All Texas Mothers Should Have Their Eyes on the State Capital Tomorrow; Gerry Wayne Monroe Supported SB-12 and SB-14

House Speaker Dade Phelan (Republican), adjourned the Texas House of Representatives after receiving a motion by State Rep. Briscoe (R-Deer Park), in recognition of Gerry Wayne Monroe, the "5-Star General" after the announcement of his untimely death. For those of you who don't know, because of his sudden death, Gerry Wayne Monroe didn't get the opportunity to travel to the State Capital to testify in favor of SB-14, the bill that Bans Trans Sex Procedures on Children, and SB-12, the bill that Bans Drag Queen Story Hour and Performances in Front of Children. However, an even greater way to honor the legacy of ole "5-Star" is for his Republican "homies" in Austin, to handle their business and get these Bills, along with the "ELECTION INTEGRITY BILLS" that "5-Star" supported passed before the 88th Legislative Session ends on Monday, May 29, 2023.

State Rep. Briscoe Cain (R-Deer Park), shaking hands with publisher/investigative reporter, Aubrey R. Taylor, has a strong track record of defending the unborn and religious liberty. Briscoe's advocacy made headline news when he released invoices exposing four Texas Medical Schools for using tax dollars to purchase aborted fetal tissue. Art Smith (far left), former Harris County Commissioner Jack Morman (second from left), State Rep. Briscoe (second from right), and Aubrey R. Taylor, are four "AMERICAN PATRIOTS" who support fair, free, and honest elections. In the Texas House of Representatives, Briscoe currently serves as Chair of the House Committee on Elections and as a member of the House Committee on Business & Industry. Previously, Briscoe served as Chair of the Select Committee on Driver's License Issuance and Renewal. He has previously served on the Committees on International Relations & Economic Development, Defense & Veteran Affairs, and Juvenile Justice & Family Issues.

Gerry Wayne Monroe, the "5-Star General" fully supported the efforts of his Republican "homies" as he would like to call his Conservative friends like Attorney General Ken Paxton and others. At the time of his death, the ole "5-Star" was planning to personally compel Attorney General Ken Paxton to crack down on dirty politicians and their cronies in Harris County, Texas.

On 9/9/2021, Gerry Wayne Monroe loaned his campaign $10,000, to kick off his bid for the HISD School Board District IX. The fact that Gerry Wayne Monroe put his own money behind his campaign during the early stages is a testament to how much he cared about local kids. It also dispels the myth that ole "5-Star" was a broke man.

Gerry Wayne Monroe (right), and Dr. Steven Hotze, a very wealthy GOP megadonor became very good friends after being introduced to one another by publisher/investigative reporter Aubrey R. Taylor prior to ole "5-Star" running for the HISD School Board several years ago. However, before Dr. Hotze, got involved, Gerry Wayne Monroe had already loaned his own campaign $10,000 to get his campaign kicked off, on 9/9/2021. What broke man do you know, who could afford to loan himself $10,000 to run for a school board seat that doesn't pay a salary?

On 9/28/2021, Gerry Wayne Monroe received a $50,500 in-kind contribution from Aubrey R. Taylor Communications for political consulting and newspaper advertising. However, Gerry Wayne Monroe was soundly defeated with "ABSENTEE BALLOTS" and did not perform as well as expected. However, his defeat did not dissuade him from continuing his fight for the students of the Houston Independent School District.

ONE EXAMPLE of how much Dr. Steven Hotze, the founder of Conservative Republicans of Harris County loved Gerry Wayne Monroe, came on 9/28/2021, when Dr. Steven Hotze, a GOP megadonor donated $10,000 to Gerry's bid for the HISD District IX seat. How many Democrats have received a $10,000 no-strings-attached donation from anyone lately? Remember, MATTHEW 6:21, "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

ANOTHER EXAMPLE of how much Dr. Steven Hotze and his wife Janie cared about Gerry Wayne Monroe came when they teamed up to donate another $10,000 to Gerry Wayne Monroe's HISD School board race. Now, this is simply a fraction of the support Gerry Wayne Monroe received from two of his friends. That being said, there was no reason whatsoever for Gerry Wayne Monroe's body to have to be cremated.

Ericka Albert (left), and Jaylen Monroe (not pictured), the 22-year-old daughter of Gerry Wayne Monroe should have worked together to give ole "5-Star" a proper funeral service, with all of his closest friends, supporters, and followers in attendance. After all, Ericka Albert could have placed one or two phone calls and raised $15k to $20k without all of this drama, that has played out.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "My heart goes out to the Monroe family. That being said, Gerry Wayne Monroe's legacy and spirit must live on through activism. We are in a battle for the heart and soul of Harris County, Texas and it is incumbent on each of us, to use our unique platforms and sphere of influence to educate, inform, empower, and mobilize, our family, friends, and neighbors, as God's plan for our beloved country continues to unfold."

Texas Mothers Will Have Their Eyes on the State Capital Tomorrow; Gerry Wayne Monroe Supported SB-12 and SB-14

AUBREY R. TAYLOR REPORTS©

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the Texas mothers out there. As a friendly reminder, don’t forget that every mother in the Lone Star State needs to have their eyes affixed on Austin, Texas tomorrow. What’s happening at the State Capital tomorrow? Well, last Friday, after over 6-hours of debate, SB-14 passed the Texas House by a vote of 92-48 on the second reading. However, a third reading will take place (tomorrow), Monday, May 15, 2023.

After the “THIRD READING” that will take place tomorrow, SB-14 will then go back to the Texas Senate to be considered with the House amendments, before being sent to the desk of Governor Abbott to be signed into Texas Law.

“FIVE STAR GENERAL.”

Gerry Wayne Monroe was in favor of SB-14, the bill that Bans Trans Sex Procedures on Children, and SB-12, the bill that Bans Drag Queen Story Hour and Performances in Front of Children. Remember, the “DRAG QUEEN STORY HOUR BILL,” has not been passed by the House State Affairs Committee. However, once this occurs, it will be sent to the “CALENDARS COMMITTEE” and a time for a house vote will be set.

What matters the most to Gerry Wayne Monroe, was his legacy. The “5-STAR GENERAL” was a complicated man, but he had a passionate heart when it came to children. And he loved his children, and in the final few weeks of his life, he made his love for his daughter Jaylen Monroe, very clear.

What most folks don’t understand about the “5-STAR GENERAL” is that he didn’t not want people to know anything about his children, out of fear for them, and their safety.

Gerry Wayne Monroe didn’t fear anybody, but because of the death threats, and the nature of his work, he didn’t want people to know anything about him, who he loved, his children’s names, and whereabouts, and things like that.

When you get right down to it, even though Gerry Wayne Monroe was brash, outspoken, and appeared to not have a soft heart, when it came to his “5-STAR GENERAL” persona, he was a very loving, caring, and passionate man who oftentimes was misunderstood.

To be honest about it, Gerry Wayne Monroe and I bumped heads on the tactics we would use. For instance, there were times when I would give folks, a week or two to straighten up their act, the “5-STAR GENERAL” would override me and tell them they only had 48 hours.

At other times, we disagreed on his methods, but he always delivered the goods. Like the time when Gerry Wayne Monroe showed up at a sitting Houston City Councilwoman’s home at 3 a.m. – I wouldn’t do that.

What about the many times ole “5-Star” showed up at local churches with his “MEGAPHONE” to mess up the church’s money? Do you remember that?

Man, I miss ole “5-Star” already – don’t you!

Now, whether you agree, or disagree with the tactics he used, nobody can disagree with his degree of effectiveness. Gerry Wayne Monroe had a calling on his life; but he didn’t like church, thieving pastors, or dirty politicians, in the least bit.

“THE BLACK REPUBLICAN.”

For anyone who doesn’t know, Gerry Wayne Monroe was a student of history. Unlike many Blacks, he knew that some local Democrats had been playing our people for fools. That being said, he hated the ways of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, and Mayor Sylvester Turner, but he loved them as people.

A few years ago, Gerry Wayne Monroe switched from the Democratic Party to the Republican Party, because of his love for children.“These damn Democrats are screwing over my babies,” he would often say. “They don’t give a damn about these babies,” he explained.

All things being equal, ole “5-Star” didn’t agree with Republicans 100% of the time, but he believed that Dr. Steven Hotze, his close friend, and other conservatives had their hearts in the right place when it came to protecting the rights of children.

Ole “5-Star” also fully understood that he, like many other Blacks, tends to lean more conservative than anything else. He was blown away when I showed him this, “African Americans were one group of Texans that would consistently support the Republican Party in Texas in those early years. In fact, throughout Reconstruction, African Americans comprised about 90% of GOP membership, and 44 African Americans served in the Texas legislature as Republicans.”

Did you get the part about there being 44 African Americans in the Texas legislature during the Reconstruction era? Well, today only 16 African Americans are serving in the Texas House of Representatives as Democrats, and only two in the Texas Senate.

According to the GOP website, “It was through the hard work of a number of dedicated African American men and women that the earliest foundations of the Republican Party of Texas were laid.” But today, many African Americans don’t even realize that “The first-ever state Republican convention that met in Houston on July 4, 1867, was predominantly African American in composition, with about 150 African American Texans attending, and 20 Anglos.”

Going forward into the 2024 Presidential Election season, African Americans from all walks of life, and socio-economic stations must wake up, and realize that Republicans are not our enemy.

“The second State GOP Chairman, Norris Wright Cuney, an African-American from Galveston who led the Republican Party from 1883 to 1897, is said by State historians to have held “the most important political position given to a black man of the South in the nineteenth century,” and this piece of our Texas history isn’t even being taught in public schools.

At some point, the eyes of our understanding must be opened, as we endeavor to reach our full potential, as God’s children. Remember, according to PROVERBS 29:2, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: But when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.”

Also, don’t forget that, according to 2 Timothy 1:7, in the King James Version of the Holy Bible, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

In closing, going forward, we must endeavor to move away from electing and reelecting career politicians over and over for symbolic reasons and start “PUTTING PEOPLE OVER POLITICS” for the betterment of our beloved nation.

God Bless America!

Gerry Wayne Monroe, the 5-Star General arrived at the Thursday, January 13, 2022, School Board Meeting to save the day. The 5-Star General was courageous, funny, creative, and a real "EDUCATION ADVOCATE" who gave tirelessly of himself, while receiving little reward. Gerry Wayne Monroe wasn't doing it for the money, but rather, answered what he felt was his calling in life. Make no mistake about it Harris County has earned the right to be called one of the most corrupt counties in America. And when you get right down to it, the City of Houston has also rightfully earned the "DUBIOUS DISTINCTION" of being labeled the death capital of America. And believe it, or not, things are only going to get worse going forward if something doesn't change.

-----------------------------------

The legacy of the 5-Star General, can't be erased. And nobody will ever be able to fill his shoes. In my opinion, there should be a documentary done on Gerry Wayne Monroe and his life.

-----------------------------------

So, just like the fictional city of Gotham in the Batman movie series, when Houston needed a “SUPER HERO” to save the day, the 5-Star General always answered the call. That being said, students and teachers at (HISD) Houston Independent School District had their own special SUPER HERO” who was affectionately known as “5 Star” and he always showed up to save the day.

In the video above, “THE 5-STAR GENERAL” made a special appearance at the Thursday, January 13, 2022, (HISD) Houston Independent School Board Meeting to deliver "A SPECIAL MESSAGE" to Millard House, II the HISD School Board Superintendent. Now, according to 5-Star, he was sent to the "BOARD MEETING" to fight the forces of evil at HISD, Houston City Hall, and County Government.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR:  "For those of you who don't know, his name is "5-Star" and according to comments made by "THE 5 STAR GENERAL" at the Thursday, January 13, 2022, (HISD) Houston Independent School Board Meeting he had already eliminated about six or seven members of HISD's personnel, leading up him making his special appearance. You can "CLICK HERE" to see why there will never be another "5-STAR GENERAL" like Gerry Wayne Monroe, and get a better understanding of his creativity, ingenuity, and sense of humor.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “According to "THE SPECIAL MESSAGE" delivered by "5-Star" to Millard House, II, the (HISD) Houston Independent School Board Superintendent at the Thursday, January 13, 2022, HISD School Board Meeting, he had identified a sitting "HISD SCHOOL BOARD TRUSTEE" who was getting kickbacks on after school programs." You can "CLICK HERE" to see why there will never be another "5-STAR GENERAL" like Gerry Wayne Monroe, and get a better understanding of his creativity, ingenuity, and sense of humor.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: “In case you missed his introduction, "5-Star," told Millard House, II, the (HISD) Houston Independent School Board Superintendent at the Thursday, January 13, 2022, HISD School Board Meeting, that he had come to fight the forces of evil, because Rick Cruz, his deputy superintendent was undermining him." You can "CLICK HERE" to see why there will never be another "5-STAR GENERAL" like Gerry Wayne Monroe, and get a better understanding of his creativity, ingenuity, and sense of humor.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "According to "5-Star" the deputy superintendent for (HISD) Houston Independent School District was reporting directly to former HISD School Board Trustee Diana Dávila and the former HISD Superintendent Terry Grier. But "5 Star" had arrived on a mission to expose Rick Cruz, the deputy superintendent for the Houston Independent School District to the highest degree." You can "CLICK HERE" to see why there will never be another "5-STAR GENERAL" like Gerry Wayne Monroe, and get a better understanding of his creativity, ingenuity, and sense of humor.

AUBREY R. TAYLOR: "According to "5 Star" he was told to deliver a message to the HISD School Board. What's his message? Well, let "5 Star" tell it, there's another federal shoe about to drop in a few weeks. 'Somebody's going to jail again," said "5 Star" as he touts the fact that he hasn't been wrong on any of his previous warnings to the school board." You can "CLICK HERE" to see why there will never be another "5-STAR GENERAL" like Gerry Wayne Monroe, and get a better understanding of his creativity, ingenuity, and sense of humor.

THE 5-STAR GENERAL: "You've got a house full of rats. You've got a house full of snakes. And I'm going to help you get rid of all of them...so go tell Rodney at Harris County and Sylvester that I'm about to mess this whole game up." You can "CLICK HERE" to see why there will never be another "5-STAR GENERAL" like Gerry Wayne Monroe, and get a better understanding of his creativity, ingenuity, and sense of humor.
