As Lina’s Impending Indictment Draws Nearer, She's Now Alleging that DA Kim Ogg, is Aligned With Lindell, Cruz, Hotze

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (center), is correct in her assertion that there's a plan in place to oust her from the position of Harris County Judge. So, from what I can see, the plan that's been hatched by a group of Republicans and Democrats conspiring together is to make Alexandra del Moral Mealer, who many Republican leaders feel is a (RINO), "lying" Lina's replacement. That said, (RINO), simply means, "Republican In Name Only" for those of you who don't know. Anyways, "lying" Lina's potential date with her "IMPENDING CRIMINAL INDICTMENT" by a Harris County grand jury, is of her own making, in my opinion. However, her claim that Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, also a Democrat, is somehow colluding with Republicans as some sort of "POLITICAL VENDETTA" against her is highly plausible. But pour Lina isn't connecting the dots right. District Attorney Kim Ogg, is actually joined at the hip with the Republicans who are pushing Alexandra del Moral Mealer, and not Dr. Steven Hotze, and, Mike Lindell, and their group.

Many "TRUE CONSERVATIVES" feel like "MATTRESS MACK" has endorsed a RINO, who refuses to stand up for "TRADITIONAL FAMILY VALUES" and actually went out and sought the endorsement of the Log Cabin Republicans. In case you're unfamiliar with the "LOG CABIN REPUBLICANS" it's the only open LGBTQ+ Republican group according to a flyer I ran across recently. All of that being said, I still love and admire "MATTRESS MACK" but disagree with his choice to endorse Alexandra del Moral Mealer, over Vidal Martinez, just like I did when he endorsed (Democrat) Kim Ogg, over Audia Jones, Carvana Cloud, and Todd Overstreet back during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County District Attorney.

As you can see above, Jim McIngvale, better known as "MATTRESS MAC" gave Alexandra del Moral Mealer, a check for $40,000.00 dollars back on February 24, 2022. According to my sources, "MATTRESS MAC" is very concerned about the North Houston Highway Improvement Project (NHHIP), which is TxDOT’s $7.9 billion dollar investment to redesign I-45 (which is the major freeway that runs right in front of Gallery Furniture) in three segments from US 59 to Beltway 8 North. That being said, according to my sources, "MATTRESS MAC" and other local businessmen who play ball inside both major political parties want to make sure that Alexandra del Moral Mealer becomes the next Harris County Judge so that she can protect their interests. Now, I admire "MATTRESS MAC" and certainly hope that this isn't the reason he wrote Alexandra del Moral Mealer that $40,000.00 dollar check back on Thursday, February 24, 2022.

In case you don't remember, "MATTRESS MACK" endorsed (Democrat) Kim Ogg over her fellow Democrats, Audia Jones (former Black Female Prosecutor), Carvana Cloud (former Black Female prosecutor), and Todd Overstreet (former White Male Prosecutor), back during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County District Attorney. That being said, I love "MATTRESS MACK" and like the fact that he's politically engaged, but since winning re-election, Kim Ogg has become the worst District Attorney in the history of Harris County, Texas. So, it's imperative that all registered Harris County voters do their own research and make informed voting decisions going forward.

Mike Lindell, the owner of "MY PILLOW" is playing ball on the far-right of the Republican Party. Mike Lindell, is someone considered to be a die-hard "TRUMP CONSERVATIVE" in Republican circles. That being said, former President Trump and Mike Lindell, wouldn't be conspiring with Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (Democrat), to take out "lying" Lina Hidalgo. In fact, when Mike Lindell was in town a few months ago, did endorse former Federal Prosecutor Vidal Martinez, but that's the extent of their relationship at this time.

As Lina’s Impending Indictment Draws Nearer, She's Now Alleging that DA Kim Ogg, is Aligned With Lindell, Cruz, Hotze

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

It’s time for someone to pull “lying” Lina Hidalgo to the side and make her sit down and shut up. Why? Well, it is obvious by now that “lying” Lina already knows that she’s going to get criminally indicted. What’s “lying” Lina Hidalgo doing? From the outside looking in, it appears that “lying” Lina is trying to do some serious damage control – but it isn’t working. That being said, what she’s doing instead is digging a deep hole for herself by continuing to run her mouth. And on top of that, “lying” Lina Hidalgo, the embattled Harris County Judge, is showing the entire world how selfish, irresponsible, and uncaring she truly is right now through her actions.

Truth be told, “lying” Lina Hidalgo never really gave a damn about the Harris County Democratic Party. If she ever cared about the HCDP, why would she be singlehandedly causing an implosion of the local Democratic Party? Why would “lying” Lina Hidalgo be waltzing out in front of news cameras lying through her teeth as her fellow Democratic comrades are relegated to sitting on the sidelines hoping that the “HORROR STORY” their watching playout comes to an end.

If you “WATCH THIS VIDEO” and pay close attention to the (4:48 through 5:25 minute mark) you will hear “lying” Lina Hidalgo now “allege” that her fellow Democrat, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has somehow now allied with Mike Lindell (the owner of My Pillow), U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (Republican), and Dr. Steven Hotze, a “CHRISTIAN PATRIOT” who is actually on the frontlines fighting against absentee ballot mail fraud, public corruption, and has come under indictment himself because of his desire to restore the integrity of local elections.

SHE’S COMING UNHINGED

“You have to think about the timing,” says Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo at the (0:11 minute mark). “It’s no coincidence this is happening in the middle of my reelection campaign,” she explains. “That in and of itself should make very clear that it’s politically motivated. That it’s meant to destruct. To destroy. To Harm my campaign. To harm. To distract me…That, is I think, enough evidence is very clear as to what the motive is,” explains “lying” Lina. But she didn’t say anything about the fact that it’s very clear that she and her team appears to have tried to steer a nearly $11 million COVID-19 contract to a “DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL OPERATIVE” who had worked as the deputy campaign manager for Commissioner Adrian Garcia, just a few years ago.

BROKE A FEW YEARS AGO

What virtually nobody is talking about, is that “lying” Lina Hidalgo has become a millionaire since taking office and becoming the Harris County Judge, a few short years ago. Nobody is asking this woman the tough questions. Nobody seems to have the courage to ask this woman what she plans to do with the $1.7 million fortune she raised since taking office. What do you plan to do with all the money you’ve raised Lina? What does she need to do? Well, what she should do is help her fellow Democrats by first taking and donating about $10,000 to the down-ballot “JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” and other candidates whose hopes of re-election are being “ADVERSELY AFFECTED” by her greed, stupidity, and selfishness.

NOT GOING TO BE DISSUADED

At the (2:03 minute mark) of the video, “lying” Lina Hidalgo asserts, “I think anybody who watches commissioners court knows that the DA treats my office as a political opponent.” She went on to say that Harris County District Attorney comes to the commissioner's court time and time again, “Basically the talking points that my political opponents from the opposite party are using against me right now.”

“Everybody knows that, for whatever reason, that she’s just not an ally,” says Hidalgo. “So who’s behind this,” she asks. “It’s very clear she’s doing this. It’s very clear she has an agenda,” she says, speaking for Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. “And that agenda is political,” says “lying” Lina.

“That agenda is not an objective search for truth – it’s some sort of search and destroy mission,” proclaims Hidalgo at the (2:46 minute mark) of the “PRESS CONFERENCE” video footage.

“It’s okay! You know…It’s okay to politically disagree with someone,” she explains. “It’s okay to decide to ally yourself with the opposite party – that’s her prerogative,” explains Hidalgo at the (3:02 minute mark) of the “PRESS CONFERENCE” video footage. However, she goes on to explain, “It’s not okay to pursue a “POLITICAL VENDETTA" (a) "POLITICAL EXERCISE” under the guise of a criminal investigation.”

“I’m going to fight this,” she says. “And I’m going to fight whatever comes next,” explains Hidalgo. “And, let me say this…If there’s anyone who thinks that I’m going to be deterred, or who thinks I’m going to be dissuaded by this, they’ve underestimated me,” she explains at the (3:47 minute mark) of the video.

“ALLEGED” BACKROOM DEALS

In a strange turn of events, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo claims, “I won 4-years ago – nobody thought I would win.” She went on to explain, “Nobody expected that.”

“I wasn’t on the inside of any party. And I think that upset some people,” she explains. “I think that upsets folks who like the way things have been done with backroom deals and taking money from contractors.”

“They don’t want to see a continuation of the way we’re doing things, on the up and up,” she goes on to say at the (4:26 minute mark) of the video. “The harder they push me, the harder I’m going to push back,” proclaims “lying” Lina Hidalgo.

THE “ALLEGED” ALLIANCE

According to Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, there’s some sort of alliance that has been formed between Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, Mike Lindell (the owner of My Pillow), U.S.

Does “lying” Lina realize that Dr. Steven Hotze, U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, and Mike Lindell are on the far right and have absolutely nothing in common with Kim Ogg?

Every law-abiding citizen in Harris County should carefully read the "PUBLIC POLICY DISCUSSION" that was sent to me by Bill King about how the $1.4 million dollars was basically advanced to Felicity Pereyra. In case you don't know, Elevate Strategies, LLC sent Harris County (INVOICE #INVO126) on August 2, 2021, for $539,363.97 and the invoice was paid on September 8, 2021. Elevate Strategies, LLC sent Harris County (INVOICE #INVO128) on August 28, 2021, for $590,193.94 and the invoice was paid on September 16, 2021. And Elevate Strategies, LLC sent Harris County (INVOICE #INVO129) on September 1, 2021, for $295,680.06 and the invoice was paid on September 16, 2021. All total, Elevate Strategies, LLC, appears to have been advanced $1.4 million dollars over the course of eight days. (CLICK HERE) to see for yourself.

County Paid $885,000 on the Vaccine Contract after Hidalgo Decided to Cancel It

- BY BILL KING -

The more we learn about Harris County’s vaccine outreach contract, the more it stinks.

County records show that shortly after County Judge Lina Hidalgo announced on September 8 that she intended to ask the Commissioners’ Court to cancel the controversial contract, the County rushed through a payment of $885,000 on September 16 covering all of the contractor's outstanding invoices. When the County made the payment, the invoices had only been pending for about two weeks. Few County vendors get paid that quickly.

That payment came on top of another $539,000 payment made the same day Hidalgo announced the cancellation. In total, the contractor was paid over $1.4 million in eight days. The County Attorney is now attempting to recover most of the money paid to the contractor.

The selection of Elevate Strategies was approved by the Commissioners’ Court at its meeting on June 8 last year. However, at that time, a final contract was not ready. The Court was asked to approve the award to Elevate Strategies but was assured that the contract would be brought back for final review after it was completed. That never happened. Instead, the final contract was signed by the County and Elevate Strategies on July 27 without further action by the Court.

The contract provides that the contractor may only invoice the County after “the Department’s acceptance of equipment, product or Services.” It also provides the Contractor’s invoice “will include a description of the Services performed . . .” (emphasis added).1 The contract identifies the “Department” as the Harris County Judge’s Office.

Five days after the contract was signed, Elevate Strategies submitted an invoice for $539,363.97, which was approved and paid on September 8, the same day Hidalgo announced she was going to cancel the contract. For this invoice to be approved, Elevate Strategies should have performed $539,000 worth of services in the first five days on the project. Given that those five days included a weekend, that would seem extraordinarily unlikely.

On August 28, Elevate Strategies submitted a second invoice for $590,193.94, which was quickly followed with a third invoice four days later on September 1 for an additional $295,680.06. All totaled, Elevate Strategies billed the County $1,425,237.97 for about 35 days on the job. That would mean that Elevate Strategies was performing about $41,000 of work for the County every day from July 27 to September 1, including weekends. An attorney for Elevate Strategies stated at the September 14 commissioners’ meeting, that Elevate had hired 15 employees to work on the project. So, that would come to just under $100,000 per employee in just the first month.

But what makes this sequence of events even more problematic is an exchange that took place at the March 22 Commissioners’ Court meeting between Commissioner Cagle and First Assistant County Attorney, Jay Aiyer. Cagle asked Aiyer how much Elevate Strategies had been paid and if any of the money had been recovered. Aiyer told the Court that his office had recovered “a little over $200,000” and were expecting to get another $500,000 that Elevate had agreed to refund. (See Commissioner Court Video at 4:32:40.)

Of course, this begs the question of why the County would be due any refund if all the Services on the invoices had been performed, as required by the contract before any payment was approved.

And the contract does not provide for any advances. This was confirmed by the County’s Purchasing Agent, Dwight Dopslauf, during the Commissioners’ Court meeting on September 14. Commissioner Tom Ramsey was questioning Dopslauf as to why the financial information required in the RFP was waived for Elevate Strategies. Dopslauf said the financials were not necessary because “we made it clear we were not paying any dollars upfront.” (Commissioners’ Court video at 7:06:00)

So, who approved the payment of these invoices before the services were performed and why? Notwithstanding that the contract identifies Hidalgo’s office as the “Department” responsible for approving invoices, David Barry, the County Administrator, told the Commissioners’ Court on August 24, that the contract would be “managed under public health which is under my responsibility. By no means have we just paid them the lump sum of the contract. We will be watching the data every month.” (Commissioners’ Court video at 6:05:40) Whether the approval came from Hidalgo’s office or from Barry’s office, someone has some explaining to do.

Submitting a fraudulent invoice or knowingly approving the payment of a fraudulent invoice would be a far more serious charge than the charges Hidalgo’s staff members are currently facing. I suspect that the next round of inquiries from investigators will center on these payments and how the County came to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for services that were not performed.

Note 1 – The payment provisions of the contract are found on pp. 3-4. "Services" is a defined term in the Contract and refers to a Scope of Services which is attached to the Contract as Exhibit "B".

As you can see, this is the new home that was purchased by Felicity Pereyra and Ashraf "Ash" Divecha, her 'life partner' shortly after she was awarded that nearly $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.

All you have to do is (CLICK HERE) and visit the Harris County Appraisal District website to verify this report, and the $374,061, "APPRAISED VALUE" of the home that was purchased by Felicity Pereyra and her "HANDYMAN" husband shortly after she was awarded that nearly $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.

The Texas Rangers should now take a close look into how Felicity Pereyra, a woman who has no real-life job history, and her husband Ashraf Divecha, who considers himself, a "JACK OF ALL TRADES" were able to purchase a home appraised at nearly $400,000 dollars during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Remember, it wasn't long ago that Felicity Pereyra was working as a hostess at a seafood place, and Ashraf  Divecha was working as a bartender at the Cheesecake Factory.

According to their "WARRANTY DEED" Felicity Pereyra and Ashraf Divecha presented themselves as a married couple when they took out their 30-year mortgage on their new home. The promissory note that was signed on September 9, 2021, stated that the pair owes the sum of $272,000 dollars plus interests. (CLICK HERE) to view the "WARRANTY DEED" for yourself.

Serious trouble could lie ahead for Adrian and 'lying' Lina. Why? Well, after Commissioner Adrian Garcia and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo awarded Felicity Pereyra, that nearly $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract, Felicity Pereyra and her self described "HANDYMAN" husband went out and purchased a new home for $349,500 dollars. Now, according to the Harris County Appraisal District (HCAD), their new home has been appraised at $374,061 dollars. All you have to do is (CLICK HERE) and visit the Harris County Appraisal District website to verify this report, and the $374,061, "APPRAISED VALUE" of the home that was purchased by Felicity Pereyra and her "HANDYMAN" husband by the name of Ashraf "Ash" Divecha shortly after she was awarded that nearly $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.

Felicity Pereyra and her "life partner" Ashraf "Ash" Divecha are having the time of their lives right about now. As you can see in the screenshot above, that's dated April 6, 2022, Ash States, "Find a life partner that you love to travel with," he says. "Spain and Portugal will not be forgotten," said the self-described handyman.

Chris Hotfelt used to be a bartender at the "CHEESECAKE FACTORY" along with Felicity Pereyra's 'life partner' by the name of Ashraf "Ash" Divecha, according to his admission on FACEBOOK, which you can view below. Now, this brand new home was purchased for $349,500 dollars shortly after she was awarded that nearly $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.

Chris Hotfelt can be reached at (832)800-2746 if anyone reading this report would like to verify the fact that Felicity Pereyra and Ashraf "Ash" Divecha, her 'life partner' went out and purchased a 'BRAND NEW HOME" for $349,500 dollars shortly after she was awarded that nearly $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.

A New $349,500 Home Was Purchased by Felicity Pereyra after Being Awarded the $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

The problem with Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is that she keeps running her mouth. Why won’t ‘lying’ Lina shut her mouth? Well, part of the reason is that she has to keep talking publicly to keep the three staffers believing that she’s on their side. Why is she doing this? Well, it’s clear that someone, possibly Felicity Pereyra has already flipped on “lying’ Lina. So, the last thing she needs is for now indicted staffers to lay out exactly what happened in the awarding of that nearly $11 million COVID-19 Outreach Contract to Felicity Pereyra, and then cancel it when the heat got turned up on her.

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo needs to go sit her butt down somewhere and shut her mouth! Why? Well, Felicity Pereyra doesn’t have a care in the world. How can I make this statement? Well, she and her husband Ashraf Divecha are moving up in the world. They’re doing quite well these days.

Felicity Pereyra and her handyman husband, Ashraf Divecha, who is a self-described ‘jack of all trades’ went out and purchased a home, that according to HCAD, is appraised at $374,061, back on Thursday, September 16, 2021.

Chris Hotfelt, who according to a “FACEBOOK POST” he published back on Thursday, September 16, 2021, sold Felicity Pereyra and her husband, Ashraf “Ash” Divecha, their new home for $349,500. Now, Hotfelt is a former bartender at the “CHEESECAKE FACTORY” who now works as a Realtor at Keller Williams Platinum. That being said, from what I ascertained from his aforementioned “FACEBOOK POST” Chris Hotfelt, and Felicity Pereyra’s, “HANDYMAN HUSBAND” at one point worked together as bartenders.

“Well this one here was extra special, said Chris Hotfelt in his “FACEBOOK POST” related to selling Felicity Peryera and Ashraf “Ash” Divecha their new home. He went on to say, “Man we’ve come along way from serving at The Cheesecake Factory brother and I’m proud as shit at everything that y’all have accomplished 100%. Not only did we find the Right house but we negotiated one hell of a deal. It was a pleasure meeting your awesome wife, and thank you again for your trust.”

This is Ashraf "Ash" Divecha, hard at work. Not only has Felicity Pereyra and her “HANDYMAN HUSBAND” purchased a new home, but they’ve also been traveling the world. In fact, over the last few weeks, they’ve visited Spain and Portugal, according to a “FACEBOOK POST” published by Felicity’s “HANDYMAN HUSBAND” on his FACEBOOK page last week, on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.

So, how does a self-described “HANDYMAN” go from bartending to taking his wife Felicity Pereyra around the country? Well, the wife coming into a “BOATLOAD OF CASH” helps out a lot.

Did you know that Felicity Pereyra’s initial bid was for $19,343,500, and not the $10,973,000 that she was awarded? Yep, this girl was trying to get nearly $20 million, not $11 million, for that COVID-19 Outreach Vaccine Contract.

According to the “AFFIDAVIT” of the Texas Ranger (Daron Parker), “I have reviewed a contract titled Agreement between Harris County and Elevate signed by Felicity Pereyra (“Pereyra”), Hidalgo, and Harris County Assistant County Attorney Manasi Tahiliani on July 27, 2021. He went on to state, “The contract is for the provision of targeted vaccine community outreach services to Harris County in accordance with the Vaccine Outreach RFP.”

In his “AFFIDAVIT” on (PAGE 6), the Texas Ranger states, “I have reviewed official State of Texas records related to Elevate. He goes on to say, “I have viewed Elevate’s certificate of formation filed on August 9, 2019, which indicates that Pereyra is the registered agent and manager of Elevate.

“I have also viewed Elevate’s Texas Franchise Tax Public Information Report filed February 20, 2020, and Pereyra is listed as the sole manager. The Texas Ranger goes on to explain, “I have also reviewed Elevate’s proposal submitted to the evaluation committee for the Vaccine Outreach RFP on March 8, 2021. Pereyra is listed as the Founder and her email is given as felicity@elevatestrategiesllc.com.”

Now, according to the Texas Ranger, Felicity Pererya signed her proposal back on March 8, 2021, and she was listed as the authorized representative of Elevate with a company address of 216 Marshall #11, in Houston, Texas 77006. “The total proposal amount from Elevate on the March 8, 2021 proposal is $19,343,500.

He went on to say, “I have also viewed a best and final offer submitted for the Vaccine Outreach RFP by Elevate on May 11, 2021.” And according to the Texas Ranger’s “AFFIDAVIT” on (PAGE 6), the third paragraph, goes on to explain, “Pereyra is again listed as the founder of Elevate and the same email is given.” And according to him, “The total proposal cost on the best and final officer submitted by Elevate is given as $10,973,00.00.”

WHERE THINGS GET TRICKY

Don’t be fooled by what ‘lying’ Lina Hidalgo is trying to do right now. She’s trying to use the local media “MEDIA MACHINE” to muddy the waters. What she’s looking to do is “FOOL DEMOCRATIC VOTERS” into believing that she’s being attacked by Republicans and other “POLITICAL ENEMIES” who want her out of office – but that’s a bald-faced lie.

In fact, according to the “AFFIDAVIT” of the Texas Ranger (Daron Parker), ‘lying’ Lina had to know exactly what was going on with her staffers. “I have also reviewed Harris County business records that are transcripts of text messages between individuals employed by the County Judge’s Office, he said on (PAGE 6) of his affidavit.

“I have reviewed the transcript of a series of text messages between Traiantaphyllis, Nader, and Joe Madden (“Madden”) from January 5, 2021, through January 7, 2021,” he says.

He went on to say, on (PAGE 6) of his “AFFIDAVIT” that, “The phone Directory of the Office of Harris County Judge, with an address of 1001 Preston, Suite 911, Houston, TX 77002, that was revised on February 8, 2021, gives Joe Madden’s title as Chief of Staff & Senior Strategist,” he explains.

According to the Texas Ranger, “In the text messages, Nader, Triantaphyllis, and Madden discussed hiring Pereyra to work with them, but it is unclear in exactly what capacity.” However, the Texas Ranger states, “According to the text messages, on January 7, 2021, they decided to send a proposed scope of work for Pereyra to Hidalgo for review.”

“They then discuss adding an additional aspect to her work.,” according to the Texas Ranger. “At 6:49 p.m. on January 7, 2021, Triantaphylis texts Nader and Madden “Maybe we can add it as a data-driven part of her work.” Then, according to the “AFFIDAVIT” of the Texas Ranger, “After Nader agrees, Triantaphyllis texts “OK, let me try tossing something in the Google Doc while this wraps up for another 85 minutes. Just note you’ll need to resend the draft to her.” And, “Nader responds with a thumbs up. Triantaphyllis then texts Madden and Nader “Wordy as hell but: Development and oversee a data-driven, strategic approach to leveraging promotoras and other credible community organizational and individual partners for vaccine outreach activities.” Now, do you see where this is going?

The Texas Ranger, according to his “AFFIDAVIT” went on to explain say, “I have reviewed the transcript of a series of texts made on January 12, 2021, between Triantaphyllis and Nader.” He explained how, on January 12, 2021, at 4:58 p.m. that Triantaphyllis texted Nadar another “GOOGLE DOC” link. Now, according to the Texas Ranger, the statement accompanying the link said, “OK, I got her to agree with this scope.” Who is the “HER” the two are talking about? Well, the “HER” they’re talking about appears to be Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo. How do I know this? Well, I know because, according to the Texas Ranger, the next text exchange between Triantaphyllis and Nader said, “I made a copy (the above link) so that we can have the old doc (with her edits) for reference. Again, the “HER” who Triantaphyllis and Nader appear to be referring to on (PAGE 7) of the “AFFIDAVIT” is believed to be Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo.

How do I know that Triantaphyllis and Nader are talking about Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo having made edits on the ‘GOOGLE DOC” in question? Well, because the very next statement, said, “So go ahead and sent it to Felicity so we can see what her thoughts are on $$$.” To which, according to the “AFFIDAVIT,” by the Texas Ranger, “Nader then responds at 4:59 p.m., on January 12, 2021, with a hang loose emoji.”

Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo both have to go. These are "TWO DIRTY DEMOCRATS" who are making the entire Democratic Party look dirty at this point. Both, Commissioner Garcia, and 'lying' Lina Hidalgo should resign their positions and allow Democrats the opportunity to select better nominees for the upcoming Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election.

"I am happy to announce my endorsement of Vidal Martinez for Harris County Judge. Over the last six months, I was able to get to know Vidal and the other candidates for County Judge quite well, and he is easily the most qualified candidate in the run-off election race and our best chance at beating Lina Hidalgo. As Republicans, we all know and agree on the major issues and shortcomings at Commissioners Court, and Vidal Martinez will be ready to execute change on day one. His experience as a federal prosecutor, time spent serving as Houston Port Commissioner and Greater Houston Partnership board member, as well as his tenure on the Methodist Hospital System Board means that he will not need any on-the-job training and can hit the ground running. Vidal Martinez is the leader we need to bring common sense back to Harris County, and he has my full support. I urge you to join me in voting for Vidal Martinez for Harris County Judge on May 24th."

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment in time."

Favoritism and Party Politics Have No Place Inside Our Harris County Courtrooms

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
