Judge Lucia Bates "The Working Judge" is a Modern Day Trailblazer - Black History Month Begins February 1, 2022

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "For the record, I believe that Judge Lucia Bates, Judge Donna Roth, Judge Tanya Garrison, and Judge Latosha Lewis Payne have all done good jobs since taking the bench. However, I'm sitting here scratching my head trying to figure out how, and why, Judge Lucia Bates, the presiding Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2, got primaried in the upcoming Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary. After all, Judge Lucia Bates has done an excellent job since she took the bench following the historic 2020 Midterm Election, she made history as part of the "BLACK GIRL MAGIC" phenomenon that took Harris County, Texas by storm."

Judge Lucia Bates, "The Working Judge" Should Not Have Drawn A Democratic Party Challenger Says Aubrey R. Taylor

I think by now you know that "CRIME AND CORRUPTION" are going to be the key factors in determining which "JUDICIAL CANDIDATES" are victorious in 2022. That being said, it's imperative that the public understands the seriousness of the crime issue in Harris County, Texas.

EVERY VOTE MATTERS

Who we elect to judicial benches in Harris County, Texas matters. As the death toll and crime rate in Harris County, Texas continue to skyrocket, it's imperative that voters carefully weigh their options this year. Democratic and Republican voters must reject the practice of casting votes based on symbolism and other factors that have nothing to do with job readiness and performance.

A FEW GOOD JUDGES

Just so you know, Judge Donna Roth is the presiding judge for the 295th Civil District Court, and she has absolutely nothing to do with the rising crime rate in Harris County, Texas. That said, neither does Judge Tanya Garrison, the presiding judge for the 157th Civil District Court, nor does Judge Latosha Lewis Payne, the presiding judge for the 55th Civil District Court.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "All three of these Democratic judges avoided primary challenges, and will earn the Democratic nomination in their respective races, on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the upcoming Harris County Democratic Party Primary. However, they're not out of the woods, because each of them must face off hungry Republican challengers on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, to keep their benches. For the record, Judge Donna Roth (Democrat) is being challenged by a Republican by the name of Malcolm Whittaker. Judge Tanya Garrison (Democrat) is being challenged by a Republican by the name of Sonya Aston. And Judge Latosha Lewis Payne is being challenged by former Judge Nile Copeland."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "I am so proud of Judge Lucia G. Bates, the presiding justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2. That said, there's no way in hell, that Judge Lucia G. Bates should have drawn two Democratic Party challengers. However, "it is..what it is" at this point. Even still, Judge Lucia Bates has drawn some "KEY ENDORSEMENTS" as she seeks to earn the Democratic nomination in the upcoming Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary."

AUBREY R TAYLOR: "I'm pleased to inform you that Constable Silvia Trevino has endorsed Judge Lucia G. Bates, in the upcoming Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2, in Harris County, Texas."

AUBREY R TAYLOR: "I'm pleased to inform you that State Senator Carol Alvarado has endorsed Judge Lucia G. Bates, in the upcoming Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2, in Harris County, Texas."

AUBREY R TAYLOR: "I'm pleased to inform you that State Rep. Harold Dutton has endorsed Judge Lucia G. Bates, in the upcoming Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2, in Harris County, Texas."

AUBREY R TAYLOR: "I'm pleased to inform you that State Rep. Mary Ann Perez has endorsed Judge Lucia G. Bates, in the upcoming Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2, in Harris County, Texas."

AUBREY R TAYLOR: "I'm pleased to inform you that Commissioner Rodney Ellis has endorsed Judge Lucia G. Bates, in the upcoming Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2, in Harris County, Texas."

AUBREY R TAYLOR: "I'm pleased to inform you that Commissioner Adrian Garcia has endorsed Judge Lucia G. Bates, in the upcoming Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary race for Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2, in Harris County, Texas."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for the people. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must endeavor to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment during the history of our great nation."

Judge Lucia G. Bates is the Right Choice in the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic Party Primary

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Please remind all of your Democratic family and friends to cast their vote for Judge Lucia G. Bates, on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the race for Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2.

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in the upcoming 2022 Midterms, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
