Heading into her December 14, 2019 runoff election against, Councilman Michael Kubosh, I see were Janaeya Carmouche received (8) eight donations that don’t have a name or date when the donation was received attached to them. So how do we know where that last minute money came from and who gave it to her campaign? So, get this, while combing over Janaeya Carmouche’s campaign finance report that covered the period of 10/27/2019 through 12/4/2019, I found several omissions or what could be errors in her report. These errors (or omissions) could be honest mistakes; but I don’t know! Anyways, there are contributions on Janaeya Carmouche’s campaign finance report that show an amount, but no date, or name of the person who gave her the contribution I would like to point out. One amount was for $200.00 dollars, another amount was for $400.00 dollars. I also discovered (4) four donations in the amount of $500.00 dollars with no name or date attached to the donation. As I looked closer, I also saw an insertion for the amount of $1,000.00 dollars and one for $5,000.00 dollars that did not have a name, or date attached to them on this same flawed campaign finance report. Why does this even matter? Well, you have to remember that, during this particular reporting period heading into her December 14th runoff with Michael Kubosh, she only raised a total of $17,570.35 dollars. So, what I’ve discovered is that, of the $17,570.35 dollars that was donated to Janaeya Carmouche, in the run up to the runoff election, we have absolutely no way of knowing who donated $8,600.00 dollars of that money to Janaeya Carmouche to try to help her unseat Councilman Michael Kubosh, in the December 14, 2019, runoff race that she last by a very wide margin.

I was going to move on to my next report about a totally different matter after I published the report about Janaeya Carmouche and how Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis tried to unseat Councilman Michael Kubosh (a white male) by supporting Janaeya Carmouche (a Black female) back in 2019. However, since Janaeya Carmouche reached out to me via text message trying to be cute about my initial report, I decided to dig a little deeper into her business. “Hey Aubrey, Why didn’t you send me the article I’m in today?” asked Janaeya. My response, “Oh, I normally don’t send the articles I write to the people I’m writing about. That’s just a practice of mine," I told her. Now, rather than drop the matter, she said, “Well, I was able to review you blog entry about the AL3 race and I must say it’s quite the “creative” storytelling." Now, I’m not sure if Janaeya was trying to be funny, or if she’s trying to play me for stupid. But, I kind of played off her sarcastic remark by saying, “Lol. I left a whole lot out. I will look back over it and add a bunch more people to it and publish a follow up on Monday. I will try to tell the story better on Monday. Sorry!” I went on to tell Janaeya Carmouche, “I will add Lance and Rhonda and a few other people in on the one I do on Monday.” Her response to my statement was, “Can’t wait to read it.” To which I replied, “Ok.” So, since she was so excited, I decided not not wait until Monday! So, if you look at the information I've provided below, you will clearly see that Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and several of his cronies and puppets tried to help Janaeya Carmouche by lending her their financial support and influence in the run up to her faceoff against Councilman Michael Kubosh in the Tuesday, November 5, 2019, Houston City Council At-Large Position #3 race.
