:46AM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, Judge Latosha Lewis Payne's lead over former Judge Nile Copeland is still continuing to increase during a time when Copeland should be making up some ground as "VOTING BOXES" from traditional Republican strongholds should be arriving at NRG Stadium. At 4:51AM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, Judge Latosha Lewis Payne somehow managed to not yield any ground to former Judge Nile Copeland and still continues to increase her lead over him during a time when he should be making up some sort of ground on her as "VOTING BOXES" from traditional Republican strongholds should be arriving at NRG Stadium. However, at 4:51AM, former Judge Nile Copeland (Republican), continues to fall further behind Judge Latosha Lewis Payne (Democrat) and now trails her by 22,274 votes in the race for District Judge, 55th Civil District Court. In case you haven't heard, tens of thousands of Republican voters may have had their votes suppressed at over (23) twenty-three "EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS" on Election Day, in Harris County, Texas.

At 8:46AM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, Judge Latosha Lewis Payne is still managing to increase her lead over former Judge Nile Copeland as "VOTING BOXES" from traditional Republican strongholds have arrived at NRG Stadium. It makes no logical sense that at 8:46AM, former Judge Nile Copeland (Republican), would still be falling further behind Judge Latosha Lewis Payne (Democrat) and trailing her by 23,002 votes in the race for District Judge, 55th Civil District Court. In case you haven't heard, tens of thousands of Republican voters may have had their votes suppressed at over (23) twenty-three "EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS" on Election Day, in Harris County, Texas.

At 5:10PM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, Judge Latosha Lewis Payne's lead over former Judge Nile Copeland continues to grow. At this point, the "VOTING BOXES" from Republican strongholds have not helped former Judge Copeland (Republican), make up any ground on Judge Latosha Lewis Payne (Democrat), as her lead over Copeland has now increased to 24,012 votes in the race for District Judge, 55th Civil District Court. In case you haven't heard, tens of thousands of Republican voters may have had their votes suppressed at over (23) twenty-three "EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS" on Election Day, in Harris County, Texas.

The Hiram Clarke "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" is one of the (25) twenty-five polling locations that I flagged (prior to the start of early voting) to be monitored closely by Republicans to ensure the integrity of the 2022 Midterm Election. However, my repeated calls to action were ignored. And from what I witnessed last Monday, October 31, 2022, the Harris County Republican Party Chairwoman (Cindy Siegel) and her leadership made tactical blunder after tactical blunder this election cycle. That being said, I personally met with (Cindy Siegel) and Case Voeks (the executive director of the Harris County Republican Party) several times in my quest to get assistance from the HCRP to have my team assist with monitoring many of the troubled "EARLY VOTING POLLS" in the Black community from the outside, BUT THE HCRP REFUSED TO HELP ME!!! However, I want the world to know that Dr. Steven Hotze and many of my supporters did step up to the plate.

"VOTING MACHINES WERE PLACED IN THIS TRUCK AT THE HIRAM CLARKE EARLY VOTING LOCATION."

Why was this guy moving "VOTING MACHINES" and file boxes from the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center (3810 West Fuqua Street, Houston, Texas) between 10:00AM and 10:30AM on Monday, October 31, 2022, while I was there checking on my poll workers? And why did Grace Taylor (no relation), the (Election Judge) tell me that only three "VOTING MACHINES" were being replaced when I counted (6) six "VOTING MACHINES" on the cart?

"SIX VOTING MACHINES WERE PLACED INSIDE THIS TRUCK AT THE HIRAM CLARKE EARLY VOTING LOCATION."

Why didn't the Harris County Republican Party have at least one "POLL WATCHER" stationed at the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center located at (3810 West Fuqua Street, Houston, Texas) to catch this activity??? And why did the "ELECTION JUDGE" say that only (3) three "VOTING MACHINES" were being removed, when it was actually (6) six "VOTING MACHINES" that were being moved?

"SIX VOTING MACHINES WERE TAKEN AWAY FROM THE HIRAM CLARKE EARLY VOTING LOCATION LAST MONDAY."

Where did the Black man take the "VOTING MACHINES" that were removed from the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center "EARLY VOTING LOCATION"  on Monday, October 31, 2022, in Harris County, Texas? And why did the (ELECTION JUDGE) by the name of Grace Taylor (no relation) state that only (3) three "VOTING MACHINES" were taken away when there were actually (6) six being taken away?

"THE ELECTION JUDGE SAYS ONLY THREE MACHINES WERE TAKEN, BUT WE COUNTED AT LEAST SIX MACHINES."

Aubrey R. Taylor (left), in his capacity as the publisher of Houston Business Connections Newspaper, and Dr. Steven Hotze (second from left) in his capacity as the publisher of  Conservative Republicans of Texas News (CRTX), speaking with Grace Taylor (DEMOCRAT ELECTION JUDGE), and Erica Johnson who identified herself as the (REPUBLICAN ALTERNATE JUDGE) at the Hiram Clark Multi-Service Center after witnessing (6) six "VOTING MACHINES" being removed from the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center, located at (3810 West Fuqua Street, Houston, Texas) between 10:00AM and 10:30AM on Monday, October 31, 2022. So, why wasn't there a Republican "POLL WATCHER" at this location???

"THE ALTERNATE JUDGE CLAIMED TO BE A REPUBLICAN WORKING THE HIRAM CLARKE EARLY VOTING LOCATION."

Dr. Steven Hotze talks to Erica Johnson, who identified herself as the (REPUBLICAN ALTERNATE JUDGE) working at the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center on the morning of Monday, October 31, 2022, when Dr. Hotze, in his capacity as the publisher of Conservative Republicans of Texans News (CRTX), witnessed the removal of (6) six "VOTING MACHINES" and from this location.

"As best I can tell right now, I believe as many as (25) twenty-five "GOP CANDIDATES" could have gotten robbed in Harris County, Texas in the down-ballot races on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Midterm Election."
