I'm more than certain that he would not have anything to do with a "POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE" like the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County Chapter if he knew that the "GPAC" was inactive -- per the Texas Ethics Commission's website. So, just for the record, the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats -- Harris County Chapter did not file a campaign finance report in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, or 2021. So, just for the record, Judge Eric William Carter is a highly-respected member of the judiciary, who will be running for re-election in the upcoming 2022 Midterm Election. As far as I can see, he has absolutely nothing to do with what's going on with all of these "GPACs" that Antron D. Johnson is running."

As it stands right now, Antron D. Johnson is listed as the treasurer of the Texas Black Democrats PAC, the TxMuniPAC, and the Reform HISD PAC. Now, in case you don't know, people like Antron D. Johnson, who serves as the treasurer for political campaigns and "GPACs" must sign a sworn statement on the campaign finance reports before submitting them to the Texas Ethics Commission. According to his sworn statement made on Thursday, July 15, 2021, Antron D. Johnson swore to the Texas Ethics Commission under penalty of perjury that the items listed in the reports he signed off on were all true and correct for the Texas Black Democrat PAC, the TxMuniPAC, and the Reform HISD PAC. And he also swore under the penalty of perjury that all of the required accompanying information was reported in accordance with Title 15 of the Texas Election Code. Now, that being said, we’ve found several questionable expenditures on the report that was submitted and sworn to by Antron D. Johnson that covered the period of Friday, January 1, 2021, through Wednesday, June 30, 2021. However, in this particular report, I'm only going to break down what appears to be one of the most egregious matters I've run across on a campaign finance report in a very long time. Why? Well, there's a consulting company called American Technology Consulting that appears on the most recent campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, which I've spoken with several times over the last few weeks. According to Antron D. Johnson's sworn statement, on his Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report for the Texas Black Democrats PAC, he made five different payments to American Technology Consulting as a consulting expense.

Johnson, the Texas Black Democrats PAC paid American Technology Consulting $1,950.00 dollars for what he categorized as a "CONSULTING EXPENSE" for the services they provided as a consultant. On 6/07/2021, according to Antron D. Johnson, the Texas Black Democrats PAC paid American Technology Consulting $1,820.00 dollars for what he categorized as a "CONSULTING EXPENSE" for the services they provided as a consultant. So, just for the record, Antron D. Johnson made this statement under penalty of perjury in the campaign finance report that he signed and submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission back on Thursday, July 15, 2021, on behalf of the Texas Black Democrats PAC, acting in his capacity as the treasurer.
THREE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH ANTRON D. JOHNSON'S JULY 15TH CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT
PROBLEM #1: The address for the company (American Technology Consulting) that Antron D. Johnson claimed that the Texas Black Democrats PAC paid more than $10,788.00 dollars to is not a real physical address. Yes, you heard me right!!! 2993 Capital Street in Washington DC, DC 01929 is a "FAKE ADDRESS" that does not exist. So, it would have been impossible for Antron D. Johnson, or anyone else associated with the Texas Black Democrat PAC to have mailed (5) five separate payments to American Technology Consulting for "ADVERTISING" or any sort of "CONSULTING" expenses.
PROBLEM #2: The real address for (American Technology Consulting) is 12951 University Ave #200, Clive, IA 50325. So, on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 2:30pm, I called American Technology Consulting at (515)974-5619 and spoke with a woman named Shelly at their corporate headquarters in Clive Iowa. Now, Shelly was very nice, but she would not give me her last name. However, she assured me that American Technology Consulting did not have a Washington DC branch. She also assured me that American Technolgy Consulting has never received any sort of payment from the Texas Black Democrats PAC, or anyone named Antron D. Johnson for that matter.
PROBLEM #3: On Monday, August 23, 2021, at 2:30pm, I called up American Technology Consulting again at (515)974-5619, and asked for Shelly. However, Shelly was gone for the day. So, I spoke with a gentleman named Bala -- who would not give me his last name. However, just like Shelly, this gentleman name Bala assured me that American Technology Consulting did not have a Washington DC branch. She also assured me that American Technolgy Consulting has never received any sort of payment from the Texas Black Democrats PAC, or anyone named Antron D. Johnson for that matter.
ANOTHER MAJOR PROBLEM WITH ANTRON D. JOHNSON'S JULY 15TH CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORT
My investigation into the Thursday, July 15, 2021, campaign finance report that was sworn to by Antron D. Johnson under penalty of perjury has several other major problems related to the donations that were supposedly made to other "GPACs" by the Texas Black Democrats PAC during the period of 1/01/2021 through 6/30/2021. (CLICK HERE) if you would like to view their report and do your own investigation. However, before doing so, I would like to point out that, according to Antron D. Johnson's sworn statement on his most recent campaign finance report that was submitted to the Texas Ethics Commission on behalf of the Texas Black Democrats PAC, they donated $500.00 dollars to the Black Austin Democrats. However, as you will see once you review the report yourself, the Black Austin Democrats don't show any record of receiving a donation from Antron D. Johnson, or the Texas Black Democrats PAC on their campaign finance report.

Now, Odus gave money to the Texas Black Democrat PAC, back on 3/23/2021. However, it is unclear at this particular time whether Odus Evbagharu was aware that a portion of the campaign money he gave to the Texas Black Democrats PAC was supposedly paid to several (what appears to be) defunct Political Action Committees. And on top of that, some of the money that was donated by Odus Evbagharu and other unsuspecting Democrats was supposedly paid to a company called American Technology Consulting, that according to their campaign finance report is located at, 2993 Capital Street in Washington D.C., with the zip code being 01929. What's the problem? Well, 01929 is not the zip code for Washington D.C. -- it's the zip code for northeast Massachusetts. Nominating the Wrong Candidates on "SUPER TUESDAY" Could Have Disastrous Consequences in the November 2022 General Election in Harris County

Make no mistake about it, who the people of Harris County, Texas choose to give another term to in 2022 must be about substance, job performance, judicial temperament, competence, and whether or not our members of the judiciary are following the law with their rulings. And that being said, in 2022, it is incumbent upon the voters of Harris County to evaluate the job performance of each and every sitting "ELECTED OFFICIAL" on a case-by-case basis and not as a group based on their political party affiliation, ethnicity, or gender.
