A Criminal Enterprise Has Taken Over Local Politics; COVID-19 Outreach Contracts Just the Tip of the Iceberg

Nearly all of these supposed COVID-19 Outreach contracts appear to have been handed out to "POLITICAL OPERATIVES" with close ties to local politicians. Shekira Dennis, the woman who was awarded the COVID-19 Outreach contract over in Fort Bend County, by Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George, and his Democratic colleagues can't be forgotten about in all of this. After all, Shekira Dennis is a protégé of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, who has a lot of stroke over in Fort Bend County, Texas. (CLICK HERE) to learn more about the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) law, that can be used by the federal government to crack down on street gangs, gang cartels, corrupt police departments, and even politicians.

A Criminal Enterprise Has Taken Over Local Politics; COVID-19 Outreach Contracts Just the Tip of the Iceberg

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

For the record, I'm not accusing Shekira Dennis, the managing director of a company called Next Wave Strategies LLC, of any crime in this report. However, I would like to point out the fact that Shekira does primarily consult with, and raises funds for Democratic PACs, and other Democratic organizations. I would also like to point out the fact that, in a 3 to 2 vote, Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George and two other Democrats over in Fort Bend County voted to give Shekira Dennis, a protégé of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis a COVID-19 Outreach contract that could potentially be worth more than $1,035,000.00 dollars and put Democratic "BOOTS ON THE GROUND"  in Fort Bend County, between now and the beginning of the 2024 Presidential Election cycle. So, in essence, just like what played out in Harris County, with the $11 million "COVID-19 OUTREACH CONTRACT" that was handed out, and then canceled by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo -- the so-called "COVID-19 OUTREACH CONTRACT"  that was awarded to Shekira Dennis stinks just as bad and should be looked into by the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office, Texas Attorney General, and the U.S. Attorney's Office in the very near future.

ORGANIZED CRIME NETWORK

What's playing out right now in Harris County, Texas appears to be  "ORGANIZED CRIME" from what I can see. We've got politicians working in concert with one another to accomplish a singular objective -- to remain in power. And the worse thing about it is that they are using strongarm tactics worse than those seen in the Mafia, in some cases. Now, I'm not a lawyer, nor do I claim to be; but from what I understand, under (RICO), the federal government has the ability to attack "ORGANIZED CRIME" and bring it to its knees. So why hasn't the federal government swooped in on Harris County, Texas, and busted up the rings that have taken over city and county government? Well, your guess is as good as mine.

BIGGER THAN 'LYING' LINA

While everyone was focused on the $11 million COVID-19 Outreach contract that Lina Hidalgo was trying to hand out to her "DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVE" by the name of Felicity Pereyra, the owner of Elevate Strategies, the same sort of nefarious activities were unfolding over in Fort Bend County, as the Fort Bend County Judge (K.P. George), and his Democratic cohorts were doing the same thing, albeit on a much smaller scale. That being said, I can't help but wonder if, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George are aware that "THE RICO ACT" applies to politicians.

BALLOTS BY MAIL RING

Aren't the 'alleged' "ABSENTEE MAIL-BALLOT HARVESTERS" doing their dirty work by using the United States Postal Service? So, isn't that a mail fraud crime? Again, I'm not a lawyer, nor do I ever want to become one, but what we're dealing with in Harris County, Texas in our battle against the "ABSENTEE MAIL-BALLOT HARVESTERS" is a lot more than election fraud. After all, from what I've read, "To violate RICO, a person must engage in a pattern of racketeering activity connected to an enterprise. The law defines 35 offenses as constituting racketeering, including gambling, murder, kidnapping, arson, drug dealing, bribery. Significantly, mail and wire fraud are included on the list. These crimes are known as "predicate" offenses. To charge under RICO, at least two predicate crimes within 10 years must have been committed through the enterprise."

CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES

You are not sure what I'm talking about right now, you may want to study up on this by (www.justia.com), for an easy-to-understand breakdown of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Law. That being said, "Note that an enterprise is required. This might be a crime family, a street gang, or a drug cartel. But it may also be a corporation, a political party, or a managed care company. The enterprise just has to be a discrete entity, but an enterprise is not the same as an individual. Thus, a corporation may be the enterprise through which individuals commit crimes, but it can't be both an individual and the enterprise."

CRIMINAL PENALTIES

According to (www.justia.com), "The criminal RICO statute provides for prison terms of 20 years and severe financial penalties. The law also allows prosecutors to attach assets, so they can't be whisked out of the country before judgment."

Do you see this cat right here? Well, I want you to take a moment and look at this lopsided absentee ballot count that happened in Harris County, Texas back during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for Harris County Commissioner between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and former Judge Maria T. Jackson. Do you believe that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis is really that strong of a candidate when it comes to garnering absentee mail ballot votes? How did he capture 9,104 mail-ballots, in his precinct, when there were only a little over 22,000 absentee mail-ballots cast countywide?

As you look at the chart above, please keep in mind, that "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" are sent in to be counted in most cases, by using the U.S. Postal service. Now, do you see the lopsided "ABSENTEE BALLOT RETURNS" I've circled in red above? This lopsided return should have triggered some sort of audit in my opinion. Why? Well, it's highly unlikely that 11,093 of the 22,000 absentee mail ballots that were cast back during the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary would be cast in one race. If there was ever a race that should have been investigated by the authorities, the Tuesday, March 3, 2020, Democratic Party Primary race for the Harris County Commissioner, for Precinct 1, race between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and former Criminal Court Judge Maria T. Jackson, is it.

Shekira Dennis, is the woman who was awarded the COVID-19 Outreach contract over in Fort Bend County, by Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George, and his Democratic colleagues can't be forgotten about in all of this. After all, Shekira Dennis is a protégé of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, who has a lot of stroke over in Fort Bend County, Texas.

For all of you who don't know, Shekira Dennis, served as the Director of Coalitions for the Biden/Harris Presidential Campaign, back during the 2020 Presidential Campaign according to the short version of her biography.

A Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis Protégé Shekira Dennis Was Awarded a $1,035,000.00 Dollar COVID-19 Outreach Contract in Fort Bend County Last Year

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I obtained a copy of the “AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNITY VACCINE OUTREACH” contract that was handed out to Next Wave Strategies LLC by Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George and other Democrats in a 3 to 2 vote a couple of months ago. Along with the (RFP 21-077), I also obtained the “ENTIRE PROPOSAL” that was submitted to Fort Bend County by Shekira Dennis, the Managing Director of Next Wave Strategies LLC, who also happens to be a protégé of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. So, for those of you who don’t already know, Shekira Dennis, she, just like in the case of the $11 million “COVID-19 OUTREACH CONTRACT” that was handed out, and then canceled by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo to Felicity Pereyra, who owns Elevate Strategies, is a Democratic Political Strategist. And just like in the case of Felicity Pereyra, both she and Shekira Dennis both played ball on the national stage. Like I said, most recently, Shekira Dennis served as the Director of Coalitions for President Joe Biden’s presidential run.

A POTENTIAL $1,035,000 DOLLAR AGREEMENT

The contract agreement between Shekira Dennis and Fort Bend County that was handed out by Democratic Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George for a potential $1,035,000 dollars is remarkably similar to the agreement that was handed in Harris County a few months ago by Democratic Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo to the tune of $11 million dollars.

WHAT DOES SHEKIRA'S AGREEMENT SAY?

ON PAGE #1 of the contract that Shekira Dennis was awarded, it basically says that Shekira Dennis, and Next Wave LLC will provide Fort Bend County with “COMMUNITY VACCINE OUTREACH SERVICES” by developing a health marketing communication plan that utilizes social marketing principles and grassroots strategies to dispel myths and misperceptions about the COVID-19 vaccine and elicit behavioral change in vaccine-hesitant residents in Fort Bend County. (CLICK HERE) to read the full contract that was awarded to Shekira Dennis.

TERMS OF SHEKIRA’S AGREEMENT

ON PAGE #2 of the potential $1,035,000 dollar contract that was awarded to Shekira Dennis, the managing director of Next Wave Strategies, LLC, it states, “The terms of this Agreement shall begin upon the final execution of this Agreement and end no later than one (1) year thereafter, with the option to extend for two (2) successive separate options for one (1) year each.” And it goes on to say, Consultant shall complete the tasks described in the Scope of Services, within the time or within such additional time as may be extended by the County.”

WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON IN FORT BEND COUNTY?

How does the governing body of Fort Bend County even know that the COVID-19 virus will still be around 3 years from now? And why would a political operative for the Democratic Party with no health-related experience be the best person to handle this potential $1,035,000.00 “COVID-19 OUTREACH CONTRACT” for Fort Bend County. After all, when Shekira Dennis, was announced as the Director of Coalitions for the Biden/Harris Presidential campaign, back in 2020, the short version of her biography stated, Shekira Dennis is a native Houstonian and alum of the Texas Southern University Barbara-Jordan Mickey-Leland School of Public Affairs. She has over ten years of experience in leading local and statewide political and issue-based campaigns. She is the Managing Consultant of Next Wave Strategies, a Houston-based political outreach, and public engagement firm. She has extensive experience working on the grassroots level as a community organizer and social justice advocate for marginalized communities. She previously served as chair of the Houston Black Democrats and is an alum of the Women’s Campaign School at Yale and the White House Internship Program where she served in the Office of Presidential Personnel in the Obama Administration.

THE BYRD ANTI-LOBBYING AMENDMENT

Did Fort Bend County Judge K.P. George or anyone take a close look at “EXHIBIT B” before giving Shekira Dennis, the managing partner for Next Wave Strategies LLC, this “COVID-19 OUTREACH CONTRACT” a few months ago? If you look at #4 the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment on (PAGE 2 of 8) it states, “Contractors who apply or bid for an award of $100,000 or more shall file the required certification. Each tier certifies to the tier above that it will not and has not used Federal appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, officer or employee of Congress or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with obtaining any Federal contract, grant, or any other award…” This section goes on to say, “Each tier shall also disclose any lobbying with non-Federal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining any Federal award.”

SHEKIRA’S CONNECTION TO THE SCHEME

We’ve recently uncovered what looks a lot like a “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” scheme that’s being operated by Carroll G. Robinson, the chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, and his boy Antron D. Johnson who serves as treasurer of the “GPAC” or Political Action Committees. How does the scheme work? Well, our investigation has uncovered that Carroll G. Robinson is usually the first person to donate money to get the scheme started – usually an amount of $100 dollars to Political Action Committees, where his boy, Antron D. Johnson serves as the treasurer and controls the money aspects of the scheme. What are the names of the “GPAC’s” in question? At this particular time, TxMuniPAC, Reform HISD, and Texas Black Democrats PAC appear to be the three primary “GPAC’s” being used by Carroll G. Robinson, and Antron D. Johnson, the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, and the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Harris County Chapter being used to get them into doors. In some cases, candidates and donors are donating money to the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats that is being diverted to the Texas Black Democrats PAC without their knowledge. How much does Shekira Dennis know about the questionable activities of Carroll G. Robinson, and Antron D. Johnson, with their Texas Black Democrats PAC? We’re still looking into her connection, but we’ve already discovered that Shekira Dennis is already on the giving and taking end of the money flow.

IT LOOKS LIKE SHEKIRA DENNIS DONATED TO THE SCHEME

On January 10, 2021, Shekira Dennis gave the Texas Black Democrats PAC a donation in the amount of $500.00 dollars. On the campaign finance report dated 7/15/2021, and sworn to under penalty of perjury Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer for this “GPAC” listed Shekira Dennis as a consultant with Next Wave Strategies. ***NOTE: It is unclear at this time whether Shekira Dennis was aware that she was donating money to what appears to be a “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” ponzi or pyramid type of scheme.

IT LOOKS LIKE SHEKIRA DENNIS WAS PAID $4,590.00 DOLLARS

On March 23, 2021, Shekira Dennis was paid by the Texas Black Democrats PAC the sum of $4,590.00 dollars in the form of a “CONSULTING EXPENSE” according to the sworn statement provided to the Texas Ethics Commission by Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC. The $4,590.00 dollars was paid to Next Wave Strategies by the Texas Black Democrats PAC as a Fundraising Consultant. ***NOTE: It is unclear at this time whether Shekira Dennis was aware that she was being paid to raise funds for what appears to be a “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” Ponzi or pyramid type of scheme.

IT LOOKS LIKE SHEKIRA WAS PAID $1,820.00 DOLLARS

On June 1, 2021, Shekira Dennis was paid by the Texas Black Democrats PAC the sum of $1,820.00 dollars in the form of a “CONSULTING EXPENSE” according to the sworn statement provided to the Texas Ethics Commission by Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC. The $1,820 dollars was paid to Next Wave Strategies by the Texas Black Democrats PAC for what appears to be a General Consulting expense. ***NOTE: It is unclear at this time whether Shekira Dennis was aware that she was being paid to raise funds for what appears to be a “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” Ponzi or pyramid type of scheme.

SCHEME INVOLVES WHAT LOOKS LIKE A BOGUS COMPANY

It’s perfectly clear that Shekira Dennis donated money to the Texas Black Democrats PAC, and was paid money by the Texas Black Democrats PAC earlier this year to raise funds. However, so, this assignment definitely would involve Shekira Dennis, the managing director of Next Wave Strategies LCC, having to lobby “ELECTED OFFICIALS” to get them to donate money to the Texas Black Democrats PAC to perform her duties as outlined on the campaign finance report that was submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission under penalty of perjury by Antron D. Johnson, the treasurer for the “GPAC” back on 7/15/2021. What is lobbying? In a sense, “Direct Lobbying” is an attempt to influence legislation through communication. And “Grassroots Lobbying” is an attempt to influence legislation by effectively impacting the opinions and decisions of the general public. So, as it relates to the political connections, affiliations, and interests, it is very easy to see, why she could stand to make millions and millions of dollars and also raise millions and millions of dollars for what appears to be some sort of “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE” Ponzi or pyramid scheme that’s currently underway in Texas.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “From what it looks like right now, Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, and Robert Williams may have some very serious questions to answer in the very near future. Listen up!!! A Political Action Committee called the, "134 PAC" was supposedly paid $500.00 dollars by the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 4/05/2021, according to Antron D. Johnson’s sworn statement to the Texas Ethics Commission on the campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, that’s dated Thursday, July 15, 2021. So, why is there not a campaign finance report for the “134 PAC” even listed on the Texas Ethics Commission’s website? And get this, I’ve also found several other questionable expenditures that Antron D. Johnson swore to under the penalty of perjury related to monies that were supposedly given to American Technology Consulting, Black Austin Democrats, Black El Paso Democrats, Ector County Democratic Party, TCBD Brazoria County, TCBD Denton County, TCBD East Texas, and Tarrant County Black Democrats, on the campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, that covered the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, and Wednesday, June 30, 2021.”

Red Flags Raised by the Recent Activities of Carroll G. Robinson, Robert Williams, and Antron D. Johnson Related to Black PACs

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Have you ever heard of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats? What about the Texas Black Democrats PAC? Ever heard of these two Black Political Action Committees? What about the Alliance For A New Justice System, TxMuniPAC, Black Women’s PAC, or the Reform HISD PAC? Well, if not, don’t worry, I’m going to shed a little light on how Carroll G. Robinson, the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, Robert Williams, the man behind the newly formed Alliance For A New Justice System, and Antron D. Johnson, the guy who is acting as treasurer for several of the Black Political Action Committees appear to be playing fast and loose with donated money.

That cat on the left is a dude named Robert Williams. Now, I'm not sure how much Constance Jones or State Rep. Ron E. Reynolds knows about the $35,449.05 dollars that Robert Williams supposedly donated to the Alliance For A New Justice System back on 4/28/2021, but I'm going to try to find out as much as I can about that transaction in the very near future.

I'm not sure how this Robert Williams cat, found his way into that seat at the state capital, but I sure would like to know.

ALLIANCE FOR A NEW JUSTICE SYSTEM

This Robert Williams cat supposedly received a donation of $250.00 dollars from the Texas Black Democrats PAC, back on 5/21/2021, according to Antron D. Johnson’s sworn statement to the Texas Ethics Commission on their campaign finance report that’s dated Thursday, July 15, 2021. QUESTION BY AUBREY R. TAYLOR: Did the Texas Black Democrats PAC, actually donate $250.00 dollars to the Alliance for A New Justice System back on 5/21/2021? Why am I questioning this donation? Well, when I pulled the campaign finance report for the Alliance for A New Justice System that was sworn to by John T. Floyd, their treasurer on record, for the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, through Wednesday, June 30, 2021, I did not find any donations on their report made by anyone except for a donation in the amount of $1,000.00 dollars from John T. Floyd, which was made on 4/28/2021, and a donation that was supposedly made by Robert Williams in the amount of $35,449.05 dollars to the Alliance for A New Justice System. Now, the big question here is, where did the $35,449.05 dollars come from that Robert Williams so kindly donated to the Alliance for a New Justice System.

WHO IS ROBERT WILLIAMS?

This dude Robert Williams has been trolling me on Facebook for some time now. He’s been doing everything in his power to discredit my reporting on corrupt Black politicians and election fraud. I always found it strange why this Black male who supposedly cares about criminal justice reform would be trying to destroy my business. So, after following his steady attacks on one of my private investigators, I launched an investigation into this Robert Williams character.

At first glance, it looks like Robert Williams is just another retired guy living on a small parcel of land over in Brazoria County, Texas. But there’s a lot more to his story, that I plan to share with you in the coming weeks. However, for the record, I find it very interesting that Robert Williams has the means to donate $35,449.05 dollars to the Alliance for A New Justice System. I also found it interesting that a guy who was charged with issuing bad checks over in Travis County would be trying to hold anyone accountable on social media platforms. And I also find it very interesting that a guy who lives on a homestead that’s only worth $205,590.00 dollars, and land that’s only valued at $9,430.00 dollars can afford to be donating $35,449.00 dollars in hard cold cash to a Political Action Committee.

I had a little respect for Carroll G. Robinson, the Chairman of the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats a long time ago. But after he abruptly stepped down from the HCC Board, I grew a little suspicious about this cat. But after not being able to find any sort of Campaign Finance Reports for this Black "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" I have completely lost all respect for this dude. And it was so disappointing to find out that the Harris County Chapter of this Black "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" operated illegally in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. And based on their "INACTIVE STATUS" with the Texas Ethics Commission, they should not have even been selling memberships, collecting dues, issuing endorsements, or taking in donations from unsuspecting candidates at all.

Do you see that dude on the far left in the photo above? That cat is Laolu Davies-Yemitan, a very close friend of Carroll G. Robinson. Back when Carroll G. Robinson was on the board of trustees at (HCC) Houston Community College, HCC ended up having to hire a law firm to investigate an accusation that Carroll tried to steer part of a multimillion-dollar construction contract to his close friend Laolu Davies-Yemitan, who owned a very small, pretty-much unknown company called Five Woods as a subcontractor to handle public outreach. Carroll's attempt to steer the $1.4 million contract Carroll's friend, Laolu Davies-Yemitan failed, and Carroll G. Robinson abruptly stepped down from his position on the Board of Trustees a short time later. So, I'm going to stop right there for now. However, you read, "HCC probe: Did trustee steer work to a friend?" Now, in his defense, Carroll denied any wrongdoing -- but still stepped down.

HERE'S HOW "PONZI SCHEMES" AND "PYRAMID SCHEMES" WORK

Do you know how a “PONZI SCHEME” works? Ok, I’m going to show you how it works. The way “PONZI SCHEMES” and “PYRAMID SCHEMES” work, is that members are recruited based on a promise that they will be paid for their services by enrolling or convincing others to join the scheme beneath them. Once the perpetrators of the scheme lure enough potential victims into the scheme by promising them that profits will be realized through legitimate business activities, they're off to the races. However, for a “PONZI SCHEME” to flourish, the people at the top must keep the people at the bottom in the dark about what's going on at the top. And for either of the two schemes to continue to grow a constant flow of new members is vital.

ARE SHELL GAMES BEING PLAYED WITH THESE BLACK POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES?

At this point, nobody mentioned in this report is guilty of anything in any way, shape, or form. So, please don't go back and tell Carroll G. Robinson, Antron D. Johnson, or Robert Williams that I reported that they’re running a “PONZI SCHEME" or "PYRAMID SCHEME” in Texas – that would be a blatant lie. Why? Well, all I’m trying to say right now in this report is that their recently filed “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” raises some serious questions. And there should be a whole bunch of "RED FLAGS" going up right now, as it relates to how the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats, Alliance For A New Justice System, TxMuniPAC, Texas Black Democrats PAC, and the Reform HISD PAC. And don’t forget about the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats – Harris County Chapter, which has continued to sell memberships, endorse candidates, and trick unsuspecting Democratic candidates into donating money to their “INACTIVE” Political Action Committee, in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 – but more on them later.

This cat right here is Antron D. Johnson, and he's the joker who serves as the treasurer for several of the Black Political Action Committees that we are investigating at this moment. Now, as the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, this dude has sworn that everything submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission in their campaign finance report is on the up and up. However, from my investigation into this dude, his most recent campaign finance report, and the way these "GPAC'S" are sending money back and forth to one another -- I'm not too sure if what these guys are doing is actually on the up and up!

THE TEXAS BLACK DEMOCRATS PAC

In case you don’t know, Carroll G. Robinson’s boy, Antron D. Johnson is the treasurer who signed off on their Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, that I’m going to breakdown for you today. Now, that being said, please understand that as the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, Antron D. Johnson swore to this statement, “I swear, or affirm, under penalty of perjury, that the accompanying report is true and correct and includes all information required to be reported by me under Title 15, Election Code. Now, for those of you who don’t know, TITLE 15, OF THE ELECTION CODE IS RELATED TO THE REGULATION OF POLITICAL FUNDS AND CAMPAIGNS. You can (CLICK HERE) if you would like to learn more about the seriousness of lying on a campaign finance report.

REPORTED POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS

On their Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report that was submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission, Antron D. Johnson swore that the Texas Black Democrats PAC had only received $15,200.00 dollars between Friday, January 1, 2021, and Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

TOTAL POLITICAL EXPENDITURES

According to the sworn statement submitted to Texas Ethics Commission on Thursday, July 15, 2021, by Antron D. Johnson, who acts as the treasurer for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, they spent $41,098.90 dollars between Friday, January 1, 2021, and Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

CASH ON HAND IN THE BANK

In his sworn statement submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission on Thursday, July 15, 2021, Antron D. Johnson claimed that Texas Black Democrats PAC was left with $6,872.00 dollars in their bank account after all of their expenditures were made.

SOMETHING DOESN’T SMELL RIGHT

In order for “PONZI SCHEMES” and “PYRAMID SCHEMES” to work, the people at the top, must get people to buy into the scheme and then recruit other people to join in under them – so on, and so forth. Well, the same formula can work in politics when with Political Action Committees and unsuspecting candidates who are lured in by the promise that an organization or organizations can deliver votes on Election Day. Now, I’m not saying in any way that Carroll G. Robinson, Robert Williams, or Antron D. Johnson, are actually running a “POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE PONZI SCHEME” or anything of that nature. However, what I am saying is that something doesn’t smell right about how that donated money is flowing back and forth between the Black Political Action Committees these guys are running.

DEMOCRATS ARE BEING SUCKERED

There are quite a few “DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES” who are falling victim to what’s unfolding right now with what the Texas Black Democrats PAC is doing. However, some of the Democrats who are supporting Texas Black Democrats PAC, based on their Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report that covered the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, through Wednesday, June 30, 2021, aren't even aware of what's going on with this Political Action Committee.

Official 2022 Primary Runoff Matchups for Democrats, Republicans to Consider on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, in Harris County, Texas

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Something very bad happened in Harris County, Texas, back during the Democratic and Republican primaries. Did you hear me? I said that something very bad happened in Harris County, during the Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Democratic and Republican Primaries. That being said, we can't continue to head down the road we're traveling right now. Listen...we can't do anything in this world without proper identification. Nobody can even drive to the polls to cast a vote without a driver's license. Nor can anyone reading this report go out and buy a house, or rent an apartment without some type of legitimate identification. Nor can anyone reading this report open up a bank account or cash a check at the local corner store without proper identification. So, why on earth should we be allowing anyone to vote without presenting proper identification??? Listen!!! All this talk about voter suppression is a bunch of B.S. if you ask me. At the end of the day, confidence in our elections must be restored. And all of that being said, "VOTER INTEGRITY" should not be a partisan issue. Why? Well, every Democrat and Republican featured in this report deserves a right to know that their opponent is running a clean race.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "Now is the time when our love for America must prevail. It is incumbent upon us to elect "PUBLIC SERVANTS" who understand that they work for us. We need "ELECTED OFFICIALS" in office who love "OUR CONSTITUTION" and the ideals that our nation was founded upon by our forefathers. We must make it our collective effort to "PUT PEOPLE OVER POLITICS" and do what's best for America during this crucial moment in time."

Favoritism and Party Politics Have No Place Inside Our Harris County Courtrooms

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

At the end of the day, the judicial races are the most important races on the ballot. That said, who we allow to put on that black robe and occupy judicial benches (especially in Harris County, Texas) matters a great deal. Over the years, through straight-ticket voting, and folks going into the polls playing "Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe" we've allowed a few bad folks to slip through the cracks. Now, I'm not trying to play party politics in any way, shape, or form, with my words. All I'm trying to say is that nobody is perfect, but if we make it our goal to elevate people who fear God and have a backbone into positions of authority, every one of us will be afforded the opportunity to live our best life.
