CHAIRMAN RICHIE ON LEADERSHIP: Boyd L. Richie - Chairman of the Texas Democratic Party Speaks to Aubrey R. Taylor about the importance of electing good leadership during times of crisis

CHAIRMAN BOYD L. RICHIE: "It is clear Americans and Texans are currently suffering as we face multiple crises on different fronts. Whether it is dealing with economic, healthcare, or national security issues, good leadership is necessary for our society to get through these difficult times. Level headed leadership is crucial in order to see the predicament through the end and to make certain all possible scenarios have been played out. Politicians, like our current failed Republican leaders, who shoot from the hip and continue to ignore the best interest of our citizens while protecting their special interest friends, have forgotten their job description representing their constituents. I am confident our Democratic candidates will finally return responsible and sensible leadership to our government." AUBREY R. TAYLOR: Chairman Richie provided me with this statement back during the 2008 Presidential Election.
