President Joe Biden Blamed Republicans for the Crisis at the Border in His State of the Union Speech; Gilbert Garcia for Mayor?

President Joe Biden blamed Republicans for the crisis at the border in his State of the Union Address last night. However, President Biden's policies have allowed so many illegal immigrants to make their way across the southern border that Black canvassers are already beginning to feel the pinch in Harris County, Texas. People like Tania K. Ingram, the treasurer for the Clubs in Action PAC, whom Odus Evbagharu, chairman of the Harris County Democratic Party wrote a check to in the amount of $109,420.00 back during the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, must be watched closely during the upcoming 2023 City of Houston Mayoral Election cycle. In case you don't know, Tania K. Ingram and her buddies took the money and used it to pretty much cut traditional Black canvassers out of the canvassing game, and spend nearly all of the $109,420.00 with Latino canvassers. Now, the big question on the minds of many Black leaders is whether Gilbert Garcia is also planning to put Black canvassers out of work and hire all Latino canvassers if he decides to run for Mayor of the upcoming City of Houston General Election.

Gilbert Garcia, at this point, appears to be the only Latino candidate who is rumored to be running for Mayor of Houston in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election. But is he the best choice out there? Does Gilbert Garcia, even respect Blacks enough to deserve our support? Believe it or not, Black people have already started to mumble about the fact that Gilbert Garcia didn't really do anything for the Black community when he served as the Board Chairman of the Metropolitan Transit Authority (METRO), many years ago. "Gilbert Garcia ain't never done nothing substantial for Black people," said a local longtime African American businesswoman.

"IMPORTANT DATES."

The first day to file for a place on the ballot is Saturday, July 22, 2023, and the last day to file for a place on the ballot is Monday, August 21, 2023, before 5:00p.m. Once the ballot is set, "EARLY VOTING" for the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, the City of Houston Mayoral Election will begin on Monday, October 23, 2023, and end on Friday, November 3, 2023, in the Bayou City.

President Joe Biden blamed Republicans for the crisis at the border in his state of the Union Address he delivered on Tuesday, February 7, 2022. However, President Joe Biden’s failed policies related to illegal immigration are being felt by Black canvassers right here in Harris County, Texas. In fact, Biden's Administration is largely responsible for a record 2.3 million migrant encounters and nearly 600,000 "gotaways" in FY 2022, along, according to published reports. And in December of 2022, there was a record 251,000 migrant encounters alone at the Texas border.

Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, the presiding judge for County Civil Court at Law No. 1, is pictured above with a bunch of Latino canvassers wearing her campaign t-shirts. The treasurer for the Clubs in Action PAC is a lady by the name of Tania K. Ingram, who you see standing in the second-from-the-left position in all blue. Now, after reviewing Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans's most recent Campaign Finance Reports, we didn't see any political expenditures showing that she employed all of those Hispanic canvassers to campaign for her in any way, shape, or form during the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election cycle.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "The Black Community should not be fooled in the upcoming Tuesday, November 7, 2023, City of Houston Mayoral Election. We should carefully vet every candidate seeking our support at the ballot box. And we must also hold candidates like Gilbert Garcia accountable and not allow him to give us lip service if he decides to run for Mayor."

Hispanics Are Replacing Blacks As Canvassers in Harris County Thanks to Clubs in Action PAC; Tania K. Ingram, Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, and Others

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Just in case you haven't noticed, Harris County, Texas is already in 'crisis mode' when it comes to dealing with the illegal immigration problem. And if you look closely at the CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC'S recently filed campaign finance report that was signed off on by Tania Ingram under penalty of perjury you will clearly see that the problem at the border is already having a negative impact on Black canvassers' ability to make money during political season right here in Harris County, Texas. But don't take my word for it. You can "CLICK HERE" and go to "THE EXPENDITURE" section of their recently filed campaign finance report and see for yourself.

Last night, in his state of the Union Address to the nation, President Biden Blamed the crisis on Republicans, but local Black canvassers might blame someone else on the local level.

In past elections, local Democratic candidates relied heavily on African Americans to promote their political campaigns in the fields by canvassing homes and businesses. However, all of that is beginning to change as people like Tania K. Ingram, and others turn to Latino Canvassers and cut Blacks out of the canvassing game.

I'm creating a "WATCHDOG GROUP" to keep an eye on the "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS" that are being filed by local candidates in Harris County, Texas. Why? Well, what you will discover in this "SPECIAL REPORT" is that the Clubs in Action PAC, used the lion's share of the $109,420.00 donation that was paid to them by the Harris County Democratic Party (Odus Evbagharu) with nearly all Hispanic canvassers; many of those Latino canvassers aren't even registered to vote for the Democratic candidates who paid their hard-earned campaign dollars to the HCDP, who then turned around and gave the money to the Clubs in Action PAC, a political action committee that appears to have misused some of the money that was given to them by the Harris County Democratic Party.

"FOR THE RECORD."

Back on 10/26/2022, CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC, claimed to have paid $3,600.00 to a company called Edwards & Jones Consulting, which is supposedly located at 1717 St. James Place Suite 690, Houston, Texas 77056, according to their campaign finance report.

For the record, when my investigative team googled 1717 St. James Place Suite 690, Houston, Texas,  this particular address came back as belonging to Walter J. Pink & Associates, phone number, (713)664-6651. So, we called Walter J. Pink & Associates, and they informed us that there's never been a company named Edwards & Jones Consulting operating out of their office in any way, shape, or form. You can "CLICK HERE" to verify and confirm this fact for yourself.

So, did Tania K. Ingram and the Clubs in Action PAC, really pay $3,600.00 to a company called Edwards & Jones Consulting, or was that money, taken and split between some folks? Remember, the $3,600.00 in question was part of the $109,420.00 donation that was made to CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC by Odus Evbagaharu and the Harris County Democratic Party.

"AUDRIE LAWTON-EVANS."

Judge Audrie Lawton Evans is the presiding judge for County Civil Court at Law No. 1 in Harris County, Texas. Judge LaShawn A. Williams will be up for reelection in the 2026 Midterm Election, she was just duly reelected in the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election, for Harris County, Texas.

"Are the campaign finance reports that were filed by Judge Audrie Lawton-Evans, for Judge, County Civil Court at Law No. 1 campaign, accurate? Why don't they show any expenditure for canvassing by a mass of Latino canvassers?"

From what we can see from reviewing the campaign finance reports filed by Judge Audrie Lawton Evans, presiding judge for County Criminal Court at Law No. 1, something doesn't look right. How did she get all of those Latinos to wear her campaign t-shirt? And don't tell me that all of those Hispanics volunteered their time to help Judge Audrie Lawton Evans win her Tuesday, November 8, 2022, showdown against former Judge James Lombardino (Republican), in Harris County, Texas.

My investigative team and I  have combed through Judge Audrie Lawton Evans's campaign finance reports, and cannot find any political expenditures that would lead us to believe that Judge Audrie Lawton Evans 'directly' paid a bunch of "LATINO CANVASSERS" to go out and knock on doors, or do any type of canvassing on behalf of her campaign. However, we did discover where Judge Audrie Lawton Evans hired a bunch of consultants. But what type of consulting did they do for her campaign hasn't been determined as of the date of this report?

Did Judge Audrie Lawton Evans Pay All of These Latino Canvassers to Work for Here Reelection Campaign?

If you take a moment and review this campaign finance report that was filed by Judge Audrie Lawton Evans back on 1/17/2023, you will see that she does not have any "POLITICAL EXPENDITURES" that would justify all of those "LATINO CANVASSERS" working for her campaign. Corisha Rodgers (left), was paid $5,000 for consulting and strategy by the Clubs in Action, PAC, on December 10, 2022, over a month after the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election. Elijah Lewis, Joseph Willie II, Keryl Doughlas, and Fred Reynolds finished behind Spivey.

The Clubs in Action PAC was created on July 18, 2022, by Erik Manning, Adrian Ozuna, and a few others. On September 19, 2022, the Harris County Democratic Party, gave this two-month-old "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" a donation of $109,420.00 under the direction of Odus Evbagharu, who serves as the chairman and treasurer for the HCDP. You can "CLICK HERE" and go to (PAGE-72) to verify that the Harris County Democratic Party gave a $109,420.00 donation to the CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC after they had only been in existence for 2 months.

Clubs in Action, PAC, is a political action committee that's pretty much run by Erik Manning and his husband (or wife), Adrian Ozuna, and a few others. You can "CLICK HERE" and go to (PAGE-72) to verify that the Harris County Democratic Party gave a $109,420.00 donation to the CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC after they had only been in existence for 2 months.

"FOLLOW THE MONEY."

Adrian Ozuna, Harris County Commissioner Lesley Briones, and Erik Manning are highly-visible figures when it comes to local Democratic Politics. That's why the CLUB IN ACTION, PAC idea worked so well after the Harris County Democratic Party donated $109,420.00 to this Political Action Committee, which then turned around and totally cut African American canvassers out of the mix. You can "CLICK HERE" to see how Erik Manning, Adrian Ozuna, and their allies took the $109,420.00 donation from the HCDP and spent nearly all of it with Hispanic canvassers; and what appears to be at least one company that may not even exist. And just for the record, nearly all of the Hispanic canvassers who were hired by CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC weren't even registered to vote in the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Midterm Election.

CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC

The creation of the CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC wasn’t Odus Evbagharu’s idea, but because he currently serves as the chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party, he was instrumental in making sure that this Political Action Committee, created on July 18, 2022, and while Tania K Ingram serves as the treasurer, the real folks behind CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC are the husband and wife team of Eric Manning and his wife Adrian, who also serves as the Director for the Clubs and Organizations affiliated with CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC, also known as CIA.

According to their By-laws, CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC appears to be a consortium of organizations comprised of Southwest Democrats (Adrian Ozuna and Eric Manning), ROADwomen (Kat Clemons and Tania Gonzalez-Ingram), Area 5 Democrats (Jennifer Halvorsen), Greater Heights Democrats (Ashleigh Rickertsen and Carly Milner), Humble Democrats (Jacquie Hazelwood and John Cotter), (HBAD) Houston Black American Democrats (John Humphries), with Tania Gonzalez Ingram, Jennifer Halvorson, Catherine Dorsi, Corisha Rogers, Adrian Ozuna, Carly Milner, and Leif Hatlen serving as the “COORDINATED STAFF” for the pro-LGBTQ+. Hispanic-leaning organizations.

From the looks of things, Odus Evbagharu, favors the CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC, over every Black Political Action Committee that’s been advocating for Democratic candidate for decades. How do I know? Well, because CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC, was started on July 18, 2022, and after the organization had only been in existence for two months, Odus Evbagharu, acting in his capacity of chairman and treasurer for the Harris County Democratic Party donated $109,420.00 to the CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC, on September 19, 2022, from what appears to be contributions made to the HCDP by candidates, office holders, and political action committees.

So, how did the CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC, spend the money that was donated to it, by the Harris County Democratic Party on September 19, 2022, to help local Democrats?

What the CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC did with the $109,420.00 that was donated to it by the Harris County Democratic Party, was split it up amongst Hispanics, without any checks or balances. In fact, based on their “CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS” none of the money given them by the Harris County Democratic Party was spent to hire any Black consultants, organizations, or individuals.

"SERIOUS PROBLEM."

 ----------------------------------------

On 11/16/2022, CLUBS IN ACTION, PAC, gave TKG Strategies a check for $10,000.00, according to their campaign finance report that was electronically on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, under penalty of perjury.

Everyone wanted to be a doctor or a lawyer or a fireman, but not Tony Sr., he wanted to be the President of Way Mechanical. In 1996, he achieved that goal.
