I did the best I could in my feeble attempt to try and convince as many Democratic Party Primary voters as I could to not cast their votes for 'lying' Lina Hidalgo back during the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary. But they did not listen to me. Now, do you hear about what happened earlier today? Well, three of 'lying' Lina Hidalgo's staffers got indicted on one count of "MISUSE OF OFFICIAL INFORMATION" and one county of "TAMPERING WITH A GOVERNMENT RECORD" by a Harris County Grand Jury. All of this comes after an investigation into that $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract that Hidalgo handed out to a small Houston-based firm that's owned by a "DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVE" by the name of Felicity Pereyra who worked for Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, as his Deputy Campaign Manager.

As this investigation continues to unfold, please understand that the re-election bids of Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and her comrade Fort Bend County Judge KP George are in serious jeopardy. And the saddest part about all of this is that County Judge Hidalgo and County Judge George are the two highest-ranking officials in Harris County and Fort Bend County. And the corruption swirling around these two is going to cast a 'BLACK CLOUD" over all of their fellow Democratic incumbents who will also be seeking re-election on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the upcoming midterm election. Fort Bend County Judge KP George has already lost his re-election bid and he doesn't even know it. He should have canceled that COVID-19 Contract that he, Commissioner Grady Prestage, and Commissioner Ken Demerchant handed out to Shekira Dennis, the owner of Next Wave Strategies, LLC, months ago. Instead, he switched consultants and his campaign manager and thought he would fool everybody.
Fort Bend County Judge KP George pulled a fast one on the people of Fort Bend County by switching his political consultant from a "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" by the name of Courtney Grigsby, to Antron D. Johnson, the Democratic operative who serves as the campaign treasurer for several bogus PACs in Harris County, Texas. And KP made his switch right around the same time that the heat was getting turned up on Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo behind the $11 million COVID Outreach Contract that she had awarded to what amounted to a one-woman operation with no track record. And to make matters worse, her Democratic operative was headquartered in a small apartment in the Montrose area of Houston, Texas. All of that being said, it appears that County Judge KP George's political consultant, and Felicity Pereyra both worked on Commissioner Adrian Garcia's failed Mayor Campaign together.

KP George Appears to Have Tried to Fool Everyone by Switching His Political Consultants When the Heat Got Turned Up on Lina

As we dig deeper into how Fort Bend County Judge KP George saw fit to award a COVID-19 Outreach Contract to a "POLITICAL OPERATIVE" by the name of Shekira Dennis, the owner of Next Wave Strategies, LLC, we've discovered a new connection between the COVID-19 Outreach contract in Fort Bend County and the COVID-19 Outreach contract in Harris County. As it turns out, Courtney Grigsby, a "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" and longtime political consultant for Fort Bend County Judge KP George, and Felicity Pereyra, a "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" who was awarded the $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo both worked for Lina's buddy, Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia back during his failed bid to become mayor of Houston, Texas. So, just for the record, Courtney Grigsby worked as the "Field Director" for Adrian, and Felicity Pereyra worked as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Adrian.
THE SWITCHAROO GAME
The closing date on the COVID-19 Outreach contract that was handed out to Shekira Dennis, the owner of Next Wave Strategies, LLC, was May 18, 2021. Now, according to a "MEMORANDUM" sent out by Paige McInnis, the "PURCHASING AGENT" for Fort Bend County, "Following a thorough review of all submittals on July 6, 2021, the Commissioners Court of Fort Bend County approved the evaluation team's recommendation and ordered to enter into negotiations with the highest-ranked vendor, Next Wave Strategies, LLC. for the above reference RFP." The RFP she was making reference to was (RFP 21-077) for Community Vaccine Outreach. So, a few months before KP George (Democrat), Grady Prestage (Democrat), and Ken Demerchant gave the go-ahead for negotiations to begin, he cut ties with his political consultant Courtney Grigsby, who had worked as Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia's Field Director, and turned to Antron D. Johnson a few months later.
HEAT GETS TURNED UP
On September 2, 2021, the serious questions began to swirl around Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo's questionable $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract that she awarded to the "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" name Felicity Pereyra, who owns Elevate Strategies LLC. And it was also during this time, that Fort Bend County Judge KP George, continued to try to distance himself from his "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" and consultant Courtney Grigsby. On November 15, 2021, according to a report by Ted Oberg, "13 Investigates has learned from multiple Harris County sources, the district attorney wants to know more about how the county selected a vendor for an $11 million vaccine outreach contract. Monday night, we learned the district attorney recently issued subpoenas demanding documents from numerous Harris County offices." So, as the heat was getting hotter on Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, over in Fort Bend County, K.P. George was continuing to distance himself from Courtney Grigsby, and getting really cozy with Antron D. Johnson, his new "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" with strong ties to Shekira Dennis, the woman who KP George had awarded the COVID-19 Outreach Contract potentially worth $1,035,000.00 to a couple months prior.

If you look at the "LINKED-IN" page for Fort Bend County Judge KP George's former consultant, Courtney Grigsby, you will clearly see that Courtney Grigsby is a "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" who worked as the Field Director for Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, at the same exact time as Felicity Pereyra, the woman who was awarded the $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, before she canceled it.
Antron D. Johnson, the campaign manager for Fort Bend County Judge KP George, also serves as the treasurer for several of the Black Political Action Committees that we've been investigating for years. Now, as the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, this dude has sworn that everything submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission in their campaign finance report is on the up and up. However, from my investigation into this dude, his most campaign finance report, are filed with what appears to be straight-up lies.

But how did she go from working as a hostess at Legal Sea Foods, a few years ago, to being awarded an $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract by County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and her cohorts a few years later?
If you look at her "LINKED-IN" page you will clearly see that Felicity Pereyra, the owner of Elevate Strategies, LLC., is a "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" who worked for Commissioner Adrian Garcia on his failed mayoral bid, right along with Courtney Grigsby, the "DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE" who is no longer the consultant for Fort Bend County Judge KP George.

And guess who paid the sum of $100 dollars to get all three of these "GPACS" started? You guessed it -- Carroll G. Robinson!

Johnson (second from right), the treasurer for TxMuniPAC take $5,000 dollars from TxMuniPAC and give it to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, another Political Action Committee where he also serves as the treasurer back on March 22, 2021? And what was Attorney Melanie Miles (far left), Carroll G. Robinson (second from left), Antron D. Johnson (second from right, and Odus Evbagharu (far right) really up to with the formation of all of these Black Political Action Committees heading into the 2022 Midterm Election Cycle?

The Texas Coalition of Black Democrats (TCBD), in preparation for the 2022 and 2024 election cycles, has organized a statewide Texas Alliance of Black Political Action Committees (PACs) to engage in coordinated local, statewide and national fundraising to increase overall funding to maximize Black Democratic voter turnout through increased and enhanced voter registration, issue education, year-round voter engagement, community service and political infrastructure building and maintenance.
This historic initiative will be led by small business-owner, Melanie Miles. Miles has agreed to lead the fundraising project as part of The Coalition’s broader effort to help increase the involvement of Democratic Precinct Chairs and local and county elected officials within The Coalition and Texas Democratic Party.
In agreeing to serve as Chair of the Texas Alliance of Black PACs, Miles said, “I will be laser-focused on helping to raise the funding necessary to bring change to Texas. Our state needs better, more compassionate, and competent leadership and the path to achieving that goal is a stronger, more unified, energized, and well-funded Black Democratic political infrastructure.
Black Democrats need the financial wherewithal to partner with our county parties across the state to maximize black voter turnout in our rural, suburban and urban counties.”
In addition to fundraising for the Texas Alliance of Black PACs, Melanie Miles has also agreed to work with The Coalition’s State Chair, Carroll G. Robinson, to assist him in an effort to help secure funding to ensure that all 254 Democratic County Parties across Texas have a full-time paid staff member to maximize the efficiency of precinct chairs in the effort to increase overall Democratic voter turnout.
Under the leadership of Miles, The Alliance will be reaching out to partner and work with all the various constituency organizations and allied groups, in the Texas Democratic Party, to maximize the strategic deployment of assets, resources, and investments in the Coalition’s effort to (Re)Turn Texas Blue.

Now, for the record, I believe "DARK MONEY" flowed into Texas across state lines from places like Oakland California, Washington D.C., Brooklyn New York, and Fairfax Virginia. And once the dark-money made its way into Texas, it appears to have been dispersed through a "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" that was set up by Carroll G. Robinson, and Antron D. Johnson called the "TEXAS BLACK DEMOCRATS PAC" that operates under the umbrella of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats.
Possible Money Laundering Could Be Taking Place Right Here in Texas Through the Texas Black Democrats PAC

For some time now, I’ve been talking about how people like Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg and countless Democrats could possibly be getting tricked into supporting a “BOGUS POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” that goes by the name of Texas Black Democrats PAC. Now, in this report, I’m going to offer more compelling proof that Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, (owner of the Texas Black Democrats PAC), and his boy Antron D. Johnson (who serves as the treasurer), are possibly filing what could be “FRAUDULENT CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” with the Texas Ethics Commission. So, the report I’m going to cover today was filed by Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer, under penalty of perjury back on January 15, 2021. However, this particular campaign finance report covered the period of 10/25/2020 through 12/31/2020. Now, remember, the early voting period for the 2020 Presidential Election began on Monday, October 13, 2020, and ended on Friday, October 30, 2020.
As you read this particular report, please pay very close attention to the fact that supposedly, there was $26,500.28 dollars in contributions that were donated to the Texas Black Democrats PAC between, 10/25/2020, and 12/31/2020. Now, that being said, many of the out-of-state “ZIP CODES” for the addresses where the donations supposedly came from “DO NOT MATCH” the cities where the donors supposedly resided in at the time their donations were supposedly made to the Texas Black Democrats PAC. Also, please note that nearly all of the supposed donations from out of state were reported in round figures “$100.00” dollars, “$250.00” dollars, “300.00” dollars “$500.00” dollars – so on, and so forth. But, the most glaring problem of them all, is the supposed donation on (PAGE 22) where Antron D. Johnson, claims that a woman named Edna Warnecke from Houston, Texas donated $100.00 dollars to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 10/27/2020. What’s the problem with this particular donation? Well, first of all, the address was redacted on the campaign finance report, so an “OPEN RECORDS REQUEST” was filed. Now, once the “OPEN RECORDS REQUEST” was granted by the Texas Ethics Commission and the “FULL ADDRESS” was provided, we discovered that the address Antron claimed the donation came from – which was 107 Ardmore Rd in Houston, Texas, wasn’t even a real address.
The document you’re looking at above shows that the Texas Black Democrats PAC, supposedly received a $100.00 dollar donation from a lady named Edna Warnecke, but the address of 107 Ardmore Rd, in Houston, Texas turns out to be a fake address – it’s not real. Do you see the area I’ve circled in red above for the “VOTER REGISTRATION SEARCH” for the woman named Edna Warnecke, who according to Antron D. Johnson, had donated $100.00 dollars to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 10/27/2020, under penalty of perjury? Do you see where it says, that my search for Edna Warnecke did not produce any results?
Do you see the area I’ve circled in red above for a “REAL PROPERTY SEARCH” for the woman named Edna Warnecke, who according to Antron D. Johnson, had donated $100.00 dollars to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 10/27/2020, under penalty of perjury? Do you see where it says, that my search for a property in Houston, Texas at 107 Ardmore Road did not produce any results?
As I broadened my search for the woman named Edna Warnecke, I did find a woman by the name of Edna J. Wernecke who lived in Houston, Texas -- but she had passed away back in 1998. (CLICK HERE) for a closer inspection of this document.
Now do you see the area that I’ve circled in red above that identifies a woman by the name of Edna Warnecke, who lives at 107 Ardmore Rd, in Kensington, California 94707 right now? Did Carroll G. Robinson’s boy Antron D. Johnson get sloppy, and not place the correct City and State or the campaign finance report? Now, if you think that Antron simply made a mistake, then, take a look at all of these other possible mistakes he made. Why would all of the donations for a “BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” out of Texas be coming from out-of-state donors right before the 2020 Presidential Election?
#11 -- AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "As you scroll through all of these supposed donations that were received between period of 10/25/2020 through 12/31/2020, please not that only the donations from Democrat Mike Collier #16 and #17 below, and #33 are from the state of Texas. I haven't spoken with Mike Collier, a 2022 Democratic Party Primary candidate who is seeking the opportunity to face off against Lt. Governor Dan Patrick. However, I have spoken directly with Gilbert Garcia, and he knows absolutely nothing about the activities of Carroll G. Robinson, or Antron D. Johnson, and simply made his donation to the Texas Black Democrats PAC in good faith."

Johnson’s sworn statement to the Texas Ethics Commission on the campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, that’s dated Thursday, July 15, 2021. So, why is there not a campaign finance report for the “134 PAC” even listed on the Texas Ethics Commission’s website? And get this, I’ve also found several other questionable expenditures that Antron D. Johnson swore to under the penalty of perjury related to monies that were supposedly given to American Technology Consulting, Black Austin Democrats, Black El Paso Democrats, Ector County Democratic Party, TCBD Brazoria County, TCBD Denton County, TCBD East Texas, and Tarrant County Black Democrats, on the campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, that covered the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, and Wednesday, June 30, 2021.”

What about the Alliance For A New Justice System, TxMuniPAC, Black Women’s PAC, or the Reform HISD PAC? Well, if not, don’t worry, I’m going to shed a little light on how Carroll G. Robinson, the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, Robert Williams, the man behind the newly formed Alliance For A New Justice System, and Antron D. Johnson, the guy who is acting as treasurer for several of the Black Political Action Committees appear to be playing fast and loose with donated money.

That cat on the left is a dude named Robert Williams. Now, I'm not sure how much Constance Jones or State Rep. Ron E. Reynolds knows about the $35,449.05 dollars that Robert Williams supposedly donated to the Alliance For A New Justice System back on 4/28/2021, but I'm going to try to find out as much as I can about that transaction in the very near future.
I'm not sure how this Robert Williams cat, found his way into that seat at the state capital, but I sure would like to know.
ALLIANCE FOR A NEW JUSTICE SYSTEM
This Robert Williams cat supposedly received a donation of $250.00 dollars from the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 5/21/2021, according to Antron D. Johnson’s sworn statement to the Texas Ethics Commission on their campaign finance report that’s dated Thursday, July 15, 2021. QUESTION BY AUBREY R. TAYLOR: Did the Texas Black Democrats PAC, actually donate $250.00 dollars to the Alliance for A New Justice System back on 5/21/2021? Why am I questioning this donation? Well, when I pulled the campaign finance report for the Alliance for A New Justice System that was sworn to by John T. Floyd, their treasurer on record, for the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, through Wednesday, June 30, 2021, I did not find any donations on their report made by anyone except for a donation in the amount of $1,000.00 dollars from John T. Floyd, which was made on 4/28/2021, and a donation that was supposedly made by Robert Williams in the amount of $35,449.05 dollars to the Alliance for A New Justice System. Now, the big question here is, where did the $35,449.05 dollars come from that Robert Williams so kindly donated to the Alliance for a New Justice System.
WHO IS ROBERT WILLIAMS?
This dude Robert Williams has been trolling me on Facebook for some time now. He’s been doing everything in his power to discredit my reporting on corrupt Black politicians and election fraud. I always found it strange why this Black male who supposedly cares about criminal justice reform would be trying to destroy my business. So, after following his steady attacks on one of my private investigators, I launched an investigation into this Robert Williams character.
At first glance, it looks like Robert Williams is just another retired guy living on a small parcel of land over in Brazoria County, Texas. But there’s a lot more to his story, that I plan to share with you in the coming weeks. However, for the record, I find it very interesting that Robert Williams has the means to donate $35,449.05 dollars to the Alliance for A New Justice System. I also found it interesting that a guy who was charged with issuing bad checks over in Travis County would be trying to hold anyone accountable on social media platforms. And I also find it very interesting that a guy who lives on a homestead that’s only worth $205,590.00 dollars, and land that’s only valued at $9,430.00 dollars can afford to be donating $35,449.00 dollars in hard cold cash to a Political Action Committee.

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
