DA Kim Ogg's Strong Ties to Don Hooper and His Wife Rachel Palmer Hooper Could Be Key to Texas Rangers Investigation

Don Hooper the Republican Precinct Chair for "PRECINCT #0016" and his wife, Rachel Palmer Hooper who currently serves as general counsel for the Texas Republican Party have strong ties to "Democrat" District Attorney Kim Ogg and Harris County Republican Party Chairman Cindy Siegel. How much does Cindy Siegel know about the Hooper's strong ties to Democrats? Was there some sort of agreement between the (HCDP) Harris County Democratic Party, and the (HCRP) Harris County Republican Party that Don Hooper was trying to protect? You can "CLICK HERE" to see the FACEBOOK POST, that Rachel Palmer Hooper is trying to keep away from the public.

On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, the day before Thanksgiving, Rachel Palmer Hooper (Republican), general counsel for the Republican Party of Texas was exposed as being best buddies with (Democrat) Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. And October 31, 2022, a FACEBOOK POST detailing the DA's Office's involvement in helping the "GOP" fill out the remainder of their ballot was also released. However, since then, Rachel Palmer Hooper has scrubbed her FACEBOOK PAGE and changed her settings. Why??? What is Rachel Palmer Hooper trying to hide?

THE FACEBOOK POST you see above was published by Rachel Palmer Hooper on Monday, October 31, 2022; but has now been scrubbed from her FACEBOOK PAGE, deleted, or is no longer available for public viewing. What is Rachel Palmer Hooper trying to hide? Why did she delete this post? You can "CLICK HERE" for a closer view.

RACHEL PALMER HOOPER POSTED THIS MESSAGE TO FACEBOOK ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2022:

"Some people have asked me why we have so many democrat judges. Well, in 2020, the party failed to fill the ballot so many ran unopposed. Said differently, in at least half of the judicial races, there was no Republican candidate on the ballot in Harris County. Thanks to the incredible work of my former colleague at the DA's Office, Jessica Needham Padilla, every judicial race on the 2022 ballot is filled with a Republican candidate. Not only do we have candidates, but we have excellent candidates. Many of my former colleagues at the DA's Office are on the ballot and I am confident that they will be excellent judges. I am very happy to see people like Judge Kristin Guiney on the ballot. I worked with Kristin at the DA's Office and then served as a prosecutor in her court. I know that, faced with the most difficult of circumstances, she will always do the right thing. I am a witness! I can make the same comment about Judge Brad Hart - a good person who will serve us well. Judge Maritza Antu is doing a perfect job serving as an example of a Republican on the bench. These judicial candidates deserve our support!"

What is Rachel Palmer Hooper (Republican), general counsel for the Republican Party of Texas trying to hide? Why did she scrub her FACEBOOK PAGE over the Thanksgiving Holiday? Is she trying to keep the public from seeing what she posted to her account on Monday, October 31, 2022, during the final week of Early Voting? You can "CLICK HERE" to see the post that she's hiding.

What is Rachel Palmer Hooper trying to hide? Why would an accomplished attorney who serves as general counsel for the Republican Party of Texas scrub her FACEBOOK PAGE, over the Thanksgiving Holiday after a report detailing her relationship with "DEMOCRAT" District Attorney Kim Ogg? You can "CLICK HERE" to see the post that she's hiding.

Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg (Democrat), was accused by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo (Democrat) of working with Republicans several months ago. According to County Judge Hidalgo, she believes that DA Kim Ogg had allied herself with Republicans as a political move to try and push her (Hidalgo) out of her position as County Judge.

DA Kim Ogg's Strong Ties to Don Hooper and His Wife Rachel Palmer Hooper Could Be Key to Texas Rangers Investigation

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

I'm not sure at this time how much Harris County Republican Party Chairman Cindy Siegel knows about the "alleged" tactics that Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo was talking about back on May 17, 2022, when she accursed District Attorney Kim Ogg of pursuing a political vendetta against her. However, based on an encounter I had with Don Hooper, the Republican Precinct Chair for "PRECINCT #0016" at a recent Pachyderm Club meeting, he knows an awful lot about the inner workings from deep inside the Harris County District Attorney's Office. "I know more than you think I do about the people you are working with," he told me face to face.

Don Hooper went on to explain how he knew intimate details about several local criminal cases that could disprove my theories and discredit my investigative team. But how could a Republican like (Don Hooper) know so much about what's happening inside the Harris County District Attorney's Office? Well, when you factor in the account that he's best buddies with C.O. Bradford, a special prosecutor, and law enforcement liaison for Kim Ogg, one could reasonably speculate that this Don Hooper guy is getting some inside information from the inside.

Again, during my brief encounter with Don Hooper at that Pachyderm Club meeting, he discussed several well-publicized criminal cases and claimed to have inside information regarding the cases. So, how did Don Hooper obtain the inside information that he bragged about?

Remember, Don Hooper's wife, Rachel Palmer Hooper (Republican) serves as general counsel for the Republican Party of Texas. But you can't forget the fact that she's best buddies with Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, and has "deep roots" and "binding ties" with many of Kim Ogg's current prosecutors.

So, as things stand right now, according to Rachel Palmer Hooper, a surrogate (Jessica Needham Padilla) for "DEMOCRAT" Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg played a crucial role in helping the (HCRP) Harris County Republican Party fill out many of their judicial slots to ensure that none of the down-ballot Democrat judges went on challenged on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Harris County, Texas.

While it's too early to tell for sure, it's certainly beginning to look like there were some Democrats and "RINO" Republicans In Name Only, who were working in concert together to influence the outcome of many of the down-ballot judicial races where (Democrat) District Attorney Kim Ogg appears to have stacked the ballot on both sides of the political aisle with her prosecutors. But you don't have to take my word for it, just take a look at what Rachel Palmer Hooper posted to Facebook, on Monday, October 31, 2022, as the final week of early voting kicked off in Harris County, Texas.

POLITICAL VENDETTA

Remember, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo accused Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg of leaking out-of-context information about the investigation into her three staffers to the public in an attempt to mislead the public during an election year. And remember, County Judge Hidalgo also accused DA Ogg of using misleading evidence to obtain search warrants that resulted in the arrest of her chief of staff and two former senior staffers.

“For whatever reason, she’s just not an ally,” stated County Judge Lina Hidalgo said. “It’s very clear she’s doing this. It’s very clear she has an agenda, and that agenda is political, said County Judge Hidalgo, at a press conference held earlier this year.

According to County Judge Lina Hidalgo, she believes that Harris County District Attorney has an agenda, and her agenda is not an objective search for truth; but it's some sort of search-and-destroy mission.

“It’s okay to politically disagree with someone, it’s okay to decide to ally yourself with the opposite party,” said County Judge Lina Hidalgo at a press conference she held earlier this year.

“It’s okay to have a personal problem with somebody. I don’t know if that’s the case, but it’s not okay to pursue a political vendetta,” said County Judge Hidalgo.

Dr. Steven Hotze and Aubrey R. Taylor discovered "VOTING MACHINES" being moved from the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center on the morning of Monday, October 31, 2022. Why didn't Cindy Siegel, and the Harris County Republican Party have any poll watchers at predominantly Black "EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS" in places like the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center during the early voting period? Is Don Hooper (Republican), precinct chair for Precinct #0016 right? Was there some sort of agreement between the Harris County Republican Party and the Harris County Democratic Party in play?

Why did Grace Taylor (Democrat), the Democrat "ELECTION JUDGE" at the Hiram Clarke Mult-Service Center lie about the number of "VOTING MACHINES" that were on this cart? Why did Grace Taylor (no relation), claim that (3) three "VOTING MACHINES" were on this cart when there were actually (6) six "VOTING MACHINES" on this cart? Is Don Hooper (Republican), precinct chair for Precinct #0016 right? Was there some sort of agreement between the Harris County Republican Party and the Harris County Democratic Party in play?

Where did this guy take these (6) six  "VOTING MACHINES" when he loaded them into his Ram pickup truck and left the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center with them on Monday, October 31, 2022, all by himself? Where's the chain of custody for these voting machines? Is Don Hooper (Republican), precinct chair for Precinct #0016 right? Was there some sort of agreement between the Harris County Republican Party and the Harris County Democratic Party in play?

Why isn't Cindy Siegel, the Republican Party Chairman, asking questions about what was going on with "VOTING MACHINES" and printed ballots being moved around during the "EARLY  VOTING PERIOD" of the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election. Is Don Hooper (Republican), precinct chair for Precinct #0016 right? Was there some sort of agreement between the Harris County Republican Party and the Harris County Democratic Party in play?

This guy who you see greeting Dr. Steven Hotze claimed to be a private investigator by the name of Mr. Kelly. This gentleman was outside working the parking lot at the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" on the morning of Monday, October 31, 2022. Please call me at (281)788-3033 if you know who this guy is. Is Don Hooper (Republican), precinct chair for Precinct #0016 right? Was there some sort of agreement between the Harris County Republican Party and the Harris County Democratic Party in play?

Erica Johnson is the woman you see sitting in the chair. According to Cindy Siegel, Chairman of the Harris County Republican Party, this woman is a hard Republican and was acting as the Republican "ALTERNATE JUDGE" for the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center on the morning of Monday, October 31, 2022, when the (6) six "VOTING MACHINES" were being moved from this predominantly Black "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" that didn't appear to have any Republican poll watchers. So, how much does Erica Johnson know about the two trips that involved voting machines being moved on the morning of October 31, 2022, at the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center?

Why did Grace Taylor (Democrat), the "ELECTION JUDGE" for the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" tell us that there were (3) three "VOTING MACHINES" being removed from this predominantly Black "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" when there was actually (6) six "VOTING MACHINES" on the cart?

Grace Taylor (Democrat), is the woman who was hired by the Harris County Elections Administrator and placed at the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center. And from what I can see, from her FACEBOOK postings, Grace Taylor (no relation), appears to hate former President Donald Trump and has a disdain for Republicans in general. So, why didn't the Harris County Republican Party place a poll watcher, alternate judge, or clerk inside the Hiram Clarke Mult-Service Center to make sure that someone was watching over this predominantly Black "EARLY VOTING LOCATION" between Monday, October 24, 2022, and Friday, November 4, 2022, to protect the integrity of the 2022 Midterm Election?

So do you think this woman should have been left to oversee the Hiram Clarke Multi-Service Center without a Republican Alternate Judge, Poll Watcher, or Clerk on site to watch over her activities?

"GAME-CHANGER."

Judge Sandra Peake (Democrat), was a bonified, seasoned attorney before she ever ran for a judicial position. That being said, she also ran for local judicial positions several times before winning. If you ask me, Judge Sandra J. Peake is the embodiment of what it means never give up. And on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, I am proud to say that I endorsed Judge Sandra Peake, as I've always done, and she won her bid for re-election, over Leonel Leo Farias, II, by a wide margin. Comparatively speaking, Judge Sandra received 548,215 votes, for 51.90% of the vote, and her opponent, Leonel Leo Farias II, only received 507,991 votes, for 48.10% of the vote.

"GAME-CHANGER."

Paula Goodhart (Republican), was endorsed by me over Judge Ronnisha Bowman (Democrat), in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 2, in Harris County, Texas, and she emerged victorious by a slim margin of 4,889 votes with 1,058,707 votes cast in their race.

"GAME-CHANGER."

Leslie Johnson (Republican), was endorsed by me over Porscha Natasha Brown (Democrat), in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 3, in Harris County, Texas, and she emerged victorious by a very slim margin of 267 votes with 1,059,382 votes cast in their race.

"GAME-CHANGER."

Jessica N. Padilla (Republican), was endorsed by me over Je’Rell A. Rogers (Democrat), in the race for Judge, County Criminal Court at Law No. 14, in Harris County, Texas, and she emerged victorious by a slim margin of 14,290 votes with 1,053 votes cast in their race.

"PROUD AMERICANS."

Dr. Steven Hotze, the founder of the Liberty Center for God & Country, and publisher of Conservative Republicans of Texas is a fierce defender of "THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION" and "SAFEGUARDING" the freedoms we all enjoy as American citizens.

"The First Amendment (1791) prohibits Congress from obstructing the exercise of certain individual freedoms: freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and right to petition. Its Free Exercise Clause guarantees a person's right to hold whatever religious beliefs they want, and to freely exercise that belief, and its Establishment Clause prevents the federal government from creating an official national church or favoring one set of religious beliefs over another. The amendment guarantees an individual's right to express and to be exposed to a wide range of opinions and views. It was intended to ensure a free exchange of ideas, even unpopular ones. It also guarantees an individual's right to physically gather or associate with others in groups for economic, political, or religious purposes. Additionally, it guarantees an individual's right to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
